In the Court of Law (Daiki)

Daiki had somehow realize one of his wish, he always wanted to do a tour on Wyntre's ship, but the fact is, he didn't really had the choice, Daiki was now facing the justice of Arcose, the strongest empire in the universe, and even if he had Wyntre, the lady of Arcose by his side, he was a saiyan, and saiyan weren't the one that was willing to help him. First to say, Arcose was beautiful, he didn't had the time to visit, but he really liked all the building on it, it was so different from Earth and Namek. Wyntre was just at his left, he assumed that he was telling the truth and that she doesn't sent anyone to kill him. So the judge wanted to make it fast, if it doesn't work, Daiki would probably will be jailed while the Earth is in danger, and he could not let that happen. Daiki had an hurry when Wyntre came to take him, he was just awakening and had barely his weighted clothes on when she came to him. She gave him an average armor of her army to look more presentable.


So its was now his time to defend himself, he had no experience in it so he was kinda scared of all those people looking at him. ''Ladies and gentle-Arcosian, i know that my race is causing trouble to your empire, but i was never one of them. The saiyans empire sent me as a baby to conquert a planet, apparently, my pod didn't open and i ended up on Namek, were i was raised. I never went back to planet Vegeta's army after this, i don't think any of the person who are a little smart will return to people who tried to kill you when you were just born, so please, don't look at me as a saiyan, those monkey that know nothing but fighting, but look at me like what i am. I am a defender of planet Earth, outside of it, i am also one of the solder of our lady against the saiyan menace.'' He first said to make it clear that he wasn't like the average saiyans, hoping that they would trust him a little. He took a deep breath, now he was getting in the real debate of the day, what happened to Gurin. Daiki breathed out, took another big breath, and then got into the subject. ''The one known as Gurin, sent me a message while i was training in a volcano, it was saying that he had a package for me from Wyntre-sama, so i interrupted my training and waited for him since something from Wyntre-sama was important. When Gurin first came in front of me, he made many blade of energy on his hand and clearly said that Wyntre had sent him to kill me. Knowing i had to fight for my life. I know, i know i attacked him first, but, as the video show, i also give him a chance to turn back and not fight against me. Gurin Threatened my life on his own, because Wyntre-sama, if she really wanted me dead, would have kill me on Earth, she wouldn't bring me there. Wyntre-sama, can you approve the fact that you didn't sent Gurin to kill me?'' He said with a straight ton, trying to hide any feeling on his voice, most likely the fear he was feeling now.

Daiki froze in a confused face for a second Did they just totally accuse their own queen of undirect murder? Those people are realy special. He though of himself, he knew he could not say that here because i would probably throw him in prison instantly. Daiki looked at the judge with a straigh face. ''Wyntre's army count also another solider, from species called Bio-Android. He is three to four time stronger than me and is not directly related to her. Return on my scouter for fiftheen day, he is right there. If Wyntre wanted to kill me without getting the media on her, first the Arcose's media would not care about a saiyans that died since i wasn't officially in Wyntre's army, and second she would have sent this guy, his power level his 68,000 and i know from experience, that Bio-Android are made to absorb people, he would have been please to kill me and absorb my power, leaving not a single evidence behind.''  Daiki said to the judge before they put his video on the screen.


On the video, we saw Daiki running on a corridor toward Wyntre's throne room, on the way to there, a doors open and on the scouter we can clearly see the face of Gurin. Of could i know this guy was planning to kill me...  He simply though as the judge stop on Gurin's face and look at Daiki's.  The video then showed Daiki's enterring the throne room and it show that the servant in the middle of the room, serving the meal to Wyntre, have a power level of 68,000. ''I guess we can assume this guys was more equipped to kill me and would be please to, the Bio-Android getting stronger when they absorb people. And also, even if Gurin had a maximum potential of 40,000, its no use for you to look at your scouter, i'm wearing clothes that lower my power level. But i'll tell you, my power level is at 61,000. Wyntre is a smart person, before sending someone to kill me, she would probably check my power level, but she actually had no idea of my power level, last time we met and talked, i was at 5,000.'' He said directly to the judge, obviously showing that there was an error on giving an order to Gurin to kill Daiki, knowing he was already stronger than him even if Gurin transpform. He then turned to Wyntre and smiled, he knew it wasn't the best situation but he hope she would be satisfy of his growing.

