It was done. The planning was complete.
Zucceta chuckles, before sending the battle plans to one of the young squires. He'd then formalise them, having learned a little about Zucceta's shorthand in the last few weeks of her political control over the empire.
"Oh, and one last thing: call a meeting in the throne room for this evening. High-power members of the SSE, and most importantly the ones involved on my planning sheet."
And with that she would rest back in her chair, closing her eyes. She'd need to catch a few hours rest, at least; she'd been up the whole night finalising her plan of action.
The throne room had been slightly altered, with a few benches set out in front of the throne itself, and a projector set behind the queen; her squires and technicians had set it up eagerly, wishing to prove themselves useful. She admitted to them that her presentation would be a lot more bare-bones without the ability to move through slides at will.
She just hoped her subjects would turn up on time.

It was evening when he walked into the palace. The teenager was named Aspa, he was a Elite Saiyan even if he was on the short side at his age. He did not care, but he also didn't care about a lot of things. He walked towards the throne room, while looking around at the nice décor of the palace. This was his first time actually being within the palace, and he wanted to make a good impression with the Queen. He had spent nearly an hour before heading to the palace within his cleansing machine, so he wouldn't be dirty.
Entering the throne room, Aspa walked towards the throne noting that there were benches in front of the throne. He bows to the queen, while noting that he was the first warrior actually there that would probably be one of the important Saiyans there. After bowing for the appropriate ten seconds, Aspa stands up straight.
"Hail your, Majesty!"
Aspa, waited to have permission to be seated due to him not wanting to offend the Queen in any way. He was nervous about being within the same room with such a powerful warrior. Aspa, hoped to one day stand next to the Queen on the battlefield so he hoped that this was a war meeting, but he also dreaded about the level of the opponents or opponent they might face. But, the challenge also excited him.

Hitora flew through the air at a lazy pace, he had recently purchased the Saiyan armor chest plate that Zucceta had wanted him to, sure it wasn’t full Saiyan armor but he didn’t really care. He landed just outside the palace doors and entered. He was still wearing his blue Gi pants and boots from before, however when you looked at his hands and chest you’d notice the difference now. His hands were wrapped in bandages from wrist to knuckle, something that boxers on Earth did before fighting, though his weren’t wrapped up nearly as much as a boxer’s fist would be. His chest he wore a mostly white with gold accents chest piece that had no shoulder armor like most other Saiyan armor, instead they were seemingly replaced with gold bandolier looking straps that held the armor in place. Hitora was, as far as he could tell, no Saiyan Elite, however he had already defeated one in combat, though he was a child, he still beat a Saiyan Elite. Hitora wondered why he had been summoned to this meeting, the message he had got only said that his presence was ordered by the Queen of all Saiyans.
The message also said that failure to arrive would be tantamount to treason and that he would be summarily executed for it. So Hitora decided to go, perhaps it would be a chance for him to grow stronger, who knew. Hitora without a word took a seat in one of the benches towards the middle of the rows, folding his arms across his chest, planting his feet firmly on the ground and keeping his feet a good bit apart, all in all showing his distaste for something, though no one looking at him would know, if someone was capable of reading minds they’d hear his inner monologue about how uncomfortable this armor was and how itchy the damn thing was. He sighed loudly and waited for the rest of those invited to arrive or for the Queen to begin whatever boring or inane speech about friendship or whatever other bullshit she felt like spewing. He then began to tap his foot a few minutes after having seated himself, being patient was not one of his strong suits, he preferred to go punch someone or something until it was no longer able to stay up straight under its own weight.

[Thread Power Level: 9.851] Natto was speechless.
As he got home from the medical sector after some intense gravity training session, he found some members of the saiyan army by his dormitory door. Initially he got nervous thinking that they came because of something he did at the gravity chamber of the spaceship. ”Did I do something wrong?!” he thought, feeling quite unsure about it. But as he approached with caution, they informed him that he was summoned to throne room for some important meeting. They also informed that only the high-power members of the Saiyan Solar Empire were summoned and that he MUST attend.
