 Species Name: Aranea (Spiderlings to most species other than them) Home Planet: Mlkbcufiv (Mil-keb-kuhf-eve) Starting Planet: Anywhere, primarily planets under the control of the Arcosian Empire Starting Power: 1500-2000 Appearance: Aranea are large, spider-like monsters. Their size is about the same as a lion, and they have a hard exoskeleton supporting them, primarily composed of small scales of chitin. On each side of their body they have four legs, with three joints connecting each one. On the front of their body they have two arm-like appendages, with hands that have clearly developed fingers and a thumb. Their face is a grotesque mess, with eight eyes and tentacles emerging from the bottom of their mouth, as well as two sets of pincer-like appendages. Overall, the spiderlings make a horrific sight to most species. - Background:

Hmmm, interesting proposition?? Some thoughts...
I'm gonna be honest and tell you upright that a race like this doesn't feel like it belongs in the Dragonball universe, atleast, in my opinion.
Maybe instead of having them look like vicious, nightmare-fuelish spiders from the get-go, you could classify them as Alien C, and have them look like spider-esque humanoids in their base forms (A la Muffet from Undertale or Elise from League of Legends), and have their grotesque spider forms be their Celestial Event form?
I think, if you use the idea I gave you, that they could work wayyyy better inside of a Dragonball setting! If I think of ideas for UCs or the backstory, I'll post them too!

The idea is that, even though they look like grotesque, horrible spider monsters, they find humanoid creatures terrifying, and are scared of pretty much every race, one of the reasons for such being their celestial event trans turns them into a weird, humanoid spider-centaur thing. I have UC ideas, but I didn't get the chance to really work on the app, hence how bare bones it seems.
