“You seem to harbor some sort of strange belief that if ‘freed’ the Arcosian worlds will stay that way, Arcose itself is presently apart of Xylo’s Empire and you can be damn sure that if he seeks them out they WILL join him and then we will have those forces to face alongside the rest of what remains of the Arcosian Empire since they have already pledged themselves to Xylo. I took Beppa because it was the easiest world to negotiate with, they hold a very similar warriors mindset to Saiyans which makes them the excellent mercenaries that they are.”“The other Arcosian worlds were taken because Xylo moved to begin his own claim over the AE, he wanted to take Beppa and I sent forces to force him out into the open, I had hoped that Vennel fighting under the full moon would be enough to handle him, but it appears that something spurred Xylo to grow even stronger” Habana said glaring at Vi her statement on Xylo an unspoken accusation that Vi’s failure to kill him was the cause though it was likely just a major contributing factor rather than the sole reason. “Yardrat and Arcose did not go as I would have wanted. I didn’t quite realize how far Vennel and Kaza would go on Arcose, I wouldn't have wanted Arcose destroyed even if it might have killed Xylo and his demon. Yardat went wrong because a fool decided he did not need to listen to the order given by his Commander.” Habana blinked in confusion as Vi explained that he hadn’t killed Xylo because he DIDN'T kill people. “What the hell did you expect to happen when WE declared war on him, you made no mention that you had no intention of putting him down at ANY POINT and unless you’ve got some sort of hidden super prison somewhere the Afterlife is the closest thing available to contain him OR the creature that helps him. Not even Knutts could contain someone as powerful as Xylo, that's why Walker was killed, to put him somewhere that he could cause no harm at least for the time being."And surprisingly it had worked out well, as far as she knew the damnable tree had not yet returned from the afterlife. Perhaps returning was simple a one time deal? That would make the Xylo issue MUCH easier as he had already passed through the afterlife once. “Hm, then I apologize that you have been drawn into this conflict. So long as you keep to non-lethal force I will seek to do the same though I unfortunately cannot make any promises on how painful my techniques might be, the nature of my stronger techniques makes restraint difficult.” Raca spoke slowly, now that he was really drawing on a lot of his power it was becoming increasingly difficult to hold it back.
Jala was pleased to see the giant machine was quite capable of mounting a good defense, just as her energy blast would have struck the machine’s armor a thin barrier of energy pulsed over it’s form absorbing the impact dispersing the technique with ease. Ideally she would have liked it if even with whatever protective field it had her Arrow could have done SOME damage but it was at least good to know how its defenses worked. While Oxhead protecting itself had the slight benefit of providing information the Premier’s next move had NO discernible benefits for Jala unless she counted him diverting his attention to her as a benefit.
Habana had NOT expected Vi to suddenly break off from her and rocket over to his mech, briefly, she wondered WHY he would do such a thing before realizing he was not just moving to the machines side, he was attacking. Attacking Jala. Habana had most certainly been pissed off by what Vi had done and said so far, she’d been angry enough to enter the encounter with the Premier at her full strength and no interest in holding back to see if he might do the same. But attacking her mother brought on an entirely different level of rage, it was brief but Habana felt reasonably certain the time between realizing what the Premier was up to and him being intercepted by Cipher and prompting a very slight cool down on her part was just about on par with her anger back on Namek, the rage that had let her transform again. Unfortunately, that was either not enough to prompt some sort of wonderful new form OR the fact that Cipher chose to protect Jala was enough to cut that off. Still, however, Habana was QUITE furious and while Vi was conversing with Cipher Habana ran headlong at him aiming a hard right at the side of the Premier’s skull. “You fight is with ME Vi-Poi don't you DARE touch her” Habana snarled as she took the swing, with any luck Cipher’s barrier and apparently defecting from the BBA would serve enough distraction to let her land a good hit.
Jala was pleasantly surprised when Cipher appeared and unleashed his barrier a barrier that very quickly shattered under the power of the Premier’s fist, even more terrifying was the fact that Jala’s scouter had not registered any sort of fluctuation in the Premier’s power when he’d done that. It was entirely his own natural strength that had shattered the barrier, not even bolstered by a portion of his energy. Shortly after Habana appeared as well raging at the android for his attempt at attacking her and taking a swing at him to remind him who his attention should remain on. “I think the plan is to take down the big guy and try not to get pulped by the Premier. Plan’s aren’t exactly going to go far for us with that sort of power being thrown around, unfortunately” Jala finally responded to Meridia’s question and taking her daughter’s attack as a cue to head out she took off around the mega-powers of the battle and rushed at the mech once more aiming a right hook at its chest.

Meanwhile, on Earth… Dr. Slouch lit another cigarette. He’d been chain-smoking ever since they’d learned of Cipher 24’s treachery. Below him, an array of computers blinkered neon rainbows in the darkness of Laboratory Zero-Zero. The electrified colors reflected off and refracted through a long glass cylinder. Inside was a dark skeleton forged from a highly-classified alloy. It was the exact same stuff Vi-Poi was made of. Most of him, anyway.
“Do you think the duplication will work a second time, even if we can beam his core again?” Major – no, General now, since Chartreuse died -- Viridian asked. “Administrator Azure is very different now.”
