As Koldar shot forward, about to crunch Tulip between his knee and elbow, the armored individual flung back, melding into the giant blade behind her as if it were water. Koldar stopped with a skid, the old Arcosian darting his eyes around to find out what was happening. The fourth giant blade rose back up, practically encasing him in all areas but the area above! She had to be goading him to go above for an attack. As he was observing, dozens of blades manifested and aimed to pin the Arcosian down! "So this becomes her space," Koldar thought to himself, the guards energy returning over his arms and shins, "I do need to get moving out of here, but if I go high, I'll be put into greater danger than I am now, I'm betting..!"Koldar's arms, legs, and tail got moving to deflect the oncoming blades while he figured out a plan. The sound of snapping metal could be heard for the audience to hear, signalling that the old man was still alive and fighting! He hadn't checked out how flimsy these walls were, but from what he could garner with his senses at least, she simply phased behind the blade and hadn't shifted position. Instead of rising up, the Supreme Commander rushed at the wall she was hiding behind and hurled his elbow forward at it. To his surprise, the 'metal' wall quickly cracked, shattering and dissipating before his eyes! "Your structuring is flimsy, I'd have to say," the barotoned Koldar spoke, his mad dash not ending to run down the relaxed warrior, "You ought to work on centralizing your energy instead of providing the dazzle!"He got within range, a wild flurry developing. He was cut up a bit from some of the blades trying to defend himself before, as Tulip would come to see. Yet, it didn't impede his movements! It was like he felt no pain and was in a berserking state. ( Tulip Waterfield Koldar fights through the blades after Tulip exists, eventually taking a gamble (after being cut up a bit) by charging at one of the walls, to realize that they were weak. He then rushes at Tulip and engages in a wild barrage of melee attacks, appearing to be entering a berserker's state of mind despite having spoke clearly!) (KP: 3/3 from 2/3)

Tulip's head jerked up, as cracks spread throughout the blade she held her palm against. The blade shattered and dispersed into ki, as the Arcosian shot out through the remains. His shout reached her ears, as the woman started to stumble back. His advice was solid; moments later, all of the other blades vanished, as her armor shifted into a darker shade. All of her ki returned to her body, as the woman prepared to repel the incoming warrior. His first elbow was a blur, slicing through her helmet like wet cardboard. Her head was knocked back, as a knee slammed into her stomach. Her attempt to throw out threads to gauge his assault failed, due to the ferocity and speed he wielded. More attacks rained from either side, forcing the woman backwards as the seemingly berserk warrior cracked and broke her armor. She finally broke away, using the chains from before to drag herself to the far side of the arena. Falling to one knee, the woman stared across at the Arcosian Warrior. She had no idea if her words would be able to reach the man, or if trying to communicate was worth it. “Koldar...if you win this tourney, what will you wish for? I just want to gauge if my wish is worth it or not...” Slowly rising to her feet, the armor she was so proud of began cracking. Pieces fell to the ground, dissolving into nothing as the woman underneath was revealed. Her appearance was bruised and tattered, evidence of her abuse during his onslaught. The helmet finally shattered, letting her messy brown hair spill out across her back. Her emerald gaze fell on the warrior, as she reached into the pocket of her jacket. Inside were her capsules, containing various tools, her ship, and clothes. But, her hand brushed something strange, an object she didn't recognize. Pulling it out slowly, the woman found herself staring at a letter. Ignoring the fight, the crowds around her, and her opponent standing across the arena from her, the woman opened the letter, reading the simple message there. It was addressed simply and legibly; 'The Nice Lady'. She could feel her eyes starting to blur, as she opened the letter slowly. Mommy told me you had to make my big brother and daddy go away, because they did bad things. She was crying when she told me, but said that you had saved my life. It was medicine that friends from another planet brought! I'm not sure what kind of scary things happened to you...but I want you to know that I thank you for everything! You gave me a second chance; so when you come back, come visit our flower shop! I'll have a lovely tulip waiting for you! The letter was crumpled into her fists, as tears began falling to the metal ground below. The woman realized that, in focusing on all the evil she had committed, the woman had forgotten about the good her actions had created. She didn't remember putting a letter in her pocket, or seeing a girl when she left Woatera. Then, it dawned on the young fighter; her friend, the young farmer, had washed and patched all of her jackets that had been damaged during the fighting. His last words were, she realized in shock, a promise and a seed of hope. ”Whenever you finish at the tournament thing, be sure to come home. And if things ever get too hard, I'll always be there to support you...even if there's a universe between you and me. Just think of me, and you'll find an answer.” A soft smile touched her face, as the woman finally realized her true purpose for being here, the thing that would be worth every pain she suffered through fighting in this tournament. Grabbing her braid in one hand, the woman tossed the long ponytail back, before a single, gleaming blade shot through the air and cut it. Her now-short hair scattered in a tidy mess around her head. Her gaze, clearer than it had been throughout the entire fight, met Koldar's. Speaking firmly, the woman thrust her hands out. “I'm going to wish for happiness; a universe where fighting is only done for fun, and everyone can live in peace. Can you match my resolve, Ice Breaker?” Dropping her hands to either side, metal coalesced into gauntlets that made the air heavy with energy. Dropping into a boxer's stance, the woman waited for Koldar's next move.

