BBA is good, bad and ugly~
I mean, honestly as far as I see it they are morally ambitious due to their 'the end justifies the means' approach.
albeit icly Rei doesn't really care either way.

I feel they are that moral grey ground. Alot like the Military without Borders from the Metal Gear Saga. If you understand what I am bringing. If they would of approached Ninjin before the current saga and all that they might of had an ally as all she wants to do is defend the Earth.

They're not bad. They're baddd. XD This is kind of why I wanted the faction to be a wide grey alignment. They will do things for the 'greater good' in an aggressive way, and so do things that are good or bad depending on perspective. They're also functionally a democracy, and having characters on the entire spectrum making the votes really gives them a grey barometer to run on. What they're doing now is considered an aggressive power-grab, and I can certainly see that. But I can also see them defending the Earth and other worlds in the future from an Evil aligned villain who is destroying for destruction's sake. I liked Ninjin's anology of them in the cbox to Militaires Sans Frontières. Though they're not a 'nation for soldiers' they do have a grey compass and a wider vision for the world. Some questions that have come up in this Saga are really interesting. What makes Z-Fighters special arbiters of justice/goodness? These ones weren't formed by Kami, so what makes them special? In other words, what authority enables them to violently dictate what happens on Earth? Even if they were formed by Scargot, is tapping someone on the shoulder and making them a shining knight the best way to go about it? In summation: is there more than one way to be good? So this Saga has really excited me with some of the moral choices characters have gone through already, and I hope those effects go into all of our mutual developments. I know it's already changed Vi-Poi's perspective on a few notions he used to have.

Eh, I suppose in a way, you could say that the Z-Fighters were ultimately the result of Scargots actions. When he created the Dragon Balls, Scargot appointed Toma to be a protector of Earth (And the Dragon Balls as a result). Toma knew that he wouldn't be able to do it alone, though, so he formed the Z-Fighters shortly after.
There's a difference between the Z-Fighters and the BBA, though. The Z-Fighters don't go around taking over cities and making a huge show of things. They leave everyone to their own devices and only intervine to defend earth when it's nessecary. Kinda like the Avengers from Marvel or the JLU from DC.

Ah, but Daiki, as a Z-Fighter, killed one thousand lives in a single instant. That seems... explicitly 'villainous' as opposed to Vi-Poi's 'public' military stance which is army vs army.

To be fair, the BBA isn't really one to wist back and let things be, especially if the way things are now doesn't work. That's how they feel about the Global Military. They did nothing when earth was attacked and the BBA feel they could do a better job. However, would the Global Military relinquish their power if they were simply asked? Hell no, thus the show of force seems somewhat necassary. If there was a way we could do this without having to resort to city takeovers, we would try it. But that doesn't seem to be the case.
Basically, yes, we do some thing that are morally questionable, but ultimately our intentions our for the good of mankind.

Technically Daiki isn't actually a Z-Fighter, Zuccetta. He's not on the roster because of his ties with Wyntre. He says hes a Z-Fighter, but he's not actually a Z-Fighter. So your point is moot.

It's only moot if you consider public opinion of the 'Z-Fighters' moot.
