KEY "Capper's Normal Dialogue" 'Capper's Telepathy' 'Capper's Thoughts'
SURF AND TURF It had been a little while since Capper crashed onto Blue Banner's Site A. After quite literally crashing in and meeting with Zucceta, the former queen of the Solar Empire, Bing the former Guardian of the Earth, Vi-Poi the premier of the entire damn planet, Cipher, a key witness to the events that transpired on Namek, and his best buddy Etoru, a hero whom had lost two limbs despite his best efforts to protect everyone on Namek. And then there was Capper. Nobody special, just a little technician that bit off more than he could chew. And boy, did he get himself into quite the mess now. Capper took responsibility for creating Etoru some custom prosthetic limbs to replace his missing arm and leg.
There were a few obstacles in Capper's way, though. First and foremost, he was flat-out broke again! He promised to pay for the damages from the Aurora's crash into the Blue Banner's base-- which was why most of his cash earned from his race's sponsors was now gone. So he had to do some old-fashioned hunting and gathering to gather the necessary parts to make Etoru a new arm and leg. After a quick internet search, the saiyan boy discovered most of the parts he needed were commonly found in their mineral states at the bottom of the southern oceans, the very same seas that surrounded Site A! How convenient!
Capper managed to quickly re-engineer the space suit he used to adventure into Vegeta's Destron Wastes with Collard, Courgi, Brassica, Jor, and Purika into a proper scuba suit. Instead of it's usual gray color, the suit was a navy blue shade, dotted with some pale yellow highlights. The oxygen tube extended to a new mouthpiece on the front of the helmet, allowing a constant filter of air that would last for a few hours. New webbed gloves and flippers completed the look. Capper had prepared for moments like these. He was so used to people showing up when he was about to go on some big adventure-- it was like there was some giant [OPEN] sign right over his head-- so the saiyan mechanic prepped a few more spare suits for an aquatic adventure.
Sighing, Capper slid his flippers on, looking at a laminated piece of paper he printed while in the base. On it lied a rough map of the seafloor, with a few spots circled, marking some of the locations Capper had to reach. First up, he needed some condensed Lithillum crystals. They made good gravity cores that would stabilize the prosthetics he had planned, and allow them to tank tons of damage. While he had bought some from markets in the past, the saiyan learned that these elusive glowing crystals were found in submerged volcanic zones a little ways south of the island they were on currently. There were a few other seabound materials to obtain on the "To-do" list, but first things came first.
Capper slid his suit's helmet over his head, grabbing the oxygen pipe and sliding it into the holes on the front of the helmet. A cool breeze flew into his face for a moment, blowing the saiyan's hair back before it slowed down to a gentle whiff of air every now and then.
Thus began Capper's next journey on the little blue marble known as Earth. A lot of thoughts buzzed through the little boy's head. Some were hopeful, some were... darker. He still felt shame and guilt fro dragging his mother and Etoru to their fates on Namek, and a sense of uselessness and despair since he wasn't able to do a thing to help them. In the end, the boy's bravery helped spare his best friend from the dance of death, but not without the sacrifice of Etoru's lower arm and leg. Capper looked down to his own missing foot as he trotted through the beach near the ridge of Site A. He usually kept his boot over his peg-leg, but decided to let it breathe today. Loosing a limb was no easy thing, and Capper felt shame for bringing that upon Etoru.
Both of the saiyans seemed to put the blame on themselves- Etoru for not being able to save Chire, Mayze, Riku, and Namek in it's entirety from Xylo and Ouroboros' wrath, and Capper for his weakness and uselessness. If he wasn't there, would Etoru have won...? Perhaps. But it was over and done, and there was no use dawdling on the past. Capper had a new goal, a new resolve. He had to help his friend recover. The first order of business was getting the necessary parts for some robotic limbs! He managed to help remodel his mother's bionic leg that one time, so...
There it was again. That pang of guilt. How could he tell his dad that mom was... gone? Shaking his head and delivering himself a slap across the face, Capper brought himself back to his goal. Parts for Etoru's bionic arm. He wondered what the boy was up to now... Was he reuniting with his concerned family? Or still waiting at the Blue Banner Base? Capper hoped his friend was doing well...
And there it was! A beep from Capper's new scouter rang, signalling the approach of another person in the skies or on the beach. Shaking his head, the scuba-suitted saiyan would turn and tilt his head, waiting for whoever or whatever was coming to approach and state their purpose. Was it too much to ask to have some alone time every now and then, though?

Dilva had been practicing, lately. Support was all well and good to specialize in, but he'd have to do something with the stupid laser he could fire from his hand. It could be important at some point. While he shirked on training most of the time, he'd have to get stronger at SOME point. Especially since it seemed to mostly be happening without him noticing. He wasn't gaining muscle mass, or anything like that, but his Ki-Strength seemed to go up. He supposed it wasn't too unusual. He was garbage at fighting, but always had SOME natural Ki ability, even if he had only managed a proper Ki Blast for the first time...about two years ago.
