It was not often that Reikiko traveled all the way to the Gizard Wasteland, in fact she did not recall having visited the place since the events involving Realigner Red. However, today she had come for a different reason, one that didn't involve playing a hero. While her body was soaring across the clouds, every now and then allowing her body to fall under the blanket to calculate her location the bio-android idly thought back about the encounter she had experienced just a few hours ago. Her sister Tsukiko, the enigmatic creature's soul be damned for being so unpredictable... had offered Reikiko a hand of sorts. She knew about her ambitions, and didn't seem to have any intentions of stopping her. Perhaps she was merely curious to see how far Reikiko could take her ambitions, or perhaps she was merely planning something. Professor Breech, a name that was until now unknown to her. Reikiko had after all never had the pleasure of dealing with him, and yet her sister told her some curious things about the man. Professor Breech was said to be a scientist, a genius whose skill and expertise matched her father, the only different being that where her father dealt with the biological, he was one who specialized in the mechanical. Not just that, but the man possessed a peculiar entourage known only under the name of 'SCAR', and so she decided to investigate. The bio-android had been given directions to his laboratory, a hiding place that was just as cleverly concealed as the Chimera ones. She really had to praise those people's determination to play hide and seek with the world. Nevertheless, she soon decided toward the surface, landing on a path in the mountains where she stopped right before the entrance of the laboratory, her ki flaring around without restrain. "Professor Breech! My name is Reikiko, otherwise known as the Chimera mercenary! I have come to discuss business with you and your kin, a deal that will certainly intrigue you, and would require a fool to decline it." She paused for a moment, raising a hand toward the entrance, certain it was likely sealed as she started charging energy into her arm, the ki seeping into a small sphere at the palm of her hand that glowed ominously. "Please do not keep me waiting, It's rude to keep a lady out in this cold weather." Her tail flung lightly behind her, catching the first droplets of what was predicting to be a rainy afternoon.... ---- Calling Breech ( Dr. Breech), Contagion ( Contagion) and Zyajin ( Zyajin) for a business deal

[Thread PL: 38,437 | Limiter Earrings(Medium Weights) Equipped! Current PL: 19,219] [Two Cycloids have accompanied Breech. Cycloid's PL: 5,000 Each] The heavy clicks of a computers keyboard echoed through the large, hidden laboratory in the Gizard Wastes. It wasn't often Breech had visitors, but something told him he would be having a very interesting day today. He continued clacking away, detailing some possible ideas to use the excess Resillium he had. Katsugan's donation of an entire briefcase's worth of the rare rock was surprisingly a bit too much for Breeches core to hold at any one time. As he finished writing up his potential designs, his laboratories proximity scanners began to go nuts. He stood quickly, moving to his security monitor. The Doctor's eyes scanned the camera feed, only to widen in surprise as he realized who was encroaching upon his territory. It was a Bio Android by the name of Reikiko, and, judging by her flight trajectory, she was headed right for his laboratory. "Gamma! Omega! Prepare to defend the entrance!"As the Doctor's command rang through the lab, two immense, hulking machines awoke. Their singular red globes lit up with deadly light as they marched towards the large metallic door that served as the entrance to Breeches lab. Breech himself prepared for the absolute worst. He activated his ship preemptively, readying it for take-off if she decided to break in immediately. Despite the unstable nature of his Resillium Core casing, he grabbed it from its pedestal, staring at it nervously as he contemplated equipping it early for that small edge in power it might provide. "The Resillium hasn't even been installed yet, but perhaps applying the casing to my artificial Ki generator might give me some kind of boost..."The Doctor's chest began to slide apart, revealing an artificial, bright blue heart. It beat rapidly as Breech moved the Resillium Core Casing ever closer. He stopped dead in his tracks as he heard the voice of the Bio-Droid. "She knows about SCAR? And she wants to... Make a deal?" His chest slid closed once more as he placed the Core Casing back down on the pedestal. The Doctor walked briskly towards the entrance, opening a compartment in his right forearm as he made his way forwards. From within his arm compartment, two miniature drones fluttered out. He spoke to the two drones before sending them on their way. "Contagion, Zyajin, this is Breech. We have a guest who wishes to help our Organization ... Please, come to the laboratory as quick as you can."Reikiko wouldn't have to wait long for someone to open the door, as soon after she spoke, the foreboding metal doors slid open. The two Cycloids exited first, pointing their Ki Cannons directly for Reikiko. Though they were well aware she would be entirely unaffected, perhaps this show of willingness to defend their home would deter her from causing havoc in the first place. Soon after, the Doctor himself would appear outside. He slid in between the two Cycloids, standing face to face with the strongest being in the known galaxy. He bowed. "Welcome to the my laboratory, Reikiko. I've heard a lot about you. Perhaps you'd like to step inside so we can speak more privately? My weather reports suggest a storm is soon to encroach."He turned back, beginning to return to the innards of his lab. The Cycloids followed suit, giving Reikiko a hefty amount of room to follow as well. "And by the way, I prefer Doctor, not Professor."

