Having left North Capitol weeks ago to avoid confrontation with humans and the law, as he's most likely to be detained on sight, he's taken refugee in the Gizard Wastelands to think about his future. Normally, AP01 shows a smile onto his face. Having no one around him, he's actually looking quite serious.
What does he want to achieve with his life? Having fought a 'saiyan', which seems more like a deformed human than anything else, he's starting to doubt his hatred towards humans. There was something about this saiyan he's liked. Maybe it was the spirit he brought to the table. He wasn't like the stereotypical human that's too scared to fight for his life.
The saiyan also showed power which he's never seen before. Even though the chance is very slim that there's anyone stronger than him, he sure had to put on a fight. A strong sensation overcomes AP01, a desire to fight. Being an android, it's easy for him to contain his emotions, yet this time he lets it overcome him. A few moments later he's running towards the nearest rock and punching it with all his might. The whole rock collapses.
But this feeling he has, doesn't disappear by just that. He's confident he can destroy bigger rocks, so he starts running again, breaking more and more, until one moment he punch that doesn't collapse fully by AP01's strength. "So this is my limit?" AP01 thought. The emotions inside of him tell him to become stronger, and such he starts training, not just to be able to destroy that rock, but to destroy rocks 5 times as big.
He still needs to think about his future, but having fought an exciting battle sure gives him a purpose to become stronger. Even though he thinks it's impossible to surpass his strength, he doesn't want anyone to come close to it.
...
Anyone close by would probably notice that rocks and other environmental things that are normally seen in the Gizard Wastelands start collapsing.

'Well that was fun. Right, Chai?' Guardia would be beaming just as brightly as his goat friend was if he still had a mouth. Chai nodded along, beaming brightly. "You know it! Thanks a lot for the party again, G." Chai's birthday celebration was a great success- so many of his friends came to show their appreciation, and the zoanthrope got a bunch of well wishes and gifts to boot! Having friends and being loved sure was a nice feeling that Chai wanted to spread even more so now.
The ever so positive and stupidly optimistic zoanthrope decided to take a nice stroll through the long way back to his abode, briefly deciding to stop by a BBA outpost as well to check up on the rest of the gang. How was Vi doing, anyways? Chai scratched his chin, eyes trailing off with a hint of concern... He was fine, probably. There wasn't much that could hold a candle to the strongest fighter in this universe, after all.
With Guardia hopping along behind and Chai whistling a tune to himself, it seemed like the day couldn't get any better. What could possibly go wrong on a beautiful birthday like this? Well, maybe a few things the goat was still oblivious to.
Guardia found himself... slipping a little more now. The ground felt unstable, somehow? The sword glanced down, poking at the mushy ground with the point of his blade. Had it rained recently? No, that couldn't be it- the forecast was supposed to be sunny, albeit a little windy all week. Glancing up, the sword saw several rock formations beginning to crumble as well... 'Uh, Chai?' The sword rang. 'Earth to Chai. We have a problem.'
Snapped out of his daydreaming, Chai turned to Guardia for a moment, before he too noticed the crumbling scenery. "...Oh. Oh geez." Chai mused, glancing about. He couldn't sense anyone nearby that could be causing the land to decay, either... "Well, back to work, huh?" Chai sighed, grabbing Guardia by the hilt as the blade affirmed Chai with a grunt. Taking off into the air, the goat hastily flew around, trying to source the epicenter of this strange phenomenon... If he could stop this before it got bad, then his mission would be accomplished.
"Aha! A local!" Chai pointed out after flying. He could make out a reddish speck on the ground, moving about a little. He couldn't sense it, though... An android, perhaps? Well, intel had to be gathered nonetheless. Soaring down, the zoanthrope would quickly land behind AP01, quickly initiating a conversation.
"Uh... Hello there, s-sir!" Chai examined the man, momentarily blinking in confusion at his odd head... 'You've seen weirder, Chai. Walk it off.' The goat coached himself with a quick shake of his head while Guardia snickered at the android's appearance from his sheath. Putting his hands on his hips with a genuine, warm smile, the zoanthrope would continue. "Well golly, I'd say you and I should get a move on, though. Something's making the land get all weird and crumbly... I-I don't want anyone getting hurt now." Chai's smile widened, but with a little discomfort now. Something about this apple head seemed a little fishy...

