It had taken a days time, but finally the familiar Blue Orb of a planet appeared in front of the ship. Retsu smiled, standing in the main chamber of his ship as it made its way towards the planet. The ship would do one full orbit of the planet, before heading through the atmosphere. The ship burned with the heat of re-entry, but stopped short of crashing several miles over the surface of the planet. Its various landing legs folded outwards and the ship descended slowly, eventually touching down on the planet with a hiss. Retsu let out a content sigh. "Earth... I'd dare say its like a second home to me." He muttered. He turned swiftly, heading out of the main room and down the hall. Soon enough the front ramp to the ship opened with a hiss, lowering itself. Retsu headed down it and crossed his arms as he looked about. "Such a beautiful planet. So serene when power levels aren't clashing and destroying its elegance." He looked back towards the ship, wondering if Hiem-L was going to accompany him or not. He stared for a few moments before turning back towards the scenery of the planet. A hand came up to his scouter, tapping it as he began to Broadcast on the Arcosian Channels. "This is Emperor Retsu. To those of you here on Earth your orders are to meet me at my ship. Prepare yourselves as we will be leaving back for Arcose soon. I have plans that need doing and I expect those of you still loyal to the Empire will see it through." He cleared his throat. "I am transmitting my Coordinates through my scouter and will await you here. Do not Disappoint me."
With that out of the way he crossed his arms, a smile spread across his face. He knew at least someone would come, even if they weren't of the Empire. Someone always did.
Emperor Retsu's ship Has Landed on Earth in the Eastern Lands, twenty miles out from East Capitol. A transmission went out on all Arcosian Frequencies Ordering those in the Empire to come to his position. Koldar Frost Hiem-L

It'd been some time since Koldar had been able to return home, home being the Frostar where his 'family' and actual granddaughter were awaiting him! After some warm welcomes and stern talks to his soldiers on the state of affairs, they were able to resume their own personal work. Whilst the BBA wasn't on their best terms, they helped the Commander return to health, but the status of developing relations was up in the air for them. Apparently, whilst Koldar had been recovering in the hospital enough to walk on his own feet and train, a new Emperor by the name of General Retsu had assumed command of the Arcosian Empire! Despite the reputable General taking command, the Commander had wanted to see if this man was fit or not for the job. When that would be was unsure for Koldar and his people... But after having repositioned themselves to the plains south of the Northern Mountains of Earth, a broadcast was given by the very man Koldar intended to meet to anyone on Earth! He had his armor and weighted robe prepared, and told Voca to get suited up as well! Koldar had been ordered by Wavr to remain in a ki-powered chair that operated under the principals of ki flight, in an effort to keep his body in check due to her being pessimistic on whether the treatment was successful or not. With a scouter given to Voca, who'd dressed himself in his old armor and a black cape to match with his black pants, the two flew off to meet the current 'Emperor'. They, however, were taking some time with flying though, to discuss between each other. "It's a bit strange, don't you think," Voca asked, arms crossed he flew side by side with the Commander, "The man's come all the way out here, rather than getting the AE under check, to collect any soldiers on this planet."Koldar nodded in agreement, although a smile was upon his face. He lauded, "I would have to say, a fellow military man taking charge is important for the current leader of the Empire, but I do agree with you that it is strange! I'm anticipating Retsu's got something else in mind for doing this... That signal can be traced by anyone, so I would not be surprised if the Blue Banner showed up, or some greenhorn.""Tch. You're probably right," Voca admonished, gritting his teeth a bit, "I doubt that androgynous bastard's gonna show up personally, but considering the number of bastards on this planet... Wait, are you serious? Only that much?!""Come now, Voca! There's no need to fret about that! You've tricked plenty of scouters in the past," Koldar called out, sensing the small power level from the encroaching dot in the sea of green, "He may be restraining himself, for all we could know! We just have to meet and greet him to get a better sizing."Voca grimaced at what the scouter was picking up. He was expecting to see more, and as he was about to look Koldar in the face and call him out on it, he'd bite his tongue... Koldar's smile had become a frown, and his expression told great disappointment. Only one presence was in the field, at the structure that did not belong. General, or as he called himself now, Emperor Retsu stood outside the ramp of the rather small ship! Both Koldar and Voca made their way down, Koldar remaining afloat in his chair while the bald and bearded Heran landed in the grass. The two approached, stopping about ten yards from the ship and Retsu, observing Retsu directly. Yet, they were remaining on edge, in the presence of this general! Koldar would be the first to speak, after a quiet fifteen seconds, his tone as serious and stern as he was, "I am Commander Koldar Frost of the battlecruiser, the Frostar. This is my second in command, Voca... You are Emperor Retsu, I presume?"(Koldar Thread PL: 68,729) (Koldar Weighted PL: 34,364.5) (Voca Thread PL: 51,546.75) ( Hiem-L , Lord Retsu , let's get the show on the road!)