Fortunately for Reikiko she didn't need to wait long before the door opened and she was greet by the host of the laboratory. Her eyes shifted toward the two cycloids, an expression left in total neutrality on her face, when after a moment her lips curved up slightly into a smirk. The cannons pointed at her caused Reikiko to feel amused at the loyalty of the machines, their willingness to protect their home causing her to gently lower her hand, the ki that was building up in it slowly fading away.
"Adorable children you have doctor, albeit the pointing of their toys at me is unnecessary. You'd need at least... hmm perhaps an army worth of a few thousands of them before they'd slow me down. Of course it's understandable that you are wary after hearing the rumors about me, but do not worry... the way you are now you would be a much greater boon to me alive than inside my belly."
Her smile was surprisingly harmless as she swished her tail behind her, waiting for the doctor to lead her further into the laboratory, musing out loud.
"Mechanical guardians, the scent of knowledge and unorthodox experimentation... Truly the home of a man of science."
Once they were led to whatever location the scientist had planned to take her to, the bio-android folded her arms beneath her chest as she started speaking.
"I shall come straight to the point doctor by asking you a question..."
she sniffed the air for a moment, a gesture the man was likely unaware of its meaning.
"Does a man like you still hold the concept of dreams and ambitions? I have to admit it's rather difficult to grasp the way of thinking those who lost the joy of a living body. Of course at the same time I could understand the desire for something else, in the end there are a lot of flaws to be found in a living body, even in one like my own."
She hummed softly, her eyes having a twinkle of curiosity in them.
"Depending on your answer, and that of your companions I might have a proposal, but I'd rather get to know the man before me a bit more. In the end it's surely going to improve our work relationships in the future. Of course in return I will favor you with a little story of my own."

As Reikiko, Dr Breech, and the Cycloids would have their conversation, suddenly Dr Breech would receive an incoming call from the device he had given Dr Katsu Yuda to contact him with. Should Breech answer the call Katsu's voice would speak in a calm and collected tone...
“Yo! Dr Breech. This is Katsu. Currently standing in front of me is a Bio-Android that looks like a Saiyan with dark grey hair, a Green and orange tail, and who is propositioning me about an organization dedicated to evolving the world. I take it he's a colleague or should I be fleeing for my life?”

"Oh, trust me Crane, these machines may be weak now, but soon enough, they'll be strong enough to topple empires by themselves! In fact, I've already begun development on an Elite Class model, which will have at minimum double the strength packed into their forms."
The two created beings walked slowly through the large laboratory. As they strolled, Reikiko would most likely notice a small handful of Cycloids simply doing menial tasks; moving equipment, keeping tabs on unfinished projects, and generally being useful. Alongside these hulking machines were smaller droids. Cute little fellows, no bigger than Reikiko's own spawn, who were going around doing the tasks too simple for even the Cycloids. Breech didn't use his creations for this type of work often, but when guests were over he had to make it look like they were actually being useful.