Getting stronger didn't make him any less pathetic, however. Actually doing anything Ki related tended to give him a massive headache, unless he kept his Power Level Suppressed. And he ALWAYS kept it suppressed, leaving it out tended to leave to unwanted encounters, or other sorts of issues. People seemed to track him down, and if he could, he would find whoever decided to put a Neon Sign above his head reading 'Pester Me' And beat them up. More realistically, however, he'd probably get his ass kicked like he was nothing. Which he pretty much was.
He couldn't think of a single fight he had actually won, since...an incident, with his sword and a human's neck. And he didn't like thinking about that fight. The murder had really been an impulsive thing, and usually he was a LOT better at stopping himself from doing rash things like that. Especially since Karma was a REAL asshole. Especially when it came to his own life. If something COULD come back to bite him in the ass, it seemed like it would, so far! Turning on his Scouter's A.I. had been the most interesting thing he'd done lately, and it only lasted about five minutes! The bubbly, annoying voice it had somehow... 'Oh, 2600 that way! 7800 Over there! Go that way, that way!' Dilva ended up turning 'her' off pretty quickly.
Other than that, he supposed he had recently gone looking for novelty balloon arms. That had been decent, he supposed. Met some new people, got outside for a while...that sort of thing was nice, every once in a while. He couldn't complain, at least.
The day had brought him to the beach, as he heard humans liked to go to these places for...some reason. He couldn't see much point. He was sitting in the sand, tinkering with...something complicated looking. It was SUPPOSED to be a prototype for some (likely garbage) Device he had come up with, though he didn't exactly seem happy dealing with it. It wasn't doing ANYTHING it was supposed to! He was more of a visual learner, and he was screwed if he didn't have something to study off of.
Eventually, he seemed to have enough, muttered under his breath, and promptly set the piece of trash down. It was obvious it wasn't going to work the way he wanted, and by this point, he was just annoying himself for no reason. And then his scouter (Thankfully Non-Verbally) Chirped. Obviously, it would be someone of a fairly substantial Power, if it was going to bother him so he'd check it ou-20. PL of 20. Sure, it was more than an average human, but probably not really worth his time.
But seeing as it wouldn't SHUT UP about it, Dilva decided to go check it out. Maybe letting the A.I. keep control over his scouter wasn't the best idea. Even if she couldn't talk, she could still annoy him. He was starting to consider keeping the damn thing in Glasses mode full time. He released his suppressed Power Level, and went to go see who he was going to be having a 'lovely conversation' with today.
He flew across the beach (It was really just faster) and gently stopped when he got close enough. And then he blinked. Who the hell was this, and what the hell were they wearing?! If it was armor, it was some of the weirdest (And least practical) he had ever seen! Unless it was made out of some form of super-mega-steel, but he doubted it. Whoever it was would probably be crushed in that sort of thing! It wouldn't be practical in the slightest, if they got knocked down, how would they get back up?...And why was he thinking of ways to make improvements on something that probably didn't exist.
"Er...greetings, strange armor wearing...person..." For once, he was less nervous than he was confused. He was far, far stronger...for once. Not that it mattered. If anything, the only battle he'd get into was a verbal one. He was careful not to push it far enough that it became physical...unless something really, really went wrong. Or you were a certain Saiyan that would never ever be named again.
Because THAT never EVER happened to Dilva. In fact, he had NEVER gotten his ass kicked out of nowhere on Earth. And never, ever by an inanimate object. He was going to be totally fine, no doubt what-so-ever.

Post by Majin Makaz on Feb 11, 2017 4:58:12 GMT
Majin Makaz floated in the area, he was just wandering around now unaware of what the others were doing. His eyes focused on the area nearby him, Makaz had then began to close his eyes. Moving around at fast speeds as he'd stop, an energy wave flying out of his hand and into a distant rock on the seas. He'd watch, waiting a few minutes to see the ki wave almost run out of time and crash into the rock. His eyes turned, he had sensed the power levels around him. He'd stop as he flew off to where the power was. "2600 somewhere..WAIT FOUND IT! 10,492! and..20? That's so low..even i can BEAT THAT!" Makaz said, quickly he flew off. As usual his bottom half had been flowing in pink energy like a rocket's thrusters, his eyes focused ahead. Quickly he'd stop as a middle ground, with two sides. To the left of him lead deeper away to where the higher power level was, and to the right was the lower. Makaz had a plan, quickly throwing off some sort of signal inbetween. A flowing beam of pink energy, also known as "Vanishing Beam" that could be used to signal the other two. Makaz sat down on a lonely chair, watching as he heard the screeches. Seagull's had been murdered in the upcoming blast. "Hm. Kinda feel bad for those birds..well their animal lives don't really matter to me, let's get to it!" Makaz said, this surf and turf required a change of outfit. In an instant his body began to morph as he was now wearing black swim shorts with purple lines, alongside black shades. His smile remained as he held a watch and sat on a chair, he didn't really care for the summer outfit. But this was more like his "peacetime" event..