“No, I don’t believe it will,” Dr. Slouch said absentmindedly as he watched the code pour down from his monitor. All over the world, servers were crashing as the Blue Banner Army made room for Vi-Poi’s colossal source code. No one in the galaxy would be enjoying Baoflix tonight.
“His merge with the ghost has given him great power. Strength like nothing we've ever seen. He’s won long odds before. He could again.”
After a long silence, Dr. Slouch added, “The ghost has made him more human, too.” The old doctor didn't say if this was good or bad.
Back on Vegeta…Things were still iffy for Vi-Poi and his motley few. Oxhead was taking a powder after discharging a third of his reactor, and crouched into something of a defensive stance. Ornion was still powering up, and replied to the Namekian warrior with a shaky laugh, “Wanna play Majin Bros instead?”
And Vi-Poi--
Vi-Poi took Habana’s punch, flipping back head over heels before halting himself with a kiai. He chuckled, rubbing a red welt rising on his cheek. “Pretty good punch, Pigtails. But your excuses are still lame. It’s hard to play the goodie when a bunch of planets were crushed at your command. All you gotta do is promise to let the Arcosians be free and I’ll go away. That so hard? I’ll even make it look like you won.” He thumbed over his shoulder at the endless flock of Saiyans floating in Planet Vegeta’s pink sky. “The Dumb Haircut Brigade might be a lil mad at you for being nice to the Arcosians. But who wears the crown around here, you or them?”
His blue eyes rolled towards Cipher, flashing with anger. “And I got nothing to say to you, you backstabbing weasel. You wanna help the galaxy out -- toss yourself into the nearest black hole.”
The golden gleam returned around his body. Wind whorled around him in a twining supersonic dance. He flung himself at Cipher, attempting to catch his former friend by surprise. White-knuckled fists and stiff heels blurred faster than photons, his flurry of attacks ferocious in their intensity. His body was being propelled by something it never had before. Not just electron chi-converters, not just a modified Tuffle reactor. His body was being moved by a wounded, vengeful heart.
His chi wasn’t deadly, but he wanted to make his strikes hurt. His punches made the air snap with fire. His feet made comet tails. Sweat poured down his face and into his wincing glare. A hundred years ago, Poi Toques had fought back against a schoolyard bully, and had filled with a righteous sort of rage as his fists smacked into the bully's face. This was like that, but a thousand times brighter. More raw.
Grasping at Cipher after his salvo of flickering blows, Vi-Poi would try to slam him down hard into the marbled surface of the palatial grounds.
“Come on!” Vi-Poi yelled at ex-comrade. “What you got?”

Even in this stressful moment, there was a brief glint of hope. Maeve and Defrosch had come to Bing's aid, and though Defrosch took a moment out to berate Bing, the two of them were working to try and convince Shemha. In any other scenario, it might have worked, but Shemha was a stubborn sort, or at least that's how Bing saw it. She continued to pool her energy, talking about both Plato and Walker at length. That's when it clicked for the Former Kami. Shemha was a Majin, and he could feel traces of familiarity in her Ki. She had absorbed both of them! "..." The Serpent Master let out a warcry, and his Ki exploded outwards, back to its full potential. As the ghostly white flames burned around his form, he aimed an open palm at Shemha, and spoke sternly. "You took both of them. Absorbed them to get stronger. You should know me well enough from both of them, then." An orb of Ki formed in Bing's palm. "You want proof that you can trust me? Sit back and watch." With a quick squeeze of his palm, the orb in his hand popped, and a blinding light spilled forth. It'd dazzle Shemha for at least a moment; long enough for her to lose focus on her growing energy, at the very least. The moment the light escaped his hands, he'd hop into the air, beckoning Maeve. "Hey, so you know how I've always got really bad plans? I've got another one. Follow my lead!" Bing would wait just a moment for Maeve to follow suit, before darting off back towards the palace. His target was the ever-intensifying battle between Habana and Vi-Poi, but his target wasn't the Queen. As he flew, he hesitated. It was hard to want to hit a friend, especially one so close, and especially when they were in the middle of decking someone who'd apparently betrayed them. His speed slowed for just a moment, giving Vi-Poi time to toss a few punches Cipher's way. At the finale of Vi's combo, Bing would attempt to shoulder check his best friend, tackling him to the ground, and attempting to pin him. It would be a hard struggle, but if he could keep his friend stuck, he'd attempt to speak with him. "Vi! This fight isn't gonna solve anything, alright?! We're letting ourselves devolve into violence for the sake of it, rather than talking this out!" He frowned deeply, knowing that the Premier would fire back with his own reasoning, while peppering in some harmful insults for the temporary betrayal. "We can stop this fight before it gets deadly, and just have a civil discussion with Habana. Threatening to beat them into a pulp because they won't do what you want won't get us anywhere, but if we try to come to an agreement, it could fix things. We had peace for years because of that treaty that Zucceta broke; maybe we can figure out something like that again, and work together to beat the Mazoku instead of bickering like kids!"He turned back for just a moment, glancing in Habana's direction. Hopefully Maeve had gotten the hint, or else this might not go as well as he'd hoped. "If my wife and Zucceta consider Habana a friend, then she has to be reasonable. If I didn't believe there was a better way, you know I would never have done this... So... Can you give my way a shot, for just a little while? If it goes bad, we can just wail on them again, and I'll be more than ready to fight by your side."

