Articho landed on the street of East Capitol, an annoyed frown on his face as he adjusted his sunglasses on his face and tucked his hands into his pockets. He found himself on this little excursion into the East Capitol after displaying his ability to create clothing to his mother. He created a slew of baby clothing for his baby sister to wear when she was born. Of course, it was all orange and blue and the best he could do for designs was tiny turtles or Turtle School symbols. He was quite proud of what he made, only for his mother to give him an unsatisfied look and ask if he could do anything different. He, of course, shook his head, since all he could make came out as blue and orange. His mother gave him a shake of the head and instructed him to go out and buy some baby clothes. Her words echoed around his head as he stewed in his own annoyance, staring down at his boots as he walked down the street. "More colors than blue and orange exist, Arti.""What if she doesn't like turtles, Arti?""I don't want her to get it in her head to join the Turtle School, Arti."Valid points, yes, but it didn't mean he wouldn't be any less annoyed. He didn't like shopping all that much and he was kind of miffed that she was dead set on his baby sister not being a fighter. It made sense. She had lost her husband and son for many years for training and fighting and Articho still did all sorts of dangerous activities. She wanted to keep at least one of her family members safe and likely raised differently than her hybrid son was. It may work out and his baby sister might be a sweet, little pacifist just like his mother wishes, but Articho knew that deep down, his sister would have battle instincts somewhere. The right trigger may just bring it out of her, no matter how much their mother didn't want it. Articho sighed heavily as he walked down the street. His eyes slid from storefront to storefront, looking for a clothing store of some sort that might be selling baby clothes. His eyes caught a glimpse of a sign indicating that the store it was for was a clothing store. "Looks as good as I'll get," he muttered to himself, walking up to the store front and pushing his way inside. "Hello? Anyone in here?" he called out, hopefully attracting an employee over to his position. The clothes around him were quite fancy and fashionable, making him feel quite out of place in his jeans, jacket, and boots. ------------------------------------------------------ Ramina

Ramina had opened the store a bit ago, The Cat's Meow being the talk of the city as the storeowner was popular. The feline didn't have any advertisementss up, but her store had spred by word of mouth and went from small to a very large internal structure despite being small on the outside. After opening the store, the snow leopard humanoid could be seen reading a book on pregnancy, the dos and don'ts when it came to making sure the babies were healthy.
One paw flipped the pages on her desk as the other rubbed her belly. Today she wore a nice dress, which slightly showed off the prominent bump upon her stomach. The four children were developing well, and soon she'd be able to get an ultrasound to figure out their genders. Part of her wanted to keep it a surprise, while the other was dying of curiosity. It wasn't too long before a soft jingle sounded, and the cat sprung into action.
Putting away the magazine, she'd get up and her silver dress would reach down past her knees and between her ankles, in fashionable yet steady looking shoes to match. Heading over to the saiyan hybrid, the cat spoke. "Hello, welcome to The Cat's Meow. My name's Ramina, storeowner and your aid for the day. What are you looking for?"

Articho heard someone walking up next to him as he thumbed through a random rack of clothing. He looked towards the source of the footsteps to see a female leopard Zooanthrope approaching him. He gave her a quick once over from behind his sunglasses and noticed that she was pregnant and, from what he could tell, about as far, if not farther along than his mother. His tail involuntarily began swishing back and forth as a sense of relief washed over him. Maybe this wouldn't be as hard as he thought. The hybrid nodded in greeting and took his sunglasses off, tucking them into a pocket on the inside of his jacket as she introduced herself.
"Nice to meet you," Articho replied. "I'm in need of some baby clothes. Do you happen to have abut that aren't orange and blue or covered in turtle designs or Turtle School logos?"

Ramina looked at him as he was in the alien section of the store, raising an eyebrow considering his ki was definitely saiyan mixed with human. Being checked out under the sunglasses by her visitor, her stomach was definitely visible despite her being only three months along; four tiny kis indicating she wasn't very far and was getting to the beginning of the second trimester.
The tail swished in a semi-nervous manner as he nodded and finally introduced himself, taking off the sunglasses and telling her what he needed. "We have plenty of baby clothes, but you're not in the right place." Pointing up with her right paw to the ceiling, her coat was thick and shiny yet not a single piece of fur was on her clothing or the ground. "Come with me, you're currently in the Alien Male section."