That sort of information only made him more confuse. As far as Natto remembered he was still considered by the official standards as a middle-class warrior. He hesitated and when he finally decided to speak his mind, the soldiers were already gone, flying through the skies of Vegeta. ”Oh well… A high-powered member… I didn’t see that coming…” he thought to himself as he looked to his own hands. Suddenly he felt filled with a new and strange kind of joy. He was proud of himself as he was climbing the stairs of greatness and now, more than any time before, he wanted to cause a good impression.
Natto quickly cleaned his battle suit the best he could, cleaned and adjusted his scouter to make sure it wouldn’t make weird noises in front of the queen and took a good shower, giving special care to both his hair and tail. He wanted to look impeccable as one fierce saiyan elite. When he was all ready, he looked at the mirror and smiled. – Go show the Queen who you are! – he motivated himself before flying with all his speed towards the Imperial Palace.
The young saiyan landed in front of the Palace and proudly walked into the huge structure. As he made his way through the place, he looked around awestruck with that. It was his first time inside the Imperial Palace and he felt extremely honored. The moment he approached the throne room he could feel his heart pounding like crazy, feeling like it would jump out of his mouth at any second, but he did his best to maintain a serious and strong expression on his face, which he more or less manage to do.
As soon as he got into the throne room, his eyes met the Lady Death, the Queen of all the saiyans. Immediately he knelt on his left knee and rested his arm on the other one, lowering his head as he did it.
– My Queen, I present myself to thee. I am at your service. – he said with a loud and confident tone. He waited for a few more seconds before straightening up, looking at the Queen with a good posture. He hoped to show himself as a strong and worthy saiyan warrior so that he could be recognized by her, seizing this golden opportunity. Word Count: 491

Post by Kayle on Jul 1, 2015 23:29:24 GMT
A message was sent over Kayle's scouter. It was on one of the Saiyan Solar Empires official channels. Kayle was utterly shocked. He thought that the SSE had completely forgotten about him. It was from the squire of Queen's herself. Did she really value Kayle's contributions enough to send him a message? Even if it was a mass message, it was still shocking to him. Maybe Kayle had it all wrong about the empire. He had spent his whole life with people attempting, and usually failing, to push him around there. Thinking he was weak. Thinking he was useless because of his human blood. This was his chance. This was his chance to prove them wrong. This was his in into the SSE proper! He felt his emotions swelling with pride, but then he remembered. He was on Earth. He had come here seeking the power of the super humans, the power this person named Bing had had. This was amazing.
The message that was sent read as follows:
"Loyal members of the Saiyan Solar Empire, you are the ones strong enough to be included in the Queen's Plans for war. If you are receiving this message it is because the Queen has called you to her throne room on this night, so that the plans may be finalized and informed. They will not be sent over this channel."
Tonight?! The Queen wanted audience tonight, and Kayle was invited? There was no way that Kayle could make it all the way to Vegeta to make it. He had come to Earth in hopes of claiming power to show that he wasn't useless. It looked like he had let his emotions claim him once again, as they had never thought he was useless. Still, this was not a waste. If Kayle were to inform the Queen of what he was doing, and what he had just found out it might be of ever more help than being in attendance itself.
Kayle began to craft a reply, and sent it out. It read:
"Saiyan Solar Empire, this is Kayle. I left Vegeta. Most people don't know who I am anyway. I left for a reason. I was going to try and talk with the Queen one day, and I ran into a human there. Yes a human of all things on Vegeta. This was no ordinary human however. He was far stronger than anything I had ever seen. I was there when both the former Queen, Vennel, and the current Queen, Zucceta, both transformed into super saiyans. That was the greatest power I have ever felt. At least until I met this human. This human had a power level over two million! I didn't even know humans had that capability. I left Vegeta to investigate this. What I have found so far was rather horrible. It seems that this power level of this human may have been a fluke. He may have been a human of some sort. I met another human here. He wants to take me to some place called the 'Blue Banner Army'. He says that if super humans exist that that would be the place to find them. I also met this little pink thing named Zexama, or 'Princess' Zexama as she calls herself, who is a part of the Arcosian Empire. For some reason she seems to have taken a liking to me. I may be able to get an in on their empire if you so wish. The way I see it, is there are three options here. One, I can continue to see if the super human thing is a fluke. Two, I can try to get an in with the Arcosian Empire and relay information. Three, I can get a space pod and head back to Vegeta. These are all I can come up with of course. If there is anything else that comes down, I would be happy to fulfill those orders as well, as I am a loyal member of the empire. I will stand by and await further order."
