The past month had been hard for Letu. Every day felt like she was carrying a massive weight on her shoulders and in her chest. She tossed and turned all night, and what little sleep she had was plagued with nightmares which vanished into a haze upon waking. Sometimes she would feel hollow, like a core part of herself had been simply scooped out and kept for another. Sometimes she felt the unbearable weight of her own sadness. Part of her wanted to have hope. Kaula and Reikiko..they were both immensely strong. One of them must have survived..right? Unfortunately, that little bit of hope she had was overshadowed by the fact that she hadn't heard from either woman in nearly a month. They were both only supposed to be gone for a bit. With each passing day, that tiny glimmer faded more and more, being drowned out by all the blackness of what she knew deep down had happened, but her conscious mind refused to accept. Maybe that was why she reacted the way she did to the sudden appearance of a power level similar to Kaula's. She had run herself ragged moving from the eastern lands back to the southern lands. The power level..it was so large..and it felt so similar. It had to be her. She had come back! As she finally touched down, she felt that same power level, much more clearly. To her hazy senses, it felt exactly like one of the only two people she wanted to see more than anything. The other power levels slipped under her radar entirely. She stood there on shaky legs as she cleared her throat, her gaunt visage betraying how far she had fallen. Yet, underneath the dark circles and her newfound slimness, there was an unmistakable level of power. She cleared her throat softly as she spoke for the first time in almost a month. K..Kaula..? She called out in a whisper, wrapping her arms around herself as she spoke up, repeating her name. I..is that you..? She asked to the air, the single energy source that she was focusing on being her one glimmer of hope, the one impossibility that she was clinging to. Radasha , Rukkora

The figure crouched near the water, pulling in what appeared to be a net for trapping fish looked up. For a second one might confused her for Kaula, but the lighter skin tone and black eyes would soon tip anyone off that this was not Kaula. No, it was her mother, Radasha. She stood up, her being taller than Kaula as well, and sighed sadly. "No....No Letu it's not...." she said. She'd been so engrossed with procuring the fish that she hadn't even caught Letu's power approaching. She felt bad for the girl. She knew she and Kaula were close friends. And to have crushed some glimmer of hope made her feel worse.
She took in the girl's appearance and deduced she had taken Kaula's loss....hard....though that felt like an understatement. "I can fix you something....I'm not that good a cook but you look like you wouldn't...care about quality right now." she offered. She looked like she was starving actually....and a starving Saiyan, even half blooded, was something very wrong. Near Kaula's home, several figures were milling around the small capsule buildings, curious of the newcomer. It was almost like a makeshift village. Two saiyans, a blue, tusked alien with a head of long white hair and a beard, and a yellow, black-spotted salamander like alien were out, and visible.

Rukkora returned to Radasha's little village setting with a big smile on her face, her hand wrapped around the tail of a massive T-Rex she'd managed to fell as she dragged its carcass alongside her. Judging by the state of the creature's skull, Rukkora had chosen to finish it quickly to avoid bruising the meat or charring it with energy blasts.
As she entered the center of their little alien trailer park, she slammed the creature down over her head and placed her hands on her hips, beaming with pride. "Earth is full of so many beautiful sights and delicious-looking animals! I think I want to try one of everything! Ahahahaha! Glad we didn't destroy this place!"
She looked over to the designated fishing area and tilted her head, eyes squinting. She could tell Radasha, sort of, just using an underdeveloped form of ki sensing. She was still training the ability, so it didn't go very far, nor did it really gauge the level of the other person's power, just that there was another person present. "Hey, Dash! I brought lunch! Your friend's welcome to join in!"

When Radasha turned around, revealing just who she was, the little light that was there in Letu's eyes slowly found itself snuffed out. Her arms, which had been wrapped around her chest, now dropped to her sides. They felt so heavy. Everything did. The weight of the truth was soul crushing. She had given her heart up to not one, but two people..both of them died, and with their deaths, it felt like she herself had also died. She wanted nothing more than to just break down and cry. But..something was keeping her from doing so. She could handle only one of them being gone. It would crush her, but it wouldn't have been so hard to deal with, because the other one would have been there to help her.
Even as she nodded when asked if she wanted something to eat, the words didn't register. Neither did the slight shake of the earth from the force at which the giant reptile was slammed into the ground. Letu was working on some level of autopilot. She was willing to do just enough to keep herself alive. The other voice didn't even register. She just waited for Radasha to take the lead, walking slowly behind her, her eyes blank and emotionless where they had once been full of ambition and emotion. This was a devastating blow. Many people might not have understood why this was such a hard blow to the Saiyan-Demon. But the facts didn't change. She was heartbroken, and felt like she was drowning. For the first time since she left her home..she felt entirely alone. It was a horrible feeling. Her mind swum with what ifs. What if she had been able to keep them from leaving? What if she had gone with them? What if, what if...but it was too little, too late. Now, all she could do was mourn.

Radasha sighed as she walked over to her, pressing a hand to the younger woman's back to lead her off towards where Rukkora was. "Good catch Rukkora...This is Letu. She's one of Kaula's friends. She's taken it hard...." she said, looking down at the malnourished girl. 'taken it hard' was an understatement. Ragus, Azpra, Acadovah, and Banna had all gathered outside at the sound of the overgrown lizard thudding on the ground outside. Radasha would step away from Letu for the moment, and turned to Ragus and Azpra, flicking her wrists, ki-blades igniting around her hands. The two other saiyans followed suit, Ragus' being green and Azpra's a light blue. Radasha smiled as she saw they got what she wanted to do. "Acadovah, start a fire. Banna go get a tarp from the ship." she stated, the two Flahwur retainers going on about the tasks they were given. Acadovah began gathering fuel for a fire and setting it up while Banna scurried off to fetch a tarp.
Acadovah was making quick work of getting a large fire started, having the thought to bring out skewers so the meat could be held over the fire to cook. He handed one to Rukkora and one to Letu. He then gathered up the fish Radasha had caught and took them to his Capsule building. Probably to cut and clean them. The Saiyan trio meanwhile got to work once Banna returned with a tarp, starting by removing the inedible parts and disposing of them. As they worked, Acadovah came back out. After a few ki blasts they finished getting rid of the useless bits and began cutting and gathering the edible parts, using the tarp to avoid getting dirt or sand on the meat. Acadovah took a look and went back in, coming out with a large platter. He went over to grab some of the pieces of meat already taken from the dinosaur and brought it over to the fire. Taking a few pieces, he'd take a skewer and stab them onto it, basically making a t-rex kabab, gesturing to Rukkora and Letu to come over and follow suit.