Continuously destroying bigger and stronger rocks, he takes a short break to think about his progress. Being an android, he does not tire. What he did not expect is for someone to land behind him in these wastelands. Since AP01 cannot sense the energy of other beings, he didn't notice until the being landed.
As the being greets him, AP01 puts on his charistmatic smile and turns around to face what seems to be a zooanthrope. Inspecting the zooanthrope, he notices the being seems to feel uncomfortable. Being advised to leave this wasteland, he realises Chai is referring to AP01's recent activity with destroying rocks. He must be afraid of what's happening, is what AP01 thinks to himself.
Based on his data, which is ancient, zooanthropes are known to be on par to humans, yet being slightly stronger, agile or smarter depending on the type of species they originate from. Basically they are the same thing, which makes AP01 not hold Chai in high regard.
When the zooanthrope seems to be done talking, AP01 starts taking a deep bow. "Welcome!" he says before standing straight again. AP01's smile widens, "What's happenning to the last is because of me". His charistamatic smile turns into a small grin. "You see that rock over there?" He points to his side with his left hand, sticking out his index finger and turning his head to face it. "That's one of the rocks you've heard collapsing.". He stops pointing and faces Chai again.
"It might be in your own best interest to leave, before one of these accidentally falls upon you. Those of your species would not survive such a thing." AP01 says to Chai. Even though it may not sound like a direct threat, AP01 surely does mean it like one.
He's still thinking whether or not he'll let Chai walk away just like that... Even though his hatred is mainly towards humans, zooanthropes are very similar to him.

Chai raised a brow when the android bowed politely with a greeting. The goatman hesitantly bowed his own head in response, if only to return the gesture and not make the situation awkward. The grinning robot was quick to pin the blame of the land decay on himself, causing the zoanthrope's expression to twist to shock. "W-What?! Seriously?" He remarked, taking a step back. The apple-headed android directed the goat's attention briefly to a falling rock formation, though his attention didn't dwell on it for long. "So, erm...Whyyyyyy?" He twiddled his thumbs, glancing off to the side.
Regardless, AP warned the goat himself to leave, seeming to find him weak. Understandable, as Chai was suppressing his ki. "W-What about you, then? I can't let one fall on you by mistake either!" He retorted with a concerned frown. A groan from a third party soon echoed in the heads of the mammalian and machine. 'Uuuugh. Do you say that to everyone you meet?' Guardia pushed Chai's trenchoat away from his face, unsheathing himself and landing on the ground. 'You ought to know better than to judge by appearance in a world filled with whoopass, tooty fruity.'
Chai huffed, rubbing the bridge of his muzzle. "Guardia, please be mature." He opened his single eye, narrowing his gaze when the immature sword just made a fart noise in response. "...Though you have a point, G." Chai straightened his posture, letting his arms hang loosely at his sides. "I've faced worse than a few rocks, friend. Trust me." Chai pointed to his missing eye with a waggle of his brows. "Besides, if you're a fighter also, then you know a little rubble can't do much, right?"
"But still, pitholes, earthqueakes and other natural phenomenons are susceptible in these conditions. How about we get out of here, or you be a pal and don't make the land do this weird thing? I'd appreciate it, friend!" The zoan remarked, earning a sigh and an eyeroll from Guardia. Sometimes he got the inkling that Chai was too nice.

As AP01 wanted to respond to Chai that it wouldn't be necessary to worry about him, all of the sudden he hears a third voice coming from near Chai. Quite surprised, he sees it what appears to be a talking sword.
As he raises his index finger and opens his mouth to respond to the sword about how he doesn't really think there's anything worthy on this planet but stops when he hears the sword farting. It's the least he expected from a talking sword, yet it happened.
As Chai seems to affirm what the sword said, the posture and the expression of the goat changes drastically making him look more lethal than before. As Chai points towards his eye, AP01 says "That's unfortunate".
When Chai explains that as a fighter he should know rubble doesn't do much, AP01 only smiles as he thinks the chance for a human or a zooanthrope would have a hard time surviving it, even if they're martial artists.
Chai once again gives AP01 the option to come with him, or to stop with what he's doing. After having this conversation, AP01 isn't really interested in breaking rocks anymore, instead he seems to really be attracted towards the sword. He's not sure how it's possible. It might be some sort of android like himself, or perhaps even a species bred to look like weapons?
AP01 puts his hands on his hips, looks at Chai with his charming smile, which by the way was been there the whole time and says "Alright, I will stop breaking these rocks". He stops putting his hands on his hips and instead walks to Chai. Or to be more specific, to the sword named Guardia. As he walks towards chai, staring to him, he asks "Can I hold this weapon of yours?" As he gets close enough he crouches and stares intensely towards the weapon trying to analyse every little detail of it, patiently awaiting Chai's reaction.
While staring, he asks Chai "By the way, what is your name?"