The clouds were as a thick canopy as white as any marble floor dove gray and rolling with the unseen current of air, small formations of birds pocked the sky in their arrow formations if ever there was a more pleasant sky few had seen it. It started with a cry and the thrum of a mic, it sounded of guitar and drum and the screaming of a radio turned to ELVEN. It was as a red blur it tore through the sky like a hot knife through butter, he parted it in their twos he parted it in their threes and left them swirling in his wake, it was a long slender craft with two sets of wings stacked on each other with a small seat situated in the middle. A triplane. It swooped over the landscape it trailed dark smoke in its wake, it turned blue to black and finally to bright orange. It turned the top of trees to torches bathed in light, and when the craft was finally consumed in flame it plummeted to the ground in an earth shaking 'CRASH' it went up in a fireball. And in the wreck the final death scream of the radio 'AHHHH!', before silence and only the crackling of fire .He stepped out of the fire it draped him like a coat of hungry light, it cast strange shadows across him like tiny grasping hands and licked at his clothes it bit holes in them but left him untouched. He wore a black shirt with an airplane scarf draped around his neck with a leather flying cap perched upon his head, that too was on fire with twirling black horns sticking jutting out "Greetings, my lord." he walked out of it patting himself down. The cool entrance, check. The respect, he fell to one knee and put one arm to his chest and bellowed out in a basso roar. "Hail Emperor Retsu, long live the emperor!" if you want to impress someone it's all about that entrance. "I am Mammon, of the Noxa force. Newest recruit."

The cold chamber that was the former cockpit of Wyntre's ship, the Valliance, had become dimmer and dimmer each day. Countless control panels around the the perimeter of the large pod were blinking weakly, as if flickering out into their last attempts to draw power from the dying battery. Cut off from the rest of the ship, the cockpit was a relic, a failing artifact of Wyntre's reign. Among the cracks in the pristine tile and chunky panels lay a smooth pearly white lump on the ground, almost blending perfectly into the shadows if it weren't for the slow rise and fall of it's side as it respired. Brisk rolled over onto his back, drooling visibly dribbling down the side of the boy's face as he snored softly. The return to earth without Wyntre had taken a toll on the boy. He had not been eating properly or taking care of himself, and so he was weak and tired all of the time, a shadow of his formerly bubbly self. The silence in the room felt sterile, and not even the adorable yawns of the boy in sleep could break the veil of estrangement. Suddenly, as if they had found a new hope, the lights whirred back from inactivity like a computer system waking up from sleep. Brisk closed his eyes and whined out to the ship. "Whyyyyyyyy?" The boy rolled onto his stomach and wrapped his arms around his head, trying to shield his eyes and return to sleep. But the lights weren't going away. "It's not faaaaair," mumbled the boy in a childish slur, still half asleep, "Go awaaaaaaay…" But the spurt of activity had been spurred by a source that had good reason for intruding on the child's sleep. Just like weeks ago, the radio on Wyntre's ship spurred to life. "Notification:" a robotic voice, lagging slightly from lack of energy spoke, "Priority: One. Transmission incoming from: Emperor Retsu." This got Brisk's attention. Immediately, the fiery boy leapt to his feet. Emperor RESTU!?!?! Where was Wyntre!? If he had become Emperor…. He must have found out where Wyntre went and realized she was really hurt and saved her but now she was in trouble so he had to take over for her! Immediately, the boy sprinted over to the intercom panel and leapt up on top of it, putting each of his arms and feet on a corner of the box and arching outwards like a cat, staring down at it intently. What was he gonna say!? Unfortunately, the entirety of the transmission was totally incomprehensible! ̴̨̛"̷̷"T̸̢h̵́͟i̶̵̧ś̷͘͞ ̴͡i̸͡s̸͠͝ ̕͝͡͏E̴͞m̨͢͞p̛̛͠è҉̵̡r̵̕͘ờ̀҉͝r̛͠ ̷R̢̛̕e̛͟t҉̷̕͡ś̢́͝u̵̶.̵͏̨̛҉ ̨̀̕ ̨T̨̢́̀ó̀͝ ̸̕͜͢t̸͢h̸́͘͘͝o̶͟͢ś̵̢e̷͞͞ ̵͜o̧͏̛f͏̵̵̧͡ ̸̵̛͜͞y̵̛͠o̢u͏̷͞ ́̀͘͝͠h̨͏̡e̶͝r͞͡é̷̛͡ ̛̛̛͡o҉͢n̢̢ ̡̀E̕͘͢͏͢a̵̵͜͟r̨̧t̵́́͜h̶̶̢̛ ͏҉̸͟y̷̸̵o͏̢̀͡m̧҉̡͟͢ę̨̛҉ ́͢a̴͘͞t̨͜͢͠ ̴͠҉͜͠m̢͜y͟ ́̕͟s҉̕͝h̷̷̶̀͠i̴͞҉͞p̡̢̛.̛͞ ̨͠͞ ͡҉̀̕͏P̶͢r̴̨̧͘e̶̡p҉̨a͟r̷̡̧͜͠e҉̴͡ ͘͝ỳ̷̸͞o̧͘͘̕ư̵͝͡͡ŗ̨̡͘͢s̨̀͝͠e̴͟҉̧̀ĺ̕͡͝͡v̶̴̸̛e̸͏s̢͢ ̢͜a̵̶͟͞s̶̢͞ ͏͠ẃ̴̢̀͞e̛̕͠ ̧͡w̸̨̨̛͟í̡͘l͏̵́͞҉l̕͡҉ ̷͡͏"̢I͝͝ ̢̛͜͟a҉̛̛͏͞m̡̀͜͝ ̡̧̛͟͠t̶̸҉҉r͏̢̧͝a̢͢ņ͟͝ś̨̨͘͡m̵͢͞͏̶i̢̧͏͠t̷̨͝͠t̡͘i҉̶̷͜n͞g҉̸͘͜ ̀͜͜m̧̛͞͠y҉̴̧́͟ ̀́͢C̸̀ò͘͟͝͝ơ͜ŗ̴͢͟͡d̵̷͏̧m͡͏y̧̧ ̸̢́̕͜s̸͏͏͏̢c̶̴͘͟o̸̧̨͢͝u͢͟͏t̀͢ę̀r̸͏̸͘ ̨a̵n̶͘͘͟d̡ ̶̧w͝͏ì̴l̨͠͏̵ĺ̡̡ ̶̕͘͘͡a͏̵͝͝a̷̶̵͝p̵̸̶p̵̸ǫ͜i̛͘͜n͡͏͏̷̷t̢̛ ̨͟͡m̧̀e҉̵̢̢̛.