Maeve shielded her eyes as the vibrant flash ended. The sudden eruption of ki and light was enough to startle her out of her Serene State! She blinked a few times as her headfins flagged and waggled a bit. Her vision was a little spotty but she could register what Bing was planning, as hasty and ill thought as it was she had to go with it. She already could tell that there wasn't a lot of time to waste. Not anymore. So with a soft sigh, she'd steady her mind and nerves only to cut the majin a frown. One that she might see as familiar if Walker was truly influencing her memories in some way. "Walker was one who thought that destroying Vegeta killing all who dwell here was an appropriate way to find peace. He justified it by saying that 'the head of the snake must be removed, no matter the cost.' I pray you do not ever inherit that mentality from him. It leads to far too much blood." She simply said before turning her back to the Majin. She clenched her many hands into fists as she began to fade away in a blink. Before fading completely however: she looked to Defrosch and without saying anything conveyed what she wanted from him. He needed to stay out of her way. It would only seem like a moment: but the Kami's power would resurface in front of Habana seconds after Bing had swooped in to try and distract Vi. With a pair of glowing eyes and a knitted brow she stared upon the queen before clapping her hands together in unison and exhaling the breath of the Earth that had filled in her lungs. The magic air poured from her mouth like a storm as the ground beneath them cracked and fractured under it's pressure. Bits of rocks and stone lifted in the air around them as the torrent reached it's climax. The ground meanwhile bubbled and shifted unnaturally as if it were suddenly fluid! Before the two sank down into this unstable ground however: the magic infused rock and dirt would swirl up and threaten to encase the both of them in a protective dome of rock and rubble. Unless Habana tried to fly out before the top was sealed: she'd soon find herself completely cut off from Vi Poi and the others, her glow being the only thing illuminating the darkness of the tightly sealed barrier of rock and dirt. If she managed to snag Habana: the dragoness would push her up against the side of the walls she created and stare into her eyes, the fierce glow dying to embers as her brows creased more so with concern than rage. "Habana...This has gone too far." She spoke with a shaky voice as she felt her headfins droop a bit. "This...Hate...This rage...It reminds me of how you were back in the northern capital. When that inky blackness took hold of you!" She declared, her eyes narrowing to feral slits as the memory of their fight filtered through her mind. "I don't agree with Vi Poi. He had no right coming here and trying to throw his weight around...But you've lost control of this situation!" She declared, her claws digging into the saiyaness' shoulder pads as she tried to stay firm. "Your subjects are out for blood! In my Serene State I could FEEL the killing intent permeating the air like a miasma! Your commander even briefly turned it towards Bing and I and we're just trying to get people to stop!" She shouted, her eyes starting to water a bit as her emotions began to bubble to the surface freely. "I don't wan't to see something happen to you and I don't want our worlds to go to war but if we keep going as we are: It will be inevitable." She said lowering her arms suddenly. She trembled, as she placed a scaled hand over her face and tried to recompose herself only to fail miserably.
"I know you're angry. I am too! But... I beg of you. Please...Just try to talk to Vi Poi. Bing is out there doing his best to try and change his mind as well." She said, ushering to the far wall with her bottom set of arms without turning away from her. "Pride has lead to fists being thrown instead of words but I know you're better than this! Fighting is what the old Empire would have done..." She concluded, the fire leaving her spirit as she attempted to take Habana's hands into her own one final time.
"Please..."

Mimikku would sigh heavily as the kick from Ginge found its mark and nailed Tulip hard. Watching as the saiyan with the Blue Banner Army logo went flying through a nearby wall and Pin and Ginge chased after. This would be harder than she surmised to stop this but she would have to follow in order to qualm this incoming storm. So that is what she would do. Following the others with a quick movement and drop of her charge.

Well, this is getting fucking stupid.
Her two besties were still slugging it out and talking over each other, with the boy android then taking time out of his day to punch the multi-armed cyborg. The assembled gang were also talking over each other. Bing mentioned some treaty that Zucceta had apparently broken at one point (Did I do that? Wasn't it broken before me? I guess it doesn't really matter, it was probably tattered and burnt at the corners hundreds of years ago). Everything was very emotional.
And very, very stupid.
Zucceta pinched the bridge of her nose, before dispersing the ki she had channeled into her body and aura. Her ki subsided to its normal Super Saiyan Two heights, before dropping further, as her golden hair turned back to the inky-dark saiyan hue shared by the majority of her race.
"Everyone's just chatting absolute shit, and over each other. Its flatulence in a hurricane. I'm left with a bad decision; I can either blast one friend or the other, or both, and then try to talk them out of this... stupidity. I'm not going to make that choice. It's dumb. I'm tired. Its been a long flight."
She turns to address Vi-Poi. "Beating Habana to a pulp isn't a smart way of solving the problem you want solved. It fuels a cycle. It will only empower the Solar Empire."
Then, to Habana: "I thought that maybe you could be different, better, than this. The SSE as it was, is, is unsustainable and aimless. I felt that you might see this. We were both chewed up by the system at times in the past. Some of us were spat out more intact than others. Its time for saiyans to change."
