Appearance:
A young looking rather slim boy. Carrying a muscular buy agile figure in comparison with most of similar genes to him. His most glowing features would be his sly smile and gazing blue eyes that never seem void of a curious nature. His blue hair as well shines partly from being well taken care of. Including his well groomed blue saiyan tail. The product of mixing genes no less at their finest. The boy stands six feet even and weights in at just shy of two hundred pounds. His clothing varies from place to place often preferring to blend in to a degree at times. But if needed he'd adorn the classic body suit and a bluish tint saiyan armor. Even though he'd ten to not agree with his race at times he couldn't argue with how he liked the look.
History:
Born from the combination of a saiyan mercenary and a Arcosian empire officer. His mother a blue from head to toe alien with a taste for the exotic. His father more so just your stoic classic saiyan looking for a paycheck under his terms ofcourse. Himself being the accidental result. Arcosian Alcohol can do that too you. It wasn't until after the one time romp the woman would discover she was with child. Even more so when he was born she was rather put off by his tail and such. A saiyan lover for a night was one thing. But a son was another. Worried that this son may develop trouble with her superiors given his saiyan features. She was quick to set harsh rules and strict parenting. As if to make a example of him even as a child and her own flesh and blood.
A few early years of growth were accompanied by strict education and training. As if to perhaps mold something worth calling a son out of what she was given. The occasionally motherly attention was rare usually replaced with angry action and punishment when he failed his lessons of the mind or body. It would be at the age of thirteen when a bit of the saiyan rebellious side would start to show. Desiring not a bit more of this business or the prospect of being a soldier for any organization he didn't choose freely to join. His mother hoping to deliver him as a officer to be working for the empire. Thinking of her son merely as a way to show she could shape even saiyans into prouder loyal members to serve the Arcosians goals. Given besides the instinctual level to care for his mother he had nothing truly grown on him to wish to stay. He left a note nothing more saying he'd miss her partially true and he had his own life to live. A stupid boy really thinking he'd take on the world... or worlds as it were.
He'd take what little money he could swipe from his house's holding as well as a rather worn set of PTO armor. Plain clothes underneath. The boy stowing away on the first private merchant ship he saw. However learning rather fast he had to be better at hiding to stay on for the whole ride. He'd be caste out on a random planet in the galaxy colonized ofcourse. The merchants didn't want to murder some kid. The rest after that is mostly as they say is history. He spend a few years traveling from planet to planet looking for adventure coin and what all the galaxy could provide. A mercenary, pirate, purchased help. Whatever the time and area called for he'd adjust to live and make what money he needed. Facing few battles often times avoiding conflict when he could talking his way out of it. Although in battle a saiyan rage often ensued in a lust of battle. Never meeting many of his own kind he'd just chalk it up to saiyan rage rather then give it a actually explanation or though on who he was.
He classified himself as his own man rather a saiyan in the end or mutant. In recent years he's taken to fighting controlling his battle spirit though preferring to leave living targets when he could. Never growing on killing those he defeated like he'd heard or through of in his studies of his own race as a boy. For now just traveling looking for the next job to supply his habit of desiring new food drink and women from each planet and race he encounters. Trying his damnedest to avoid any major government as he did. Preferring to stick to the playful drunken adventurer then the diplomat. Although that would make it hard as low funds and trouble finding equipment or a crew to aid him had him often stumbling back to the
the planet Arcose. Although already listed as a trouble maker with a record under the law of the Empire. For now he still seeks his shot at a new life and his own glory and gold. But for now he'll settle for his life and any kind of chance.

Breath of Fire[N1]: By breathing in a heavy breath of oxygen and focusing his ki carefully Jarvis will exhale a rather long streaming blast of ki from his lips setting it ablaze using the ki to manipulate and ignite the oxygen working as a way of for a moment or two of breathing fire. Usually used in strong short bursts rather then long continuous sprays given the flames can burn him as well from prolonged head exposure.
Breath of Fire[UP2]: (Upgraded Breath of Fire) By breathing in a heavy breath of oxygen and focusing his ki carefully Jarvis will exhale a rather long streaming blast of ki from his lips setting it ablaze using the ki to manipulate and ignite the oxygen working as a way of for a moment or two of breathing fire. The flames being larger and a causing a bit more damage to the surrounding area possibly igniting more fires in its stronger form. Its also being a more focused technique a bit easier to manage without burning himself or his body when internally generating
Breath of Destruction[UV3]:(Final breath of fire upgrade) The final variant of the fire breathing ki technique. The goal being to incinerate ones foe with the flaming energy gathered in ones lungs and internal energy. The flames being exhaled carrying a strong focused ki letting the flames for the moment follow their foe briefly trying to spin around them and rush in on them as it bursts from Jarvis's lips. The flames also becoming highly quick to catch fire on surrounding materials. Aiding in burning its foes clothes and flesh much faster as well as the environment around them it hits to create a surrounding fire as a threat. However in highly flammable areas after Jarvis breaks his connection at the end of the attack trying to swirl chasing flames after his enemy. He loses control of the natural fires formed. Breath of Blind![UV3]: Building off a second tree from Breath of Fire UP2
- Jarvis's has utilized some strange abilities his enemies have seemed to possess to produce blinding light to momentarily stun his foes. But utilizing with a more dangerous application. Jarvis produces a blinding bright flame produced quickly and with a decent amount of ki fueling its flames. The intial blast releasing a flame burning so bright and flashing energy along with the blast. Making it not only possibly momentary blind his foe but also allow the burning sphere/beam of fire like energy aim to do sever harm to his foe as well.

