"Do we really have to do this for me to enter a tournament?... Fine. Fine. Let me start from the beginning."
Perhaps the darkest possible outcome for the Kami of Earth. President Bing Gan comes from a universe where he was "raised" by his mother rather than his father. Harsher training led to a more relentless and cold-hearted Bing. At the ripe age of 17, he killed his mother in a very non-accidental manner, leaving their little island in the middle of nowhere to explore. He quickly heard the rumors of an upstart army trying to overthrow the government. Something blue; something troublesome.
Roughly a few weeks later, the Blue Banner's leader, an Android named Vi-Poi, attacked West City to take over the Earth. Bing was one of many who showed to defend his home, but one of the few who actually survived. The sounds of a massive explosion were the only hint the future president had to Vi-Poi's location, and when he arrived, he found that that Azure Administrator had assisted some scarab woman in vaporizing half a city block! He shot towards the duo with all of his might, taking them down for good, though just barely thanks to their already wounded states.
Bing stood wounded atop the rubble and corpses, an idea brewing. If they had this much trouble with threats on the home front, then foreign foes would surely be unbeatable without unification. So, using his charisma and superior might, he called to arms the men and women of Earth, creating the Earth's Special Forces to decimate the alien enemies yet to come.
But that was not enough. He wouldn't sit idly by and let the enemy come to HIM. He'd crush them before they even formed. They marched on Vegeta first, arriving during some low-blood's attempt to take the crown from the ministry. She was crushed, and so were the rest of the Saiyans. Those who surrendered were brought into the fold, and soon after, the rest of the Solar Empire's territory followed suit.
The Arcosian Empires were a tougher nut to crack. They'd heard the armies marching thanks to the fall of the Saiyans, and increased defensive efforts to the maximum. If it weren't for an insider known as Defrosch ruining their chances by providing key information, the Arcosian's might have stood a chance. They fell quickly after the mole revealed all, and Defrosch was awarded a place as Bing's right-hand man for his efforts to sabotage his own people.
Namek was an easy task, of course. None of them expected to be bothered by the Earth's forces. They were friendly after all!
It's a shame that Bing wasn't.
The Namekian's were enslaved. The Dragon Balls were used a few times before being deemed too powerful by the president, causing their use and creation to be banned galaxy-wide.
Since then, things have been a breeze... For the most part. There's been rebel groups, and they've failed, but they just keep showing up. You'd think people would enjoy Bing's brand of utopia, but his iron fist is a bit too heavy to be comfortable to some, it seems.
Techniques:
Techniques are identical to Bing's, though he loses his Kami-based techniques, such as Healing, and Guardian's Rage/Purification. He also loses his special technique "Boomslang"