Eventually, the two would come to a large, oval shaped room. In the center of the room was a large metallic table, most likely constructed for use in meetings like the one which was about to take place. Of the ten seats avaiable, Breech sat at the head chair, offering the closest seat to Reikiko. Regardless of whether she accepted or not, they'd begin their chat.
The Timeless Scientist eyed the Bio-Warrior curiously as she sniffed around like an animal. He wasn't sure what the purpose of a gesture like this was, but he doubted it honestly mattered.
She spoke her first question, and it was one that genuinely intrigued him. Did he still have ambitions? What a preposterous question. "Miss Reikiko, I would not be a scientist if I did not have wishes, dreams and ambitions. My body may be artificial, but my mind is still my own." He accentuates this fact by gripping at his somewhat goofy head wear. He twists the cap, causing a burst of steam to shoot out of the cranium cover. He slowly removes it, revealing his human brain, still intact, and connected to this metallic body. He allows her to view it for as long as she wishes, before twisting his cap back on.
"My main goal is to make the galaxy a safer place for all. My methods, however, are a bit... Unsavory."
Before he has a chance to continue, his built-in scouter suddenly receives a transmission. He lets it through, being greeted by the young boy from a few weeks prior. The Doctor listens intently to Katsu's question, before quickly responding. "Yes. That is Zyajin, one of the heads of Scar. He is trustworthy. Continue to chat with him if you'd like, but we'll have to talk later. I'm in the middle of a meeting with a certain famous Bio Android..." Without waiting for a response, he ends the transmission, before turning back to Reikiko.
"I'm curious ... What made you seek me out? It's not often one gets a meeting with a hero of Earth without them wanting something ... Usually my head is the thing they wish for."

The crane hermit seemed fascinated by the doctor's words. Something that could topple whole empires? Not that was a rather interesting statement. She paused for a moment as the man revealed one of the secrets of his body. A man full of surprises... She chuckled softly as the doctor asked her what had given her a reason for asking for this meeting. She didn't desire his head at all, such unsavory ideas were best left for someone more barbaric.
"Do not worry my dear doctor, I believe your head is right at the perfect spot. I actually came to seek you out, because we are alike in certain ways."
She folded her arms beneath her chest as she leaned backwards, her lips curving up into a smile as she continued speaking.
"I seek three things: The first is the natural instinct all of my kin possess. The desire to obtain power and ascend to a state of perfection. The second thing is to create a paradise. A safe place without conflicts or strife. The last thing? To protect this paradise at all costs."
She paused for a moment, thinking back about the past and her time spend on Avalon.
"Unfortunately people disagree with my methods. I believe in the fact that our end justifies the means, yes even questionable or unsavory means."
She smiled briefly, before leaning forwards to look straight at the doctor, a look of confidence in her eyes.
"Soon I plan to start something, something big Doctor. My first course of action will be to eliminate a threat to the galaxy, and severely weaken the power of a certain problematic factor. However, I need the aid of someone... unique for what is meant to follow."
Her smile faded away as she finished her explanation with a statement.
"I plan to build my paradise in a distant place, far from the eyes of those who would threaten it, so that I can build it up and strengthen it into a force that would be able to repel those who would threaten it. For that to be possible I need someone who is willing to do whatever it takes to create a peaceful future. No matter the methods, no matter the consequences. Doesn't that sound intriguing to you doctor? the ability to aid in the creation of a paradise. However, while your methods might be considered unsavory, they would be considered a legit solution to deal with those who would threaten the paradise and refuse to stand down."
She paused for a moment, before declaring to the man.
"That is why I came to seek you out Doctor Breech. I need someone who is willing to investigate two particular places related to my ambitions. Should you accept this task, then when we create my paradise I will consider your actions under my jurisdictions. color within the lines and you'll enjoy my protection. I don't even mind if you use the wrong colors, as long as you follow the rules of our agreement you can do whatever you desire with those that become a threat to us."
