"Damnit." Nicolas sighed as he leaned against the wall of a rather comfortable but formal looking meeting room within the Blue Banner's Massive Flagship: ' Big Blu.' It was a nice room, with a circular aesthetic that seemed to draw the attention to the center point of the room which was the head chair. In front of it, was the long table with chairs lining on both sides, and behind it was a series of display screens that projected an image of the outside simulating windows while keeping the room structurally safe for space travel. He had been there before, but with the way he tapped his fingers against his crossed arms, bounced his foot up and down at least a hundred times a minute, and darted his gaze back and forth: he seemed a little on edge. He could only wait in impatience for the arrival of his commander and current ruler: Vi-Poi. He was trying to relax, he really was as evident by his distinct lack of costume. He opted instead to wear a grey 'Blue Banner Bootcamp' athletic shirt. black jeans, and his thick framed glasses. His golden visor rest on the table in front of him and his transformation watch remained firmly attached to his wrist. For all intents and purposes he had 'let his hair down' (both figuratively and literally) but something still nagged at him. "Nicolas!" A synthetic but feminine voice called out to snap him out of his daze. The young man cut his gaze aside to see his crimson companion casting a worried glance his way. "I know that look! You're stressing out! You need to relax! The Big Blu is probably the safest place on Earth that the prisoner could be!" Donna said with an even tone as she walked up to the much taller human while staring up at him. "No crazy tree man is gonna come in and try to kill her like he did with that wacko devil king or whatever. Even if he did he'd have to go through the Administrator and I guarantee Premier Vi Poi could mulch him!" She cried out, clenching her floating fingers before punching her non existent palm. "So don't worry alright?" She concluded, giving the man a nod and a bright smile. "You're probably right Donna...But I'll feel a lot safer when Tekuma Mayakon is behind bars." Nicolas placed a hand on his chest where his scar rest and looked down with a creased brow. "Have you received any reports on her condition?" He asked cutting his gaze back up to his robotic companion. "She's in a more stable condition within the med bay. I have a feeling she'll be escorted in here when the meeting starts. You might want to get back into costume before she arrives though." The crimson synthetic simply said pointing one of her levitating digits toward the visor on the table. "Yeah, no kidding..." Nicolas sighed, lifting up the heroic mask and staring at his own golden reflection for a moment. "If she were to ever escape I have no idea what she'd be capable of if she knew my identity. My family, friends, hell even my classmates could all be in danger. You were watching the fight through my visor feed! You saw how she ashed that civilian like it was nothing!" He clenched his fists, lightly squeezing at the metal outline of the visor as he pictured the bloody scene. "You made the right choice Nic. She had to be taken down." Donna smiled softly, resting her hand on his shoulder for a moment as she tried to comfort him. He could only nod at her touch.

After arriving and borrowing a blue, white, and green camo KAOS jumpsuit to zip over his Bao-and-Banana jammies, Vi-Poi flew through the halls of Big Blu with a frown on his face. Tekuma had betrayed the team. Trashed her promise to KAOS. And worst of all, killed innocent civilians. It was a whole pile of nope, and he intended to see it fixed so it never happened again.
He found Nicolas in the main conference chamber, landing in a chair next to his friend. Much more widely known as the famous Captain Nova, Nicolas had already made himself an irreplaceable part of the Squad. They might have only been squadmates recently, but they’d fought as allies a long time ago by Vi-Poi’s lights. Nova had sacrificed himself trying to stop Realigner Red, just as he had.
“So, it wasn’t another killer virus.” Vi-Poi said. “Some kind of combat stress?” He sighed, rubbing his face in a very human gesture of tiredness. “Very good work, by the way. If it weren’t for you, the whole village would have likely gotten crushed.” He looked over to Donna with a nod hello, then leaned back in his chair. “I’ve got her flagged for exile. I don’t want homicidal crazies with the power to turn cities to ash flying around on Earth.” He gauged Nicolas’s reaction, folding his hands in his lap.

