Getting a more updated clarity on these basic techniques for everyone (that I was just told):
Ki Charge [SU1]: Those who've learned to control their energy are able to charge a N1 attack without declaring the attack name until the moment the attack is to be released. Context of usage can quickly change, depending on the situation at hand. This cannot be used with Specials or Ultimates. Ki Charge [SU2]: Those who've learned to control their energy are able to charge up to a UP2/V2 attack without declaring the attack name until the moment the attack is to be released. Context of usage can quickly change, depending on the situation at hand. This cannot be used with Specials or Ultimates. Name Change for Afterimage [SU1] - Irithâs Evasion: The power of Irithâs will swirl around the user. Within their left eye, a black clock will appear. This clock does not âstopâ time but more improve the userâs perception critically and amplify their movement by a vast amount. The gives off the illusion to the user and whoeverâs around that theyâve topped time for a brief moment. During that short moment, the user can't 'harm' the foe or Irith will take her power back. This technique allows you to completely dodge techniques beneath 100% of your PL. This technique uses 1 KP in KP Battles and cannot be charged.
Irithâs Watchful Eye [SU2] The power of Irith would have intensify comparing from before. This time, the clock will be both eyes. The boost to the perception and movement will increase two times of what the previous had to offer. During that short moment, the user can't 'harm' the foe or Irith will take her power back. This technique allows you to completely dodge techniques beneath 200% of your PL. This technique uses 2 KP in KP Battles and cannot be charged.
Irith's Halt [SU3] This is Irith giving as much as she could to save her child. Three decent clocks will appear but they will only appear hovering behind the user. The clocks canât be touched or damaged. This power is as strong as the actual âtime stopâ capability. During that short moment, the user can't 'harm' the foe or Irith will take her power back. This technique allows you to completely dodge techniques beneath 300% of your PL. This technique uses 3 KP in KP Battles and cannot be charged.
Irith's Time Out [SU1] The user uses the power Irith gives them. This attack works like an area of effect for whom sets their eyes on the user. This power will enter the victimâs body and block off their source of energy for a moment. A small clock will appear on the victimâs chest until the timer runs out. Stuns for 1 round at 100% PL. Can disrupt a charging attack if the stun power level is within 80% of the opponent's attack's power level.

Ki Gathering[SU1] This allows the user to gather their Ki for not just one specific technique. This allowing them to manipulate the art of surprise. (Can only charge N1 and V2)
Ki Spiking [SU2] This is a more advance version for Ki gathering. It works the same as before however it allows them to gather the power for much stronger techniques. (Can only charge UP2 or UV3)
Ki Limit Break [SU3] This is the final version for the Ki gathering series. This is to go beyond the userâs previous limits. They still maintain the art of surprise while collecting the Ki for lethal techniques. (Can only charge MP3)
[Utility]
Energy Setting [UT2] You are capable of setting your power to a lower level to not only hide yourself, but also effectively fight while at this level, meaning you can make use of powerful techniques (anything that would consume KP in a KP Battle). This is great for people who want to train weaker fighters.
Energy Intimidation [UT3] You are able to take the energy control a step further by temporarily increasing your power level by half! Though, this is simply a bluff, and you cannot use techniques with your new power - it only lasts a turn.
Telepathy [UT1] The basic form of Telepathy allows the user to communicate with those they are familiar with across the planet they are currently on via mental transmission, this can be blocked out by those who do not want to hear the user if the effort to block them out is put forth. This technique uses 0 KP in a KP Battle
Telepathy [UT2] The limits on the range of your telepathy are significantly lessened allowing you to communicate with anyone you are familiar with on the same plane of existence as yourself (Living World, Otherworld, Demon Realm(?)) This technique uses 0 KP in a KP Battle
Flight [UT] You have a method of taking to the sky allowing you to take your fights to even greater heights! Seewutididthere?
[Offensive]
[N1] Holy Pistol The userâs Ki will materialize a solid white pistol. Whenever they pull the trigger, a bright white beam will expel itself and rip through or try to against anything that cross its path. Afterwards, the pistol WILL fade away. Charges at 33% per turn. (IE: 33% > 66% > 99% > 132% > 165% )
[UP2] Holy Cannon The userâs Ki will materialize a solid white hand cannon around their arm. This works just like the pistol however the size of the attack is much bigger and stronger than what the pistol had to offer. After full use, the cannon WILL fade away. Charges at 66% per turn. (IE: 66% > 132% > 198% > 264% > 330% )
[MP3] Holy Buster The userâs Ki will materialize something completely different from before. This weapon is a massive white anti-tank buster cannon. The attack power and size behind this is has a vast different than before. This is a much better technique but more Ki consuming than the others. After full use, the weapon WILL fade away. Charges at 100% per turn. (IE: 100% > 200% > 300% > 400% > 500% )
[V2] Holy Ray [Homing] The user enters a crouched stance, gathering light in their hands. Shortly thereafter, the user opens their hands, releasing numerous homing beams of light, inflicting a substantial amount of damage to the target. Charges at 33% per turn. (IE: 33% > 66% > 99% > 132% > 165% )
[UP2] Super Ki-Infused Melee Attack (I'll add their names and whatnot later) Through proper Ki Manipulation, you have gained the ability to supercharge your melee attacks with Ki! The melee attack can be flavored however you like, and mechanically functions identically to a ranged technique. Charges at 66% per turn. (IE: 66% > 132% > 198% > 264% > 330% )