And now her triumph card had arrived...
"Did I also mention I might possess a theory that one of the places I'd like you to visit might possess a means to teach us to turn life itself into our plaything? If my theory is to be correct it would allow us to manipulate the very energy that we could describe as life-force. Imagine for a moment what this gift could do for you. With this you could have control over life and death itself. Yes... you wouldn't be wandering the field of science anymore, you'd enter a domain normally reserved for only the gods themselves. I would be willing to share those secrets with you, if you'd join forces with me."

"Dreams... Ambition..."
A disembodied voice whispered through the air as a mechanical door hissed open. Instantly a faint surge of familiar power in a disjointed jumble would hit Rei as Bing, Kaula, and Wyntre entered the room in the form of an ivory amalgam: Contagion. The vaguely zoanthrope abomination would walk forward into the light as his clusters of beady black eyes focused solely on the other bio android. He stepped into the fully and looked up, his large void like eyes narrowed at the artificial light of the meeting room for a moment before he fixated his gaze on Breech and Rei. His palms clenched, each knuckle popping as he took his seat opposite to the head of the table.
"Stay your silver tongue, Rei."
Contagion merely spoke as he leaned back while also keeping his unblinking gaze upon her. "You want to create a paradise...You see the world and all it's people and wish to protect them... You want to save the world but you don't want it to change..." Contagion stated in a blunt manner before tapping the side of his head. "I see...Memories... In my dreams. You're in quite a few of them, you know. So many people cared for you... You were their hero..." He closed his eyes as he could recall them. They were disgusting.
"You desire to create a paradise for the people you care for but to do so you wish to stop conflict by resorting to their level. Grabbing the bigger stick and hiding away. It has been the struggle since the dawn of time and you wish to continue it. You're just bringing a different flavor. So before you try to seduce Breech with promises you cannot possibly fulfill you might want to be more transparent." He said letting the tense air hang for a moment.
"You want to be the only god."
He said eyes shooting open as he stared upon her. "Am I not right? You require Breech so you may 'have control over life and death itself.' While you said you would share in the secrets with the good doctor he'd have to 'color within your lines.' You ask not for a partner but for a subservient to do what you cannot do for yourself."
"A lesser."
"A tool."
Contagion leaned forward and pressed a few buttons on the metallic table and soon a holographic image of the galaxy would be played before them. Surrounding them in a sea of stars.
"You claim that your goals align with ours, but ultimately... That just isn't true." Contagion said reaching an arm up into the image. "You wish to stand above and grasp this chaos to force it into a shape of your design." He spoke, clawed hand clenching around the heart of the galaxy for impact.
"While SCAR..."
The hologram reversed to the state of the big bang, allowing Contagion to rest it in his palm effortlessly. "SCAR wants to bring unity. To bring about the next stage of evolution so we might all be on the same level..."
Contagion leaned back propping his head on his fist while crossing his legs in a casual if not unamused manner.
"So tell me...What can you possibly offer with this dream of yours?"

Zyajin looked around the region as he arrived on the scene, somehow managing to arrive before the human scientist Katsu Yada. He shrugged before he strode towards the gathered ensemble of Doctor Breech and his twin mechanical guards, the white amorphous creature known as Contagion, and of course the person of interest, Reikiko herself. He had managed to catch the tail end of the discussion, and spoke with his own view on the situation.
"Her plan whilst illogically altruistic, does hold some algorithms of logic to it." he said. He made a gesture to the laboratory around them. "Where does her plan to construct her power base differ from the situation we are currently in ourselves?" he inquired of Contagion as he took his own seat at the table.
He gave a nod of his head towards the carapace covered female before regarding Doctor Breech. "I believe Doctor Katsu Yoda will be arriving shortly. I believe that his biological scientific expertise would be of some use to our growing organisation," he said looking back towards Reikiko, "especially perhaps in light of recent events."