Tulip tried her best to guard herself, but to her dismay, Koldar's punches and kicks slipped by in this wild frenzy. She ended up retreating, luckily slipping from the damage being committed. Koldar didn't want her to recover! Her armor was broken, revealing her bruised form. She was angry, her eyes for some reason having changed color as she questioned Koldar about what he was going to wish for! "Keep your head in the match! Otherwise, I'll-"The woman pulled out a letter she found unknowingly and within the very brief amount of time between finding and reading it as Koldar approached, the waterworks came! Koldar came to a very sudden stop, within inches of her face. Whatever was in that letter, it had made her stop, a silence had in the ring as the Arcosian only looked on judgingly. He crossed his arms, as Tulip finally broke the silence with gauntlets of metallic energy formed once more around her arms, as she stated that she was going to wish for happiness and questioned if his resolved would be snuffed by hers. "Joyous, yet naive," Koldar spoke, his tone sounding insulting, though it was the truth! He continued, his harsh tone present as he spoke the truth from his old life experienced summarised, "If one is always happy, they will never recognize when danger is afoot, or when it is time to grieve for someone they just lost... To use it as time to learn and grow! Unless you engage me with real resolve, step out of this ring. I will not fight someone already broken..!"He turned away from Tulip, getting space between. She needed a harsh lesson to mature, in Koldar's eyes! She had to recognize the state she was in, and Koldar would turn to see what her decision was, mentally prepared for what she chose to do! ( Tulip Waterfield Koldar sees that Tulip has been easily broken by the letter, despite having summoned up the gauntlets. His words are harsh, as he intends for Tulip to learn from this and has walked a few steps away to let her have a moment to prepare for her decision and is mentally preparing himself for how she hamdles this!) Tulip's eyes remained on the Arcosian, as he responded to her question. His answer was simple, one forged by and through the current reality. Her lips tightened, as her fists shut firmly with a resounding locking of metal. His simple refutation of her sincere wish was both heartrending and frustrating. He finished speaking, turning his back and pacing away. “What I want isn't to erase all other emotions...” Tulip's voice crossed the gap, as the woman lowered her hands. Her gaze was clear, as she continued speaking. “What I want is to wish for a galaxy free of war and hatred; there will be sadness when age or disease takes a loved one, but no need for senseless violence and wars that tear apart families and loved ones! Time stolen from children and loved ones by the death of warriors will no longer be a necessity! Strength will be solely for one's own dreams, not conquest or vengeance! I'm not broken for my conviction!”
She suddenly blurred, ground cracking as the woman sprinted forward. Her steps were carefully paced, ensuring she instantly closed the gap between herself and Koldar but maintained a boxing distance. Her gauntlets made the air heavy with ki, as the hybrid halted in a southpaw's stance. The metal shards cracked and broke, her entire body straining to remain standing while she held aloft her weapons of choice; her fists, burdened with her years of pain, battles, and blood spilled; her gauntlets, a symbol of her growth, struggles, and perserverance; and the weight, created by her dreams, hopes, and determination. “If you think I'm truly broken, then dodge this!”
Ignoring the pain stabbing through her muscles, the woman threw a right jab, the same jab she had thrown at the beginning of the fight. The difference from before, regardless of whether the fist landed or not, was when the arena shattered in a narrow crater, tracing a straight line from the origin of the strike to the far side of the arena. The sheer momentum created from the weight of her gauntlets being thrust at such a high speed produced a force that was unmatched. Her left followed, tracing another line across the arena. Her feet joined the dance, as her punches traced lines of destruction across the metal arena. She didn't know how many of her hooks, jabs, or uppercuts would land, but her body continued throwing attacks. Tulip couldn't fall, until the Arcosian recognized her resolve. Her mind reached out weakly, trying to detect the fighter in the middle of the web of lines. This pain, it's something I've dealt with since time immemorial. Someone of my height and build can't be strong; it's an irrefutable truth I was told since birth. But I proved, through training and perseverance, that even a small woman like me can fight with titans.
Unfortunately, I can't keep this up forever; my body is going to shut down before I win. I need to hit him with a round-sealing attack. Stepping back as metal shards danced through the air, the woman crossed her arms in a guard. With a low whistle, she began focusing all of her ki into her body, preparing to win the match if she managed to remain standing. Her gauntlets remained on her fists, causing a tremor to run through her already-fatigued muscles. Her eyes looked through the dancing shards of black metal, waiting to see the Arcosian's response after her spontaneous assault.

