Well, the basis we've had so far is building the races as if each one were an available race on Dragon Ball Online, so perhaps we should think of those lines instead?

I like and agree with a lot of this, I don't fully understand absorption but I don't think that majin will be very effective early game however I enjoy the Regeneration skill, I think it will take a long time (maybe just for me xD) to even achieve Super Buu. With the absorption, will this use a technique slot and if so, how many will it take since it is a pretty powerful move.

There is one feat of Majin Buu which was special to him and in this system would be powerful as flip. "Both Majin Buu and Kid Buu are able to copy the Super Kamehameha after only seeing it used once. According to Goku, Majin Buu also copied Vegeta's Continuous Energy Bullet (though it is unknown how Goku would know this, since it is a technique that most characters capable of manipulating ki can use). Kid Buu also copies Kibito Kai's Instantaneous Movement after seeing it only once."

I actually overheard that Bao had a race setup for them already, and I'm sure it is better than what I had since he has the design master plan for all the races in his head.

Here is the gist of my notes. I took out the heavy defense invested stuff because I doubt it would work. Body manipulation is something I don't know how to work out.
Racial Abilities Absorb: Builds up by +1 per each victim absorbed up to 4. Regenerate: Namekian Regenerate -head injury restriction.
Transformations:
Absorb (x1-4*) - Works like android overdrive & absorb mixed together.
Super Buu (x13 Permanent) - Requires 120,000 pl.
Mystic Buu(x28 Permanent) - Requires 275,000 pl and absorption.
Kid Buu (x35 Offense/x25 Defense) - 330,000 Power level .
Pure Majin (x43) - Requires 400,000 Power Level and a Saga Defeat.
Took out the Good Majin stats, could probably just be RPd- maybe allow them to purchase heal as a technique if they are good. Idk.

I like most of this besides the fact that the only way to get a transformation besides getting 120,000 Pl is risking your entire character in a death enable thread, I understand that maybe if you got absorb Npcs, it would be unfair since you are getting easy transformation, but seriously, I don't want my start transformation being one I have to take a giant risk to even achieve a bit of it. Just something to add but I'm loving the late game transformations!

This is all just tweaks of the bio-android really. Bio-androids have the same issue ><, but they are stronger towards the end. By modifying Majin absorption into an overdrive like ability the Majin in this system could get up to a x47 for a fight at end game if they do their absorption (putting them ahead of a maxed out bio-android & strongest end game "villain race" if they choose to consume absorption).
Definitely not built with an early game mindset. My idea is that the Majin bloodline is diluted from thousands of years of absorption of other races and way too much candy and they are striving to become pure.

Idea: How about the absorption can be used as many times as the person wants, but it can only stack up to (4/)5 and it can no longer be decreased? That always annoyed me because I could need to eat almost 8 PCs to max out my Metabolism once, use it, then max it out to use it again later on.

I could be down for that tho I would think bio androids would need the same buff. If Majins are too weak up front could possibly make it x2 trans minimum that could be built up to x4.

Another consideration to make would to be giving them an android similar secound trans at 50,000 pl instead of buffing absorption. IDK though.
