TWO LITTLE, TOO LATE
"...Capper."
"Yeah, gramps?"
"...Don't die."
Courgi, the father of Collard and the grandfather of little Capper crouched down in front of his grandson as the little saiyan gathered his belongings while his old man a solemnly concerned glance. Don't die? Courgi was always a stoic and emotionless man of few words, but Capper could still make out a look of fear and concern in his grandfather's eyes. "Uh... Okay?" Capper spoke, tilting his head to the side as a few beads of sweat dripped beneath his scouter. Collard bit his organic lip, one of the few parts of him that wasn't mechanical at this point. Capper was the pride and joy of his son, Collard, and Courgi could feel an odd sense of deja vu from all this. "Listen. This is much like when you left for Earth with your mother. You were dead to us." Collard spoke, putting his hands on Capper's shoulders while a glum expression crossed the little saiyan's face due to his grandpa's brutal honesty.
"...Mrrrrg... Look! I won't die! I survived Earth, and I can survive whatever Namek throws at us!! I p-promise!!" Capper spoke, clenching his fists and holding his arms in front of him. "...Alright. A Hofferson always keeps their promises, child." Courgi concluded, standing back up and scooping Capper off the ground, perching the saiyan on his shoulder. "Let's finish packing." Nodding, Capper began to use his telekinesis to scoop up some suitcases and boxes of his stuff off the floor. Courgi picked up two large boxes of machinery, perching one on each hand. Trotting into the ship, Capper would whistle loudly, summoning his dear partner from their home- Alpha the Plexbit. Scampering over to Capper, the robot would beep and whirr. The saiyan boy pulled out a small piece of paper, placing it inside the robot's aperture. "Alpha, I need you to bring this to our friend, Etoru. You know him! 'Can't miss him." Capper spoke, patting the robot's head. Letting off a quick beep of affirmation, the android flew off into the skies, flying high above the city to get a fix on where this Etoru might be...
Meanwhile, Capper hopped of Courgi's shoulder, walking up to his mother, whom was also packing up. "Oi, Capper! You ready or what?!" She spoke, childish excitement in her eyes. Capper arrived in the nick of time- if he had come any later, Collard and Chire would have been off to Namek. The Saiyan Solar Empire was awful close to Namek, and rumor had it of some peculiar "dragon balls" on the planet. Chire initially was going to get training from their guru, but when she brought up the odd balls, Capper was quick to explain what they were, thanks to his information from Walker. Wish granting orbs that could grant someone's greatest desires! That's what Capper wanted! But little did he know that he would be getting a whole lot of something else...
He... he couldn't be small forever! If he continued to not hit his growth spurt, he'd be a dwarf his whole life! Shaking that horrible, deep fear aside, Capper nodded. "You know it!" The saiyan chirped while Courgi kept his usual straight face. Chire smiled, beaming to Collard's father. She respected the hell out of Courgi- the old man was the one that taught Chire how to summon a blaster, after all. Everything was just about packed now, but they still were missing one passenger. Collard sat outside of the Aurora, awaiting the arrival of one of Capper's closest friends.
Meanwhile, minutes would pass as Alpha searched the cities of Vegeta, narrowing his nonexistant eyes and honing his senses. Rounding a corner after a few minutes of searching, he eyed an individual that matched Capper's description! Beeping quite loudly, the skull would float over to Etoru, interrupting whatever he may be doing. Setting the paper down in front of the hybrid, should Etoru read it, he'd find a neatly-written letter in Capper's handwriting.

Etoru
I have recently become aware of some artifacts known as "Dragon Balls" on the distant planet Namek. They are wish granting orbs that summon a dragon! How cool is that?! Me and my family are packing up to look for these artifacts. You can join us if you so desire, we'll be packing back at home.Sincerely, Capper.