͏̸̨͠"͏͘ Brisk pressed his face directly to the intercom speaker, his cheek squished up against the cold metal with eager desire, but it was entirely useless. "NOOOO!" Bellowed the seven year old in a squeak, devastated as he stood up on the control panel and allowed himself to flop backwards entirely, landing with a thump on his back on the ground below, "Miss Wyntre…"But just as the child was about to give up hope, he heard a slight blinking noise coming from somewhere on the ship. Beep. Beep. Beep! The boy turned over onto his stomach and began crawling in the direction of the mechanical blip, his tail poised in the air and swaying back and forth. Soon, the child came to the source… His old scouter! Fumbling with the object, the boy's tiny hands could barely fit around a fraction of the scouter, but it still clicked onto the side of his face with relative ease. And when it did, Brisk realized what the blinking was. An arrow had appeared on the scouter, as if it had known that Brisk needed it too. The tracking marker pointed in the direction of the original signal of the transmission. The boy had no idea what any of this meant, but he shook his head around and realized that the target on his display was pointed at a fixed place in space. The child walked towards it, and the number next to the target decreased by a tiny amount. Within five seconds, the boy had burst out of the side of the wide pill bottle cockpit, miniaturizing the control center into a capsule before transforming into a lightning fast teal comet of energy! Tearing across the terrain, the boy laughed and danced through the air with joy as he headed towards his goal. It had been a long time since he felt this happy! DAYS at least, maybe even WEEKS! Water spiraled around him as he skirted down near a lake, the carelessly darting towards his destination. There was now way the child was letting Wyntre go on without him! Soon, the number on his scouter had decreased to minuscule amounts, and suddenly, the target on the screen lurched out of view, and Brisk had to turn his head in the opposite direction to see it again. He had flown too far! Descending to the ground, Brisk suddenly would catch an eyeful of a colossal arcosian ship, (not as cool as Wyntre's!), which had planted its legs firmly into the surface of the earth. The scouter pinged like crazy as it picked up different power levels, but Brisk took it off at this point. There was no need for it anymore, he found WYNTRE!! As soon as the boy's feet had touched ground, he bent down and leapt forwards, surmounting the distance between him and the ship in an instant with a ki enforced leap. The boy looked over at the strange people that had suddenly appeared. What were they doing looking for the place meant for Brisk? ? Standing to the left was a short green orbed arcosian in a strange chair, seemingly worn out out, a massive teal mowhawked human, rough in complexion, a pale icey horned creature, with a sinister aura, and last but not least, a moderately sized arcosian blue and white arcosian with a regal air about him that made Brisk cock his head to the side in surprise. "Hello!!!" The tiny arcosian chimed out with a big smile, immediately interrupting the one in the chair to talk to him, "I am here for Miss Wyntre?"

“So, this is Earth,” Hiem-L-01 stated, observing the planet with some degree of caution. Arcosian territories were one thing, but the ‘Arcosoid’ could not help but feel a sense of alert at being on a new, foreign planet. His databanks relayed countless bytes of information gathered from previous imperial visitation, all bundled into a neat array of packages from which his sensors could pick and choose. Electromagnetic radiation and specific gravity, geographical analyses and axial coordination – invaluable data which he was now finding greater use for as he disembarked from his liege’s vessel. This was Earth and, by all accounts, it was strange.
“You are familiar with this planet, Emperor Retsu?” the artificial being asked, noting the slate-skinned one’s mutterings. It was as 01 stepped from the ramp, remaining a matter of yards behind his charge, that new faces started to join the fray. A radio transmission had been sent out via the Scouting Device, calling in those on Earth who had sworn their loyalty to the Empire and, as a result, Retsu himself. Even without the ability to scan the vicinity for Power Levels the Android was quick to identify the incoming presence, if not by energy signature then instead by their lack of attempt at hiding themselves from the skyward eye.
