"Tulip," Koldar thought to himself, flying up to the ring and landing inside, "Sounds like a Earthling's name... No mention of the universe, either, so they must be from my own."The old Arcosian landed upon the ring, looking around at his Universe's section of the arena, expecting to spot out the opponent. He had been sitting idly by this whole time, not bothering to socialize between the matches. He was here for several reasons. 1 was for reconnaissance, and from what he could gather from the standings, most were from U15, and among those several, few were enemies of the Arcosian Empire, and inherently so, the Arcosian Federation! Former Queen Zucceta, the current Queen, and her top dogs were all in the major leagues, enemies of which only Wyntre could stand to... However, she'd lost to Zucceta in round 1, which left only Koldar in the middle League to represent themselves! "Come on up here, Tulip, and experience the fist of the Supreme Commander of the Arcosian Federation!"( Tulip Waterfield)

Tulip's gaze never left her palms, as the woman sat silent in her chair. Members of her universe stirred and chatted among themselves, but she didn't partake in the friendly banter. She was only here for one reason, after all. When the older Capper announced the next round and her opponent, the woman's gaze barely shifted. She watched the older Arcosian fly out and land on the ring, and a small smile crossed her face. The Arcosian Federation...last time I heard of it, people were calling it the Arcosian Empire. I guess I better give him everything I have and then some, considering he was strong enough to topple the Empire Noxa supported with her might. Rising to her feet, the woman jumped the short distance to the metal ring. Landing on the ground across from the Arcosian, the hybrid looked across at him and muttered. “I'm sure you're here for your pride, and to represent the strength of your group. I'm here to undo a simple mistake.” Strolling forward, she reached into the pocket of her jacket. Pulling out two worn leather gloves, she started pulling them on as her monologue continued. “I just need to turn back my mistake, bring back all those souls I snuffed out. So, Mighty Commander...” Sliding her feet apart and bringing her fists up, the hybrid prepared to battle. Her gaze met the Frost Demon known as Koldar, Supreme Commander of the Arcosian Federation, and a grin crossed her face. “Let's go about this like civilized fighters, and beat each other to death.”

The woman came up to the stage, looking like a tailless saiyan trying to be a human. She landed upon the metal ring and put on some leather gloves, while she stated about trying to fix a simple mistake. Redemption is what she sought, to bring back the souls that she sent to the afterlife... Intending to slay Koldar in the process of this, even if it was only a temporary one, based on how those slain in their matches were brought back from the dead before heading out of the fighters' section of the arena! "Allow me to state this," Koldar told Tulip, "The only reason they've not returned from the afterlife is only because they had not enough willpower to do so. Something I learned from my fellow compatriots helping lead the Arcosian Federation of Planets... But that's a different conversation altogether!"Koldar's energy exploded out in a green flame-like aura, as the countdown started! He grinned, fists raised to head level with his knees partly bent, and his tail laying back as a support to his frame. The Eps Purah Kahnsh, Koldar's modification of Earth's Martial Art, Muay Thai! It was a deadly art, when the user wanted it to be, but as his energy reflected to his opponent, the killing intent was not present. "We are only in competition for the wish from this universe's Namek, girl. Death is not what I seek..."The buzzard initiated, the Old Arcosian leaping forward with a knee extended out to smash into the girl's chest. He roared, as he got in range, "ONLY VICTORY!"Whether or not he hit, the old Arcosian would ready himself to engage in a flurry of blows with this individual. The clock was ticking away... ( Tulip Waterfield back to you! A knee is sent your way, as Koldar states and shows he won't be aiming to pummel Tulip to death. Only what is necessary for victory!) (KP: 3/3)

The woman's eyes lost their gleam, as the Arcosian began speaking. His speech about the ones she killed not being able to return due to a lack of willpower awoke something deep within; but she didn't let it show on her face. He cut off the conversation, a grin crossing his face, before his aura flared out in a green flame. The woman didn't shift, as the Arcosian shifted into a stance similar to Muay Thai. She'd fought someone on Earth who fought the same way. But, despite the difference in strength between the Arcosian and the human from the past, there was a certain sharpness to his stance that was missing. The old alien didn't have it in him to kill her with his intent. You're taking my commitment lightly, Koldar. Your stance lacks the edge of one willing to bet life and limb to win...and that's precisely why you'll lose. The woman was so caught up in thought, she barely registered the buzzer