Koldar's attack worked! While it didn't crack the jar, his attack sent the fluids inside jostling around. Then came the chains from his back once more, slinging around Koldar's arm as Pin also grabbed it. The Arcosian grinned, not letting the chains get the best of him! His other hand grabbed the heating,chains... Or at least, he thought they were chains. They felt more like flesh, but having gotten to immense hot levels! He could only pull them off his arm with a yank, before batting them back! "Another good try, jarhead," Koldar taunted, pushing down on Pin's head with his unrelenting grip, "However, you'll see that your strategies be broken by me..."The old man paused his statement, attempting to lift Pin up off the ground, his free hand balled into a fist still from ripping the hot chains that burnt out in his palm. He growled, the smile fading away, "Every... Single... One!"( Mechanical Punisher Pin Koldar reacts swiftly to the chains, having been made aware of their existence from their previous clash. He had not expected them to become hot, but his energy safeguarded him enough to stop and snap the chains before Pin could take his arm! Pin’s chains were once again knocked away, Koldar infusing his fists with ki to mitigate any harm they may have done. This fight was going nowhere for either combatant, which was arguably more infuriating than if it were going poorly for Pin. They’d traded the equivalent of bruises and scrapes, nothing more. And now, the Arcosian lifted him into the air by his face and taunted him as if he were a victor. “ Negative. We will either continue to entirely mitigate one another until the timer runs out, or you will be crushed beneath the heel of the Empire. There can be no other outcome.” With that, Pin lifted his legs up and wrapped them around Koldar’s arm, following up with a shifting of his own weight that would turn his grapple into a throw, putting Koldar onto his back and underneath Pin. The android reached out to where his shotgun had somehow once again been dropped, retrieving it and bringing it to Pin’s hand, where he then stuck the barrel directly into Koldar’s face and pulled the trigger repeatedly, firing several blasts at point-blank range. ____________________________________________________ Pin has reversed the grapple and is firing his shotgun at Koldar Frost once more! The android only stated that this would go on forever, or that he'd be crushed under the Empire's heel. Before Koldar could react to that, Pin used his legs to grapple and throw Koldar on to his back! However, with his reaching for the shotgun, he had released Koldar's arm. Right as he pulled the trigger with the gun in his face, Koldar smacked his arm, forcing the shots to go upwards as he got back to his feet! Koldar invaded Pin's personal space and wasn't about to leave any time soon. Afterwards, Koldar aimed to throttle Pin some more. He re-entered his stance, using his right hand to hook down Pin's face, to then bring it back up to knock up his face back. "You're not wrong about that... But that's assuming you won't break!"Koldar was coaxing Pin. He wanted him madder, to think out of place. He still had flesh in him, and he wasn't just thinking about those chain-like tentacles hiding in his back! He still had a brain, meaning he was prone to the humanoid emotions just like Koldar. The old man's experience was tempered and would be what led him to winning this despite the few attacks Pin managed to get! ( Mechanical Punisher Pin Koldar's response, after being thrown to the ground and feeling Pin loosen from going for his shotgun, is to smack the weapon upward as he got back to his feet! He then aims to smack Pin not once with his right fist, but twice. He aims to get him angry with his words, seeing how Pin was quite responsive to him.) (KP: 3/3 once more from 2/3!) |

Pin’s shotgun was knocked safely away from Koldar’s face, but Pin managed to keep a hold of the weapon this time. He wouldn’t be letting it get discarded again if he could avoid it. He’d chosen a shotgun for a reason, after all - even at close range, it was still a dangerous and potentially deadly weapon. Koldar basically slapped him across the faceplate a couple of times, and then threw out some taunt about him breaking. “ I can understand your confusion. Arcosian engineering is often inferior to that of other, more intelligent species. Let me assure you that my chassis is built to endure power far greater than any you might command.” Pin followed his taunt with a knee strike aimed at Koldar’s own knee, followed by an elbow strike aimed at the face and ending in a jab of the butt of the shotgun’s stock driven into Koldar’s nose. A shotgun is more than a firearm - it also makes a serviceable bludgeon! “ And don’t let the clear duraglass fool you. My superior brain is on display by design, but is very adequately protected. Feel free to test it with your brittle knuckles all you like.” __________________________________________ Pin attacked with a series of melee strikes, ending with a strike from the butt of his gun! A taunt was given after Koldar's attacks hit, before the android dipped down to try and hit the Arcosian's own knee! Koldar would simply raise it up, to meet Pin's knee. They both clashed, a shockwave happening as both were knocked partly back from the other. Pin came rushing in with an elbow strike and a swing with the handle of the shotgun. He put up his hands to block both. Pin's elbow attack wound up pushing Koldar's hand into his nose, all the while the other hand found ease guarding against the shotgun attack. "Well then," Koldar replied, a huff coming from his nose releasing some snot that came down to touch upon Pin's boots, "Let's get to breaking it with something else..!"The Supreme Commander lunged his head forward, aiming to bash Pin's head jar! Not only did he do that, he brought his tail flying around to grasp Pin by his waist, intending for him to not be moved