Watch Where You're Going! Power Level: 220,211 Resonance: 2,422,321 / 2,642,532 Hideaki: 50,000 Rafar Mammon Satan City had long been Noxa’s ‘nesting zone’ — a little something she’d learn to shorten to ‘home’ once her understanding of society had expanded. It had been weeks — if not months — since the woman had abandoned the solitude of her makeshift ‘nest’, which had been nestled atop one of Satan City’s skyscrapers. She had traded that cancerous growth of organic matter for something a bit more modern: a relatively spacious apartment atop of the building she had bought-out and fashioned to be the base of operations for her business.
Though her newfound housing had mostly been furnished, the redhead found herself often contemplating in what ways she could improve her quality of life, and often it came down to appliances and furniture. With royalties from Dirty Dan’s work and a few measly returns from her shop. Said ‘returns’ were something she hoped would increase as the shop’s name got around; until then she had to make due with lower end goods.
Noxa decided that this afternoon would be the ideal time to head out and make good on her desires. It had been the only dry day that week, and it served as the easiest way to get electronics home without running the chance of ruining them before they even made their first use. With little in the way of appearance or presentation, the redhead simply walked from her apartment in her everyday metal-like chitin armor. No additional clothes or other frivolities.
The sun had not yet sunk low enough into the horizon to be completely engulfed by the tops of the city’s highrises, though there a slight burnt orange had already painted itself on the sky. As the woman traversed through the bustling streets of Satan City, heels clicking against the pavement as by her side massive pawpads did the same.
Her monstrously large canine companion had been promised a more comfortable place for him to rest — one that didn’t involve the barren floor. After all, every piece of furniture he attempted to settle on had been crushed thanks to his proportions, causing Noxa to forbid him to jump up on anything — most importantly guests and customers.
Without Mr. Floofs by her side, finding a proper dog bed would have been a task more difficult than normal, after all the dimensions fitting for a 5’9”, 888lbs demon dog aren’t something best left up to guessing. She doubted she’d be able to return a squished pet station.
Still, Noxa’s face was pointing directly down as she wandered through the city. Talon tips sliding and thumping away at her strange mixture of a PDA and a cellphone, the amazon attempting to find a nearby store that could suit her needs. She attempted to focus on her search, through every other minute a new message from one of her online friends would pop on the screen, causing her to open another window and lose herself in conversation again and again.
Mr. Floofs took notice of this, and found it a bit disheartening. He wanted his bed, damn it; and her distractions only delayed that goal. The redheaded bimbo's constant wandering into open traffic thanks to her zombie-like phone addiction was also something of concern. Or, rather, it would have been if the Bionic Woman wasn’t an above average ki user. Hideaki attempted to catch her attention more than once, but soon gave up and allowed the mindless wandering of Noxa, leaving her to bump into things on her own accord.
Perhaps the most blatant oversight on the Bio Android's behalf was the concealment of her power level. The woman's ki was left unchecked, rising to its natural, permanently boosted state. A beacon to any other ki-aware martial artists; a beacon that her ivory companion wasn't able to detect, leaving the both of them in a state of ignorance.

'THUMP' 'THUMP' 'THUMP' it was the sound that called from the hallway as if a giants footfall announced the titan. There was a pause and muffled metallic creaking sound could be heard, as if two great bits of metal slid against each other, a weapon, a sword on steel, a gun being cocked and loaded?
He stood there and heaved bringing up his payload on a small metal cart. "Goddamn elevator." he wore a faded brownish suit that was left unbuttoned at the top a tie that hung half way down his chest, his hair was slicked back and he had gone to the effort of polishing his horns that day but for all his efforts and charms he looked like a homeless used car salesmen."Since the heist I haven't been able to sell a god damn copy." he turned speaking to the cart full of leather bound books, obviously they didn't reply. "And now I'm talking to myself, great. This day has just been one big trial of patience."
And he sensed it as one might a gas leak, far too late. When aura sent forth by the bio-android and when it hits his sense like a tidal wave he wanted to scream, but that little voice that did all the screaming for him had died from a heart attack so it left the demon standing there with a silent shriek in his throat. "C'mon, you're a demon. Besides if she's in a city and has't turned it to dust she has to be one of the good guys, and good guys don't kill." his inner voice said sarcastically 'how much you wanna bet?'.
He mustered his courage, which when mustered couldn't fill even fill a mustard jar. "Okay, meet and greet. If you attach a face to this one its information, and you can sell that." So he breathed in letting his breath consume his attention in, out, in, out. And he bought his hand to the door his hand turning to a fist and he wrapped his knuckles against the door with a 'ratta-tap-tap'.

