WoD: Souls "Multiverse Tournament" universe brainstorming

DISCLAIMER: Not all suggestions or additions will make it into the actual saga, and a lot of universe or character ideas will need some refinement so that all universes are narratively consistent internally.
Hey, all
You might be aware that, at some point in the future (and probably sooner rather than later) I'd like to stage a somewhat artificial saga in which our characters participate in a tournament, with a twist--they're facing alternative versions of characters that exist (or have existed) on site. I'd like to brainstorm a few here, related (or not) to characters I'm familiar with, starting with the obvious to not-so obvious. I'm probably going to be focusing on wider, site-affecting events as I'm probably more aware of them, but I don't want to exclude multiverse versions of newer characters.
Like the webcomic I'm basing it on, I'd like to probably have around 20 alternate universes, as I think this'll be hard to manage regardless. We could have less, we could (and most likely will) have a few more.
As for "guidelines," i'd probably suggest keeping the multiverses to having as small of a cast as possible. 10 maximum (and even that is stretching it).
Feel free to make your own suggestions, either for my ones below or your own, new ones.
I'm assuming that this multiverse will ICly be set after a 5-or-so year time skip, allowing for some character changes in all "universes" (including the "main" or "canon" one), to be developed from certain points of change.
1) The Saiyan Solar Universe
Kinda what it says on the tin. A universe in which Zucceta and the saiyans successfully dominated on Earth, perhaps due to the lack of traitorism from a certain group. This group was later killed for attempting to start their own rival empire on a planet within Solar territory--namely, the whole galaxy. Zucceta's SSE is now a fully-fledged police state, rivalling Orwell's 1984 on a galactic level, mopping up remnants of rebels both Earthling or Arcosian in nature.
Characters
Empress Zucceta: Not too different from "current" Zucceta, although I hope that the "true" Zucceta changes a bit before this tournament. Tough, cold and sarcastic, maxing out just at SSj3 levels, although maybe she hasn't unlocked it yet.
Solar Android Virtual Poi: In the aftermath of the successful Earth invasion, Vi Poi was kept "shut down" until he could be successfully reprogrammed, using similar technology as the true-universe, cyborgified Bing Gan. He retains much of his original personality, but was programmed with pleasure-impulses whenever he kills a foe. He's installed with a "limiter" so he can never be stronger than Zucceta, in case he ever overcomes the re-programming, but he's feared throughout the universe as the Empress's right hand.
High Commander Habana: Strong and proud, having fully embraced her saiyan side, and more violent and willing to kill than her main counterpart. She's a proud Super Saiyan 2, but not on Zucceta or SSE-Poi's level quite yet. The left hand of the Empress.
Head Enforcer Pin: After the White List was integrated into the Solar Empire fully, they are utilised for both "peace keeping" missions and secret policing, as an optional pathway for saiyan or otherwise "trainees" from the battle academies. Leading them is Pin, the saiyan-android working with Habana. He is just below Habana in strength.
Mayze the Colossus: A general who, after testing strange artificial stimulants based on the properties of the fruit of Might, has entered an almost-constant state of berserker anger. The stimulants enable this, but also made it so that his Ultra Super Saiyan form have little-to-no defensive downsides.
Super Prince Luffa: The royal brat, finally a Super Saiyan, who actively engages in war against minorities, rebels or not.
Rebellion Kaula: When the Earth was sacked, Kaula was spared due to her saiyan heritage (and Zucceta's soft spot for the teenager). However, due her consistent battles with SSE forces and subsequent escape(s) from Knutts, her mother was killed as a lesson. This inspired Kaula to organise a true rebellion, based in a moving moon-sized base that exists at the edge of the galaxy, as the rebels plot and train.