Hiem-L’s inky glaze façade, marked only by a few bands of tranquil blue light that mimicked eyes and mouth, first honed in upon a second Arcosian. Somewhat fatigued, the fellow Frost Demon seemed to contain himself within some sort of flying chair – a simple device not all that uncommon on Arcose and Yardrat. Beside him, muscular and of at first unrecognisable ancestry, was a blue-skinned being with fiery cranial follicles. Their introduction came swiftly as their arrival and, recording the former’s voice for future reference, the synthetic sentinel saved their names and ranks. Koldar and Voca, ‘Frostar’ Battlecruiser Commander and second; an interesting pair.
Then something else caught his optical sensors.
“My Emperor,” the prototype pointed: “We appear to have fast-approaching company…”
CRASH! “Greetings, my lord,” said a smooth voice, apparently dismissive of such a dramatic landing. For a moment, Hiem-L just watched curiously as the horned humanoid emerged unscathed from the startlingly close crash site. Though he had spent just a scant few minutes on terrestrial soil, he was pretty sure that Earthling craft were not meant to spew smoke, set the tops of local flora alight or even explode. Either the Earthlings’ engineering was far behind that of Arcose, or this suited, smoking sir was not the finest of pilots. For now, he assumed both.
Noxa Force; recognised. This being is an associate of the hired individual known as Noxa – I shall have to download files pertaining to the Noxa Force’s membership and protocol when convenient… Mammon’s name and face recorded, 01’s stance eased. Streamlined arms of dark alloy and light plastic folded across his chest, while his segmented tail formed a gentle coil. So far, all of those who had responded to the broadcast were allies or acquaintances of such, leaving the guardian automaton to observe and ponder.
Ponder he did, but not for much longer. All of a sudden, yet another presence made itself known. It was an Arcosian, but a young one – so small that Hiem-L’s already impressive height of two metres quite easily dwarfed the youth. However, it was less about the stout one’s presence and more what he said that really intrigued the Arcosoid. The name ‘Wyntre’ was nothing short of strikingly familiar; the recorded identity of a former Empress of Arcose, prior to Abzerute and then Retsu himself. A loyalist to a bygone age in the Empire’s past? How curious…

Power Level: 41,229 Heavy Weights Equipped! Current Power level 10,037
Rafar slowly floated towards the surface of the unending well of sleep that he had been encased in since the previous day, or was it the day before? To put it simply, he had gone into a near-coma, his body and mind recovering from the abuse they had suffered during the battle. The energy loss had allowed him to sleep deeply, and the prospect of untold new powers put a smile on his face in his sleep.
"Warning, AE signal detected! Triangulating coordinates now." Rafar rolled over in his bed, snarling at the reminder of the NOXA force. NOXA had given him an AE frequency when they had departed as allies for the last time, though he had never expected to use it again. "Godammit, who's it from." In serious tones that disguised the import of the message, the computer responded: "The one known as Retsu." Rafar's sluggish mind shot from start up to full blast, and he slid off the bed. "Give me the coordinates now!" He dressed, and grabbed a replacement scouter as he flew out the entryway. Aside from the excitement of seeing his friend, Rafar felt a small bit of dread at the news he had to inform the newly crowned emperor of Arcose.
He arrived at the meeting site in a flash of red ki, noting the presence of the 4 fighters. Retsu was there of course, but also that slimy demon that had appeared at Retsu and NOXA's argument not so long ago. Along with them was Koldar, another Frost Demon and some sort of robot assassin. He lightly touched down on the springy turf, and strolled over to a point just a few yards a way from Retsu's position, "Haven't seen you in a while Retsu, though I'm afraid I have some bad news." He took a deep breath, what he had too say was a bombshell at the least, but it had to be said, "NOXA is probably either dead or captured."

Thread PL:21,514 (Supressed to 50) Verst, had spent the last few months trying to blend in with human culture. Much to little success, he was always picked out in crowds and noticed, even by children. He had no chance in cities to blend in, so he decided to try and find somewhere to make a lair, or at least a temporary base of operations. That's when he noticed an Arcosian ship landing in the distance, He decided to suppress his Ki to investigate.
What Verst saw astounded him, a large portion of the AE had arrived, and a Saiyan. Things were going to heat up quickly, he only hoped that the BBA wouldn't get involved.
He kept hearing mentions of a NOXA force, reminding him of his early encounters on this planet with the strange creature. She'd done well for herself i suppose. Hopefully Polara wouldn't be here. There previous encounter hadn't gone too well, she had climbed inside his skin and made herself a home. So pretentious. Verst settled down near some shrubbery hoping not to be spotted. Or maybe he should get involved.

Retsu's head turned to that of the Arcodroid as it spoke up. "I am quite familiar with earth. After the planet I ruled over was destroyed I was a drift in my pod for some time, before I crashed here. I lived here for some months before I returned to Arcose. Its a... Mostly peaceful planet. But fights do occur as they always do on populated planets."