"The Great End of violence and war," Koldar scoffed, "Then you must eliminate greed and desire, girl! That is what you have to fight against... And that is not plausible!"An instantaneous flicker from Tulip, with the heavy energy from the woman was what Koldar caught. Her right handed jab came quick, and with it, there was power that cut into the arena. It was incredible for Koldar to see... But she was not the only one who could fight at this level! The Arcosian shifted his stance in that instant moment, his bulky form leaning back to Tulip's left to dodge that jab! In the process, he hurled an uppercut right as the left straight came at him. The fists collided, a great shockwave developing in it that helped create the crater Tulip had made! A flurry of blows would engage between the two, Koldar looking as though he was smiling as Tulip brought up her resolve in her fists and kicks connecting. However, they were becoming sluggish, as she built up her energy. Koldar's own returning fists and kicks were becoming the same, the two's energies entwining around each other in a rumbling orb that appeared to become an increasingly solid color of green and silver meshing with one another, only shadows of their blurred forms visible! Eventually, Tulip backed away, trembling from the blows traded despite the build up of energy... But Koldar wasn't in such good condition either. "Heh... Good," Koldar complimented, gasping for a breath. He held his hands up in the air, his energy that released earlier becoming internal. He continued, "You've got some spunk left in you... Yet it won't stop these old bones from progressing forwards!"At this point, the match could turn either way. Koldar wanted to show these other versions, as well as those denizens of their own universe, what would out of the Arcosian Federation of Planets from hereon! There would be a powerful force that any can respect. He was hoping that the leaders of those other powers were watching... He was only a small component of a much bigger machine! ( Tulip Waterfield Koldar see Tulip's willpower being brought out and engages in the brief flurry of blows with her, Tulip's words not unheard! Her mind, fuzzy from fatigue, barely registered the Arcosian's words. For a match that had only been going for about five minutes, it felt like an eternity. Her entire body felt like a burden, muscles barely registering the energy she tried to force through it. Koldar's heavy breathing wasn't lost on the smaller woman; she could tell he was also feeling the effort of their battle. Her gauntlets dissolved into nothing, lessening the burden on her already-exhausted body. “You're right...Greed and desire will always exist. Even if the wish is all-encompassing, there will come a time when that magic fades, and people with evil desire will rise up.” Her voice was slow, broken, as she struggled to maintain her stance through her exhaustion. Tears tinged the corners of her eyes, precious water her body couldn't waste but still produced. Her emotions were a wreck; the last fight had been a roller-coaster of emotions. She relaxed her fists, before clenching them again. Staring at the old warrior, she could appreciate the power in his stance, the experience that guided his body thr ough his motions. Sliding her feet apart, relaxing her hands, the woman assumed the same stance the Arcosian used, fatigue making her motions shaky. “But, even when those with evil in their hearts rise up, there will be those who seek happiness and peace capable of safeguarding that peace. I'm...one of those people. If my wish can bring about that happiness, however fleeting, for our entire universe, I'll fight with my entire life on the line.” Her voice was still slow, but there was a certain conviction with each line spoken. She began stepping through the forms, almost perfectly mimicking the Eps Purah Kahnsh Koldar had used to completely demolish her armor and weapons. Stopping in the same stance Koldar now stood in, with her energy still building, the woman spoke softly, but firmly. “Even if I have to steal everything each fighter brings to this tournament, I won't let my dream end here. Your strength is second to none, Ice Breaker. I wouldn't have wanted any other opponent, to help me find my true goal. So...let's finish this match in a way that'll make every universe respect ours for the potential we wield.” Her energy was still building, as silver sparks began crackling down her arms and over her body. She kept her gaze on Koldar, not moving until he did.