▼▲▼▲▼▲▼▲▼▲▼▲▼▲▼▲▼▲▼▲▼▲▼▲▼▲▼▲▼▲▼ It wasn't much problem for Zyajin to outstrip Katsu during their trip over here for the simple reason that Zyajin had a power in the 20,000 units region while Katsu was driving a functioning but damaged hovercar as he had not the ability to fly himself. So while Kats may have started towards this location first it was only natural for Zyajin to have passed him up without even realizing it. Katsu was here though.
Sighing a bit he closed the door on his hovercar Katsu followed Zyajin inside the mysterious compound that was owned by those of SCAR, eyeing the abundance of activity by the dozens of droids and machines. It looked like a bunch of busywork to Katsu, just something to make it look like the place was productive. Perhaps a show by Dr Breech to amuse Reikiko? Everyone wanted to put their best show forward in order to garner respect from others, if only because that led to greater resource gain potential. Scratching his chin idly Katsu would enter the same room that everyone else was in already, giving his half wave half salute of hello along with his, “Yo!
“Greetings again Dr Breech, Reikiko...and.. I think I've seen you on the news before. Yes I think a Helicopter with a news crew ran afoul of you somewhat recently... Well no matter, Greetings to you as well.”

Breech listened with immense interest as Reikiko spoke. It seemed she considered herself similar to the Doctor, in a way. She wanted to create a paradise for herself and her followers, most likely expanding across the galaxy in size. It was a bold endeavor, something even someone as strong as her would not be able to accomplish alone.
The Doctor gave a curious look as the Bio-Android continued. Unsavory means were usually saved for the ones who were shunned from society, not embraced like she was. Regardless, he listened in anyways, wondering what exactly her proposition was going to be. There were quite a few possibilities, ranging from creating a robotic army for her, to enhancing her strength with cybernetics.
Soon enough, the Crane Sensei revealed her exact request: she wanted Breech to assist her in building a paradise by helping her eliminate a threat. The prospect intrigued him greatly. Aside from the value that having an ally like Reikiko held, the prospect of traveling the stars to collect immense amounts of data was also enticing. She mentioned that she had two very specific places she wanted him to go; perhaps these were key locations abandoned by her intended rivals? If he had to guess, she was going after the Solar Empire, which had nearly quintupled its power in the last year alone.
Before he could respond, she dropped another bit of information. Apparently the locations he was to visit would allow him to tinker with life. The deal suddenly went from enticing to nearly irresistible. He smirked, but before he could speak he was once again interrupted, though this time by his goopy companion: Contagion.
Contagion spoke up quite eloquently, insinuating that Reikiko only wanted Breech as a tool, rather than a peer. While this seemed to be the case ultimately, it wouldn't hurt to try and squeeze something out of the deal anyways. "Perhaps you are correct, Son of Sithis. I would not be so hasty if I were you, however; she isn't the only one gaining from this alliance, after all."
Soon after, Zyajin walked in, seeming to mostly be for the alliance rather than against it. And of course, Zyajin was followed soon after by the young Katsu Yuda, the man who had shown a high amount of potential in their first meeting.
"Well ... It seems like the gang is all here then."
Breech motioned for those standing to sit, hoping to make this a bit more formal before the discussion got too deep. The Doctor pondered fro a moment, before speaking up.
"Why don't we make this a simple matter? All of the leaders of SCAR are here, as well as Katsugan. Let us vote on this: Should we ally with the Crane Sensei? Yes or No? It really needs little more debate than that. Personally I believe an alliance at this juncture would be more helpful to us than it would be harmful. We've yet to reach the level where we can even begin working on our own motives, after all."
He turned to both Contagion and Zyajin, awaiting their responses.