His gaze would turn to that of Koldar as he arrived, his scouter warning him of the approaching power level. He smiled softly as Koldar and his companion landed not too far off. He'd be silent as The commander spoke before he bowed his head. "I am indeed Emperor Retsu. I'm afraid Abzerute caught a terrible case of Dead." A slight bit of a joke, trying to lighten the mood, but he was never good at that kind of thing. Retsu's cold gaze looked Koldar up and down, before his attention turned to that of his companion. He smiled, his scouter beeping as he scanned Voca. "That is quite the Soldier you have there. No doubt he's grand in battle."He had been about to speak once more when the sound of an explosion went off. He quickly rose his hand, his blue aura suddenly appearing around him as he prepared to attack, only to blink as Mammon bowed before him. His aura faded and he looked to Hiem-L, then to Koldar, offering a confused look. However his confusion was quelled when Mammon spoke. A smile came over his face as he did so. "Well then, this is certainly something I hadn't prepared for. Despite this I welcome you to the Arcosian Empire. At ease." He looked to Hiem-L. " It seems Noxa is doing as I told her. This is good. Its certainly better than I had anticipated. Truth be told I expected her to cause trouble and try to kill someone."
The last thing Retsu expected to show up was a child. Let alone an arcosian Child. His scouter pinged warning him of the approaching power level, and once Brisk came into view he went wide eyed. His power wasn't much, but the very fact there was a child here was what got him. However as Brisk spoke Retsu's expression became one of mild annoyance. "Wyntre isn't here. She isn't any where because she's either dead or a traitor to the Empire." He shut his eyes and sighed shaking his head. "If you are here for her I'm afraid she's abandoned you and all of the Empire."Then Rafar landed. Retsu smiled, genuinely smiled, upon seeing his saiyan friend. "Rafar!" He said in a Jovial tone. "My friend. It has been some time. I don't know if you got my message, but I am now Emperor of Arcose." He crossed his arms as Rafar spoke of bad news and frowned. Noxa dead? There was a few moments of silence from the Emperor before he suddenly burst out into laughter. He shook his head. "If you believe Noxa is dead, you don't know Noxa very well. To be fair neither do I, But she's... hard to kill. I'd dare say Near impossible even."He shook his head before floating up into the air. He moved back just a tad, so he could look down at the others. "I'm assuming you are all that are left of the Remnant here on Earth. Its a shame, but every soldier is needed. The destruction and revival of Arcose has made our military extremely weak. Which is one reason I came here." He landed and looked to Koldar. "Koldar was it? As a fellow man of the Military I'm sure you can understand that a militia of a few isn't enough to protect a planet, let alone an Empire. Which is why my main focus for the moment is recruiting soldiers, as well as stabilizing our economy."
He turned from the group, looking up at his ship. "I wont reveal my long term plans here, but I will let you all in it once I know I can trust all of you. But I believe they are the secret to Bringing a golden age to our once great Empire." He looked back at them, offering a smile. "As such. I have orders for those of you loyal to the Empire. If you are no longer loyal to the empire, I will hold nothing against you. You may leave no uninterrupted and without repercussion."

(Nice! Let's get to it!)
Not much time passed by before the Emperor responded to them, the streamlined android beside him keeping silent as he did. The gaze Retsu returned to Koldar and Voca was a cold one, yet the two wouldn't even so much as flinch! The General, now Emperor, was surely one they'd heard of and respected, but their respective strengths had been on par with his own, as he was. The Commander needed learn more about this man. Retsu had opened up with a jest at the 'untimely passing' of the previous emperor Abzerute, of whom Koldar intended to test in the first place! Him being slain meant he was clearly not strong enough.
"Hmm," Koldar responded, giving a small smirk with the laugh, "Voca has indeed been through much battle, and training more severe than some of those battles!"
A presence near by had been becoming aggressive towards the environment and was approaching their location. Koldar simply clasped his hands together, looking in the direction of the flaming explosion! Voca got in front of Koldar, hands lowered and partly forming fists. The man that came to them greeted Retsu, before bowing and hailing the Emperor! The pale horned man introduced himself as Mammon, of the NOXA Force. Voca, with Koldar's scouter, was able to read the man's power level at a mere 25 thousand, roughly. However, the way this man carried himself, as well as the way he greeted Retsu, reminded Koldar of one the oldest units of Arcosian history. Whilst they had no central name, the 'Force' was a unit comprising of the most elite soldiers the AE had to offer, often named after the leader of this unit! Retsu greeted this man, commanding him to be at ease.
Voca stepped back a bit, no longer standing in Koldar's full view of the 'Force' member, which Retsu claimed led by someone named Noxa. The commander thought to himself, "Hmm... So he has himself an elite unit, following the older traditions. Archaic, but it works! Although, it seems this person's a wildcard..."
Another couple of presences were nearing, one belonging to the saiyan Rafar! The other felt even weaker than the saiyan, but surprised Koldar not, for it belonged to a young Arcosian boy! The child seemed to be looking for the Empress before Abzerute, and, when Retsu replied with his knowledge unawares, he disgruntledly explained, briefly, "She is alive and on this planet, young man. Hiding away like a coward, I'm sorry to inform you. He is the Emperor now."
Rafar arrived, but as he did, he greeted Retsu with an admittedly rude tone, but it was for good reason. Noxa, the leader of this Noxa Force, had engaged in battle and Rafar believed her dead or captured. She seemed to have engaged in a battle somewhere, Rafar admitting that she'd been defeated. Yet, Retsu seemed to believe her to not be taken out so easily, to the point of immortality! Koldar laughed at this arrogantly, Voca snickering too, as Koldar replied, "We've heard that statement so many times in our careers, Retsu! She must be mighty, but she is by no means an immortal. Yet, I digress..!"
