What were these disgraceful words he was hearing?
"I have no interest in fighting you,"
Stubborn little brat. Just because I have a lower power level, doesn't mean you can reject me! I'll show you...
More irritating words came out of the androids mouth.
"There are innocent people there that need to get out of the city. You know of what's coming. I will not let them get caught in the crossfire." After that, the android dashed off.
"H-hey! GET BACK HERE!" Zucar gave chase, going much faster than the android.
Zucar came up to the side of the android.
"Innocent people? You make me laugh. I'm on no side in this battle, and by all means go and save some 'innocent people'. But I suspect you are working for that other android in the sky, and I won't let you interrupt my fellow super Saiyans fight. Before you can get to those citizens, you must fight me."
Zipping inches past the android, Zucar readied his elbow and thrust it at the face.
Hopefully this will send him flying back... Then I can blast him.
With that, Zucar started to charge his Ion Cannon with his right hand.

This saiyen was really starting to irritate him. Didn't he see there were more important things than his own pride? And what the hell was he babbling about? Cipher wouldn't interfere unless it was absolutely necessary.
As the sayien zipped ahead, swinging his elbow at his head, Cipher stopped in his tracks. Both his hands shot up, catching the elbow inches from his face. He could see that his other hand was charging some kind of ki attack. Nothing too serious right now, but Cipher wasn't one to gamble needlessly.
"You're right about one thing," he said coldly, gripping his arm tightly, "The other android you speak of is my commanding officer. However, I have no intention in interfering with his battle."
His grip tightened painfully as a scowl appeared on his otherwise blank face.
"However, if you insist on a fight, then you can have it!" Holding his arm to prevent him from pulling back, he swung his leg out to drive his knee into his sternum. He figured the saiyen would either take the hit, or give up on charging the attack to block the strike. Either way worked for him

"Gah!" The android had caught his elbow strike.
"The other android you speak of is my commanding officer. However, I have no intention in interfering with his battle."
"That's good. But I don't care," Zucar smirked, "I still want to fight you." He chuckled. "You are the only low power level here."
"However, if you insist on a fight, then you can have it!"
"Yes, I do want a fi-" The pain of the knee in his stomach was excruciating.
The android would probably attack again with a follow-up, so Zucar needed to release his attack straight away.
"HYA!" [66%, alot of damage] It was sure to do an increasingly high amount of damage, and there was no dodging from point-blank range. A yellow blast of ki released from his palm, blasting the face of the android.
Smirking, Zucar followed up with a right hook to the face. He then grabbed the cheek of the android, and bashed it with his knee.
"Respect your elders, little boy!" He threw the android away from him, hoping that he would crash into a nearby building.

There was no dodging the attack from close rang. The blast burned as it struck him head on, knocking the android back. In his brief moment stunned by the attack, he received a hard blow to the face, followed by having a knee driven into it. The blows hurt, but the ki blast earlier was definitely the worst of it.
"Respect your elders, little boy!"
The words rang in his head as he was suddenly thrown back. Cipher was quick to regain his senses, twisting himself in mid air just before he slammed into a building. The concrete cracked and fractured from the blow. Thankfully Cipher had landed back first.
"Respect is earned through deed," Cipher spoke up, "Not through age!"
Still against the building, Cipher brought his hands forward, pale green energy forming quickly between his fingers.
"Pale Lance!"
A pale green beam of ki shot forward, shooting towards him like a spike.

"Heh. You can't handle me, can you? You have not unlocked your full potential? Too ba-"
Zucar suddenly saw a stretching blast of ki fly toward him. His first reaction was to dodge, but he was not quick enough.
He side-stepped, but the blast still hit him, ripping through his side. Thankfully, it did not hit his ribs.
"That burned! THAT BURNED!" Zucar shot forward, going to punch the android.
Knowing that the android would try and perform a counter of some sort, Zucar quickly side-stepped to the side of the android, going for a kick in the knee-joint. That would do some damage, even for a metal body.
Zucar followed up with a bunch of rapid punches, then kicking the android away.
"I'M DOING THE SAME ATTACK AGAIN!" That would lull the android into a false sense of security. He knew that the metal man would have remembered this from before.
Leaping into the air, he charged both of his hands, getting ready for his 'Energy Blast Volley'.
Come on, get 8 orbs before he comes....