from the bash. He then whipped his one his feet up, the energy in it being dangerously high like how his punches and his tail attack from before were! ( Mechanical Punisher Pin Koldar's blocking the elbow jab, but it causes him to have some difficulty breathing through it, forcing out some nose juices. On top of this, he manages to deflect the shotgun attack. With Pin's comment about his head, Koldar lunges forth for a head bash, using his tail to prevent Pin from flying away to set up a whipping kick to the head, using the Eps Purah Kahnsh, Level 1 (N1) methodology to threaten it!) Some of Pin’s attacks went through, but once again the damage delivered appeared to be minimal. No matter. Frustrating as it may be, Pin was confident that he could win this battle through patience, perseverance, and when the time was right the release of his fury in small, but powerful bursts. Koldar counterattacked with a headbutt, to which Pin responded with one of his own. As the two warriors’ heads clashed, a loud crashing sound filled the arena - that of two incredibly durable materials impacting each other with great force. But still, Pin’s braincase remained intact. His boast had not been an exagerration - he’d build that braincase to last. And then Koldar wrapped his tail around Pin’s waist, and Pin’s sensors picked up on a high-energy attack coming from the legs. This was the moment Pin had been waiting for. Pin wrapped his chains around Koldar’s tail and his own waist, further enforcing the hold that Koldar had on him. In that moment, Pin’s chest split down the middle and slid open, revealing the wide barrel of a high-powered energy cannon. As Koldar’s leg came up, Pin fired his Chest Cannon, cancelling out the energy from Koldar’s attack, and sending an overflow of power into the Arcosian’s body! ___________________________________________ Pin has fired [UP2] Chest Cannon (equivalent of U15 Pin’s Shoulder Cannon)! Koldar's kick neared Pin's head, looking just about ready to open up the fool's brain jar and send that glass he claimed right into the skull... But, to Koldar's dismay, Pin's chest opened up, a nasty cannon opening up and unleashing a torrent of hell upon the Arcosian! The power of his kick was diminished, and not to mention half the energy being used upon Koldar had forced the Arcosian off the Android. "Gah..!"The Arcosian grunted! His body was smoking, armor having broken in the process as he huffed for air! The android got a good hit on him this time. Koldar got to his feet, coming to the thought to recover his energy. The amount of energy Pin used there was substantial, and in order to make his next attack count, he had to wait out the android... Just a bit of time. He got on his feet, setting his tail behind the leg he was using partially to help himself up and give it time to recover. "That all... Brat," Koldar taunted while panting, a smile forming upon his face! There was a way for him to win this, now that he knew what layed inside this Android. He punched forward, sending a few basic ki blasts from his fists, aiming to pepper the android up! ( Mechanical Punisher Pin Koldar takes the hit, distance being made between the two forcibly by the impact of the attack! He then connives a plan, now knowing that Pin has used a good amount of energy. He shoots several ki blasts from his fist after returning to his fighting stance, aiming to trade blows at this distance!) (KP: 3/3 from 2/3 for no KP usage) |

Pin watched with satisfaction as his Chest Cannon overwhelmed the Arcosian and finally did some real damage. He’d had to expend a fair amount of energy to pull it off, but he was confident that whatever the Arcosian might throw back would be well within his capability to handle. Koldar threw an insult, followed by a series of basic energy blasts. The insult bounced off him harmlessly. The ki blasts were answered by a couple of shotgun blasts, blowing them harmlessly out of the sky. Pin stared at the Arcosian, and couldn’t help wondering what the lizard’s plan was - if any. “ I’ll give you this one chance, Arcosian,” Pin said in a calm and even tone, “ Concede this match and you can go home with your pride intact. Refuse, and I can do this song and dance for as long as it takes to humiliate you with a proper defeat. Your choice.” Pin rested the barrel of the shotgun over his shoulder, leaving his Chest Cannon deployed as a reminder that he had all sorts of toys that Koldar didn’t know about, while he awaited his answer. ________________________________ Pin has offered Koldar Frost an ultimatum! +1 KP from no tech use KP 2 /3 |

Koldar's energy blasts were met with buckshot, dismantled before even reaching Pin. He was being threatened to surrender with being humiliated in front of these people... This only bolster Koldar's resolve, his energy rising up quickly as he bellowed out, his stance fixing as he recovered his breath and forced himself to get over his injury! "You will have to try it, then!"This wasn't the time to attack. Not yet. They still had a few minutes to go to settle this match before the refs ended it. Neither were going to bend and break against the other unless they outsmarted the other. For the moment, Pin had landed a blow, but it was not enough to end the fight! “ Then so be it.” Pin aimed his shotgun at Koldar, preparing to fire. However, his sensors picked up on the Arcosian charging something. Something big. It appeared that Pin had woken the bastard up, and he was finally getting serious. Pin ran a quick diagnostic to reconfirm his own energy levels. He wasn’t thrilled with what he found. He needed to try and buy just a little time. He opened fire with his shotgun, repeatedly emptying bright purple energy buckshot in Koldar’s direction. He was certain that this salvo of simple fire would do little to distract the Arcosian, but the alternative was to sit and do nothing, and that simply was not in the Android’s nature. No, he’d at least irritate his