Koldar halted himself, so Retsu could speak up. He had wanted the soldiers that were here, loyal to the Empire, to come with them so that they might be able to protect the newly revived Arcose and its citizens, as well as re-establishing a stable economy. The Commander unclasped his hands and stroked his chin, as he thought to himself, "At least he understands this, and that he can't go into details... He and I seem to be on the same page here."
"You speak a good game, Retsu, and that itself shows you have ambition," Koldar spoke, his old voice affirming this compliment, "However, we cannot simply come along on some simple words alone. We're not simple foot soldiers! We each hold our own pools of power, but are fairly reluctant to just hand it over. Give us the scope of this golden age you preach. Give us the barebones of your plan."

"Thank you my lord." he straightened pushing himself up from his kneeling position, now this was gonna be the awkward part his captain, like that funny uncle you didn't invite around no more and when brought up went with 'HE DID WHAT'. The famous or infamous bio-warrior she was up in the air, maybe literally but he hoped figuratively, after all if she had met her end and was looking down from the clouds it would be such a shame. "We had some disturbing readings, multiple power levels equal or greater to her own. But at the range I was at no solid information could be gained. So it's a solid MAYBE."--- He made a small quick gesture his arm arcing across, one minute a closed hand the next a fat necked cigar poised between thumb and forefinger, demon magic. Or well prestidigitation it was kinda like magic just he grabbed it out of his sleeve really quickly. "But I don't think she's dead, call it a hunch." he put the cigar to his mouth pressing its fat head onto his tongue, like striking a match he dragged it over that slap of wet meat, and like a match It fizzled to sulfurous life glowing hot and red. "What's with doom and gloom? The captain will be fine." he turned the cigar in his mouth leaving it to rest on his lower lip chugging dark smoke. He regarded Koldar, with a short bow a mere dip of the head, not an acknowledgment of better's or even equals just a sign of respect for an unknown quantity. "I assure you, if she died we'd be sitting on a blasted hellscape." he opened up his hand's encompassing the slightly burnt forest, it said without needing to speak 'it's all here isn't it?'. "She is resourceful." This was courting 101 meet and greet, he turned to the next this Rafar .He had met him somewhere before same with the supreme leader, right he was selling used encyclopedias . He was what, oh right he did machines or something. "Dark tidings friend." he moved towards the Saiyan, warrior offering out the flat of his hand to be shaken. "Having fun yet?" his mouth turned up at the corners of his cheeks like a nasty wound reopened he smiled, all sharp canines and predatory nature on display.

Brisk was immediately overwhelmed by how weird all of the people here were before it occurred to him… They were all arcosians! well, most of them. It had been so long since Brisk had seen arcosians besides that one really weird one named core and of course his mentor and mother Wyntre! But she had disappeared and…
Brisk quickly changed his thoughts, avoiding thinking of his missing Empress, and instead choosing to carefully examine the people standing around the big arcosian space ship.
There was one really really tall arcosian who Brisk suspected to not be a real one at all! He was a fake! And he was also talking to the shorter one that everyone called emperor… Another sign of fake, because the real empress was Wyntre Cold!
But just as the tiny arcosian child had time to contemplate one thing, another stimuli stole his attention. Someone blasted in from the sky that looked like a… A saiyan!! Except it couldn't be a saiyan… There was no tail! The not-saiyan started talking about a bunch of things and Brisk squinted his eyes, before deciding that he didn't care about that either.
The boy took a step back, letting himself float into the air weightlessly as he looked around and began playing in the sky, obliviously. But the boy wouldn't be able to catch a break from the rather chilly atmosphere taking over the situation.
Soon, the new "emperor" lashed back at Brisk's comment. He sneered harshly that Wyntre wasn't here and that she abandoned him and was a traitor. Brisk's eyes immediately filled with tears as he spoke back to Retsu, dropping down from the sky and looking up with fear towards him. "N-No… Wyntre is… She's just missing somewhere… T-That's what froschy said…" Brisk stuttered between his words, suddenly feeling a strange cold sensation creep over him. "E-Empress Wyntre is…"
The boy dropped to his knees, and then sat back on his bottom, pulling his knees to his chest and wrapping his arms around them with a whimper. But another interjection in the conversation directed at him soon changed his attitude. Wyntre was alive and on earth? And hiding? And this mean man was the Emperor now? "N-Nuh uh…" Brisk said with conviction, standing to his feet and scampering up to Koldar, standing in front of him menacingly with both hands on his hips. "T-That's not true, Wyntre's out in space and besides she's not a coward! She just…" He paused. Could this guy really be the emperor?
Brisk turned back to Retsu, the tears gone from his eyes. "Are you really… Really the Emperor instead of Wyntre?" Brisk asked with a twinge of fear and a glisten of respect. Could this… Be the next step in his journey? N-No... He had to stay loyal to his mother...