[Glancing blow. Final damage for Pale Lance 33%: 350]
Cipher couldn't help but get a little bit of satisfaction from the glancing shot. Was he really so surprised? In terms of power, he was the stronger of the two. Even though the Pale Lance didn't get a direct hit, he could see the sharp burn where it had tore into him.
Pushed off the wall, shooting towards the saiyen to meet him. As the saiyen shot to the side to aim for his knee, Cipher brought his leg up, catching the blow to the shin. A solid blow, but lessened by the block. The android's arms flew, batting aside and catching the blows as they came. The two were in the air, swinging and blocking before Cipher was pushed back by the kick, putting some distance between the two of them.
"I'M DOING THE SAME ATTACK AGAIN!" Cipher was beginning to think that this guy didn't think much of his intelligence. Seriously, who announces that? Besides, Cipher could see he was charging both hands, while his previous attack only needed one. And Cipher didn't think he was capable of launching two of those attacks at the same time.
"Congratulations..." Cipher stated, his face blank once again, "You've managed to make me feel insulted." Keeping his distance, he fired two ki blasts in his direction.

This android was good.
Damn, didn't think he'd figure this out.
Then out of nowhere, 2 ki blasts came flying in his direction.
"D-damn it! Only 4?!" Whatever. Zucar shot them all out. They were bigger and stronger than the two other ones, ripping through them. 3 of them hit the area around the android, and the last stunned him straight in his nose.
"Now's my chance!" Zucar dashed around to the behind of the android, grabbing both his arms.
He then proceeded to knee the metal man. That would do even more damage to his back, including when he hit it into the wall of the building. Releasing the arm, he grabbed the head of the android then slammed him on the ground.
He stood on where his ribs were, but of course he didn't have any- he was an android.
He pressed down on them. "Does this hurt?" He pushed even harder. "It should."

Cipher watched as four ki blasts shot towards him, blasting through his own two. He brought his arms up to block them, only one of them impacting them. Through the smoke, he sensed the saiyen quickly dashing to get behind him. Cipher moved to turn, but the saiyen had managed to move fast enough. Cipher's arms were yanked behind him, only for a knee to be driven into his back. The android grunted through clenched teeth before he was forced to the ground, the saiyen stepping onto him
"Does this hurt?" he taunted, pressing down on his head, "It should."
Of course, the saiyen had made one very stupid mistake. He had released one of Cipher's arms in place of his head. Turning his head to look up at him, the saiyen might be a bit off put to see a smile.
"Not really," he replied, "Does this?"
Cipher's free arm shot up, grabbing the saiyen's. Then, he twisted his body, throwing the saiyen's weight off of him and pulling his other arm free. Still, gripping the saiyen's wrist, his brought a fist down hard onto the saiyen's elbow. His intention was all but clear. Break his arm.

"Does w- AH!" The android had managed to throw the Saiyan off of him. The fist of the android shot down on Zucar's elbow.
"AGH!" The naturally strong body of Zucar managed to resist the blow, but it still did lot's of damage. It was obvious now. Zucar knew that the android wanted to break his arm. He needed to get away and charge his Ion Cannon. This time, fully.
Zucar shot up, attempting a right hook at the face, followed by a powerful uppercut to the gut.
If that succeeded, he would dash off, starting to charge his Ion Cannon in his left hand.
"SEE IF YOU CAN KEEP UP!"

While it hadn't been a breaking blow, Cipher at least had the satisfaction of once again catching his opponent off guard and inflicting some damage. He lept back to avoid his counter attack, giving the saiyen the chance to fly off.
SEE IF YOU CAN KEEP UP!"
Cipher almost moved to pursue, but stopped himself.
Why would I want to do that?
It was the saiyen that wanted this fight, not him. Why the heck should he endulge him? He could sense the energy being charged by his opponent. Probably trying that powerful ki blast again. This time, Cipher wasn't going to run straight into it this time. He could still feel the burning sensation from when it hit him. He was going to wait this one out. He touched down atop a building, taking the opportunity to gather his strength.

Zucar couldn't hear any ki behind him, though. He glanced behind him, seeing nothing but the metal man standing on another building.
"What? Why aren't you chasing me? Aren't you excited to have a decent fight?"
Zucar flew up to a different building.
"Fine. You want time? You aren't leaving until we finish this battle. And if we don't, I'll keep bugging you for all eternity."
That was a bit of an exaggeration.
He started to sit, crossed legged, recovering his fatigue.
With his left hand, the Ion Cannon continued to charge with more power.
You'll regret doubting me.

"To be completely honest," the android replied, "I'm not. I'm here on important business, and your idiotic desire to fight is taking up my time."
Pale green energy began to charge in his hands.
"But, if you insist on keeping this up until you fall, then by all means I will accomidate you."
Cipher shifted his stance to give him more support as he held his hands in position. He wasn't planning on firing just yet. He was going to let this charge, let it meet this Saiyen's attack head on. He kept insisting he was superior, but Cipher was planning on just proving him wrong.