The reveal of the peculiar creature had initially caused a look of bewilderment to appear upon Reikiko's face. Although his words didn't progress within her mind until later, it was the unusual energy that came from the bio-android that stirred something within her. She felt the essence of Bing, the late guardian of Earth, but more importantly the essence of her missing lover Kaula. It was the latter that seemingly stirred some sort of reaction from her, and although her initial attempt to remain calm succeeded, there was little chance for her to remain like that as the words were spoken.
"You're entirely mistaken if you assume I 'need' any of you. Certainly, it would make my ambitions easier to accomplish, but do not mistake my offer as one made out of necessity. And on terms of your latter accusation: Every civilization and every community has its own sets of rules, surely the good doctor has some of his own when it comes to SCAR."
Yet as the creature continued her eyes started to narrow into a glare as he revealed Scar's plans for the future, causing her to laugh at this 'answer' they had found.
"You're thinking with the naivety of a child! To force everyone on the same level of existence, to make everyone obtain unity by this concept of an 'evolution' that equalizes everyone would just allow them to give them the power to cause even a greater destruction! Instead of having a parent supervise and gently guide their children to prosper and grow you're just giving said children weapons of massive destruction. You won't stop the chaos, or this cycle of conflict, you'll merely intensify it until it dooms all. If that is what your dream offers then your ignorance knows no boundaries..."
Her hand balded up into a fist, seemingly all too eager to continue her retaliation.
"What my dream offers is the ability to let everyone prosper, to let each person reach their true potential in a peaceful environment where a competitive spirit motivates people to improve themselves, and as a result earn the merits from their work. While at the same time those who would be a threat to this peace, stability and prosperity are swiftly dealt with before they become a torn to this paradise. Certainly, the existence of someone who would guide people within this dream is a necessity, but every civilization, or community has one, the only difference is that I'm actually taking the effort to find the answers that one need before being able to shoulder such a responsibility."
She fortunately seemed to calm down just a little as the other member of SCAR, accompanied by a familiar face entered the room.
"When I offered the doctor the secrets he desired, it was not out of need for his aid, but because I believed we both had something to gain out of it. You seem to be mistaking your place here 'thief'."
She rose onto her feet, her aura spiking violently while she declared into a harsh tone.
"I am here to offer an alliance, a partnership, not to beg for aid. If we had met under different circumstances, and you were not a member of SCAR..."
The pressure in the air seemed to slowly grow heavier, her predator aura clearly stirring violently.
"I would have killed you for this insult. To ridicule my ambitions is one thing when your own plans are foolish at best, but to stand here before me while 'her' essence flows through your body..."
And then finally the aura disappeared, her glare softening a little.
"You asked for transparency so let me give it to you: I have a plan, a plan that will allow me to ascend beyond the perfection of a mortal body. A means to reach divinity both in strength and wisdom, it is through such an act that I'd obtain the right to take on the role I desire. However, in this dream of mine I saw a place for the doctor, not as a tool or a lesser, but as an equal, one who would stand by my side, for in this paradise the ambitions he seeks would be within reach, and in return my own would be easier to maintain."
She closed her eyes for a moment, taking a deep breath.
"Sorry about that Katsu, I didn't expect a pleasant meeting to turn into 'this'."
She briefly shot a glance at Contagion before she turned toward the Doctor, silently awaiting their little 'voting'.
"Nevertheless, as long as this insult of your companion remains a one-time matter I will overlook his slight Doctor Breech."

"Insult? You must be joking." Contagion said with a laugh. The laugh was bitter, forced and short. His patience was shorter however, and Rei had already said enough. With narrowed eyes he'd lean forward. "You have some gall to relate me to a child while putting up such a... Poor...display." His psychic voice hissed as he stared directly into the face of the most powerful being in the universe. His clusters of eyes showed no fear as he practically spat in her face. "We shouldn't be mystified by her strength alone. Strength is something that will come with time. Her plans for us are far more concerning." He directed this towards Zyajin as he finally broke his cold stare on the woman to stare at his companion.