Nicolas shook his head, holding up a hand in dismissal, it was all very flattering to hear his commander commend him for his work but the whole thing had left a somber pressure that seemed to rest on his shoulders. When Vi Poi brought up the issue of punishment, however, the young man perked his brows. He cleared his throat, pulling away from the wall and taking his seat beside the Premier.
"Sir, if you don't mind my asking...Don't you think banishment is a little harsh?" Nic asked, his voice coming out a little weak and hesitant at first but steadily gaining power as he asked. "I-I mean... She's just a kid you know? A kid with way too much power and way too many problems." He scratched the back of his neck, sifting his fingers through the wavy mane of chestnut locks. "I can understand the sentiment of not wanting them running around free but..." He bit his lip, casting his gaze aside. "I kind of worry that just kicking her to the curb won't help rehabilitate her."
"To be fair Nicolas, the saiyan queen managed to find rehabilitation among the stars and she was no more welcome than Tekuma currently. It's unreasonable to assume that we could keep someone of that power level contained for long." Donna chimed in, approaching the two of them. Her floating fingers would separate from their base forming a square in the air before projecting a screen showing off various numbers and a few mugshots, some familiar others unknown. "Statistically, when it comes to ki empowered individuals the amount of prison escapes is strikingly high. They are prevalent even for the frankly draconian saiyan empire and they don't even have the same laws protecting their criminals that we do." She nodded her head, the fingers closing and canceling out the projection. "If we were to keep her detained, watching her would become a full time job for KAOS."
Nicolas balled his hands into fists. He could only imagine what a furious, imbalanced girl like Tekuma could do if she was left unchecked, the collateral would be immense. Still, he couldn't help but feel like they were making the wrong decision. "I...I just don't think we can help her by just banishing her. I know she isn't some sort of heartless monster. Is there anything we could do for her?"

((I've been given permission to attend the meeting by Nicolas))
Cipher strode down the halls of the Big Blue, his face completely blank as he followed the power signature of Captain Nova. He had heard about what had happened. Apparently Tekuma had suffered some sort of mental breakdown and had killed someone. An unfortunate turn of events indeed. She had then been crippled by Captain Nova, and now he and Vipoi were here to discuss her fate, though if Vipoi's message was to be believed, the blue haired android had already made his decision.
The pale android's fists clenched over and over again. He knew Tekuma had done wrong, and her actions shouldn't be excused, but she was his adopted daughter, and after hearing what Nova had done to her, had wanted to simply break the hero in half. As he approached the door, he paused, trying to calm himself down. It wouldn't do anyone any favours if he walked in there all angry. This little talk called for diplomacy, something Cipher had plenty of experience at. It was here that he could hear what Nova was saying on the other end.
"I...I just don't think we can help her by just banishing her. I know she isn't some sort of heartless monster. Is there anything we could do for her?"
He felt his anger at the hero diminishing. At least he was actually speaking up for her, instead of writing her off as a lost cause. He still disapproved of the whole back breaking thing, but he could forgive that.
Slowly, the door opened.
"I couldn't agree more."[/color] The android spoke, standing in the doorway for a moment before stepping inside. As the door closed behind him, his eyes scanned the room, taking in both Nova and Vipoi. "First off, dick move for not telling me about this. As her adoptive father I should have at least been given a say in this." He moved over to a seat, sitting down and looking over the two once again.
"But, onto the topic at hand, I would agree that simply exiling Tekuma from the planet is a bit much. The girl suffered from a mental breakdown due to the amount of stress and trauma the girl's endured since she joined our organization. Losing her parents, being mutilated on multiple occasions, and even being killed in combat. And all the while pushing herself to ridiculous degrees to perform for the BBA. I've had to FORCE the girl to take time off. It's not too out there that after all that, she'd snap." Cipher sat back in his seat. "While I believe Tekuma should no longer be a part of the BBA, lord knows it's done nothing but damage for her psyche, I think she should be given a chance to be rehabilitated and redeem herself, before simply permanently kicking her off the planet."
He didn't expect her to be completely forgiven for her actions, but he had to do something for him. He remained calm and collected as he sat back, awaiting Vipoi's response.