"Anyway." She turns around and points at the Imperator. "I'm going to get back in my ship, head to Namek, and get some shut eye. I'm going to beat up the Namekian. Does anyone want to join me?" Zucceta said, glancing between Vi-Poi, Habana and the other combatants.

Cipher had hoped his words would get through to him. He hoped that Vipoi would stop and think about this for a moment. Maeve and Habana were right. Zucceta was right. Bing was right. Why couldn't Vipoi see that he was in the wrong for once? Unfortunately, at that time Habana launched a surprise attack on Vipoi. "Dammit Habana!" This was NOT helping! He wanted to calm Vipoi down, not antagonize him further.
But he didn't expect what came next. Vipoi seemed to ignore the saiyan queen and came straight at Cipher! The android had no time to defend himself as the enraged premier came down upon him.
Cipher had fought many monsters in the past. Demons, Oozaru, Konatsian monsters. He even lost his arm and most of his original body to them. But that paled to compare to the rage the premier unleashed on Cipher. His body exploded with pain from the flurry of blows, finally cultivating in him being slammed into the ground at high speed. The ground exploded into a small crater, dust and debris flying everywhere.
Cipher's ears were ringing. It was like a bomb had gone off next to his head. Pain racked through his body and his vision was blurred. Cipher attempted to climb to his feet, before stumbling down to one knee, coughing up blood. One of his arms dangled limply at his side, before disconnecting and falling to the floor, useless.
As his vision cleared, and the ringing subsided, he could finally see what was going on. Bing had tackled the premier to the ground, trying to reason with him. If you listen to nobody else, listen to him. Though the android feared what Vipoi might do to the former guardian.
He could hear Zucceta's words as well, how she planned to fight Xylo. Cipher gabe a rueful smile and spoke out to her telepathically. "Sorry Zucceta. I doubt I'm in much condition to e of service."[/i][/color] He could feel one f his eyes swelling shut. Damn Vipoi hit hard.

Post by Etoru on Aug 3, 2017 11:43:42 GMT
Etoru watched Bing and Maeve nervously. He wondered if Shemha would have snapped. Seeing the difference in power, it was clear who had the advantage here, not to mention the fact that she was charging an attack while Bing was sitting idly by. But, as if on cue, Defrosch told Etoru not to worry and that he'd handle this. "Oh thank goodness, at least someone's reason--wait what the heck's he doing?!" Etoru thought, seeing his Arcosian friend rush over to Maeve and Bing and doing the same thing they were doing! If Etoru could have, he would of gave himself a big ol' face palm.
And as expected, by the looks of things, what they were doing didn't work. Every situation seemed to be escalating dramatically. Vi-Poi left Habana and went to go pummel Cipher into the ground! Sure he was a traitor but...Etoru kind of felt a little bad. The corner of his eyes then saw a flash of light, and began to water. "O-Oh no..." The teary eyes were making him lose his focus a little bit. Within his blurry vision, he saw Bing fly over to Vi, tackling him to the ground while Maeve attempted to get to Habana on her own. But, then there was Zucceta who was planning to just go fight Xylo herself, inviting anyone who wanted to come. Of course Etoru wanted to come, he wanted to have another go at him...! Still, with Zucceta's actions, he was pretty sure people wouldn't let her go on her own. That was good...he probably didn't need these ghosts anymore but--where the heck was he supposed to put all this energy?! Not to mention his watery eyes were seriously distracting him...! "U-Uh oh..." He muttered, white wisps escaping his lips.
His cheeks puffed up as he clutched his stomach. Etoru knew he couldn't hold it in, but this was his special attack! He couldn't just unleash it without screaming the name! It was tradition! "S-Super Ghost KamiKAZ--BLERG!" He hunched over, practically puking up a ton of white clouds. He coughed and gagged, the strange fluffy entities floating in an odd pile on the floor jumbling around. Etoru fell on his rear, coughing slightly with cartoony swirls around his eyes. The jumble of clouds began to rise slightly and split apart into six parts. Now, each separate white globs began taking their own shape...turning into...miniature ghosts of Etoru? Despite carrying a resemblance to the boy, they each looked like they had their own personality.
One ghost looked like it was a cool guy, smirking devilishly while another looked like it carried a feminine personality, blushing slightly and staring away from the crowd. Another looked extremely grumpy, while another one looked super excited. And finally, the last two, one looking edgy and quiet and the other looking really nervous and unsure. Etoru wiped his mouth with the back of his hand, frowning. "...Kamikaze attack.." He muttered, slightly embarrassed. "...Man, that's all I could muster...? Six...?' He grumbled, slightly glaring at Bing for distracting him with his technique. "...What am I supposed to do with you guys...if everyone stops fighting, there's really no point in keeping you around." He scratched his head awkwardly.
Sighing, he decided he needed to take action. There was still fighting going on in the other side of the palace, someone had to defuse that situation right? "Alright ghosts! Liiiine up! Salute!" The ghosts ignored the boy, just like last time, and were conversating with each other. The pint sized warriors eye twitched. "Guys!" Still, no answer. "HEY! LISTEN UP! I'M YOUR BOSS, SO YOU LISTEN TO ME!" The ghosts jumped, startled at the boys outburst, and lined up immediately with nervous salutes. "Good! Now, there's six of you, right...? And it looks like four people are gone fighting...Alright then!" Etoru pointed a finger at the ghosts, picking out four. "Alright, girly one, grumpy, emo, and uh..." Etoru looked at the anxious one with a look of pity. He was just getting rid of the ghosts he didn't want around. He needed the cool ones with him of course! "And you I guess...alright, I need you four to go stop the fighting on the other side of the palace. Go, go, go!" The ghosts floated slowly to where the four warriors were battling, their arms like paws near their torso. The remaining two ghosts stood on his left and right, grinning fiendishly. ---- SGKA Fired at 198%! 19,100,910 PL Total!