"All you've shown so far is that you waiver under scrutiny, you lie through your teeth, and you are so enamored by your own strength that you must resort to petty threats over someone stating a fact you don't like. Yet I am the one with the child like qualities..." He scoffed as he dramatically rolled his eyes. "You say you want us to stand by your side but live under your foot. You seek prosperity but are desperately clawing like an animal to stand on some higher ground when you have no ground to stand on at all. You seek to guide the world with an iron fist and nothing more. All you can offer this universe is considerable power rivaled only by your ego."
He closed his eyes as he crossed his arms. "You seek answers for a conclusion you yourself have come to. A perverted fantasy you have built. A false destiny. You don't deserve to be a god...But more importantly...I REFUSE TO GROVEL BENEATH YOU!"
He stood up leaning into a furious yell.
"SO WHEN YOU ASK ME IF I'D LIKE TO ALLY MYSELF WITH A FALSE PROPHET IN HER DELUSIONS OF GRANDEUR I SAY NAY AND URGE YOU BOTH TO CONSIDER WHAT HAPPENED LAST TIME WE WORKED WITH AN ALL POWERFUL BRAT!"

The green shouldered Bio-Android sat and listened carefully to both sides of this conversation, weighing up their responses and counter-arguements concerning this possible joint venture with one another. Contagion did make a valid point concerning the last time they had made an alliance with someone with a great level of power, although this appeared to be a different scenario than their prior arrangement.
Doctor Breech was in favour for the alliance whilst Contagion was strictly opposed to the notion, and since Zyajin didn't know the full extent of Doctor Katsu's influence within this slowly growing organisation of theirs, it was left to him to cast the deciding vote. "Whilst I am not endeared to the notion of possible manipulation for the sake of another's agenda, the fact that she has survived for this long as she has on this world, consumed those that she has, and is still standing here reveals that she does perhaps know a thing or two about what she is speaking of." he mused aloud, laying out the groundwork and perhaps trying to cool off the tempers of the room.
"Perhaps a compromise is in order for this possible partnership, just to see how it transpires before any formal alliances or arrangements are accepted between our two groups. I will vote in favour of a partnership, under the condition of it being a temporary measure for the moment just to see about the validity of your desires to work with us as equals and not as tools as Contagion believes. Once the conditions have been met that we are satisfied that this alliance is one of equal measure, then we can revisit the issue of making it a formal alliance." the Bio-Android proposed, looking around the room at the others.
It seemed to be the most logical course of action, and allowed SCAR to see where exactly this union would go and their treatment by Reikiko, whilst also giving the apex predator in the room the opportunity to show her true colours to them in this arrangement. A sort of trial run so to speak, to ascertain how well both groups would work together. "Would this be satisfactory for all involved?" inquired Zyajin.

Katsu, upon entering the room, had been given entry level access to Dr Breeches laboratory it seemed, an alert popping up on his scouter informing him of just that. So as the conversation continued around him without his input Katsu pulled out his datapad and started digging into the files that Dr Breech had trusted him to look at. No specific information was given on any of Dr. Breeches projects or any of his creations, but files existed providing a basic rundown of the goals of the organization he was in with Zyajin and the white Bio-Android, Contagion by the files. Reading through them all one by one Katsu scratched his chin in a thinking manner, ignoring the outburst first from Reikiko at Contagion, and then from Contagion at Reikiko.
Although there was some parts of SCARs goal that Katsu found to be flawed logically speaking he saw that the overall goal of the organization was one that Katsu himself found interesting, and much akin to his own. To push forward evolution, to discover new things and help others to grow. Yes, their endgame goal was very much similar to Katsu's, even if their planned method to achieve this was different than his own. Listening to the conversation Katsu also realized that Reikiko had a similar goal, with a third method to achieve the exact same goal.
Finally it seemed it was Katsu's time to speak, and he put down the datapad in his hands, laughing as he stood up, “Ahahahahaha! You guys are great. So close together in goal yet so far in mindset. About ready to come to blows when your goals are pretty much the exact same thing.