Heartbreak shot! [n1]: Jarvis twists his fists and sends a corkscrew punch towards his foes heart! The goal of the blow aiming to be causing severe chest trauma and echo into the sternum causing pain. Ki can coat the hand as well help to add a more painful impact.

Blue Slashers[N1]: The only technique learned from his mother he favored. Focusing ki into his palms to create a pair of energy blades extended about the length of a dagger from his finger tips the ki glowing over his entire hands. Creating blades to slice and stab as is foe as long as he keeps the ki focused their. Usually only for the duration of a single attack or two before it disperses to save energy.
Blue Spear[UP2]: (Upgraded Blue Slasher) Jarvis will summon the blue bade ki aura around his forearm and hand as the pointed ki blade. Although rather then stabbing at his foe he'll concentrate the ki to lengthen the blade lightly and launch it forward as a spear like blast at his foe. Trying to pierce them with a javelin or spear like attack.
Blue Destruction[MP3]: (final version of blue slasher-blue spear)
: he strongest form of the bladed ki energy technique. The aqua ki a much more clean blade shape and extends a bit further out from the finger tips then its predecessors blue slasher or blue spear. Like its prior weaker variations the stronger variant can either be slashed and stabbed at the foe like the slashers. Or fired as in the Spears carrying a hefty bit of energy soaked in as well compared to its weaker comparisons. Being the final and most deadly version of his ki blade techniques when in a pinch.

Energy Suction![N1]: Two ways can launch this. Either by physical firm touch of say the palm of ones hands and feet. Or at times the locking of lips in a kiss. The energy flow being to try and for a brief short few moments link your ki with your foe. In a attempt to suck out and steal some of their energy trying to drain energy from them roughly and directly. The process being painful and feeling as if either the hands are like suction cups forcing energy painfully through the skin in a burning tingling sensation. Or through the mouth as if ones energy is being literally sucked out. The goal being a surprise to catch the enemy of guard and try and steal a little energy for a pick me up as well as do a little damage by draining your enemy. One has to get a hold of the foe first however to get this to work.
Energy Siphon[UP2]: The upgraded better trained version of ones draining ability. The open palms after the attack has hit literally pull in making the contacted body pull into the hands as if the energy is being sucked right through them in a magnetic feel. The feeling would likely be more painful then the prior version as well. The burning feeling would likely be worse then the first weaker version as more energy would be sucked out making a more painful attack. The more the attack is advanced the more it attempts to hinder the pain and increase connection to give better chance to draw in more energy and cause more damage.

Rather then going around for intimidation effect more going through them if he is able to hold the charge. Finding it humorous to show he is stronger by flying through someones blast then just going around it. Or if he so chooses in this stage he can just perform it as a barrier to stand there and take the attack as well and remain unharmed if his barrier holds up. [33% barrier]
Burning Blue Chariot! [V2]: Jarvis like before rushes his foe like before ki blade on hand but now is able to focus his energy a little more cleanly in his attempts. Using the barrier of ki that thinly forms around his body to try and rush through his foes attacks absorbing the damage and then forming what remains of his barrier into his attack to force through towards his enemy. Letting the ki blade do a bit more damage in the assault. [33% Barrier - Followed by Attack that uses remaining Barrier charge as an attack after subtracting what was needed to remove the enemy attack threat]
Explosive Blue Chariot! [UV3]: Jarvis more cleanly in its currently most powerful form focuses the thin barrier around his body and rushes straight for his enemy regardless of whatever attack is careening towards his body. He uses the energy to either absorb the hit without taking damage or fly straight through ki attacks aiming to send a quick punch or stab of ki with his fists for his enemy as if mocking their attempts to stop him.

Letting the ki blade do a bit more damage in the assault. Explosive Blue Chariot! [UV3]: Jarvis more cleanly in its currently most powerful form focuses the thin barrier around his body and rushes straight for his enemy regardless of whatever attack is careening towards his body. He uses the energy to either absorb the hit without taking damage or fly straight through ki attacks aiming to send a quick punch or stab of ki with his fists for his enemy as if mocking their attempts to stop him.