Sure enough, the Majin was stubborn and on edge. Her concerns were not invalid, and Defrosch didn't blame her for having them. However, despite the frame of mind she was in or the logic she was going with; she did not move to strike at anyone that had just made the decision to actually speak to her. She wasn't as wary and unable to put trust in others as she had lead herself to believe, it seemed. "Honestly? I'm just aiming for no lives to be lost-- on either side of this debacle." Defrosch looked over to the fight that was still raging on. Nothing got lethal yet; Cipher was still operating despite the beat-down he just got wherein Vi-Poi looked and sounded more than nettled when dealing with him. "Like you are doing for us now now; I too will give you the chance at my trust. Nobody has to die--"
Except for people's eyesight, according to Bing. Thankfully, the flash of light was only temporary and Defrosch had managed to shield his eyes; the lenses of his visor scouter helping immensely. This didn't however stop him from cringing and grumbling as a result of Bing once again rushing off. "Oh for the goodness sake-- Bing!!" At least this time it was arguably in the 'right' direction. Maeve followed by fading away; giving one last look to her Arcosian friend. He knew what that expression meant. "Ugh. Right.." Defrosch let out a sharp sigh, looking over to the Majin who would've just been struck with the brunt of the brightness, and he readily assumed that she wouldn't be happy about that at all. "Before you say anything; he might not think things out clearly like I would do, but he means well when he tries to reach out to people. He wouldn't have made such unexpected and cherished friends if he didn't."
Defrosch looked onward to the battle between Vi-Poi and Habana that was now in the process of being interrupted and hopefully ended then and there with no further fists flung. "I don't know Vi-Poi all too well, but you must know about how he and Bing fought Zucceta, right? She's still alive." He spoke, nodding over to the woman in question as her gathering energy dispersed. "I'm not going to say that you shouldn't worry for your friend's overall safety-- I'm honestly on the edge right now myself as composed as I may sound-- but she is not in danger of dying here." Defrosch explained once more. His words were followed, interestingly enough, by Zucceta. Her words were far less elegant, however not without their own merit.
If Vi-Poi and Habana wouldn't listen to the trio that had just tried to reason with them again in earnest then everything truly would become a tornado of most ominous winds. Zucceta's call for allies didn't fall on deaf ears, but Defrosch had to be quite honest with himself on this one. "Sorry Z, if Xylo is as strong as he is rumored to be; I won't be much help in a fight." The gears in Defrosch's mind were ever turning though as he wandered over to the former Queen. "Regardless, I think a solid battle plan is needed. We shouldn't leave Vegetan space or Earth undefended. Reckon they'll listen?" Defrosch asked, pointing a thumb over his shoulder to the fights. Off to the side; he could see Etoru's ultra cool super-duper secret technique play out. In all honesty, such a strange ability fit Etoru rather well. "Huh. Neat."

So close to the level of energy required to guarantee the elimination of the Premier, Shemha lost it all. Not unlike the technique she gained through the absorption of Walker, the blinding flash that washed over forced her to stagger. Under its intense radiance the Majin’s focus shattered and with that the gathered Ki pulsing within her dissipated. Accompanied by an audible hiss, the Commander staggered back a step, arm lifting post attack to shield her eyes as if another burst of light was to follow.
The human promised the proof she demanded and Maeve spoke of Walker as Shemha’s eyes blinked rapidly, tears rolling down her cheeks. She sensed Bing’s energy moving away and then the same from the Kami, both headed towards the main scuffle. They wanted the chance to prove themselves and although forced upon Shemha by that blinding flash, they would have it. If they could talk the Premier down, the Majin planned to explain that despite her absorption of Walker, she was not the same as that flawed creature. However, if they proved as dishonest as Walker or Plato, they would meet the same fate.
Left with the Acrosian, Shemha was already moving forward, about to brush past him when he spoke again. Unsure how he fit into all of this, at least part of his words rang true. She was aware of the confrontation he spoke of and Zucceta was indeed alive. Speaking of which…Shemha’s eyes scanned for the powerful Saiyan. A second ago, before her temporary blindness, the female’s signature raged, but not she was back in her normal form. She was unable to commit it seemed, to one side or the other. The Commander would not soon forget that indecision.
”We shall see if your friends hold true to their words.” Shemha said with a sidelong glance at Defrosch before she took to the air. Able to see now, she saw the scene for what it was, the efforts of the betrothed warriors pointing towards their desired peaceful end. The minor lull in combat allowed the Majin to recover and gain a vantage point above those gathered. Should the engagement continue, Shemha was prepared to fight.
Everything happened so quickly and Meridia felt a growing unease being so close to it all. With a glance at Jala in the hopes of conveying her upcoming maneuver she then backed away from the group, putting distance between Vi-Poi and those around him. As more joined the cluster of warriors she sensed Shemha off to the side, as well as the Acrosian that the Majin momentarily stood abreast from. Looping her way over to him, the demon felt where he stood was a good distance away from it all, a safe distance.