When Ramina pointed out that he was in the alien male section of the store, Articho took a look back at the rack he'd been staring at. While there were some clothes that fit to humanoid aliens like Brenchians and Kabochans, there were also others that were tailored fir far less humanoid species. "Oh," he said, grinning sheepishly as he looked back at the store owner. "Goes to show how much I know about clothing."
Articho paused for a moment as she directed him to follow behind her. "So, how far along are you, if you don't mind me asking," he asked. He had found that trying to sense babies that weren't born yet was difficult after trying to sense his baby sister. They had terribly small energy signatures that even focusing made difficult to sense. There was too much interterference from other people and creatures and especially from their mothers. "My mom's around the same size as you and she's at six or seven months right now."

Ramina shook her head with a soft smile, the black and white female briefly itching her chin while he realized he was in the male section of the store. He grinned sheepishly at her, to which she offered a polite smile in return and would walk deeper into the store. Signs saying Zoan M, and others like Saiyan F, would indicate what was tailored for what species. Her 'heels' made no sound on the soft carpet, a beautiful blue on the black floor.
"I'm three months pregnant." The storeowner replied gently, turning to look at him for a moment but keeping her pace. "My store has everything hand-tailored by myself, and I'm the only employee as it is a family-inherited store. How many children is she having? Do you know if they or it will have a tail? If so, I can direct to the baby aisle for you for either Saiyans or Humans. I'm a bit stuck with four saiyan and zoanthrope hybrids myself."

"Oh, wow," Articho said. She ran things all by herself and was the store's supplier? That was pretty impressive. Definitely not something he could accomplish. Given the choice between filling out a form of tax returns and getting punched in the face repeatedly, Arti would take getting hit in the face any day of the week. "My mom's only having one and my dad and her have been going back and forth constantly on whether they were going to dock her tail or not, though I doubt they will. My mom told me she tried when I was a baby and couldn't bring herself to do it. I'm kinda glad she didn't. Having a tail is pretty useful."
It took the young hybrid a minute to register the details of Ramina's pregnancy. As he finished describing what he thought his little sister would end up being like, the connection clicked in his head. Three months and around the same size as his seven month mother. Quadruplets. The words popped out of his mouth before he could think to censor himself. "Oh my Kami, you're gonna be huge!"
As his sentence finished, Arti wished he would have died again right there and then.

Articho seemed amazed; before filling her in on the amount of children his mother was having and the apparent argument between docking the tail or not. It seemed he himself had his tail because his mother couldn't bring herself to do it, but once they reached the baby section it was an unfortunate blurt that made her stiffen and the zoan to face with a polite tone and respond to his words.
"Excuse me?" The voice was slightly bittersweet, chuckling softly in response after her vocalization had temporarily ceased. "There's the female baby clothes here, and I can get you an idea of what you need for your baby sister."

Articho hung his head down and looked away in shame as he followed behind her to the baby clothes section. He scratched at the back of his hand, glancing back at Ramina as she pointed out the girl baby clothes. He glanced between the different pieces of clothing, though he wasn't sure where to go from there. "Any suggestions, I guess?" he asked as he stared at the clothing.

Ramina walked closer, digging through some of the clothing with expert thumbing before pulling out a very soft, pink onesie with a tail hole to fit a saiyan child's tail. "Well, there's this for an example. Is that what you're looking for or do you need more? It has a tail hole perfect for a saiyan baby's tail to fit through."

Articho studied the piece of clothing blankly, feeling the fabric with one hand for a moment before looking back at Ramina. "Probably going to need a lot of clothes like this. Babies need a lot, don't they? 'Cause of all the gross stuff they do," Articho mused. "Pretty sure just one is hard to take care of. I can't even imagine four at once..."

Ramina looked at him as he felt the fabric, staring blankly at it before speaking about the fact he'd need more than one article. Rummaging through the piles, the feline made sure to not disturb the stacks and pulled ten articles out, all the same size but varying colors and saying he couldn't imagine four at once. He did have a point, however the cat zoan would simply reply.
"I didn't expect it either, but I'm accepting it. I've wanted a family for so long, it is a nice touch to have someone that loves you. If you've ever experienced that type of love, it is indeed a wonderful feeling, even moreso when you know they love you back and the love is true."

Articho bowed slightly towards Ramina in thanks as he took the other baby clothes from her. These would last his little sister a while and hopefully his mother would like them. He shrugged in response to what she said. "Can't say that I know the feeling, thought I'm pretty sure my mother is waiting for that time to roll around," he said with a chuckle. "I hope it all goes smoothly for you, though you'll probably have a lot of sleepless nights. You gonna make the dad do a lot of stuff?"
