Kukumber lands in the wastelands, and seeing no one around for miles, begins to prepare his space pod for its final trip. 'And hopefully,' The Saiyan thinks to himself. 'My final trip, as well.'
As the young man sits on the cushioned seat (well, it had been cushioned... maybe not anymore, though...) he punches in the necessary coordinates to reach his destination. Upon confirming his choice, the pod begins to produce a light whirring sound, that slowly gets louder and louder.
'This is it...' the male ponders. Through the red-tinted glass of the window, he can see the pod begin to float slightly above the ground. The noise generated by the pod becomes more thunderous than ever, before finally launching itself into the air at full speed. Kukumber tries to sit down and relax for what he knows will be a long flight, but the pod's irratic shaking makes that difficult. Instead, he sighs and decides to examine some of the pod's cabinets to see what's in them. First, he opens the one on his left, the one he knows he left his orange and blue gi in. He had had a friend who made it for him, knowing how much he enjoyed the stories of the Saiyan who had saved the universe, but that friend had died shortly after. Additionally, he found that there was an extra suit of battle armor in there. He opens the other wall unit, the one on his right, and finds a map of the galaxy inside. "Seriously!?" He yelps, annoyed. He had spent so much time searching for Earth, and all he had to do to find it was look around his pod a bit!? 'Well, too late for it to matter now. I guess I should try getting some rest.' He resolves. And doing his best to ignore the rumbling of the pod, he does just that.
The Saiyan's final thought before falling into the cocoon of sleep is: 'To Earth!'