”I’m not sure what side you’re taking in this, but I am just looking to stay out of the way.” Meridia started as she drew close. Aware the creature had stood across from Shemha moments before, but the fact her friend just strolled by him gave her enough confidence to approach with words instead of fists. Setting down beside him, she gave him the once over before her attention returned to the mess in front of them.
”This is not how I expected today to go, that’s for sure.” She commented with a rather lighthearted tone despite the potentially imminent disaster. Hopefully he found no reason to swing at her and the two could stay out of it. Although, if he had planned to do anything to hinder Shemha, her proximity allowed her the perfect change to interfere.

“I am not quite acquainted with games, though Habana has said I have a knack for the Serpent Fighter game she enjoys. Perhaps we could try if things are settled soon” Raca said with a grin, while he was a fighter by nature he had no interest in having to fight someone who was not quite as willing, he had only continued to oppose Ornion because he DID present a threat that Raca was capable of negating with relative ease.
Habana allowed herself a wide grin as she fist crashed into Vi-Poi’s skull sending him twirling away and requiring him to force himself to stop, despite her grin Habana was doing her very best to not show the immense pain she was in from having decked the Premier, luckily it felt unlikely she’d broken anything but if she had any other choice she would definitely NOT be interested in doing that again.
Unfortunately, she was running a bit dry on choices. “All I’ve got to do is bash in your damn skull a bit more. I have no interest in you making it look like I won, you clearly don’t understand what I want to do something I COULD have explained if you’d ever bothered to contact me for anything other than your declaration of war a few months ago.” Habana said with a growl already knowing it was unlikely her words would have much impact, she’d said roughly the same thing a few times now and it seemed the Premier was really only interested in getting his way.
Now that Jala was out of danger Habana was willing to not immediately lunge into forcing Vi-Poi to face her, unfortunately, that meant that Vi-Poi was able to focus his ire on Cipher, the sheer speed he possessed meant she had little chance to do anything to aid Cipher before it was too late anyway.
And while Habana was strangely fond of the Android considering he had made a lot of efforts to ease tensions between the Empire and Earth at least on her end he had, now, however, she was beginning to think that the Android would have benefitted from a few more chats with his leader. Habana could very clearly understand Vi-Pois rage, he saw Cipher as a traitor and if nothing else she could sympathize with the feelings associated with that even if Cipher’s ‘betrayal’ was to her benefit.
In a few moments Cipher was battered and bashed to such an extent Habana was genuinely impressed he could move at all let alone remain on one knee. Habana was curious if the Premier would actually kill Cipher, he was an Android so that made him being killed somewhat less harsh, would the Premier count that for his claim that he didn't kill?
Regardless of what Poi might have done it appeared that the others were done with whatever it was they were up to, thankfully it had not involved Shemha fighting Maeve and Bing. Instead, Bing was very quickly making his way to the battle at first Habana expected him to go after herself or perhaps Jala or even Raca… instead, however, it quickly became apparent that he was rocketing at the Premier himself.
Zucceta meanwhile had become exasperated with the situation. Habana ALMOST shouted out when she indicated that Vi-Poi would beat her to a pulp, but not only was she technically correct even if Habana didn’t like it she also mentioned that if he did it would only make things worse, something Habana wholeheartedly agreed with.
The fact that Vi-Poi was unwilling to kill would make his attempt to accomplish whatever he was looking to do here VERY difficult if he did things this way.
Then Zucceta turned to her and her words were painful for Habana, she’d thought she had been doing things at least roughly in a manner that Zucceta would have liked, she’d tried to scale back some of the worst aspects of the Empire starting with things more easily accepted such as a less ‘utterly annihilate the enemy’ mindset when taking a world sort of mindset but active war had entirely thrown her plans into chaos especially when facing an enemy that genuinely posed a threat.
Zucc then said she was getting back on her ship and heading to Namek to take down Xylo and asked if anyone would be joining her. Habana was VERY eager to just accept immediately but whether she could heavily dependent on if Vi-Poi would.
And to further cut off her ability to respond Habana suddenly realized that Maeve’s presence had gotten much closer, she turned just in time for Maeve to create her earthen barrier around them. Habana blinked in confusion ordinarily she would have expected this to be some sort of attempt to attack her but she simply refused to believe Maeve would do so.
And thankfully her faith was rewarded as Maeve made no attacks simply sealing them inside a stone barrier, Habana was about to ask what was going on when she suddenly found herself pressed up against one of the barrier walls by Maeve only serving to further confuse her.
Habana was surprised when Maeve equated her current state with how she had been back on Earth, she could only vaguely remember the part of the battle Maeve was referenced but hopefully, that was a good thing an indicator that she was not quite as ‘off’ as she had been then.
“I didn’t start this Maeve, he’s the one that turned things violent. I made sure to send out a message so that the others WOULDN'T strike first. If he had come to me to speak or even asked you to speak to me for him this could have all probably been handled without all of this. Of course, my people are furious, he’s threatening to try to take over the Empire. I'm sure Earth’s people are STILL furious with the Empire for the Invasion and this is just about the same thing just without as many battles.”
