I think Bio-Androids should be able to eat guards and minions, gaining PL and stacks of their metabolic boost because it 1: Costs a lot of Zeni to get the good boosts, and 2, otherwise I would need to murder 5 Players and eat them over 15 posts, in death enabled threads, and then if I ever use the Metabolic Boost I would need to eat four more over 12 more threads, NPCs are faster and a more safe way of eating, but I need to personally buy them (or someone buy them for me), and then murder them. I think its a fair trade off. Thoughts?

I think this is fair enough, it would cost 2,500z to stack it up all the way by buying 500z mooks. More expensive than overdrive & would probably require threading, comes out to be about the same benefit as an over-driving android w/ their 50,000 trans stacked on it.
Only stipulation would be probably you can't just eat someone else's minion outside of a DE.

Then another: Can a Bio-Android willingly choose to use the X3 version of their transformation if they have higher, so they do not need to spend any of their stacks? Or no?

IDK about that one man, as I believe the creator wants bio-androids to be using that trans in emergencies. Adding in a cash buy I can see as being a reasonable request because killing a player is a bit steep for a temporary bonus, but if it were to receive further alterations after that I would start to wonder why this race gets a x43 at the end (and a lot faster than the other races get their last tier) if its beginning drawbacks get more or less nulled.

Lads, its effectively, at this given time, considered training for that Bio-Android. Direct Power Level boost. The chase of someone in particular could be the Bio-Android's way of stalking his/her/its prey. Teaching themselves how to study the target, the landscape, how to keep undetected, and, most importantly, how to NOT be chased by powerful players, until the moment comes out.
It's why we sacrifice a tech slot to increase the amount.

What 'chu talking about with this eating 4 and 5 players? Absorbing a single player character bumps you up to x8.