Wyntre Cold, Ex-Empress of Arcose and All Below It, Greatest of her Blood and Wisest of the Lords had been gone for a very great while. A very great while. Never gone, though. She would never leave this realm. She would never leave her people. She was merely biding her time, but, more importantly, she was deep in though. She had found a cave. It was a nice cave, with flowing water and glistening minerals. The perfect place to think and play 6-dimensional chess against yourself. She had come upon a great many realizations in this isolation. She, sustained on little sleep, little food and little conflict, had grown more powerful where it had mattered... for a good monarch does not rule by the sheer power of force alone, but by the power of their words. Wyntre had power, power of a degree not seen on Arcose for many decades. She had the means to destroy even those more powerful than her. Arcose did not fall for any one reason. She had long believed that her home, her people, had died because of her weakness. Yet, she was not weak. There were those that had believed that her policies of benevolence made the Empire weak, but this was simply was not true. What was the reason, then? After much, much thought, conclusions were made. Then revised. And again. Eventually, the conclusions concluded. But, in the end, it did not matter. In the end, Arcose returned. But Wyntre did not flock back to Arcose, to rule it and bring it back into the interrupted age of prosperity. There were thoughts to be had. Besides, many of the higher-class Arcosians held little respect for her decisions from when in power. She was sure, too, that the new power she had longed after for years, now, was in her grasp. All she needed was a certain something, a little kick, a trigger. Something to unleash the great power that even her current majesty could not behold. She was not sure if she wanted to become the Empress anymore. The current 'Emperor', Retsu, had neither the power, the mind or the blood to succeed her. If not so distant, Wyntre would have felt disgusted that her position was in the hands of someone she thought so lowly of. But, perhaps he wasn't so bad? Whether or not she wanted him dead was a decision that could have been altered by even the smallest of things. She knew that he was here. She knew that Brisk was here. Multiple others swarmed near them. It was time. She was covered in a brown coat that concealed her identity as she neared them. She suppressed her Power Level to some measly amount: she doubted anyone other than Brisk could tell that it was her. "I'm sure that wherever Wyntre Cold is,--" she interjected, joining the conversation with a powerful yet soft voice, "--she is watching carefully. Very carefully. It's a pleasure to meet you, Emperor Retsu. For, you see," Her coat telekinetically flew off of her body. Her Power Level sprang up to a degree unparalleled in the immediate area. "Wyntre is neither dead nor a traitor. Rather, she is before you now. Careful, young one," she belittled, despite being less than half as old as he, "Your actions in the near-future will decide a great many things."She turned to Brisk. "It is good to see you again. Any news from Zexama?" She turned back. "If you play your cards just right, and I do mean just right, you can retain your 'Emperorhood'," she scoffed, "-As well as a valuable ally. Me. Once you prove that you aren't a horrible leader and a terrible person, not necessarily in that order."She waited in response. 'Base' PL: 238,380. Current PL: 2,860,560.

Base PL: 217,256 Permanent PL: 2,607,072/3,258,840 Supressed PL: 10,000 -------------------------------- Well that was a terrible idea. Zexama has had some terribly, stupid ideas in the past. Some including the time she took little Brisk to the middle of a war zone on Arcose. Another one would be the one she just had, a few months ago. She had always wondered how it worked, what it did as it just stood in that room all by itself with the soft, icy mist pouring out of it. A door like an arm, open and inviting to, well, no one but Zexama apparently. The old freezing chamber lay in one of the rooms of the all mighty Valiance. The chamber has become useless since it’s more beneficial to just train during the short time that it takes to travel to anywhere significant due to the new high speeds that ships accomplish regularly. The digits on the side of the tank began to reach zero.
00:00:00:03
00:00:00:02
00:00:00:01 … … 00:00:00:00.
“You have arrived at your destination, please go to the health centre to check on your health after the freezing program. Enjoy the future.” The doors of the freezing chamber popped open as thick icy, fog filled the room as Zexama’s body was revealed to be completely frozen. She tried to move but ice restricted her from doing so. She tried to shake around and to her luck began to lean forwards and fell to the ground and smashed her head against her ground, shattering the ice that covered her antenna. Perfect, now she could move her frozen body with her antenna. Her antenna stretched up to the ceiling and caused an antenna sized holed revealing the sun which leaked into the ship. The tip of her antenna turned into a hand as it poked through the hole in the ship and grabbed the outer wall. Zexama’s body frozen started to rise and the antenna shorted and pulled her up at the speed of a ramming bus. Just before smashing into the roof she caused it to vanish into air and be replaced with a big metal plate with Zexama’s face on it after she got past it. She went flying into the sky at high speeds. ”Now…where did that oldie go?” Zexama span around while in the air and could sense Wyntre not too far away. After sensing for a bit more she felt that Brisk was there too! There were also some others there but she didn’t really care about that. As she began to fall towards the ship she created a massive pink trampoline which she then bounced off and flew towards the direction of Wyntre. She flew through the air and the sun above her shun upon her ice shield turning tiny bits of the edges into water. Zexama saw the small gathering of Arcosians and other. Her antenna wrapped around a nearby tree by stretching towards it. She pulled against the tree nearly pulling it out of the ground and slung herself towards the group of beings. At high speeds she crashed into the ground creating a small crater and shattering the ice that was on her body, landing on her feet. ”What a RUSH! Wyntre, who the hell is this guy?”