“I’m not the one that needs convincing Maeve, for as angry as I am I won’t press this battle if HE stands down as well. I’d much rather go punch Xylo with you and Zucc” Habana said as Maeve took her hands.
Jala groaned as everything seemed to be devolving even further into chaos, for now, she simply pulled back to where the demon girl had encased herself and Habana just in case it became necessary for her to aid in busting the thing open OR protecting it.

Vi-Poi shrugged Bing off, sticking widespread fingers over his face and prying him away. “Get off,” He grunted.
He listened to Bing’s words, then frowned disappointedly at his friend. “You think I’m doing this for violence’s sake? In case you haven’t noticed, there already is a war. They didn’t take over the Arcosian Capital Sector with pleases and thank yous.” His words were tight and low, and his sullen eyes turned to Zucceta, but no words came, only feelings. He felt raw, and the sting from Cipher’s betrayal was bleeding over into dismay at his friends. But most of all, there was a bedrock revelation at the bottom of it all.
Zucceta, the Kami, Etoru, and even Bing, through his wifey -- they don’t want to lose their friend, no matter what kind of terrible shit this friend does. Good thing none of them were besties with this Ouroboros person, or they'd be rushing to help the evil demon lord, too. The last thought was bitter, but made him feel a little better.
When Habana compared Vi-Poi’s challenge to the Saiyan invasion, a laugh blurted past the tightness in his throat. “You think that sending a few of your guards to dreamland compares to your empire making pancakes out of our cities and killing millions of people? You’re damn straight that I haven’t forgotten about what the SSE did to Earth. Maybe I’m the only one here who hasn’t. And you’re doing the same exact thing to the Arcosians, right now.”
He looked at Bing and past him, at Etoru, for a long moment. The boy had secret techniques, and was using it now, for the third side. The peace-at-any-price side. In the distance beyond Etoru, where some of his ghosts went, he saw that Tulip was in dire straits. The energy she was facing from the android didn’t feel right.
How can they not see what I can see so plainly? He thought, his blue glower turning upward, to the multitudinous minions of the Queen that seemed to stretch across the entire horizon now. The Empire isn’t going to stop dominating others by asking it nicely.
Feeling defeat in a way he never had before, a spiritual kind of defeat, handed to him not by his enemies but by his closest friends, people he loved and cherished, Vi-Poi’s shoulders slumped. He lifted a POW-gloved finger towards Pin . “Tell your goons to back off my soldier,” He said to the Queen, watching as Pin burned brightly with his growing attack. “I’m withdrawing. We’re leaving.” He transmitted this order telepathically with his Neurophone to Tulip Waterfield . “But if you think for one minute that I’m going to sit back and let your empire dominate the galaxy the same way you tried to dominate Earth, you’ve got another thing coming. Maybe I’ll lose -- it looks like I’m the only big fish on Earth that gives a damn enough to fight for the galaxy’s freedom. But I’ll fight.” He smiled wanly to Queen Habana. “I just want you to know that.”
Eyes twinkling with tears, Vi-Poi tapped his POW glove, opening a portal back to Earth above OXHEAD.
Ornion Shallotnagger’s aura suddenly snapped away. He bowed his head and moved away from Jaca. “Looks like that’s my ride home,” He told the Namekian. “And yeah, I star in that movie. Maybe I’ll give you a tour of the set, sometime.”
Before Vi-Poi floated off to join Tulip and make sure she was safely extricated, he turned to Bing. He opened his mouth to say something to his oldest friend, then his lips twisted shut, and he flew away.

The push from his friend was harsh and painful, just like you'd expect from someone so powerful. Bing hit the dirt harshly, landing on his back with a soft thud. His friend already took to a stand, refuting Bing's statement harshly. The Serpent Master sat up, hands on the dirt as he looked up towards the Premier.
"..."
He turned away, frowning. This was what he expected. The azure android didn't say it outright, but Vi was obviously cross with him. Bing couldn't blame him, he supposed; there was a level of trust that'd just been broken. Maybe he'd made the wrong decision.
Before he could dwell on it too long, Zucceta spoke up. She had powered down, stating she was just gonna go straight to Namek and end this stupid war once and for all. It was a bold plan. A risky one, too. Who knows what the Mazoku had going on back on Namek. For all they knew, he could have traps set up all over the planet, or some sort of anti-Ki device that zapped unfriendly ships when they entered orbit.
Bing stood up, dusting himself off as his energy lowered to normal levels. He gave the former Queen a fake chuckle, before moving towards her. "Sounds like your kind of plan. I like it. I'd come along but I think we both know how well I did the last time I fought a big villain." He rubbed the back of his head awkwardly, before turning to Maeve and Habana. "Besides, I think you'll have enough company without me, and somebody needs to stay behind just in case the Mazoku try a sneak attack when their leader gets cornered."
Things were calming down now, thankfully. It may have taken some hurt feelings and slightly singed bridges, but at least it didn't leave any corpses laying around. He gave a quick look to Vi-Poi, who was getting ready to leave. They'd need to talk later, and it wouldn't be pretty. He wanted to say something before his friend left. Something like 'I didn't mean it' or 'I'm sorry', but he just couldn't.