signaling the start of the match. The old Arcosian almost vanished as he shot forward, propelling his body forward using a mixture of his tail and feet. His knee was already past Tulip's guard, beyond her ability to redirect or parry the powerful blow. But she wasn't interested in that. “Only victory, huh?” As his knee slammed into her gut, her feet braced to prevent her body from sliding back. Her hand was already thrust forward, angled to slam into the Arcosian's face at the same time his blow collided with her gut. Ignoring the pain that erupted from her stomach, the woman slid one foot back and launched out with a series of 3 whip-like jabs. Each was angled to strike the Arcosian's stomach, chest, and jaw with lightning-like speed. She hadn't regained her breath enough to lash out with a kick or something equally strong; but he was in her domain, the overwhelming strike-zone. His Muay Thai would doubtless hammer apart her defenses rapidly and leave her broken and bloodied...if she didn't strike twice or thrice faster in the openings his powerful, but slow, attacks created. “I don't want to bring them back from the dead, Koldar.” Her voice finally spoke in a soft whisper, as her breath returned enough to work. A small, guilty smirk crossed her lips. “I just want everyone to forget everything that happened...change my stance back to a normal companion, not a monster who killed every man, woman, and child that opposed the freedom of her home. You have a dream like that, old man?” Sliding her foot forward, she threw a powerful punch laced with silver aura towards the Arcosian's face. Whether or not it landed, the woman's only goal was to regain her distance and prepare her next assault.

Koldar's blow was a little short, his knee driving into his opponent's gut instead of chest. Her energy was riddled with the intent to kill Koldar, and her blows translated them well. The first, a thrust to Koldar's face! She'd been reeling a bit from Koldar's first attack, allowing the Arcosian to shift his head to the right. Then came another series of strikes, the Arcosian landing on his feet in time to engage Tulip's blows! A hit to the chest, followed by the head, and lastly the stomach, all jabs. The first two were easy to avoid direct contact. He stepped to the side to block the chest blow, and then used his left hand to parry the incoming jab to the face. However, the third was surprisingly quick, a jab to the stomach! He felt the sting of it, but it'd do more to get past his trained Arcosian hide... And then she spoke, stating she wanted everyone to forget that she did what was necessary to defend her world and people! Tulip sent a hook forward, only for Koldar to shift to the side, the wind brushing by his head! He uttered, "No... For what I have done has been necessary for the people I care about, even if they don't approve!"The veteran dipped down, sending a couple of right handed jabs towards where he hit before. He then jumped upwards, using his tail to provide extra power to a rising knee to hit high on this selfish woman! The attack would only end with a sudden point blank energy blast with the Arcosian still in the air. He would not lose. He had the developing Federation on his back! ( Tulip Waterfield Koldar dodges the first head strike and chest blow with simple shifts of his positioning, and blocks the 2nd jab to face. However, the third connects at his abdomen. He follows up with another shift in position, to jab two times at Tulip's abdomen where he hit solidly before, before trying to go for a rising high knee and to end it with a ki blast while floating in the air! Man that was a mouthful!) (KP: 3/3)

Tulip felt her hits connect with his stomach, and realized it wasn't even close to being enough to pierce his honed body. Despite his lighthearted approach to the battle, his strength and experience was evident; he simply shifted to the side, instantly gauging the range of her fist. His gaze shifted from her fist, still flowing with gray aura, as he muttered a response under his breath. Something about her wish being wrong, his actions being correct in every way regardless of how they'd been received. Her eyes widened in shock, as she realized her woes, her pain, her reality meant less than nothing in the eyes of this warrior. He was fixated on his own pride, his Federation being the thing urging his fists and attacks onward. His fist shot out, a blur striking three times in the span of an instant. They all slammed into her stomach, almost forcing Tulip to one knee. As she started to collapse downward, his body shot up. He was using his tail to increase the force produced by his legs, as he shifted into a rising knee. The hybrid's head snapped back, as her entire body was forced back to its feet by the force of the strike. Her fuzzy vision caught the last motion, as the Arcosian opened one hand and a glowing orb of emerald energy shot towards her body. It slammed into her jacket, sending the woman flying backwards from the force it contained. Rolling and sliding to a stop on the edge of the ring, Tulip struggled to rise to her feet. Her hair began rising upwards, as the woman slammed her fist into the metal ground.
