In his true form Chryso is the very image of what passes for handsome amongst his people, his sleek matte black bio-armour is accented by the wells of purple that highlight his form and offset by his mulberry pink eyes, standing tall for a changeling (at least for ones not in their brute form) and blessed with refined facial features and bone structure.
In his Minimalistic form his body looses in stature and girth as his body restrains itself to a size comparable to an earthling child and his sleek natural armour recede from encompassing him entirely in sturdy but flexible material to provide firmer protection to his more vial areas, namely his torso and head with thick ridges and plates he has cultivated to resemble the more advanced models of battle-suit in form. a pair of matched and wickedly curved horns adorn the sides of his head similar in appearance to longhorn cattle which when, given sufficient time, he decorates with various golden adornments and caps.

Power has long been the obsession of the Arcosian people even before the rise of Kold Family in times immemorial they had debated, fought ritualistic combats and ideological wars over their spiritual obsession with the concept and how it could be measured.
Physical Might claimed the Warriors and Lords, Assured of their personal strength and the comparative weakness of other species, what they wanted they could take and no amount of strategy or cunning could overcome them; This had been the most popular and indeed most successful doctrine up until the collapse of the Planetary Trade Organization
Mental prowess Extolled the scholars and strategists; why waste energy and resources when one could simply outwit and manipulate others to do what they were unwilling to? Why Labour yourself second in popularity amongst the upper castes of Arcosian society and perhaps the tenant that had lead to the integration of battle-thralls amongst the PTO in its earliest days as ambition and greed swelled with each victory.
Wealth and influence Chided the Merchants and Guild masters, for whilst strength and intelligence were all well and good for conquering an empire it required tremendous capital to run and maintain one, without sufficient wealth to grease the wheels of the Arcosian war machine it would've ground to a halt, the planet trade organization had emerged to meet those demands as the decadence of Arcosians and the boundaries of their empire surged forth, so decadent in their might, so refined in their intelligence as the demands grew greater and greater so to did the needs for industry and culture to meet them, it is likely that had they not begun to sell the planets deemed unfit for habitation that the empire would've collapsed under terrible resource shortages and rebellion from underpaid soldiers.
Born into a life of privileged and comfort from the arranged marriage within the merchant and guild castes Chryso was afforded every opportunity he might Have wanted to pursue, Born with great strength and with a keen mind emerging in his youth, this young heir to a successful Arcosian trading company had been blessed no less than thrice with strength, intelligence and wealth.
though he spent his early life secreted away in his family estates by his proud, possibly loving parents but distant parents, surrounded by members of other species and Arcosians of lower social standing whom attended him as servants an teachers.
It would've been very easy for him to grow arrogant, vain and cruel in such an enclosed and controlled environment, safe from his families numerous enemies and rivals in a place where he was either vastly stronger or of greater importance than everyone around him.
However his hunger for knowledge, strength and greater means lead him down a different path entirely, he learned from everyone and thing around him with voracious hunger, Learning Technique from the weaker but more experienced and talented Saiyan guards, the subtle art of deception from observing and eavesdropping on the various merchants who came to meet with his parents and every bit of culture and philosophy he could get his hands on when the rare alien visitor came to their homes as an equal.
when the time arrived that Arcosian society looked upon him as an adult he was powerful beyond his years and more than ready to undertake his first independent venture to help strengthen his and by extension his family's position in that society.
Working for years on outer fringes of the surrounding systems Expanding his operations, Exploring the uncharted and disregarded worlds within his reach and exploit every opportunity that came his way, safe to experiment with his decisions and business plans as the safety net of his family covered his losses and celebrated his profits, he'd long refined his skills as a merchant and warrior holding onto his tiny corner of the universe, defending (sometimes personally) his workers from the predation of pirates and creatures that roamed the darkness between stars and selling their spoils on the galactic market when the news reached him of Arcose's fate
it took him less than a moment to weigh everything up and decide that whilst he had enjoyed handling this frontier outpost as something of a pet project it would be far more valuable to retain his families name and good standing within galactic society and sold it on at a great profit which was then spent squaring his families debts and restoring their reputation, the galaxy was changing it seemed and that would require he change with it. left with little after his Balances had been settled and his obligations met he retired from public life to a remote asteroid to begin preparing for the storm on the horizon, preparing to seize every opportunity it would blow his way.