There wasn't much reason to dwell, so he focused on the rest of the situation. Specifically, he turned to his son. The young hybrid boy was expelling ghosts from his mouth, and they looked just like him. It was surreal, to say the least, but they each packed a lot of power in them. In all honesty, it was pretty rad.
"Etoru," he said as he raised an eyebrow. "Maybe you should call off the uh... Ghosts? The fights over."

Maeve frowned, her expression seemed...Disappointed; As the walls began to crumble around the two. What was once mighty stone turned to sand in a matter of moments as the magic 'Breath of the Earth' dissipated much like the wind in Maeve's sails. The Kishin Kami reached her hand out, cupping a bit of the sand before watching it slip between her soft palms. Not even the armored claws could contain the sand as it drifted out of her grasp. She frowned, clenching her fist as she failed to get a handle on the dust, just as she failed to get a handle on the situation. She felt, powerless... Unable to change anything... Her golden gaze narrowed on the queen as she threw her arm aside, creating a pulse of pressure to blow back the walls of sand before they pooled at their feet. "I wasn't scolding you for starting this Habana... I was begging you to put an end to it. You had the power to help soothe the situation but whether it be by pride or by rage you opted to give in to your hatred and fight just as hard." She frowned, clenching her fists as she turned her back to her. She couldn't help but think of the time she found herself in the same situation. She could still hear the blood splashing thickly on the tiles of the lookout. She could still feel the pressure of her cleaver puncturing the body of the Saiyan general as his body twitched in a desperate attempt to wheeze his final remarks. Like Habana, Maeve lashed out when she felt her world was threatened... With her back against the wall she impulsively lashed out against what she had felt was the direct threat to her home and the peace that surrounded it. "...I'm not blameless either. I was wrong to come here and draw the line in the sand as I did." Her voice cracked as she held her head with one of her hands. "I..." She bit her lip. "I should have tried to prevent the fight from happening from the start but...I drew my blade and made things worse." She continued, hugging herself as she recalled just how easily she gave into her own anger and frustration. She felt such a righteous indignation in her heart that she instantly declared that the premier was a direct threat to the peace of Earth. Even with all the clarity she had gained from her ascension. She still let chaos tip her moral scales in her blind fear. "...Maybe Vi is right that I played favorites...Or maybe I was so desperate to prevent another battle between our worlds that I refused to see what was really happening." She shook her head. Doubting her conviction as Vi-Poi's venom still pounded through her ears. "But, regardless... I know we can't leave things like this." She turned to Habana once more. Her brows knit with a mixture of confusion and concern as she looked upon her friend. Now that the 'battle' was over her fire had died leaving her almost numb from the result. The air felt hollow from the unresolved conflict. "You need to set aside what happened here today and talk to Vi Poi. You need to take the reigns of your world and it's people just as I need to do so with mine." She concluded as she approached Bing suddenly. She walked to her fiance and took his hands into hers. Before he could say anything, she'd press her forehead against his and let out a shaky inhale, as if she were momentarily seeking strength from his presence. The demonic runes that bound them glowed with a faint hum as they stood still for just a moment. "...I'm going to fight Ouroboros." She simply declared, squeezing his hands softly before pulling away. "...With Zucceta, I feel I might have a chance to wrestle him away from Xylo's grasp. If...If I can get Ouroboros away from him. I might be able to..." She bit her lip, eyes closing as her headfins drooped with her uncertainty. "I might be able to change him. Akemi is certain that he needs to be destroyed; but I can tell she still holds hope for him. I mean: we managed to change Bridget, even my mother was willing to accept me again. Ouroboros might be similar. After an eternity of being sealed away perhaps...Perhaps he just needs to see the light again..." Unless she was stopped, Maeve would leave with that. Her form would begin to dissipate as she started to prepare her 'blink' ability. How many bridges did she manage to burn? How many friendships did she lose? Only time would tell. She couldn't afford to look back now. She had to move on.
Attempted Thread Exit: PL please! At the Next rotation, Maeve is going to Namek!

Mimikku flew back into the throne room as she felt Tulip move into her space pod and vanish into the sky. It seemed her Vegetan adventure was now at an end and that she would be having to move quickly off planet. Despite her reservations as to wanting to do so. As she was so close to being able to talk to the leader of the Empire but this was not the time nor the place for such talks as the air still hung heavily and filled with unsaid words and anxiety. Her momentum would bring her back in time to watch as Maeve would move toward Zucceta as it seemed things were completely decided in the time it took for her to return to the group.
Closing her eyes, she knew were her loyalties lied which to her was sad as she wanted to be there for her people on Vegeta. After today however she doubted that she could ever even return here let alone get that audience someday in the future to speak on her people’s behalf. Closing her eyes, she felt a comforting hand on her shoulder that was Lilith mentally comforting her. With a sigh, she would lift herself into the air once more and move over toward Maeve and the others as she was going to follow the Kami to whatever ends of the universe she was heading. As for Mimi, this was going to be more than likely a one-way trip once more. Yet she knew that this time she would have to and would work on pushing herself to fight till there was nothing left within her tank.
Stopping beside the Kami and the others gathered. She would not say anything and instead would follow Maeve should she be leaving the planet to whatever location she was headed to next.
{{Mimi will be leaving the thread entirely alongside Maeve and the others at next go around. PL for me for this thread.}}
