For the record, Dilva was getting better than usual at controlling forest fires as a result of his Ki Training. He hadn't expected a whole fire to start from just ONE blast, but apparently he was stronger than he thought. As the last of the green embers were stomped out, he sighed. It was starting to seem like the forest was no longer viable for his training purposes. And the desert was too dull, the city too illegal, the tundra too cold, and now the forest too...flammable. This left him with an issue. He could either start training at the bottom of the ocean, or...go back and reap the seeds of revenge early. That last part CERTAINLY wasn't an option. At least, not yet. The seeds of revenge still needed to grow more, or else he'd just lose flat out. Turnap was fairly strong, even for an asshole. He wouldn't get the satisfaction of immediately vaporizing him.
"Ugh...come on, Dilva...you can figure this out...you just have to..stop setting the forest on fire..." He huffed to himself, sitting on a still smoking stump. Ugh, how did people train their damn laser beams on this planet?! It seemed like there was SOMETHING you were bound to hit in any direction you aimed. Which came with it's own set of problems. His guise as a humble bartender was working for now-no-one suspected his true identity as a Saiyan warrior, but the people were so...idiotic, sometimes. He wished vaporizing was actually legal... He growled to himself, firing a small ball of ki into the sky...where it promptly fell back down, onto another tree, starting yet another fire. "DAMMIT!"