Kayle typed out his message and hit send. The reply would more than likely come over a more secure channel, if one came at all. He hoped that it would reach the right place. His dream would be if the Queen herself had received it, but he knew this was very unlikely. If not the Queen herself, at least a high ranking official. That would be more than he could ever hope for. More than likely it would go to a lackey, and he would get orders accordingly. Even that was better than nothing, he realized. Kayle was at least starting to be noticed, and there was lots he could do for the empire here, or on Vegeta. Kayle just wanted to be a part of and to serve his glorious empire in any way he could. In his eyes, the SSE would not find a more loyal, and SSE loving person alive. All he did was so he could get them to notice him, so that he could serve them. The saiyan race was to inherit the universe after all, and even though he was only half saiyan, Kayle wanted to be a part of that.

After his tenure on Namek, Mayze had been fairly inactive. Sure he had trained everyday for seven hours, but he had not bothered to meet with Zucceta, or any other Saiyan Empire personnel. He had stayed away from everyone, fuming quietly with rage about his inability to kill Bing, his powerful human rival. Despite that, he was sure he was close to achieving the form of a Super Saiyan, a form he knew Zucceta and Vennel, the previous queen, had achieved. He wasn’t jealous of their stature, far from it. It simply made him train all the harder. Currently, he was walking through the palace halls for the first time, hands at his side as he passed the numerous Saiyan’s milling about. As he walked by, he could see the expressions of surprise on the warriors’ face, likely awed at his own power level. He had never been to the palace before, and seeing such a large, unknown battle power, likely surprised many of regulars of the building. He paid the attention no heed. Instead, he continued to walk forward, an expression of seriousness on his face. Entering the throne room, Mayze saw the throne, a few benches laid out in front of it. Near the throne, he saw one Saiyan standing, obviously waiting for permission to be seated. The man wore a blue scouter, and had brown wavy hair. The man, at least when compared to Mayze, had a relatively low power level. Another Saiyan was still in a bowing position. He wore a red scouter, similar to Mayze’s own. He wore the traditional Saiyan Battle Armor, and also had a low power level. The other occupant sat on one of the benches, no scouter apparent on his face. This one had a rather large power level for a saiyan. He wore a blue gi with Saiyan battle armor strapped on above it. His hands were wrapped in bandages, similar to the human fighters from Earth. Walking to one of the benches, he finally noticed the rather sophisticated projector set behind the throne. He suppressed a grin at this. So much for our race being barbaric, he thought to himself. Opting to stand with his arms crossed, Mayze spoke out in a rather bored tone, “Hello Zucceta, been awhile hasn’t it,” he paused before continuing, “Anyway, what’s this meeting for? Announcing war with the Arcosians I hope?” he finished, a serious look still on his face despite his bored tone. OOC: Time to wipe the rust off. Glad to be roleplaying again.

Radasha flew the air above the streets of the capital, making her way to the palace. She was dressed in her usual battlesuit, scouter equipped over her left ear. As she reached the palace, she landed and made the rest of the way on foot, stepping through the large double doors. She wasn't usually called to things like this. Sure she would've expected to be called for stuff like this if Vennel had still been queen but she didn't know Zucceta personally.
As she stepped in, she scanned around the throne room. A few warriors were already gathered. She stepped up after a moment and did the tradition kneel as a few others had done. "Greetings Your Majesty" she said, rising after the appropriate time, moving to stand off to the side, arms crossed. She'd sit when and if Zucceta specifically told them to do so.

Icarus was a little worried about accepting such invitation orders or request however two different things. Icarus as well feeling a bit worried about presentation to all those loyal to the second queen since his awakening led to more discreet appearance. His weighted cloak was grabbed quickly from the hanging bar near the door of his small room after the disguise features were set into function within his internal facial and body structuring features. The synthetic saiyan tail swaying behind him as the cloak covered most his dark apparel and body. He'd adjust his shortened hair as the synthetic material was pulled inward to a much shorter style and the color darker now. As his skin was much more fare as well. He was quick to grab his capsule case and slip it in his inner cloak pocket as well never knowing what tools or tricks he'd need at such events.