“Haven’t seen you in a while, Retsu,” said yet another voice. Having approached from above, the form of yet another sapient entity had taken the stage and approached quite calmly the Emperor of Arcose. Hiem-L-01 duly noted the flash of scarlet – a discharge of Ki. If only, the synthetic sentinel wondered, it could sense the levels of strength radiated from such outbursts. Regardless, the words of the ‘human’ were worthy of note. According to him, the one known as ‘Noxa’ was very likely dead or otherwise imprisoned by enemy forces. Silently, that possibility was filed away.
A benevolent statement, the Arcosoid assessed, listening to his charge’s words to the audience that had gathered. All the while, he analysed each and every individual, recording their images and body language. Soon he would have to add more to his databanks than just mere aesthetic and auditory properties, but for now it would have to suffice. It seemed none were of threat, even if there was a high chance that at least two of them had more than enough power to crush an alloyed cranium.
Wyntre is alive…? If Androids without true faces could express a state of surprise, then 01 probably would have. Unfortunately, his glazed façade of ink stone hue and neon blue failed in that regard, save for a few minor changes in the number of lit sections. If anything, it made him look a little less ominous for a moment. What would it mean for him if the Empress was still alive – still entitled to the throne of Arcose? Had Abzerute’s actions been considered treacherous, or would Retsu’s be seen as such? Daring to calculate the repercussions of such things was perhaps an inefficient use of his energy, but all the same it had him on edge. Even if he did not shift in stance, save for a slight swish of his tail, the prototype protector seemed suddenly more aware of what was around him.
A brown coat approached.
“My Lord,” Hiem-L glanced toward Retsu: “We have additional company…” Caution was the aim of the game. Whoever the robed figure was, the artificial Arcosian was not about to allow an as of yet undetermined entity to get too close. Indeed, had it not been for the rather quick exchange of acknowledgements and obvious approach, he might well have thrown himself between Retsu and Rafar. This cloaked figure was unusual, to say the least, but otherwise optical sensors could make out nothing of their physiology. There was no immediate sign of what they were. Not, at least, until they drew close and dared to speak.
Identity confirmed: Wyntre Cold, former Empress of the Arcosian Territories, he noted, comparing the now undisguised form of the former leader to what little information he had in regards to her being. Her actions do not seem hostile towards Emperor Retsu – I shall remain ready in case I need to intervene, but no immediate threat is obvious. This is… Is that ice?
Crassssh! Into the sturdy soil something collided, spewing shattered fragments of frost in all directions. Like a light hail the debris pelted against Hiem-L’s body, pitter-pattering with no ill effect as he made some motion to bear the brunt of the blizzard for his liege. To be frank, it probably did not matter to the Emperor all that much if he was a bit frosty – Arcosians were not exactly averse to the bitter cold by this point in time. Heck, one only had to take a step into the capital to know that. However, the less ice one had to brush from themselves, the better. Much of the sleeting shower melted mere moments after contact with the metallic parts of his body, dissolved by his natural radiance and the warming light of the planet’s most vital stellar body.
“Wyntre, who the hell is this guy…?” “It seems I attract a lot of ice particles,” the Arcosian Android mused to itself. A subtle attempt at personal humour, though whether or not it would be received well did not concern him. His sensors locked onto the sight of a most unusual specimen – short, sapient, pink. What was this creature, and why did he have no records of its existence in his database…?

Rafar's eyes again slid over the droid at Retsu's side, now noting it as some sort of body-guard for whatever purpose. From what he could determine, it wasn't even a sixth of the new Emperor's power! Retsu then began to speak of the long-dead empress Wyntre, a grandiose saga in the slanted reports he had studied at the academy. The ruler was long dead by the SSE's hands, or otherwise hidden in some far-off location. The Sayiajin turned back to Retsu, "Yeah NOXA mentioned it when I met her." His lips twisted, as if tasting some god-awful meal. Retsu laughed for a few seconds following his pronouncement, brushing the news off by saying that NOXA couldn't possibly be dead. Rafar's eyelid twitched, "Well considering she was facing off against Vi-Poi, Zucceta, a warrior who I believed to be Bing Gan, and another Super Sayian Two, I'm not giving much for her chances." He shrugged, "That was of course after she wasted some energy trying to kill me, 3 times actually." Rafar was still annoyed about having to be saved repeatedly like some green recruit, but he would have to live with it. "As for loyalty, I've been thinking about that. Maybe it isn't the best idea for a newly-crowned ruler to be associating with the species that slaughtered thousands." Many would not understand how this statement could come out of the mouth of a Sayian, but Rafar had little care for tradition nowadays, "Perhaps I should help out in the background."
The demon then began to creep up to him, creepily showing his teeth like some circling hound. A red aura flared, attempting to push the demon back a few steps. The events occuring were far to interesting to be interrupted by this wayward mutt! The Sayian's blood ran cold as the former Empress herself stepped on the field, harnessing a massive power level! Yet the reputed slaughterer of children did not attack, and simply asked her successor what his plans were. Rafar slowly backed towards the edge of the group, trying to stay out of the epicenter of the confrontation!