opponent while he waited for his own fuel cells to charge enough for him to properly respond to Koldar’s attack. ______________________________________ Pin has fired a series of basic shotgun blasts at Koldar Frost ! +1 KP for No Tech Use! "Shotgun blasts..."Koldar swayed side to side, his arms brought up to guard his face as he swelled with more energy! Some pelted him, but they were on the same level of the shots from earlier. He needed more power for this attack. "20 seconds? Maybe," Koldar thought to himself, the shots only partly stinging with his energy forming up in his person, "He might have some more tricks up his sleeve. Question is what he has, and if I can overwhelm it... This stuff he's using right now won't be enough to stop this build up!"A ominous green light glowed with the energy building up from within him, a visual alone to alarm the android of the level of danger in this attack he was building up, as he shifted in place to avoid the brunt of these attacks. ( Mechanical Punisher Pin Koldar continues the build up of his energy, biding more time to build his energy up! Pin watched as Koldar managed to avoid some of his shotgun blasts, but simply seemed to ignore the others. The Arcosian truly had gotten serious, and Pin needed to decide how he was going to respond. At this rate, he wouldn’t be able to catch up with Koldar’s attack power. But he might be able to do something. Pin holstered his shotgun at his hip, and stood steadfast with his arms at his sides. Steam fired out from his joints, and stabilizers folded out from the sides of each foot. He began to charge energy into his defensive systems, preparing to deploy at a moment’s notice. He funneled as much power as he possibly could - he wasn’t going to play around. He refused to break upon the fist of this inferior creature. ( Song for the post) Pin must've picked up on Koldar's attack building up to some real critical levels and holstered his gun before, with a hiss, steam blasted out of Pin's body, a loud humming coming from Pin's form. What was it going to be? A beam? A homing missile? Koldar was having difficulty telling. His energy was so overwhelming that it was cracking the knuckles in his hands and even his prong-like toes! "Think... He's gotta be looking to stop this somehow," Koldar thought to himself, "He has to be observing and looking for an opening in my attack pattern, right?"The android and he traded several blows to begin with, Pin having gotten a good hit before because he initiated the attack! It was making Koldar wonder if he should wait a bit more to attack. He was going to break that jar holding his brain, no questions about it, but Koldar couldn't dismiss the risk assessment. He cursed silently, thinking about how the technology from the Vargas was so restraining when it came to power levels! This fight was getting frustrating enough to the point that the Arcosian wanted to take up either his Brute or even Monstrous forms just so that he could end this bastard before the time limit! No, he had to be patient! He wasn't just here to win some tournament. He was here to demonstrate to everyone in his universe that the Arcosian Federation of Planets was the future of the Arcosian Empire and that not only he, but also Wyntre and Abzerute would be at its helm for the years to come! Patience... A few more seconds was all he needed to understand what Pin had been playing! The energy coming from Koldar was causing the arena to quake as plasma zapped around his form as he gnashed his teeth together, forcing himself to hang on. ( Mechanical Punisher Pin Koldar sees Pin charging something up, unaware of what it is he has coming up. He wants to leap out, to initiate the attack, but the last time he did that, Pin landed a good blow upon him! It has caused him to wait and think about the situation, instead of rushing in so quickly. Pin stared at the Arcosian, his own lifeless red eyes revealing nothing of his own intent. He had designed this body to be the very avatar of fear and intimidation. He had wanted his very presence to cast the shadow of doubt over his victims, and for many years it had worked exactly as planned. He wondered if it was working as intended on Koldar - if Koldar looked into Pin’s eternal scowl and wondered if he would have another dirty trick up his metal sleeve. He had travelled the cosmos with the Empire and coated his onyx black armor with the blood of what was probably hundreds of enemies. And yet when it came to the forces of the Empire of his universe, he was himself but a shade of his superiors. Ultimately, he didn’t care whether or not he was the strongest in the Empire. He only cared that he was strong enough to defeat the opponents that stood against him, and that he would one day find his ex-wife and be strong enough to put her in the ground just like she had tried to do to him. The best route to that eventual future was through this ugly lizard fuck. The Mechanical Punisher Pin, the grim spectre of the scientist once known as Sorrel, would not be denied by this Arcosian bastard. Whatever Koldar had in store for him, he would weather that storm and return it with the fires of hell itself. He diverted all energy from non-essential sytems into his defensive array. He was going to need to react, and fast. The energy building within Pin looked to be something deadly. Yet, Koldar had been building his own deadly attack! The red eyes of Pin stared at Koldar's and the scowl would be returned! Koldar's energy boomed, as he grunted. The ground buckled under Koldar's step as he flickered forward within reach of Pin with his tail! His body had been turned, with his tail taking up all that energy as it whipped forward, intending to direct the energy into the narrowest focal point as possible for the maximum damage. The blow was directed to Pin's head; a blow that would certain break his jar open if whatever Pin had planned was strong enough to handle Koldar's attack back?