The silent boy would come entering in rather quickly hovering with rocket boots blaring as he made his way to the place of meeting. Clacking on the ground before making his way on foot past most the others standing as their equal among them. The cloaks hood lightly covering his face leaving only the lower half a white pale face in view. Behind him a Red Saibaman was accompanying him. A little paper crown upon his head he wasn't aware that was present when he'd first grabbed the creature to take flight. Always desiring a aid should it be needed. Icarus would bow lightly before standing up to reveal himself and lowering his head. Showing the face that would likely have belonged to more likely a young saiyan then a Tuffle. His height still just four foot five. His tail lightly wrapping around his waste as he'd smile large at this queen. Opening his eyes revealing he'd stopped the last part revealing eyes as black as night with small white pupils at their center when he looked into his queens. Closing them only once for but a moment and changing them to pale white with normal saiyan brown irises and black pupil after a matter of moments. "Forgive me if I am late... I was caught up in my last bit of work you see. But your loyal research and development friend is now present and accounted for. Always a pleasure." Feeling a little giddy from his testing of works that he'd go so bold as to throw a small wink at his queen. He'd say the emblem of the empire present in the same place it always was at the shoulder of his cloak. He'd hoped he'd not have to further explain his identity. The eye trick alone he hoped would let her match his meaning. His features slightly resembling as well Vennels in some minor aspects as it was her blood he'd used in the synthetic restructuring program in his bodies modifications when he made change from one look to another. If anything as well.. He desired greatly to see if he could catch the queen by surprise.
The saiba next to him a foot or so behind him would bow as well snickering at the queen and adjusting its little crown. "Kikiki.Kikiki." Whatever it said causing Icarus's grin to lightly tremble as if he tried not to laugh. The saiyan Tail wrapping around his waist as he'd imitate others in such a fashion wondering if it looked up to snuff in appearance. Using this as a perfect time to test it.

Post by Kaula on Jul 2, 2015 20:01:06 GMT
Kaula was flying with her mother, Radasha. She had chosen to stay at her old family home while she was here. And, of course, since it was a gathering, the Saiyan Hybrid had decided to forego the wearing of her weights so all the plebs there could bask in her strength. Why? Because she was just that kind of person with that kind of ego. She was currently wearing her elite battle armor, though she did seem to add that green scarf of her's to that getup.
She wasn't too far behind Radasha, her arms crossed a bit as she scanned the room with her bright green eyes. She was sort of wondering if she was the only hybrid in this place. She was also wondering who she could pick a fight with. Not now, mind you, but in the future. She had already caused a scene at the other queen's huge get together. She decided it wouldn't be the best time to do it here.
"Heya Zuccy." the hyrbid said, all nonchalant and informal-like. Well, what could you expect? The girl had been spending a lot of time on Earth. With the humans. Still, at least she was somewhat behaving herself, right? No flailing swords. No blowing shit up. None of that. ... Yet. Still, after she had found her spot, she reached into her pocket to pull out a capsule and simply pop it to grab her weights. While she didn't have to wear the weights, they were still good to wear from time to time.

Post by Mojo on Jul 2, 2015 21:03:50 GMT
Mojo grumbled, hovering gently just above the ground as he approached the palace. He'd spent the last week looking for a medical center to attend to his injuries sustained while fighting Zuccetta. He felt fairly sure his pelvis was fractured, and his hips kicked up an almighty fuss when he tried to walk; which was the reason he was now hovering everywhere. But alas, on Vegeta it seemed free healthcare was afforded to Saiyan soldiers only (or the medical center staff didn't like him very much), and Mojo had no currency with which to purchase the use of a healing pod. It was an inconvenient time for him to be summoned to the palace.
Mojo had groaned at the sight of the summons from Zuccetta, but he'd missed her ascension to the throne and she was technically supreme ruler of almost every planet he'd ever been to; not to mention capable of killing him with one of her pinky fingers. As such, he had decided it was worth crawling from his bunk to make the unpleasant journey into Cacumber Capital. The palace was a mighty edifice, no doubt built by enslaved aliens like the Kagami; and it could be seen from several miles away. The walkway leading to the main entrance was long and lined with statues - each commemorating some past monarch, or notable conquest. But Mojo did not have the time to stop and read the plaques that adorned the statues' bases - his scouter told him he was almost late for the summons.