“You're lucky the Vargas boosted and reduced the strength of all the fighters...your hypocritical words would've forced me over the edge, you old warrior.” Spitting a wad of blood and mucus onto the ground, the woman rose to her feet. Grabbing the edges of her tattered jacket, the woman flicked them outwards. Her gaze remained on the Arcosian, as she continued speaking. “But...even the binding of my strength isn't enough to curb all of my tricks.” Her aura began flaring up, as her jacket rippled from an unseen breeze. Thrusting one hand out, a silver mirage filled the air in front of her. Grasping it, a silver sword sparked into existence. Flicking the energy to one side, more blades began embedding themselves on the ground around the woman and the old warrior. “Each blade is a piece of me, a memory I wish gone forever...but I can't trash them. They're as much a part of me as your tail is of you. So...let's start this fight for real...Koldar, Supreme Commander of the Arcosian Federation, you now face Tulip Waterfield, wielder of a Thousand Swords.” With that declaration, the blades sinking themselves into the earth finally halted, leaving over three dozen swords scattered throughout the ring. Her gaze never left Koldar, as two swords vibrated free of the metal ring and shot towards the Arcosian, with the intent to impale him. As both blades neared their target, the woman began sprinting forward, angling the sword to strike the Arcosian moments after the blades reached him. “Oh, and by the way...these swords don't pierce flesh; they explode on contact.” As she spoke that aloud, both blades exploded just shy of Koldar, silver energy flashing as though the blades were returning to the ki they'd sprung from. Jumping into the air, the woman reversed the blade she held, and swung downwards with all of her strength; her intent to strike the opponent on his shoulder with the blunt edge of her blade, before landing and slamming the sword into his ribs with an equally powerful slash.

To be frank, the Arcosian was surprised the blows connected to Tulip! He figured that she'd manage to take advantage of how Koldar was striking and use an opening. However, it wasn't the case, which told Koldar that she was still a greenhorn. She came to a stop near the edge of the arena, struggling to get back on her feet. With her energy rising up, she pointed out that this would be a greatly different story between the two, the Arcosian scoffing in agreement. "These old bones have plenty of experience in them, but that experience hadn't been enough to beat overwhelming power. I know how strong you really are..."Koldar paused, blades of silver energy littering the arena, and one in Tulip's hand! They hummed with energy, the old Arcosian looking unimpressed as she called herself the wielder of a thousand blades... It brought a memory to Koldar, back when he was in his 60s. Two of these many blades aimed to impale him, the Arcosian smacking both blades by the flat part aside and embedding them in the ground. "I met someone who called themselves that before," Koldar spoke up, readying himself for Tulip's assault, "While they were a pirate, they also had been really good with a blade! I was about 60 Earth years old at the time and I made his b-"As he said that, two of the blades near him erupted into explosions of silver energy! Tulip gave him a late heads up, being fairly condescending in the way. Koldar rose an eyebrow and nodded, quipping, "Duly noted..!"The assault then came with two heavy strikes! The first, a blunt strike, landed on Koldar's shoulder in his confusion, with the other strike aimed at his abdomen connected, slamming Koldar to the other side of the ring. He tumbled on the metal flooring, before grasping tightly on it with all four limbs and tail! He came to a halt at the opposite end of the arena, a mild bruise forming across the Arcosian's carapace. He grasped at it, his breathing harsh having taken the blow! "Good hit... Heh."Koldar got up, cracking his hands before wrapping his arms and shins up with solid green energy that looked like armor guards. He slammed his fists together, sparks flying from the clash as he offered her a smile. He told her, "Allow me to give you my other title... One that you might know, too. I am Koldar 'Requies' Frost, The Ice Breaker!"With the statement, he sprung forward like a pumpkin out of a towering air cannon! When he got within only two meters of Tulip, he brought both hands up to smash down upon Tulip's shoulders. He knew about the blades now, and it was clear she was more of a swordsman than a hands on individual... But, she wasn't going to outclass him just because she had reach! ( Tulip Waterfield Koldar smacks the two blades aside that were sent at him, only to be distracted by their sudden explosions! The two strikes afterwards connect, Koldar being sent to the other side of the ring. He then manifests his energy into guards, to focus on his guard points. The hybrid watched in dry satisfaction as his monologue ended with the destruction of two blades. Both of her hits registered well, ending with the Arcosian sailing backwards from the second impact. She spun the sword around in her grasp, letting her two-handed stance return to a single hand as she watched his response. Her weariness sparked as he assessed his wounds with a single touch; a bruise was forming where her blade had collided. He slowly rose to his feet, as green energy coiled itself around his arms and shins. They created a crude