Appearance: Zoraba looks similar to his Universe 15 self but even more feral. His shaggy hair still tops his head and his chin covered in a growing beard. Clothed in a collar trapped around his neck that dulls his dark eyes and shirtless as usual. The gloves he usually wears and his pants having been ripped away long ago, shredded on his body. His feet and legs go uncovered and his hip pads are missing. Covering his tan skin is of course course and dense hair. His tail hangs behind him broken as usual.

History: Zoraba’s past was very much the same to his Universe 15 counterpart, abandoned for his genetic limitations he thrived on his chosen planet of doom. Unlike that Zoraba upon his return to the SSE Empire they had already conquered earth and soon the war machine was moving onto greener pastures. Falling into line the Saiyan’s brutality was highlighted and favored by those within power and he was soon brought in for tutoring and training. The man beast flourished in his environment and was on the front line when the traitors had to be dealt with.
Like many soldiers within the ranks of this new SSE golden age Zoraba was gifted the fruits of the tree of might. Unfortunately the last he had consumed had either pushed the saiyan too far coupled with his bloody battles or perhaps his feralistic upbringing by the wilds of his foster planet. Before he could be subdued he attacked and killed the nearest nearby being, his father figure and only humanoid parental figure he had known Lise. His mind was nearly broken and could only be kept contained with a advanced collar locked onto his neck which limited his power and soothed him.
Now he serves at the side of The Lady of War as her mighty hound, his chaotic mind lead him to being a fine tool for the Empire, though not the most precise. When his collar comes off his handlers just point him in the right direction and unleash their creature.

Utility:
Hawking [UT]: This ability allows Zoraba to fly about in earth like gravity quite easily using only a miniscule amount of his power to stay afloat and propel himself.
Atmos [UT]: This allows Zoraba to withstand the dangerous circumstances of out of atmosphere combat.
Energy Suppression [UT1]: You are capable of suppressing your power in order to better hide yourself from the gaze of those with Energy Sensing or those utilizing a Scouter, so long as you are not making use of powerful techniques(anything that would consume KP in a KP Battle) you can lower your ki signature to surprise your foes with your real power, or attempt to hide your energy at ambient planetary levels. This technique uses 0 KP in a KP Battle
Energy Setting [UT2]: You are capable of setting your power to a lower level to not only hide yourself, but also effectively fight while at this level, meaning you can make use of powerful techniques (anything that would consume KP in a KP Battle). This is great for people who want to train weaker fighters.
Energy Intimidation [UT3]: You are able to take the energy control a step further by temporarily increasing your power level by half! Though, this is simply a bluff, and you cannot use techniques with your new power - it only lasts a turn.
Energy Sensing [UT]: Zoraba was trained in the sensing of energy of living creatures so that he wouldn’t have to rely on a scouter for finding his enemies.

Instinct [SU1]: With an amazing burst of speed Zoraba dodges an attack that is beneath 100% of his PL. Uses one KP.
Instinct [SU2]: An even faster movement that allows Zoraba to nearly disappear as he dodges attacks under 200% of his PL. Zoraba also leaves behind a false image of himself to trick opponents only shortly. Uses two KP.
Instinct [SU3]: The quickest dodge that Zoraba is capable of, and allowing him to leave by a lingering image of himself that is nearly perfect. This ability will also allow the saiyan to dodge an attack that is beneath 300% of his PL. Uses three KP.
Attacks:
Joker Javelin [N1]: Zoraba forms Ki into his hand and then hurts it like a spear at his target, it’s speed forming itself into a spike of deadly energy. Uses one KP and charges at 33%.

Joker Javelin [UP2]: This attack is similar to the N1 but is stronger and that is visualized by the crackling of Ki like lightning from the spike. Uses two KP and charges at 66%
Joker Lance [V2]: This form of the Joker is larger and bulkier when thrown spreading slightly wider in a flared sense and allowing Piercing of barriers. Uses two KP and charges at 33%.
Joker Javelin [MP3]: The final form of the attack is a bright glaring concentration of his Ki, when hurled it can be heard whipping through the air. Uses three KP and charges at 100%.
Joker Lance [UV3]: A stronger version of the Lance that allows for a more concentrated lance that is even stronger, allowing Piercing. Uses three KP and charges at 66%.
Safari Sink [N1]: Zoraba either runs at or leaps into the path of an incoming enemy, lifting a powerful leg and using his knee to slam into their form. Uses one KP and charges at 33%.
Safari Sink [UP2]: Zoraba’s knee strike is that much more forceful slamming into his opponent intended to cause as much damage as possible. Uses two KP and charges at 66%.
Safari Sink [MP3]: This attack is the final form of the formidable knee strike, Zoraba throwing everything into it but the kitchen sink. Uses three KP and charges at 100%
Growling Shot Gun [N1]: Zoraba thrusts his hand at the target and strikes them with his palm, letting out a blast of Ki for that extra edge. Uses one KP and charges at 33%.
Growling Shot Gun [UP2]: This palm strike is even more brutal slamming into the target before a shotgun like blast slams into it. Uses two KP and charges at 66%.
Growling Shot Stun [V2]: A similar attack to the original but the blast is generally focused on the opponent's face or in their blind of sight in order to Stun them. Uses two KP and charges at 33%
Growling Shot Gun [MP3]: The ultimate version of this attack it’s ideal for leaving a big smoking hole in your opponent’s chest. Uses three KP and charges at 100%
Growling Shot Stun [UV3]: Another Stun variant that is even stronger. Uses three KP and charges at 66%.
Between the Ribs [N1]: Zoraba forms a dense but short blade of Ki and stabs it into the flesh of an Enemy. Uses one KP and charges at 33%.
Between the Ribs [UP2]: Zoraba utilizes his shanking attack and give his opponent a one to a few stabs to their form. Uses two KP and charges at 66%.
Carved Up [V2]: Zoraba’s quick stab leaves the opponent bloodied and is dealt damage over time. Uses two KP and damages for a full 33%. (<- this might be wrong?)
Between the Ribs [NP3]: Zoraba flurries the opponent with multiple stabbings. Uses three KP and charges at 100%.
Carved Up [UV3]: Zoraba’s quick stab leaves the opponent bloodied and is dealt damage over time. Uses two KP and damages for a full 66%. (<- this might be wrong too?)
Zorabacanrana [N1]: Zoraba leaps onto his opponent clasping one of his opponent’s limbs or head and using the leverage of his body to throw them in the opposite direction. Uses one KP and charges at 33%.

Zorabacanrana [MP3]: This vicious attack nearly yanks someone’s head off as he throws them around. Uses three KP and charges at 100%.