Technique Name: Draining Kamehameha [UV3/DoT] Makaz's new signature technique!
Description: A greenish kamehameha, this attack has later become Makaz's signature technique. The Attack is charged in a similar way, Makaz does several hand-movements, before getting into the Kamehameha stance. He then fires off a greenish beam of energy, if the attack hits it will do poisonous damage over time against the enemy.

20,000 [SU] Ki Suppression: Through intense meditation, Contagion has slowly discovered how to suppress and hide his own ki signature. This ability allows him to hunt in secrecy and also mask his garish ki signature.
25,000 [UP2] Twin Tendril Ravager:Contagion grows a long whip-like tendril out of his back and forms a sharp blade at the end of it. He then uses this bladed tendril to either slash or pierce through his target in a violent strike. After this attack is finished another tendril whips out of his back and impales their chest. He concludes the attack by lifting them into the air and whipping them against the ground with enough force that they bounce.

Technique Name: Kamehame Ha (N1/UP2/MP3) Wiki: dragonball.wikia.com/wiki/KamehamehaTechnique Description: The Kamehameha is formed when cupped hands are drawn to the user's side and ki is concentrated into a single point (between their cupped hands). The hands are then thrust forward to shoot out a streaming, powerful beam of energy. The blast can also be used, generally under extenuating circumstances, with just one arm or even the feet. In most variants, the user utters the word "Ka-me-ha-me-HA!!!" as he/she charges and releases the attack. Also, will be removing all Kamekaze based attacks from my tech list. -6 tech slots Used Tech Slots: 19/35 (Before.) Mid-Way: 12/35 (-6 tech slot.) Current Tech Slot usage: 15/35 (+3 tech slots. Currently)

Technique Name: [T1] Stickers
> Wiki N/A
Description: Dilva has created a special variety of stickers that effectively clone anything they're stuck on. The clone appears ten feet away from the original, and is virtually indistinguishable. When the sticker is removed from the original object the two will magnetically attract each other, forcefully crashing into one-another, and possibly catching people in the middle. Unlike other techs, the PL charge starts once the sticker is attached to an object. Costing 1 KP per post, and charging at 33% per post. Once the charge reaches 100%, the two will crash into each-other, regardless of whether or not Dilva removed the sticker. There is a moment before they start moving to collide where the two can be seen rocking back and forth, or shifting very slightly.