sort of guard, crackling with as much, if not more, energy as her swords. She let the tip of her sword drop, as the Arcosian slammed his fists together and spoke. Something about his other title, the Ice Breaker. Jokes aside, the old fighter seemed ready to break ice and much more; if his gauntlets slammed into her body with his strength behind it, walking away in one piece was a mere pipe dream. Her gaze widened in shock as he almost vanished, metal ground cracking in a straight line that pinpointed his direction of travel. Two blades shot out of the ground, one slamming into Tulip's knee from behind and rotating her body to one side in a crouching position. Catching the second blade with her free hand,, she crossed both over her head in an X. The blade that had slammed into her knee fell backwards, before the tip buried itself in the earth and shot upwards. The hilt slammed into the center of the cross-guard, as Koldar's forearms slammed into the blades' edges. Both blades cracked from the impact, as the sword stabbed in the ground exploded into silver shards from the sheer amount of recoil it absorbed. “Holy shit, they should have called you the Ice Crusher.” A forced whisper under her breath, before the woman yanked her feet off the ground. The blades blocking Koldar's strike maintained their fixed position mid-air, as Tulip kicked the hilt of a nearby sword and sent it spinning up towards Koldar's head. She released her grip on both swords, as they exploded in flashes of ki. Another, glowing blade shot through the air, landing in her hand as she spun it around in her grasp. The dagger slammed into the notch created by her earlier stab, before the blade lengthened, sending the woman flying away from the Arcosian. She let go of the blade, which exploded in another flash of silver. “How long ago was 60 Earth years, old man? I'm sure your pirate friend couldn't do half of this.” Sliding to a stop, she thrust both palms out. A tanto spiraled from the far side of the arena into one of her waiting hands, as a katana filled the other. Angling both to point towards the Arcosian, the woman spoke clearly, loud enough for the entire crowd to hear. “I respect you, Koldar. Doubtless your wish is worthy of one of your conviction. Lets do battle the right way, as one peer to another. I won't hold back; I hope you do the same.” As she rose to a standing position, her ki began building rapidly. Silver energy began crackling down her jacket, running down the blades in both of her hands. Her gaze never left Koldar, as she waited for his reaction. She was ready to put it all on the line. Maybe...losing here wouldn't be so bad after all?

Koldar's arms crashed into three explosive blades she brought up, immediately cracking them as they held up under his pressure! She muttered about him should have been called the Ice Crusher instead, which earned a laugh from the old man. There was no time to engage in banter, though, as she kicked up a nearby blade with incredible flexibility which shot to his head. Koldar retreated a bit to kick up with his left leg, smashing the blade upwards, causing it to blow up high above them. During that time, she relieved two of the cracked blades and let them blow up! The Arcosian was prepared enough to guard against them, arms and legs brought up in front to all absorb the blast into the guards. She created another explosion with a dagger turned sword that Koldar hadn't noticed earlier! Thankfully, the Arcosian was out of range for the explosion. As she brought another couple of blades to hand, she asked Koldar about how long ago it'd been when he was in his 60s. To that, he replied, "About 30 years at least, youngster! He had a different way of fighting, compared to yourself. I'll tell you more about it after this match, if you've the time!"As she stated soon after, the woman's energy rose up and wrapped around her form in electrical fashion. It was a massive build up, for sure! The old man's brimming guards appeared to vibrate with the energy rapidly building in his form, as well! This would be coming to an end soon. Koldar could feel it in his bones! "She's been fighting in melee format this whole time, with the only range she's had being those explosive blades of hers littered around the ring," Koldar thought to himself, his red eyes peering around the ring for the blades and counting what he could see and what he felt through his ki sense behind him. He finished counting, thinking to himself, "31 blades remaining, varying in appearance somewhat. However, those blades can be molded into another's shape and size to her will. They all effectively have the same properties of being being able to cut, pierce, and explode. This attack of hers ought to be something that enhances one of those properties... But which?"( Tulip Waterfield Koldar deflects the blade kick and guards against the two blades released that exploded! After that, he has readied himself, preparing Eps Purah Kahnsh, level 2 (UP2)! Tulip listened to the old warrior's response, her eyes narrowing as his own aura began flaring up. She realized he wanted to push this fight even further, and her respect increased further. She saw his eyes sweeping the battlefield, doubtless numbering her remaining blades. She knew that, with his experience, sensing the blades forged of ki would be a simple process. You've already seen every trick my swords have, Koldar. Using them again would just be doing you a disservice, Ice Breaker. Let's keep this interesting.
