History:
The major shift in the U3 timeline occurred during the invasion of Earth. An elite squad, lead by a burgeoning Super Saiyan 2, did not defect from the Solar Empire and allow the majority of powerful fighters to rally against Queen Zucceta's Super Oozaru form. Powerful warriors were whittled down by the forces of the Super Saiyan elite, and ultimately even Vi-Poi fell to the combined might of the golden Oozaru and the Super Saiyan 2.
Earth became just another cog in the saiyan war machine. With no potent resistance left in the galaxy, the remnants of the Arcosian Empire were swept up by the ballooning SSE. Planets and sectors were either enslaved or drained, fueling Might Trees that empowered both Zucceta herself and her forces. More and more soldiers under her rule got a taste of the Might Fruit. The Planet Namek was one such world to be drained away.
Several months after the SSE's galactic domination, the elite squad that helped secure victory on Earth decided to rebel against the SSE. They ran back to Earth and established it as an alternative Saiyan utopia... for just over twenty four hours, before the Might Queen and her Commander descended upon the planet once again.
The Super Saiyan 2 was confident that he could face Zucceta, but the Empress and Commander Habana revealed that they, too, had attained the transformation. The fight was swift and brutal, and within the hour that squad was gone and even more of Earth was damaged.
This Zucceta has grown incredibly powerful thanks to the Fruit of Might, and has attained a transformation beyond the level of her main universe counterpart. However, her tactical thinking has, perhaps, gotten a little rusty, in part due to continued insanity and an addictive side-effect of the Might Fruit.
When the Vargas arrived in her universe, she initially considered blowing them away. The opportunity, however, to see other universes; that was something. And the Dragon Balls? She could wish for a lot of things with those.