2) Realigner Red
What if the crazy virus won? The Earth, and the universe, has largely been trashed by these kooky androids infected by the data-ghost of an old Red Ribbon general. They have also taken other an entity known as the "New Gete Star".
Characters:
Realigner Red Virtual Poi: As on the tin. Now at a strong SSj3 level. Still as crazy (and amusing) as ever.
Realigned Cipher: Infected by the virus after RR's victory, he participates with glee in Vi's destructive tendencies. SSj2-level.
Realigned Tania: The cutest little murder-bot you ever did see. About 500k.
Red-verse Doctor Breech: (Non-fighter) Kept alive by the two androids as a repair guy, he secretly plots ways to try and destroy them, but has not yet found the opportunity.
3) Wyntre, Cold-Hearted
In this universe, once Wyntre took over the Arcosian Empire she once more strove for a utopia. This version, however, decided the most efficient and effective way for the perfect universe to be attained was complete and total control, democratically--or otherwise. Attempting to negotiate with the SSE's ministry failed, and thus the AE (lead personally by a honed Wyntre) conquered Vegeta and most of the saiyan territories long before any empire-affiliated saiyans appeared. Incorporating the surviving saiyan fighters into the arcosian empire was simpler than expected--most didn't care whom they served, provided they were allowed to fight. Any known rebels were summarily executed, and Earth was later incorporated into the inflating Arcosian Empire.
Characters
Wyntre Cold, Her Royal Highness: The sole empress of space. While maintaining, on the surface, the "ideals" of her main counterpart, she is far more ruthless in action and willing to "remove" rebellious races and individuals "for the good of society". Rumour has it she unlocked a golden battle form just before an encountered with the "artificial goddess" and killed her with it, but the only eye witness to this fight was killed in the explosion of the planet it was based on--Namek. (Ultimate Form, possibly slightly nerfed from site requirements/multiplier)
Zexama, Coldsword: Having absorbed the saiyan rebel Zucceta and defiant earthling Bing Gan, Zexama is no longer bubbly. She is now cold and hard in her pursuit for utopia. (High SSj2 power)
Prince Brisk: The little Arcosian has grown a bit, and now leads a group of soldiers whom battle rebels at the outer rim of the galaxy. (Royal Form)
Vassal Queen Vennel: After the ministry were deposed by Wyntre, she searched for a viable candidate to rule over the Saiyan quadrant of the universe, one who would have the respect of the saiyans, but not defy her. She found this in Vennel, a "low-class" who had quickly risen up in strength in a bid to defeat the ministry herself. Vennel secretly plots to kill Wyntre, but knows she has a long way to go before she can overthrow the galactic overlord--and take her place. (MSSj Level, with a secret?)
Koldar, Master of Earth: A strong arcosian general who was appointed to rule over Earth. (Mastered True)
Abzerute, Master of the Namekian Sector: Wyntre appointed Abzerute to rule over the sector of Namek and its surrounding worlds. Rumour has it he, too, is seeking to overthrow Wyntre, although by a set of wish-giving orbs rather than training, or brute force. Supposedly, he has also mastered some basic forms of Namekian magic. (Full Power True)

Crane Master Akio Callahan: (NPC OR played by therev) The hybrid bastard of Zasho Koregutsu I pursued his destiny as an Earthling rather than a saiyan prince, becoming a great warrior and teacher of the Crane style. Most recently, he lead the defense of Earth against the assault of the World Trade Organization. (Mastered Super Saiyan)
Zasho Koregutsu II: (NPC) The new king of all saiyans. He struggles to keep up with his hybrid brother, but rumour has it that, for the first time in years, he's pulled ahead. (SSj2?)
Shivera, leader of the WTO: (NPC) The Arcosian leader of the World Trade Organization is sarcastic and coy, but don't let that deceive you--she's an incredible fighter. (Mastered True)
Tao Lung: (NPC) A powerful human warrior who became the Turtle Hermit and is also essential to the defence of Earth. 16x.
Pipa: (NPC) This powerful Mazoku Namekian forced Scargot to fuse within himself before going on a rampage across Earth. The combined might of Akio and Tao, however, forced him to leave the planet, where he established himself as lord of Namek. 20x.
5) President Gan and the Earth's Special Forces

6) A Wild Hunt/Walker Spreads His Roots
Walker kills Zucceta and gathers the remaining Dragon Balls after training to ensure the next victory wouldn't be so close. After successfully wishing for immortality for himself, his organization rapidly expands and pursues justice across the universe ruthlessly, at any cost.
Characters
Walker the Great/Woden: The immortal leader of the Wild Hunt, on the surface pursuing justice to satiate the rage within his heart. Just below Super Perfect levels.
Goddess Presto: When Walker defeated Reikiko, who was attempting to unify the saiyan empire under her name, she was fed to Presto. The resulting Majin transformed and gained a similar "god" complex as the artificial entity. SSj2 levels.
Amplified Celmaru: Celmaru volunteered his organic nature to become amplified by artificial cyborg parts, and has become a war machine hunting down anyone who goes against Walker's ideal of a perfect world. About 300k/29x.

Jellymelo: (NPC) This saiyan looks suspiciously like Virtual Poi in an oversized saiyan armour. (False SSj)
Joe Freedom: (NPC) This male human politician looks suspiciously like Zucceta with some goofy fake glasses and nose. (Low-level)
Haysoda the Clown: (NPC) A clown with a surprisingly potent fighting ability and resilience, kinda like an Arcosian. About 500k.
