Don't worry, it's going to be balanced enough. I have a rough sketch here! The Ultimates will be unlocked later on. The Ultimates and the higher-up percentages can only be used for a short time, and will cut graded gains by an amount I hadn't decided on yet. And, as a benefit of actually making yourself weaker than your base, perhaps a small gain for the Suppressions.

Wyntre... That is unnecessarily complex and over-layered. What's with all these tiny incremental percentage increases? This seems like a massive reworking of Arcosian transformations, when they work fine as-is, aside from the fact that unmodified Arcosians don't currently have any clear end-game value.

Back onto the original topic, Frieza comes back just by getting all of his many chunks of flesh and throwing it in the Healing Tank. This can be a potential way to flavor the 'Cybercosian' come-back, which I think needs a better name.

That didn't really do anything special to him though. His new power was gained by training. The healing tank thing was simply a way to restore his body. It does prove just how durable Arcosians must be that he could cling to life while being in so many small pieces, though.

It also shows the possibility of becoming natural after Mechanization.