With a grimace, he sped up, whipping down the excessive length of the walkway towards the gates, where he stopped before the gate-guards, sending across his royal summons to their scouters before they raised the gate, allowing him to pass without a word. Mojo did not fail to see the look of disgust on one of the guards' faces, though. He'd seen a lot of that lately.
Inside, he simply rushed down the central corridor, ignoring servants and squires, as well as guards, speeding along towards the throne room. Some murmured in confusion - it was a rare sight to see an alien warrior inside the palace, and even rarer to see one speeding through the air straight towards the throne room. If Mojo had considered this, he might not have been so irritated by what happened next.
A burly male guard with a fierce beard and thick, spiky hair running down his back barred Mojo's passage with an arm the size of a tree-trunk. he opened his mouth to demand Mojo state his business before Mojo snapped. With a snarl he whipped his left arm around, backhanding the Saiyan across the jaw, slamming him into the wall of the corridor.
"I'm answering a summons from the Queen, and you're making me late," he stated flatly, before completing his journey down the corridor, pushing the doors open quietly and hovering in. There were a number of other individuals sat or stood in the chamber, which had a set of benches conspicuously arranged before the throne where Queen Zuccetta sat imperiously. Mojo slipped in and alighted with a wince on the carpet before the throne, bowing briefly to his Queen. He did his best to restrain a growl of pain as his lower body blasted his nerve-endings with pain signals.
"Hail, Queen Zuccetta." He said a little gruffly, before setting himself down with a grimace on the nearest bench.

(Heavy Weights On) (Thread PL: 14,545 (With Weights: 3,636))
Luffa moved into the throne room slowly, the heavy train of his golden cloak glittering in the low light. He was concealing a wince with each step, walking carefully and favoring his left leg. Despite his treatment in the medbay, he was still strained and damaged from the savage and losing spar with the brute Hitora. He saw the ogre in the crowd, wearing a gleaming set of Saiyan armor. Luffa sneered at the back of his new rival’s head, noting the presence of a filthy saibaman wearing a fool’s crown. It seemed to be attending some boy that had a disturbing familiarity about him.
“The council of the dirt-eaters and slime-suckers.” Luffa chuckled grimly under his breath, moving to kneel formally and wordlessly to Zucceta before falling into a bench with a rather loud thud. His small body was still wracked with bruises. His abdomen carried a fresh scar as well, just below his ribcage, the reminder of Hitora’s large ki attack. He’d bear it for life. His large dark eyes examined his new Queen. She was no stranger to scars. Her entire arm had been removed and replaced by a mechanical limb, a war wound that had an interesting tale behind it, no doubt.
Rumors of war against Arcosian Capital Sector had been brewing, but the little Saiyan knew that most rumors were piles of shit flung by the moronic and the ill-informed. He doubted a new Queen would risk the might of the changelings so early in her rule, before having solidified her base here on the homeworld. Were she to raise a banner to fight the lizards, she’d be leaving herself vulnerable to desertion and attack from the strongest Houses. Luffa was no longer among those, he’d come to the sad realization while broken and battered on the medbay table. Even killing a barbarian on the Wastes hadn't bettered his gloomy mood. His best chance at restoring the prestige and fortunes of Bone Moon House was to do what they’d always done best – serve the imperial monarchy with unwavering devotion and quiet readiness. Loyalty was a commodity that was always in high demand.
His broken and scabbed lip slipped into a frown at the sight of a bone-armored alien scum sitting before the throne. She was rallying the bottom-of-the-pot mercenaries as well, then. That raised the probability for war… his mouth twisted in disgust as he examined the creature further. It looked like the offspring of a changeling and a toad. Still, he would mind his tongue for now. Zucceta was Queen, and he would serve.

