Just an idea I had, since there doesn't seem to have special mechanics for it, as was noted to me in the Tech App thread.
The idea behinda a finisher move is to be the character's most powerful technique, which has a limited use. It would be a chargeable technique, at 133% pl, but that can be used only once in a thread.
Everyone has a signature attack in the show and I think this could be a nice addition as well. I suggest characters start with a Finisher for free, to give them more personality from the start, but you can always give it a cost of 3 slots as it would be considered a tier 3 technique.
Perhaps limit it so it has to be a damaging technique, meaning no weird effects can be added, as it is already at maximum tier (or perhaps allow 100% PL + an effect). Thoughts?
Naturally, you may only have one of these per charactre, for obvious reasons.

A 133% chargeable technique is automatically a special, not to mention the only tech we have currently that deal such damage is Kikoho, that would kill you after 4 uses (and seriously injures you at 3, to the point you'd be incapable of fighting unless you heal or recover in another way after firing it)
so making a 'free with no penalties' tech like that would be a bit crazy.

maybe making more skills with the similar effects to the Kikoho on the body but 2 uses or maybe someone could take final flash or similar

These finishing moves pretty much fall under your special you get for running a school (Neo Tri Beam, Destructo Disc, Custom School ETC) or if you play a full demon

Indeed the idea is also to award all players a single Special Technique, although with simplier mechanics. The Kikoho is by far more powerful as it allows for extra uses (plus Crane-peeps... an idea for example, taking advantage that you posted Rei, is that you perfected the Kikoho for your personal Finisher and you can do a free shot, without harming your health, as per the one-use-a-thread rule for these). A finisher it would be that one tech you would normally save for the end, given the name, since you would never be able to use it again in the thrad. Perhaps it would be cool to add a second drawback, if you think it dwarfs some specials: after using the finisher, you suffer a pl loss for the remainder of the battle and are considered to be at 66% of your pl until you heal or finish the thread.