Daiki just notice something, the court wasn't paying attention to what he was saying, they were already planning to put him into jail without taking his argument in any way. A small lightning came from Daiki and struck the roof, showing the patience of Daiki slowly fading away. ''Gentleman, i see what game you are playing now, i can say anything, if i don't bring you Gurin himself saying he attack first, even if i have the video showing it, you won't listen to me and well threw me in jail. But the thruth is, i came here for the sake of Wyntre's honor, since i am one of her friend, killing a soldier wouldn't be good looking for her, so i decide to came here and show that i was basically innocent.'' From there, Daiki seems patient, but then another lightning struck the ground in front of him this time. Daiki's face change to show his impatience, it was the first time he do this face in front of Wyntre, but injustice was something he could not stand for. ''So, Gentleman, we have too choice here. We all know here that the only person here able to stop me in a fight would be Wyntre, and as you all know, so there is two way of ending this thing. First, you start to play fair with me, and start to concider my innonence with the material i gave you all that show i am obviously innoncent, or second, you continue to play like i was guilty even if it was self-defense, you put me in jail, and i escape by releasing my saiyan instinct, escaping with more explosion your species never saw in decade. I may sound barbaric over this speach, but i am really tired of you trying to defend myself against people that are basically not listening, and there is actually a third choice, since this place is full of Wyntre's opposant and people who seems trying to make a riot and take the crown from her, i could possibly kill every single one of you in the blink of an eyes. And dont say because i made this speach with agressivity that i am like all the savage of my race, everyone facing this situation would have the same reaction, injustice bring the worst out of people.'' Daiki said with still a polite ton, but people could clearly see he had lost his perfect calm he usually have. Daiki knew they weren't going to let him go freely with this speach, but he also know what he could escape any jail, and probably kill most of the solider in his way, Daiki didn't specially like this plan, but he would certainly not stay on Arcose for the rest of his life because he had to defend himself against a saiyan hater. Maybe i should remove my weigh to show my true power... but i'll wait for this later. He though.

When his speach was finished, Daiki looked around him and saw that those arcosian weren't pleased of it, it made Daiki smirk, those little citizen were nothing compare to the real Arcosian, they were tax payer and nothing else, they were only there to breed other Arcosian in only guru know manner, Daiki lose a lot of his respectful though about the arcosian today, of course he still looked to Wyntre like a great woman and someone respectful, but those arcosian were nothing but people that thing they were superior, and it pissed Daiki off. ''Oh sweet~ Pause.'' He whispered to himself in a sweet voice, he was kinda thirsty talking like this in this closed building. He then got into the alley of the court happily, flying is way to the first place were he could take something to drink, totally not noticing the way Wyntre looked at him. He finally get to a place were he could drink some water, he drank a lot before seeing that everyone was looking at him wierd, he knew his speach wasn't the most pacific he did, but still, they were literally judging him with literally no justice at all, he was judge because he was a saiyan, and yet he was the less saiyan of all. Pff... this court is ridiculous, they are literally convince i killed this guy with no reason even if they clearly saw on the video that he lied and threated me first. He though.


Then Daiki headed toward Wyntre, finally realising she was willing to talk to him, he then remember he threated the whole room full of her people. He went toward her, stopped on a respectable distance and bowed. ''Sorry if i offensed you or your people, but this court is honestly ridiculous. They have no proof i could kill this guy on my own and they was huge clue that he hated saiyans, what more do they need? We can't get physical clue, he drown into lava...'' He said before probably getting hit or something bad like this. He kinda knew he threated the whole court, but he was tired of being judged as a saiyan, he knew Arcosian and Saiyans were at war and hated each other, that is precisely why he was showing his tail off, he knew he was a saiyans and accepted it, even if his race were mostly a-hole, he was the exception, with some other saiyans, he will recreate his race with the same pride and strenght, but with peacefull base, making the civilisated and even stronger warrior.

Daiki nodded to Wyntre with a sad look, he was nos realising the whole thing, he had threated a lot of people that were probably innocent for two or three stupid one who were going to threat Wyntre herself. Daiki looked at the ground in front of Wyntre, he had been stupid and he now knew it, she was upset and she had the right and the obligation to be, she was their empress after all. ''I don't think saying i'm sorry will not be enough now, i'm trully sorry for what i did,i bring shame on you and i can't bring back your honor. I'm going to go straigh out with what happen, then i'll accept their judgement, but remember that no jail will keep me inside for a long time, i'll escape in the same day. They'll see me as someone who fooled you and you'll be okay.'' He said with his head still down, this was the only idea he had. He then went back in the court room and waited for everyone to come back.