Vi-Poi mmed in muted agreement with Donna. “Our job isn’t to play shrink with every problem person we come across. Our job is to protect the people of Earth. The plain fact is, she betrayed her team and murdered an innocent person, a poor villager who was no threat to anybody. She probably would have smashed the whole village if you hadn’t shown up.”
His blue eyes slid over to Cipher as the Squader entered, eyelids slowly lowering as his longtime comrade started digging the proverbial hole right out the gate.
Poi’s ghost immediately got testy, roiling across his synthetic synapses, ears burning red.
When Cipher was finished, Vi-Poi slapped his hands on the desk and dragged his chair forward. The little eeek-eeek of the wheels somehow made him more frustrated. “You know what I think’s a real dick move? Letting your personal feelings fuck with your job. She’s your adoptive daughter? Puh-leez! Someone go get me a barf bag, I’m gonna need it.” If Cipher hadn’t been with him from the very beginning, he would have really let him have it. Sent him to the Moon on an express uppercut, maybe. “She almost zapped that village. What if she does it again, and no one’s around to stop her this time? You wanna explain to the next survivors and to the next broken families that gee, you thought she’d really be good this time?”
He paused long enough to let the plummy flush of anger on his face dissipate. “This is giving her a chance. She can find her sanity again, out there. Away from the people we’re supposed to protect.”

Nicolas sighed a the confrontation between Cipher and Vi Poi. Donna meanwhile could only helplessly flail her arms around every which way as things seemingly went from zero to a hundred in a blink of an eye. The young man whipped his hand through his hair before turning to face the android that had entered the room. "...You seem painfully aware of her situation. I mean, it makes sense. You're her father after all, right?" His voice trembled a bit as he looked to the strange man in white. He could feel his brow twitch as he fought back a scowl. Donna, meanwhile, fully recognizing Nicolas' tone tried to get a word in to deflect him.
"Vi Poi I do not think Cipher's inclusion to this meeting is bene-"
"If you really care about her, even the slightest bit you would have put your foot down and got her help long before this." Nicolas interrupted, wearing a fake smile on his face as he kept his gaze on Cipher. "I may have broken her physically but your inaction is what really and truly broke her. She was no better in Jingle Village than she was aboard Walker's ship and at least her rage and violence could be justified in that situation." He remembered how he desperately tried to get her to stop killing HER PARENTS MURDERER in that situation, it was a herculean effort that ended with him being stabbed.
"She was arguably more unstable in Jingle Village. If it's so obvious to you that her position in KAOS lead her to this why, I must ask, did it have to take her killing an innocent for you to think 'oh she better not be in Kaos anymore! Remove her from the BBA and let me ground her for being a meanie head! That'll make up for the fact that she blatantly murdered a girl and then tried to nuke a town! Such a perfect little cinnabun she is!' Give me a break!" He snapped, taking a moment to mock Cipher while the false smile faltered to reveal a fraction of the discontent he truly felt.
"As her father you're showing blatant nepotism, which is probably why you weren't invited to this meeting in the first place! I can only say that whatever punishment she's going to face is just as much your fault as it is hers. Clearly with your infinite wisdom this could have been avoided long ago." He yelled, throwing a punch to the side of the wall only to have it be stopped by a worried Donna.

Cipher had expected some resistence, obviously, and it wasn't too far fetched to expect them to throw this all back at his face. He knew of the declining amount of respect he was getting amongst the BBA. But hearing it still hurt. Mainly because they were right. He should have done something about Tekuma's mental state before all of this occurred. He was just as to blame for all this as his daughter was.
And anyone looking into his eyes could see that as he looked over the two, seeing the hateful glares being directed at him.
"You're right..."
Cipher slowly rose from his seat. "I should have seen this coming and done something about it. I am her father after all. I had thought she would have been able to handle it all, but I was wrong." he shook his head sadly, "She's not like us. She was never intended for battle. I'm sorry I even allowed her to join the organization." He looked over Vipoi, any trace of hostility gone. "Forgive my insubordination."
He turned and walked to the door, pausing in the doorway. "I'll accept any punishment you decide sir. For her, and for myself. Forgive my intrusion gentlemen."
And with that he stepped out of the room.

Vi-Poi shrugged as Cipher stepped out. At least there hadn't been a fight. Cipher was going to have to come to terms and mellow out.
He turned to Nicolas. "Wanna head out and find something to do?"
(EXIT: Zeni please. Cipher 24 what you want? Nicolas Mclendon wanna finally get that thread we been talkin bout? )