Running late! Stupid rental pod, damn it! Well, whatever, how important could this be? It’s just a summons from the goddamned Queen of the whole goddamned Empire. Apparently, not attending was treason punishable by death, so hauling ass over in time was paramount! Rukkora clearly looked upset, her brows furrowed and her arms crossed as she finally made her way to the palace. She didn’t have time to deal with parking, leaving it outside the palace and flying to the gates… and then quickly returned to the gates as she’d forgotten the invitation on the seat. Fuck! She dented the door to the pod with her massive hands as she pried it open, grabbed the card and returned to the gates.
At the gate, they scanned the card and allowed her inside. Seemed she wasn’t too late, but definitely cutting it close. She deemed it best not to fly in like a bat out of hell, but kept a brisk pace as she marched down the long, red carpet and into the throne room. She’d chosen her usual attire — a sleek, custom-made suit of armour over a dark grey suit with black gloves and boots — but had her usually unruly mane of black hair tied in the back for the sake of looking presentable. Her blood-mixed warpaint was still in place, however; she didn’t feel right without it. Additionally, the insignia of the empire was worn on a short, dark red cape around her shoulders.
Honestly, Rukkora had no idea what this summons was about, but assumed it would involve some kind of violence. A woman like her doesn’t get called for big, formal meetings about intricate strategy. If her father had his way, she would, but he was dead so fuck him. No, Rukkora was content living a life of bloodshed and simple pleasures, so this had to be the type of meeting where a “brute” like her would be necessary. That thought put the smile back on her face. She really hoped it was going to be some kind of war.
Before the throne, Rukkora stood behind the kid with the X-shaped scar, subtly pushing herself in front go her. She stared up at Zucceta — well, more like stared directly at her, given her abnormal height. Not late! With a nod, she pounded her fist against her heart and knelt before the queen. “Hail!” said Rukkora, a toothy grin on her face.

Post by Zucceta on Jul 6, 2015 20:03:02 GMT
Some small part of Queen Zucceta was anxious for this meeting to go well. The war plan had certainly become more... complicated from the previous couple of days, and changes had to be made to the assault. She had to re-assess the situation because of the Red Realigner, formally known as the Administrator Azure; Virtual Poi. Her arm, oh, how her stump had itched when Cipher had come to her with the news of his 'transition'. She had smirked. She had assumed that such a transition would happen, and she had been proven correct. He had such power, and yet a weak vision with it. Nonetheless, his change possibly threatened her own empire; and that she could not abide.
But, that was no reason to not stick to at least a semblance of the original plan.
The first to arrive in the regal hall was one that Zucceta did not personally recognise, but his power level placed him on the level of the super-elite. He had all the proper formality, she gave him that, though she only truly feigned such formality herself; it was boring to her, truly. Still, it was important to maintain appearances, to a degree. "Hail, my soldier. What is your name?"
The next to arrive was Hitora, and she had expected his insolence. What a childish fool. Her lips twitch into a smirk at the chest-plate he was wearing. It was of decent make, but not very sophisticated. Still, it'd serve its purpose. She was glad he had chosen to wear it. And if she could response to his inner monologue, she'd reply that the itchiness doesn't last long, and soon the armor felt snug and comfortable to wear, like any clothes. She had to teach the boy patience, or else he'd never survive long enough to be of use to her.
The next warrior to arrive was another Zucceta didn't recognise, Natto. He seemed quite young, but his power level was at the level of a high-level elite warrior. He knew all the formalities, the same as the one above, but she couldn't sense the level of self-surety that she sensed from most saiya-jin. It was a sense of overconfidence she herself had possessed, before being defeated first by agents of the ministry, and then time and time again on Earth. It was a confidence she was slowly regaining, although she still felt out-classed by those such as the Red Realigner; she was only now approaching the level he had been when he had mangled her arm, and apparently his strength had multiplied since then. It figures.
But she no longer had to go to war with these fools by herself.
"I appreciate your service, soldier. May I ask to whom I am speaking?" She asks formally, a smile twitching at her lips.
The next warrior to arrive was Mayze. She smirks at his bored tone. He hadn't changed much, since they'd last met. She didn't know him well, but from what she knew, she liked. "It has been a while, Mayze, hasn't it? And my, how you've grown~" she muses, referring to his power level. Her own had more than doubled since they'd last met, too. She mostly ignores his last remark, only a corner of her lip twisting into a smile, before she moves her attentions to the next arrival.