When they came back several minutes later, Daiki stood when everyone sat on their seet, looking not aggressive at all, he looked directly at the judge. ''The one known as Gurin wanted to encounter me with a false message of Wyntre. When he arrived, he threated my life, i told him to go away, what he didn't and then he attacked me. When he does, i decided to defend myself, but Gurin was strong and i had to kill him to save me own life. Your honor, you already know that because i have message and tape about that. I want to hear the reason why my opposant in court accuse me of murder. Yes, i killed Gurin, sent him in a volcano pit full of lava, but it was self-defense, i was going to die if i didn't kill him, i wasn't in position to make him surrender, what i tried when he first came in front of me threatening me. Now, i want to hear what i am accused for, i wanna hear the reason why my evidence and logic aren't enough, so i'll let the attacker talk for now.'' Daiki said in a pacific voice before sitting back.

Daiki looked at Wyntre, seeing her dissapointed face, he wonder what he did wrong, his defense looked. Then the opposition simply played a recording. "I hope you are ready to die. I was given orders to kill you from Wyntre.... He doesn't like you I'm afraid..." and then they pressed the button again. "I hope you are ready to die. I was given orders to kill you from Wyntre.... He doesn't like you I'm afraid...", and again, "I hope you are ready to die. I was given orders to kill you from Wyntre.... He doesn't like you I'm afraid...", and again...

"I hope you are ready to die. I was given orders to kill you from Wyntre.... He doesn't like you I'm afraid..."

Daiki smirked, that was easy to defend, really easy. ''First, this recording admit that he attacked me first, and Wyntre herself said that she didn't sent him to kill me. Your recording show that Gurin threated my life first and that he lied with false Wyntre's order. Gurin was a traitor and a murderer, but i defend myself and killed him, and both your recording and Wyntre together point to this simple fact.'' He said with a bit of victory's hope in his voice. The attack could not say that he was wrong, in fact, they brough him the record he needed as their own attack. Then, some strange button appeared in front of Daiki from the floor. Daiki had study a little the language of the univers and read it pretty easily. So this is going to be a vote. I'm totally going to jail, i threatened all those people a minutes ago, even if what i said have sense, they won't care about it. He though pressing the green button. The button's panel then returned to the floor were he came, Daiki smiled a little since it was a little unconventional for a court to make everyone judge if the accused is guilty or not, on Earth, its literally the judge that have the final decision. Daiki then waited for the judge, who he just guess that only he had the result of the vote.

Daiki saw the sentences and smirked. 32 hours? That is like... nothing. I was scare that the sentences would be counted on many many years because of Arcosian's long living. Well, i guess i don't have to escape for a sentences of 32 hours, it would be ridiculous. He said looking at the sentences he got and the result of the vote, most of the people didn't answered, but those who did most likely though he was guilty, so he was wrong on this people, they were a good crowd after all. Daiki saluted the crowd politely while he got chained and sent to jail, he wasn't resisting, this sentences was not even close to worth a fight and a bad reputation to this people. Daiki got into his jail for the first time, he had a sympathetic cell companions, what make his 32 hours easier since he didn't had to fight for all this time. Daiki was a pretty much easy-to-live prisoner, he got into only one fight, and it was to stop it because prisoner were trying to kill themselves, the guard didn't had to do anything.

32 hours later




So it was time for Daiki to return, he didn't saw the time pass, he talked to many people, most of them weren't really bad person, their sentences were from one day to one week, the others were dangerous people and Daiki didn't talked to them. A guard came to take Daiki out of his jail, an arcosian of course, in their suppressed form, Daiki wondered why they don't use their final form, its really cooler and much MUCH stronger. ''Well, farewell people.'' He yelled to the people he called friend in jail, but just were sympathetic people he talked to. Daiki finally got out of the prison, free again, he was brought to the space station, were Wyntre's spaceship was parked. ''Uh, she waited for me, thats not bad.'' He said going into the ship, saluting  the big yellow wierdo that literally froze when he saw it, he knew that Daiki and Gurin were from another level, and Daiki won a fighter between the two. ''Don't be so scared, i'm on your side.'' He said to the alien laughting gently and fist bumping him. Direction, Earth!