[Thread PL = 55,761] [Heavy Weights Active! = 13,940] [Invited by @noxa]
Yet again another boring day had passed for Retsu. Ever since his loss at the hands of Celmaru he had been taking it easy as he recovered. It had been a good fight, one that Retsu was alright with losing. Part of him felt as though he hadn't of even had a chance. Either way Retsu's day had been boring. He had headed into town once again to gather up supplies for the farm he worked at, and had only just finished his shopping.
As he flew through the air his scouter immediately alerted him to an incredibly strong power level. Another in the millions, but no where near the power of Walker. Retsu's first instinct was to leave and not deal with it, but being part of the Wild Hunt, he now had a duty to uphold. A curse escaped him under his breath before he turned and zoomed towards the Power Level.
When he arrived however he was extremely disappointed. It was Noxa. Of course it was Noxa. He had only met the Bio-Android once, and he could say it wasn't a pleasant meeting. He quickly descended, landing in front of her, before he glared. She wasn't paying attention to where she was going. Retsu would fix that. When she came close enough he rose a hand, slapping at the phone, in an attempt to knock it away from her.
"You are an Idiot." He said, a tad bit of frustration in his voice. "AND You are severely overweight."

The scantily-clad woman had a sly smile plastered on her face for the last three blocks. Blushing like a bride, and giggling like a schoolgirl, Noxa’s behavior was beginning to annoy her canine companion. All of the extra honking and yelling their way made it a little frustrating for him — he did have sensitive hearing, after all. He considered pulling her into his back and simply flying home to her shop. Fortunately the more they walked the less that need occurred, after all, they weren’t all that far.
By the time that a sudden influx of Arcosian ki found its way into interrupting her sunny afternoon stroll, the group was already only buy a few dozen a feet from the steel shutter entrance to her building. While Noxa had sensed that another ki — stronger than average, and of pure demonic nature — was nearby, possibly within or near her shop, this Arcosian found himself swiftly landing in front of her, bringing with him a powerful breeze that ruffled both the Bionic Woman’s scarlet man and her companion’s ivory fur.
Even as Retsu landed in front of her, Noxa’s face didn’t pull up from her phone. She looked down, guffawing like an idiot — essentially drooling over the phone. Retsu may or may not have caught a glimpse of a picture of a curvy, caramel figure rising from a tub while covered in bubbly foam.
However, caught off guard and not expecting the event, Noxa felt as the smack came and completely send it skidding into the pavement. Noxa’s face, instantly went slack. Her eyes slowly trailed up to look at Retsu as his line of insults came in.
"You are an Idiot AND You are severely overweight." Mr. Floofs found himself sitting beside Noxa, his tongue rolling from his mouth as he panted, watching as this unfolded. He had been with Noxa for a few months now, and even now he had absolutely no idea how this was going to go down.
“Excuse me?” Noxa asked slowly, “You seem to have accidentally bumped into me and caused me to drop my phone.” There was a pause, “And --.”
The woman narrowed her eyes, and not just because of the amber-colored light that bathed the city from the west. “Waaaait a second.” Noxa mumbled, “I know you — you’re that Lady Retsu fella, aren’t ya? I had some trouble recognizing you — all you arcosians look the same. Now, what do you want? You just slapped my phone off my hand and said some… Wrong statements.”
As the two went on with their little exchange, the dark, steel gray phone with neon yellow accents that had been slapped from Noxa’s hand began to levitate. Its shape would turn into that of a heart, and the drone would find itself levitating a little behind Noxa, hovering there obediently. IT seemed the item that Retsu had just slapped out of her hand was more than just a phone — especially considering a red, glowing ball of light formed at the very tip of the vessel, before a very pink laser shot towards the Arcosian’s face.
>>Collar Bot, 500 power level has joined.
“Now you’ve gone it — you’ve upset my phone.” Noxa gave a heavy, almost forced sigh. “Good job.”