The next was Radasha. She had been one of the fighters who had witnessed her fight with Vennel, and was (she recalled) one of her commander's friends, and also Kaula's mother. Zucceta smiles at the warrior. Even if her loyalty was still to Vennel, Vennel's loyalty, so far, was to Zucceta, even though they had a rivalry.
The one after, looked different to when she had seen him before; Icarus. The first thing that gave him away as the irritating Tuffle was the equally irritating saibaman accompanying him, even before he toyed with his disguise, his eyes flickering between their original, and current, appearances. Zucceta stares coldly at the plant-monster, before slapping the crown off of the beast's head, perhaps unintentionally knocking the monster over. "Always a pleasure, Icarus. Had some work done?" the queen says, her voice laced with bemused sarcasm as she motions to his face. She was, of course, referring to aesthetic surgery.
The next to arrive was Kaula. While Zucceta didn't know much about the hybrid, and remained a little suspicious of her covenant with that 'goddess', her mannerisms often amused the queen. She admired the girl's spirit, and her power was nothing to scoff at. She maintains her formality, for now. "That's Zucceta to you, comrade." Her voice is stoic, but a smile hides just beneath it.
Mojo came in next. The Zoon-seijin was one of her favourites, to be honest. Fiercely loyal, and only just a little smarter than a rock. She represses a chuckle at his pained formality. "Hail, Zoonian. How goes the pain?" Laughter threatens to break her false intrigue, but her voice remains neutral. She doubted that Mojo would see through to her amusement.
Luffa, the self-styled prince, staggered in after. His body was still wracked from the beating Hitora had given him. She almost felt guilty. Almost. She felt that, when the two were on more equal terms, the young noble might put her other 'student' in a tough situation. Still, she counted on his loyalty to her, if not his approval. He was a product of the ministry, essentially, the son of those elite types who had ruled this world for years, even before Zasho Koregutsu's demise. He would not know the meaning of decisive action.
The final to arrive was another warrior the queen of all saiyans did not recognise, but her power placed her among the top soldiers. She makes a note to add her, and the others, to her mental battle plans. "Hail!" the queen responds, in turn.
When it seemed nobody else was to arrive, and the clock ticking, the queen rises. "Those with the formality to remain standing may sit!" She snaps her fingers.
The lights dim, and the projector buzzes to life. It showed a rough map of the saiyan territories over the galaxy. It was a decent amount of territory, highlighted in red. "The saiyan solar empire is the second largest empire in all the galaxy, and feared by all for our might." She snaps her fingers.
The same picture appears, but this time showing a rough estimation of Arcosian territory. If the saiyan empire covered twenty percent of the map, the arcosian empire covered around fifty percent, highlighted in blue. "As you all know, for the longest ages, the Arcosians have been our biggest rival."
She punches her metallic fist into an open palm. "For the longest time, our advances against these changeling scumbags have been slowed and halted, by some treaty from a millennium ago. A relic from a dead age, and one that restricted us for too long. It made us weak, complacent enough to be ruled by those ministers, those who'd rather set us on each other than take the war to those who deserve it."
She jabs at the blue sector on the projector. "And they are at the weakest they have ever been."
She twists back to her audience. "The arcosians are at the weakest they have ever been, ruled by a tyrant of self-congratulation known as Wyntre Kold. She claims, so they say, to be descended from an ancient lineage of changeling warlords." She makes an organic noise with her mouth, as the slide changes to a picture of the Arcosian leader in her base, suppressed form. The picture had been hand-drawn by Zucceta, and was remarkably life-like; one of the queen's more creative, less violent hobbies. "She has gone against her ancestor's traditions, and thus weakening her empire, and her army."
The queen smiles. "While I'd crave a better challenge than this, the bitch deserves to be sent to the otherworld, for her complacency and cocksurety." She killed my friends.
"What I propose is simple; a squad of saiyans will head to the planet Arcose and destroy their empress, and any resistance. From their we will strike at Arcosian territory until their sector is completely annexed. Two other squads will head to two important focal points, Kanassa and the Brenchian twins, to enable a clean victory for the Arcose assault group."
She pauses, before sighing. "At least, that WAS the plan."