The conversation was tiresome for the both of them. She had her opinions and dreams to speak of, thinking it was important to speak of them even though it was just going to kill her stamina. Koldar wouldn't respond, as it wasn't needed. Koldar had spent a vast chunk of his life being in her position, while his government had festered on the inside with the sickening aristocracy. It led to his planet being blown up by one of the very people participating in this tournament, in the league bove their own, and then suddenly them wishing back that planet to think like his people and Koldar would forget about the damages they've done! Tulip started to mimic Koldar's fighting style, looking as though she were leaning too far back. He called out, "Too far back."She'd have to discern what he meant by that statement. Their gaze would only meet quietly, the weary warriors getting ready to finish this fight! He was playing the defense well so far, even though he was getting weary and beaten up. Tulip was much more than he, trying to maintain the armor up to clash with Koldar's power! She had more natural power than Koldar, but with all of these constructs, she'd been burning herself out. Any fighting happening after this was going to be in the bag for Koldar. He could still bring out that monstrous form and his True Form to engage some more relief for himself, if needed! ( Tulip Waterfield Koldar only listens quietly, before telling Tulip she's leaning too much backwards and only that. Note: I'm assuming more that Koldar's simply able to withstand this punishment because it's technically not his limit, even though we're set to 250k. It's rp-fluff with some sense of purpose.) Her energy was still building, as silver sparks began crackling down her arms and over her body. She let her hands drop, as her building energy crackled throughout her entire body. Bringing both of her hands forward, a single, gleaming sword formed in her hand. A blade which was unlike every sword she had brought into the fight thus far, the classic sword reflected her visage as she stared at the edge. All of her growing energy shifted from her body into the sword, as the woman slid her feet apart. Her gaze met Koldar's, before a small smile crossed her face. “You're holding back, Ice Breaker. My vitality is almost spent, to the point where even trying to go Super Saiyan or the form beyond would simply force me into unconsciousness after a few moments.” Holding the blade high above her head, the woman gripped the handle firmly. A single, dancing bolt of silver danced down the sword, as the woman's clear, emerald gaze met the older warrior's. Stepping forward once, her foot crushed through the metal arena floor as the woman swung down with the katana. The energy contained within the blade shot forward, reaching the heavens and splitting the clouds above. A pillar of silver energy shot forward, cutting dozens of feet down into the metal ground as it tore a devastating line towards the Arcosian warrior. The wall of energy shot towards the Arcosian, bringing with it enough energy to tear asunder the warrior. “I won't let this battle end in anything less than 100% of my effort!”
Her hair danced in the wind created by the powerful attack, as her eyes shifted to a lighter blue. Blue energy danced across her body and hair, as her hair shifted to a more spiked stance and turned a golden blonde. Her muscles bulged, as a new energy filled them. She couldn't bring her energy any higher than the technology allowed, but her body's composition was capable of changing through the legendary transformation one step beyond Super Saiyan. Chasing the silver wall of devastation she had created, the woman waited till it collided with the warrior and brought her sword forward to stab through, to target the Ice Breaker when he finished dealing with her previous, powerful attack. In that single instant, when his attention is fixed on my strike, I'll pierce his shell with this blade, and bring him down in the same instant. They'll wish him back with the Dragonballs; it is only a temporary death. Throwing aside her momentary reluctance, the woman stabbed her blade forward, using her Ascended Super Saiyan strength to propel the sharp blade even faster towards the Ice Breaker. Her vision was already darkening, as her strength bordered on snapping. She would only have this one shot, before her body gave out completely.

Super Saiyan... Super Saiyan?! Tulip was a saiyan? The washed through his head, unsure what to think of her and their battle. She did seem to be enjoying the battle, yet everything about her fighting style to how she spoke was Earthen. "She is so uncharacteristic of those of her race," Koldar thought to himself, Tulip's blade forming. Yet, her eye color and hair color changed to that dreadful image that had been haunting his species! Yet, her power did not jump up like it normally would have, due to the Vargas tech. Anywhere else, Koldar would've already been pierced and served like one of Earth's lobsters. He called out, "Only because I am assisted by the Vargas's equalizing tech. We wouldn't have even gotten this far if it wasn't present..!"Koldar paused, seeing a wave of silver energy coming at him! Yet, it wasn't the source of power his head had been aching to. The blade she brought up... That is what his newest sense told him! It was all there. She followed this wave, aiming to make it a distraction. The energy Koldar had been building up shifted all to the tip of his tail, the Supreme Commander smacking the meager wave with his right hand! His tail flung out at Tulip as she tried to plunge the blade into the back of the Arcosian. With Koldar's energy having been focused into the tail, it created a, 'Kra-koom,' upon contact with the hesitated stab! He was only able to tell because the blade didn't plunge into him right as he was supposed to direct his own attack at her rib cage. The shockwave knocked Koldar off of the arena, the old man halting above the ground with his fists at his side while being upside down! His teeth were gritted, as he bolted back on stage, to catch his breath and make sure he could maintain being in the round! ( Tulip Waterfield He observes Tulip transform twice, right as the wave of energy comes at him. His built up energy gets sent to his tail, and he uses just enough to smack the false attack away to bring his tail up front to try and hit Tulip in the rib cage, expecting that she'd be plunging the blade into him! Only, due to Tulip's hesitation, Koldar's tail comes into contact with the blade, creating a shockwave with the energy built in both his tail and the sword and being hurled off the stage. He forces himself to come to a stop and rushes back over to the stage, to catch his breath and maintain the fight, not knowing about Tulip's tired KO state!) Ornee blinked awkwardly. The time patroller who'd been commentating the matches had never come back from his bathroom break, leaving the Vargas all alone at the desk. He squawked nervously as the timer clanged, noting the end of the match. Uncertainty in his talons, he clicked a button, and moved up to the microphone.
"Ahem-- The winner is... Uh... Koldar!"