“Evolution.” Katsu picked up the datapad, a smile still plastered on his face. Taking control of the holo system Katsu brought up images of examples of what each member of the group had desired.
"That's what you're all striving for, in one way or another. Perfection. Utopia. Divinity. Freedom. Strength. Knowledge. Use any word you want but everyone at this table all want the same basic thing. To Evolve. To become More than you are right now, and to help others become more than they are. Don't let your emotions cloud that goal, ever." Katsu began to pick up his datapad, beginning to fiddle with the controls of the holo system once again as he continued his speech.
"The amount of potential for evolution in this room is staggering by any measurement, don't waste it by fighting each other, not at this juncture. Because you all need to remember that while your methods and goals may be slightly different, each of those goals has the same enemy in the end." Finally finishing the fiddling Katsu pressed the last button, the Holoprojector suddenly showing an image of Zucceta.
"Zucceta. All of you should be aware of her mentality and her power. You each should know that if given the chance she would gladly crush anything that any of you built up. She's not interested in Evolution, or Progress, or Growth. I don't know what the Hell goes through that woman's mind but it's obvious at this point that she's a force for pure destruction. She's destroyed whole planets for no apparent benefit to her people or even to herself, lashing out like a child having a temper tantrum. If she isn't dealt with first, then she'll break anything any of you endeavor to build.
"And Zyajin makes a fair point. A Trial Run between your forces is a necessity, after all some people just can't work with each other, and its best to discover this long before you work together on a permanent basis. Your trial run is right there." Katsu pointed at the image of Zucceta before he sat back down in his seat, putting down the datapad once more.
"Ending Zucceta's threat would be a good trial run, benefitting both parties in numerous ways. Thoughts, comments?" Katsu looked around the room, seeing what his speech sparked in the others...

A sigh of great annoyance escaped Breech as he listened to both Contagion and Reikiko scream their heads off like children. It was shameful, really; to know he was already working with an overdramatic Bio-Warrior was one thing, but getting another one under his belt? That might be too much to handle. He placed his elderly elbows firmly onto the table, placing his head in his hands as Reikiko's aura flared dramatically. It was impressive sure, but the power was in such immature hands!
Reikiko finished her rant, saying she would 'overlook' Contagion's insult. Breeches head shot upwards, an unimpressed expression clear on his face as he replied to the Crane Sensei. "You are speaking as if the Son of Sithis is your lesser, Reikiko. If you want to work with any of the members of Scar, then you will make sure that ALL of its members are treated equally. I will not stand for even the smallest amount of discrimination, do you understand?"
His icy eyes turned to Zyajin, who suggested they do more of a 'trial run' before fully agreeing to this partnership. It was a much better idea than simply jumping into this, especially considering how Reikiko presented herself.
Before he could respond however, it seemed Katsu wanted to interject. He spoke for quite a while, essentially saying they needed to work together to defeat Zucceta. "A target like the Queen of Saiyans is a high and mighty one, Katsu Yuda. She is far from our reach at the moment; even Reikiko here pales in comparison to her might. We won't be able to take down a titan like her tomorrow, or the next day. We'll need to work towards that goal for quite some time..."
The Doctor took to a stand, his internal machinery shutting off the hologram as he arose. He gave the others a quick glance, before speaking up once more. "This seems like an agreeable deal, at least for now." He turned his full attention to Reikiko. "We shall work with you, for a fairly sizable period of time. Once our test run has ended, we shall have another meeting to see if this partnership is meeting our standards. If it does not, then our business together will be ended." His attention shifted once again, this time to Contagion. "I am fully aware of your doubts, and I share some of them... But I assure you, no grovelling will be done while I still function."
Breech awaited a response -specifically from Contagion- with curiosity bubbling. He was hoping for no more outbursts from either Bio-Warrior, but there was no telling how anyone would respond at this juncture.