Another picture clicks up. The Red Re-aligner himself. Zucceta had redrawn the infected android with red hair, an approximation of what she believed he looked like with the Red Ghost virus.
She raises her metal arm. "This man is the one who did this to me. Me, the super saiyan. He was as powerful as I am now, and I am informed his power is now greater still. He is not to be taken lightly. And, I have been informed, his previously... calm nature has been replaced by one much more chaotic. He make become a threat to the stability of our empire far sooner than I had anticipated, although I considered his presence against us inevitable." She had reinforced the words super saiyan, so her soldiers might realise that the form was not as invincible as the legends had lead them to believe, although her fight with Vennel might have proved as much, when the previous queen had collapsed from blood loss despite her golden form.
She pauses again, watching her . "I was left with a choice between pursuing my original aim, and training all of us to defeat Virtual Poi. I decided on somewhere in between." And she smiles.
"A group of solar legionnaires will accompany to Arcose, and in the ensuing battle we will grow stronger. Many of you will remain on Vegeta and train for our return, on the off-chance Vi-Poi attacks before then. And when we return, we will pursue the tin can and fight on his own terms."
She hears murmuring among the crowd. Now was the time for a round of questions, before she discussed the nature of these battle plans. "Any questions?"

Aspa, remained standing even after the Queen greeted him. Bowing once more, Aspa did not want to leave a bad impression on the Queen. He remained bowed for ten seconds before standing back straight up.
“My name is Aspa, your Majesty!”
After his greeting to her majesty, the mighty Lady Death Aspa remained standing as he waited through the formalities of all the other guests within the meeting. He did not turn around to examine the other guests. He would more than likely meet them soon enough. When the Queen, told them all to sit, Aspa sat down. He didn’t acknowledge any of the others, due to him only knowing one or two of them.
Sitting on the front right bench, Aspa put his elbows on his knees and watched intently while listening to the Queen’s plan of invasion against Arcose. The damned changlings, deserved no less than near total annihilation, the rest would serve as cannon fodder for all he cared.
He listened with intense concentration, he rather not have to fight this Vi Poi character at his current power level. But if he could train before fighting this Vi Poi that crippled the queen. The gears started to turn within this Saiyan’s head, ‘the three strongest should lead squads to Arcose to fight the Changelings, but that would leave Vegeta vulnerable to attack by this Vi Poi’, he thinks in silence.
Knowing, that he shouldn’t speak out of turn he would wait while continuing to listen to Zucceta. Aspa continued to think, until he pressed his scouter to examine all of the power levels within the room. All of the power levels were greatly varied from each other, like he thought. The queen was indeed the strongest in the room, but with two people near her in power.
Thinking of who should go to Arcose to aid in the invasion of the empire, he would usually volunteer for such a mission, but this time his need to be stronger outweighed his urges to kill anything and everything he stood against.
“Your Majesty, I have a question. Whom would you take with you to Arcose, the Brenchian twins, and Kanassa? It seems to me, we’re going to need both the of the Saiyans with the power levels of over a hundred thousand here, to defend Vegeta. Just in case this Vi Poi, comes to attack our gem of a world.”
Aspa, stared at the Queen with calculating eyes as if testing her strategic mind. They needed most of the stronger Saiyans here to defend Vegeta, but they also needed strong Saiyans to go to the Arcosian Empire to conquer them.

Hitora listened to the queen; he was growing impatient the only real reason he had joined the Empire and had gotten this ridiculous armor was so that he could train under the woman who would become the queen. Hitora sighed as he listened to her plans to declare war on the Arcosian’s and some robot, the one who had removed her arm in fact had beaten her severely on the day the two had met. Hitora wanted to train, but he knew that right now his training was likely to end up on the backburner while these two issues were on hand. Hitora then sighed, he wasn’t strong enough for either parts of the plan, but likely Hitora was going to be told to stay behind and train himself to be stronger. Hitora then looked at the queen, a silent sign of knowing that his place was here on Vegeta for the time being and that he was going to need to begin his training on his own, though he wasn’t happy about it. He then began to tap his right index finger against his left bicep, he was anxious to get out of this stuffy room and begin his personal training.
(I apologize for the rambling, not much to say/do as my character)