Letting her hands open, both blades fell from her grasp. Every blade surrounding the entire battlefield shattered in unison with the two blades as they struck the ground. Amid the clouds of gray, the woman's emerald gaze glittered, matching the color of the Arcosian's powerful energy. Digging her toes into the ground, Tulip fell into a sprinter's stance. “I'll bring the fight to you, Koldar!” The metal shattered at her feet, as the woman began dashing through the silver clouds of ki shards. Bringing both hands out to either side, silver ki began condensing around her leather gloves to form silver gauntlets. Energy began running down her arms, as the woman braced herself to strike across from Koldar. There was no dishonesty in this strike, carrying all of her weight, conviction, and respect in one, powerful punch. The ground spider-laced around her feet, metal cracking from the gravity and weight created from her strike. Her fist sped towards the man's stomach, with her guard completely down; this was her sincere invitation to a bloody brawl to the bitter end. Are you warrior enough to accept my challenge, Koldar of the Arcosian Federation!?

The sound of the blades shattering around Koldar attracted the Arcosian's attention, including those that were in Tulip's hands. He thought to himself, his attention fixated upon this woman now, "It must be coming! Get ready, ya bag of bones!"With a declaration, Tulip rushed forward with tremendous speed! Her energy wrapped and buffed around her hands, forming silvery gauntlets. She was getting close... And making herself open, too?! The Arcosian felt baffled, in the sense of frustration! She was aiming to throw it away with this attack of hers: The chance to fight equally with Koldar. "Not like that, brat," Koldar growled, his legs and tail braced on the ground as he moved his hands in place to engage the sloppy, yet powerful strike. The punch was low for even her, as she was going for Koldar's stomach. Therefore, he'd easily make it stop by grabbing her elbow and wrist with each of his hands! Upon doing so, the Supreme Commander got to feel the energy behind it. Metal crunched and ripped under his feet as the two flew to the other side of the arena. He growled, summoning even his breath to stop the incoming attack! With its release, as they came to the edge of the arena, he shouted, "You had a chance before, and you've squandered it..!"They came to a stop a meter before the edge. The energy from both dissipated, Koldar leering at his opponent! His form enlarged and towered over Tulip, the Ice Breaker clearly unamused by this sloppy display from Tulip. His enlarged hands tightened around Tulip's arm before he yanked on her arm to toss her outside the ring. He was angered that the woman dared disrespect him like this! "Take your sloppiness out of this ring, brat! RAAAH!"( Tulip Waterfield Koldar realizes what Tulip has done and is not amused by it. He chooses to block the strike by gripping wrist and elbow while bracing the ground with tail and feet using the energy he built up to stop this attack! Tulip's fists were stopped by the Arcosian, as the sheer force behind her strikes drug the two of them across the arena. She realized, in the weary haze left after using all of her energy, that the old warrior had caught her arm by the wrist and elbow and completely negated her attack. He shouted something at her, as she realized they had come only mere feet from the edge of their arena. His body suddenly enlarged, hands completely enveloping her forearm. Whirling his entire body, aura radiating with rage, the old warrior threw her backwards through the air. As her body hurtled upside down through the air, a single thought crossed her mind. So...my request for a brawl was denied? Guess I'll have to use 'that' once again. To fight a monster...I need to become one as well. Her emerald gaze narrowed in resolution, as her body flew towards the edge of the arena; she was hurtling towards the bleachers outside the ring. Energy enveloped her entire body, as black ki began surging around her small form. Her trajectory shifted, as the weight on her body more than quadrupled. Slamming into the arena floor directly behind Koldar's towering form, the metal ground splintered in a crater around the now-armored woman. She didn't turn to face Koldar, as an equally dark helmet formed around her head. Her lowered arms didn't shift, as a blade of black formed in her hand. Letting her head fall back, her voice spoke softly, barely audible to the man standing behind her. “Last time I donned this armor was to kill the one who birthed me. She had it coming, you know. I'm sorry about the rashness of my last attack; I thought you and I were the same on a spiritual level. But it seems I have to take a far more serious approach to fight you, old warrior.” Sliding her armored boots through the shattered metal lying between the two of them, the woman tapped her toe on the ground. A blade the size of a small building shot from the ground behind the huge Koldar and herself. Only a mere foot from the edge of the arena and the out of bounds, the armored woman shifted her body into a defensive stance. Two more blades shot out of the ground on both sides, creating a tiny cell which held both fighters prisoner. Only one wall was left open; the one that led to out of bounds, where escape only meant an inevitable defeat. Dropping the black blade, it melted into the shadows at her feet; its ki returning to the armor she wore. The black armor reflected none of the light of the arena, seemingly consuming all of the light surrounding the two. Her helmet faced Koldar, none of the former light reflecting the warrior's expression. Both of her hands came up, gauntlets twisting into fists as the woman waited to see the large warriors reaction. Let's continue our dance, Ice Breaker; this isn't the last trick I have, nor the limits of my spirit. I'm ready, Koldar!

