Capper and his family all have close bond, compared to other saiyan families. Family's important, and the Hofferson Family is a force to be reckoned with when they all put their heads together. HOFFERSON HEIRLOOM TECHNIQUE - SKULL BLASTERSThe Skull Blasters are quite a unique attack that originated from Collard's line of the family, although Chire and her family have also been taught the technique. With this technique, the use summons a sentry skull of some kind of animal by them or near their opponent, and fires a beam of energy at them. Most of the time, these strange skulls show no sign of sentience, and simply float around with their only will being that of their summoner. However, with proper training and the additional purchase of a guard or minion, some Hoffersons can summon sapient skulls that sometimes even serve as family pets!
The skull's ki matches in color to that of the user, but the name of the attack consists of the user's name and a rhyming variant of Blaster- i.e Capper Blasters, Collard Revolver, Chire Rays, Cauli Cannons, etc. When they gain sentience, most of the time they do get named individually as well. Sentient skulls are named after mythological entities of their own species, or existing members of the species they are based after in OOC media, like animation, video games, etc. Some have even been able to summon skulls with full bodies as sentient pets!
The blasters can be broken or shattered, but some can be summoned right in their place if they are destroyed with some extra Ki. Sentient skulls cannot be re-summoned with their sentience, should they perish- they will be sent to the afterlife as normal, but they always have a way of escaping their otherworldly prison to reunite with their original summoners. They are usually offensive in battle, but they can also be used to create flashes of light to stun opponents, or be sent to block attacks as a barrier or shield. As long as the user has sufficient technique slots or the zeni to purchase them as a guard, the skulls are a versatile weapon or companion in battle for the Hoffersons and anyone else they teach to use.CURRENT FAMILY MEMBERS

Cowardly - Resourceful - Logical - A disaster - Prone to fits - Somewhat vain - Stubborn - Flighty - CaringYou know this cartoon character already. Capper is weakest member of the Hofferson Family, but a beloved member of the team nonetheless. He sometimes gets picked on by his cousins, but the protective parents of the saiyan mechanic are always quick to react to any danger their child is put in. His weakness led him to grow a fear of fighting and training, and instead he took up a profession in robotics and technology. Chire ended up dragging him along with during the Saiyan Invasion, and the saiyan boy seemingly perished during the fight. Hanging by a thread and being left behind by the saiyan forces, Capper hid on the Earth, but he gradually came out of his shell and made many friends. Planning to return home very soon, he's excited and a little nervous to meet his family once more.FATHER OF CAPPER, COLLARD
"Maybe sometimes it's better to take what's given to you."(Taken by Sketch)
Laid back - Resourceful - S Class Procrastinator - Rigid - Critical - Protective - Somewhat KindCapper's level-headed father. He will be mechanically a Guard for Capper in the future. The soon-to-be-father was a rather proud fighter, like most Saiyans. Collard grew up possessing a rather calm bravado- he had seen plenty of shit on Vegeta as a child, and eventually grew bliss to others and his surroundings, allowing the saiyan to simply not care about others or himself, really, and be able to think in battle without loosing his temper. That all changed one fateful day when the stoic saiyan fighter was assigned into a squadron with other low class northern warriors. The squad's leader, Chire, was a violent and impulsive fighter. Her squadmates were like family, but she was always reluctant to accept a new member into her little tag team. At first, Chire and Collard didn't hit it off very well. Chire mostly ignored his "commander's" impulsive choices, going off and doing his own thing. Sick of Collard's shit, Chire challenged the saiyan male to a spar. While he was dismissing the idea of fighting, Chire decked Collard right in the face while he was speaking! Thoroughly enraged for once, the saiyan attacked with all his might. The saiyan male fought back against Chire, but the saiyan squad commander just wouldn't give him any breathing room in the battle! Eventually the two reached a stalemate, both too tired to even throw a punch at the other. Both warriors had some degree of respect to the other now that they had proved themselves in battle.
Collard and Chire got along after their first scuffle- the female even shattered the saiyan male's bravado and managed to even fluster him with a few unexpected flirts, and after working together for a few years, a little romance developed between the violent female and calm male. To shorten this story, they married and ended up having an unexpected child a year after their marriage. Thus, Capper was born. Surprised at first due to their child's weakness and fear of fighting, Collard was the first to completely accept the fact that Capper just wasn't a fighter. Treating his fragile son with great care and keeping the ever so violent Chire in check, Collard retired from being a fighter and became a bartender to keep an eye on Capper and earn some money while Chire and her squadron went out on missions for the Empire. Collard was devastated when Capper seemingly perished during the Invasion. He still hasn't gotten over the loss of someone as close to him as his own son. But keeping Chire close and trying to keep spirits high, the saiyan wishes that he just could have said more to Capper before he passed...CHIRE, MOTHER OF CAPPER
"LET'S FUCK 'EM UP!"(Taken by Sketch)
Vivacious - Reacts too quickly - Ticking time bomb - Passionate - High Empathy - DramaticThe hotheaded and zealous mother of our weakling saiyan technician. She will function mechanically as a guard for Capper in the future. Chire was born with a rather high power level, but was still deemed low class. Growing up on Vegeta- place filled with so much violence and fighting from most of the rather brutish saiyans, Chire quickly became rather prone to violence and easily angered, wanting to fight back and knock some sense into whoever poked at her as a kid. She grew up fast and strong, and now commands hew own squadron. The saiyan female had Collard drafted into her squad, and quickly grew very frustrated with his ignorance and unwillingness to follow orders. She fought with her soon-to-be-husband, but the two saiyans reached a stalemate at the end. With new respect for each other's skills in battle, they agreed to have a little truce.
Chire and Collard hit it off, and eventually got married after a lot of flirting which Collard was blissfully oblivious to and getting acquainted with each other. The two seemed to balance each other out quite well. They eventually had Capper, a surprise addition to the family. Chire wanted to train him to be a fighter, but clearly failed. She dragged Capper with for the Invasion, but now feels regret for doing so, since he seems to have died during the assault. Chire is much more protective and snappy now that her son is gone, but Collard keeps her in check...
