The day was going to be long. This world had little to offer so far now that his primary targets had been eliminated. And in his time during the hunt he had learned and evolved his knowledge. But now he needed more. He needed challenges to further her wishes and his desires. But so far that was proving difficult. Fighters were all over but none so far seemed to be worth the bravado they boasted. So far all of them had been all talk and flashy showing off and no back up. Those would be fighters ended up loosing in one strike. And those that didn't take the loss well....didn't live long after. He was no fool and his honor only went so far in a fight.
It had been so much easier when he had a target, or several targets. The hunt had been the builder to the final act. Stalking his prey, studying their motions and routines. Then finding that one moment to strike. That had been it's own battle in a way to him and that was something he needed again. His travels, his hunting of those targets and the world of martial arts had been his awakening. It was his life now and that was something he would pursue. Living by his own rules, his own way of life. Such as it was anyway. He wasn't human by any standards. He was created in their image, but made to be better than them. To prove they were not the best at anything. He was created by a woman, his mother to him, to be the proof that humanity has potential yet unclaimed, and to temper their arrogance at thinking no one could do anything close to what he resembled.
Those most prominent of course died at his hands. A heavy sigh and he sat down in the shade of a tree. All of this thinking, remembering of past events was often his way of passing the time while he traveled. He could fly of course, having learned it almost by chance, but walking kept him connected to this planet and to his purpose. His handful of knowledge in fighting had been hard won. He needed something more. His understanding of the many ways of fighting was basic and lacking. He knew though, that there was more out there to be learned. And he would learn it, improve himself with it. Knowledge and ability were the keys to everything he desired. He closed his eyes as the shade provided a cool place to rest. He didn't require much right now, an hour at most and he would be on his way again. His destination wasn't far away now. One hour and a half passed before his eyes opened again. Time to move again.
He stood, stretched and began walking. The sun setting behind him, and the distance his advanced eyes picked up the small forms of homes and other buildings. That was his destination, his target. Information and maybe a good fight. Though the fight was unlikely. Watching the world around him provided much information about fighting, surviving and living. Though only real fighters and those that chose to live on the land knew this fact to be a core tenant of martial arts. But another tenant was that the stronger you are, the more you had to learn. Strength was power and so was knowledge. And this town, village, whatever it was, had information relevant to him and his training. The hours passed as he walked, thought and practiced his skills mentally. Until he reached the destination.
More legendary tales from the lands came first. Then he sought out the local facts for fighters, masters or teachers of the arts. Investigating what was real and what wasn't by tracking it all down before believing what he found and learned. It was here that he learned about one event that made him believe fighters truly did exist in this world. A martial arts tournament that house many fighters ever so many years. That was what he needed, what he wanted and desired. And if that event took place he needed to find those that trained fighters. And he also heard from this place that several fighters were making names for themselves. They performed things not many normal fighters could do. What he heard reminded him of the research programmed into his memory from his mother. He had targets now, new targets and a new hunt. He would stop at nothing to make his desires and her dream come to pass.
It was time to begin. Time to shake the world and let it know that he was there to challenge it and anyone that dared stand before him. And this one little city he found would be the first announcement. Every fighter and criminal in this place was left in one place, dead or broken. Several buildings half destroyed and only his name was left as a calling card.
Beware double zero.

Well Sir! Here is you gain! Today, You have earned 2,686PL. This is because you made a solid post. Though, It could have been a little bit more detailed with your targets. I would have loved to hear more about those and your characters motives as to WHY he had selected these targets. Is it just because they're strong? Certain races? Good at fighting? Regardless, as mentioned. Solid post. Also, Your History had a solid foothold in this Beginner Power Level as well. When I read your history I got a solid joy out of reading how your bio-android was created and the time and effort put into each of its components! Anyway! You're good to go Sir. Enjoy your days on WOD! Hope Athren and Him cross paths. <.<

It really could've been better. I approve of these gains! The BP didn't do enough justice to your character's profile. Now, though, I shall settle you in!
The Narrative:
A video, detailing the information on Jinzon-00 was being viewed by military personnel, under the orders of one of President Bao's chief generals, in order to maintain peace. The video had been apprehended from a homeless man, who had brought it directly to the President's office. The man, himself, was then thrown out of the building, along with a bottle of whisky from the year 2789 as payment. The personnel had taken to a private security room, to view the information to determine if it was legitimate or not. What they witnessed, for the next ten minutes, had been an elaborately explained video, concerning the Jinzon-00 Biological weapon created by Dr. Alana Noguchi, as well as the story that came with it. It had eventually gotten near the end, where the scientist, Doctor Fadris Cortez, had been giving a warning.
"... the Bio-Android will soon begin to realize a fact, as it travelled to seek revenge for its creator as it was designed. A fact detrimental to its existence as not a machine, but as its own organism, that will shape its purpose to the point it would become mad over, if left on this chaotic world: What do I do now? My objective is complete and there is no one to lead me... What do I do?! In its wake, left in this chaotic world, the bio-android would begin to go mad and reap a path of destruction to figure this out. The doctor should have been clear minded when making it... Give it new sense of purpose, or at the very least, give it the ability to think for itself. Mr. President, when you receive this message, I trust you will make sure this creature is put down. Dr. Alana Noguchi had been so caring of it, but when the lab was raided by her enemies, she gave it only the command to kill her enemies... These enemies consist of some of your own and believe it will cause much damage before it gets to these men and women. This is Dr. Fadris Cortez, signing out."
The image faded to black on the screen, as the main soldier pulled the usb out, containing the video. They each looked at each other silently, trying to figure out what to tell the commander of their unit.
"It can't be a real thing... Right? There's been no reports of it at least being sighted. I mean, it looks almost like a regular human being," one soldier exclaimed.
"I don't know... Frankly, with that Steve guy, Oguma Inugami, Tsumuri Takeda, Pieter Wolfbane, and several others, on top of that 'Devil Woodsman' guy... This is just getting too crazy! We're not gonna be able to handle any of them! I mean, the guy described this thing being able to absorb someone through its fingertips, for Pete's sake! There's no way it can be real!"
"And if it is, we need to notify our superiors. Even if it's a hoax, it's better to be safe than sorry in these troubling times."
"Ok, how about this: We flip for it. Heads, we tell our commander; tails, we don't."
"I dunno man..."
"Do it. It's our job to determine it."
The main soldier pulled up a ancient looking coin made of silver, with a greek-woman's face on one side and something like the Pantheon on the other side. He flicked it with his thumb into the air, the coin vibrating a clean *shink* before plopping into the guy's palm. The three looked at the symbol that showed up, then looked at each other.
"Alright?"
"I ain't telling him it. He should, being indecisive and all."
"ME?! What makes you think you-"
"No, he's right. Time to man up, kid. We can't afford to be sitting around like a bunch of bums."
"But... Fine. I'll do it. But you're gonna owe me drinks after he chews me out about this!"
"Deal. Get going, man."

lol. I wanted the focus to be his mental status. What he was thinking, planning to do now that he was free of the order to kill his creators enemies. Since the reason for that was in his history I didn't think to go with that as the beginning post. And as it stands Athren may come across him pretty soon. Since he is hunting for those that can provide him a fight and provide knowledge.
Lol, I love how the set up was done for his intro into the starting story Pieter. Boy won't they be surprised to find out how wrong the doctor is. now then......time to go blow stuff up......