Tulip didn't appear to stopping at first. Yet, as she neared the bleachers, her body was enveloped in black, forcing herself to come to a stop! The Supreme Commander readied himself for the woman's return, who arrived right at the edge of the ring and cratering it in the process. A story about how she donned this armor to kill her mother, whom she stated deserved it, was given very briefly before an apology was given. He retorted, tight fists raised in front of his head, "I'm someone who focuses on reality, which I admit been changing a lot lately in the a grander scheme. However, yes, you must fight me more seriously if you wish to win!"The response was heeded by the armored Tulip. Upon a tap of the ground, screeching metal from behind Koldar with the woman's energy embedded caught his attention! He whirled around, seeing a giant blade coming out the ground. Another 3, including 1 behind Tulip, shot up from the metal ring, the sound wreching to those hearing this! "What's her plan here," Koldar questioned, seeing that they were only looming around them, "To fight me in close quarters? Must be so. The only thing that has changed has been my height. Seems that this Vargas tech restrains 'heightened states' of power... Good!"One of the blades dropped, exposing the outside of the ring once more. It seemed that what he thought was the case! Koldar looked over to her, seeing that she was ready to fight. He recentered himself, as he questioned her, "So you have it in your head to be sensible now? GOOD!"He rushed forward, his speed unchanged from before. However, his increased size had made him more notable to see approaching! Koldar twisted his body as he lept in to attack once more with his forward knee, with an elbow coming down to meet it. A crunching maneuver with this giant of an Arcosian was bound to be devastating if Tulip didn't block it carefully, even with this new armor she had on! ( Tulip Waterfield Koldar watches Tulip becoming much more serious, and tells her he is one to focus on reality, which should be reason enough for her to focus on engaging Koldar carefully! He then watches how the ring is made 'smaller' with the rising blades surrounding them, before proceeding to resume the brawl with a leaping, crunching strike with his forward knee and elbow.) Tulip knew her bluff was being called, as the Arcosian responded to her simple speech with a statement of his own. He acknowledged her willingness to fight, before issuing a warning of his own. Be sensible, huh? Guess I need to step up my mind games. She smiled softly, as the Arcosian started his rush forward. Ki shards she'd mixed into the broken metal at their feet monitored his movement forward; the microscopic threads she'd strung between the blades also tightened and snapped, revealing his exact position to the woman. She didn't need to track his exact position, but doing what came next would be easier if she had a precise understanding of his motions. “Careful, huh?” Letting herself fall forward, the woman caught herself with one arm and spun to one side, narrowly dodging the knee and elbow that threatened to crush her body. The armor she wore shot out chains, linking to the one of the blades that made the three walls. The chains became taut, before yanking the woman through the edge of the blade; as her back slammed into the blade, she passed through the metal, which rippled like a lake that had a stone cast in its midst. As she passed through the far side of the blade, the woman spun to the ground in a kneeling position. Slamming her fist into the back of the blade, the ki within the sword rippled and spread throughout all 3 swords. The fourth blade shot back out of the earth, completely encasing the huge Arcosian. “To fight a monster, you have to take away their advantages.” The woman rose to her feet, before throwing her other hand up. Blades of black began forming throughout the air, which were thrown with blinding speed into the cage towards the Arcosian. She could still faintly detect his position, while her palm remained in contact with the huge blade. She needed to do as much damage as she could, while he was caught off-guard; after all, his pirate friend probably wasn't able to phase through a metal blade like it was water. If I can just wear him down even a little, there's a chance to win. Her stance relaxed, as she stopped throwing swords down from above. There had only been a few dozen, honed to pierce flesh. If the Arcosian had dodged all of them, he deserved an award. She let her gaze fall, as she tried to detect the warrior's next move