PL: 4,460 "Hello." he called wrapping his knuckles again, his head whip cording around from right to left, left to right. "Heh, no ones home. Guess I don't have to meet who ever that terrifying power was." he took his cargo down the stars and onto the street the cart made a sound akin to dying rats screaming their utter protest at the lack of grease and virtue of being old. "God this is giving me a headache." he spotted them as one mouse might a cat, the goose flesh ran up his arm's as two titanic power level stood there talking. There should be law against elemental forces conversing on the street.
He moved towards the duo his face a mask of understanding that never touched his eye's and his step filled with jaunt and joy of a man ready to sell you something you don't need. "I have just one question for you." he pulled up at the duo, the phone flipping in the air tail over end and turning into what the demon could only call a tiny flying mobile with ill intent. "What do you want?" he was far too gone into his role to turn back and the fear strangled his need to run and get out of crater to be. "Now before you say anything, wouldn't you want an encyclopedia instead?" He picked up one from his cart turning the book over displaying the leather binding opening up to crisp pages of white dotted with the fine blocky text of the book, it was neat everything was in order totally unlike the demon's situation.
"There are many uses for the book, not only is it a great source of information. But it's heavy." he dropped the book out in front of him as if to illustrate the fact, it fell with a 'THUD'. "It makes a great paper weight, or a door stop. But not only that its a fashion statement, you're a learned women not some unrefined strumpet." he picked the book up withdraw a second from the cart. "Start your collection here stack them up on a book case, you'll be the envy of the town."
"So when you need a book buy my books." he struggled on that line his throat trying to close his fat mouth before he dug himself a hole so far he might just burrow through the planets core, he gave「N🎃XA」and Lord Retsu, a smile reserved for car salesmen and lawyers, a slimy thing that was neither friendly nor reassuring. He had tried for charming, he got bucket of slime.

Rafar had been enjoying a meal on his spaceship when his scouter nearly exploded with the sheer volume of the energy it had detected. He dropped his fork on the plate with a clatter, hastily setting the device to low quality mode, basically telling it "just give me a approximate number and a name". When he saw the name next to the reading, he gave a low moan of annoyance and resignation. It was the bio-droid, NOXA. "Computer, clean tell someone to clean this up, I'm going out for a while." Leaving his purchased assistants to do their work, Rafar walked towards his ship's ready room. Ten minutes later saw him flying at full speed towards the location, fully armored in his Sayian war regalia. He wasn't really sure why the bio-android annyoed him so, maybe it was just because she was so outspoken and LOUD all the time. And of course, wherever she appeared, a ridiculous situation and a fight were sure to follow. He just hoped she wasn't in the market for another earth-shattering fight with a Super Sayian, one had been enough thank you. Besides, he wasn't the legendary warrior, yet. Landing a few feet from the increasingly tense confrontation, he would catch the beam of purple energy, crushing it into nonexistence in the palm of his hand. “No attacks need to be fired here, I assume you don’t want to be a public enemies. How about we all just calm down before one of the ‘defenders’ arrive.”

"Its Lord Retsu." Retsu spoke. "And what I said was true. You are an idiot, and are severely over weight." He narrowed his eyes for a few moments before turning from her. He looked towards the robot, as Rafar seemed to arrive and stop its pathetic attack.
"Oh. That is someone I hadn't expected. Good Afternoon Rafar." He spoke before looking back to Noxa. "You should watch where you are going. You could get someone killed and then no doubt someone would show up to kill you and this whole city would cease to Exist." He looked towards Rafar, patting his armored shoulder. "You seem stronger. Have you been training? If you haven't I'm going to have to take you somewhere else and train you myself."
His focus now however turned towards that of Mammon. His eyes narrowed once more before raising a hand. "I'll give you ten seconds to get away from me." he said. "I am in no mood to deal with idiots of your type." His blue aura appeared around his body. He really wasn't kidding. "One...."
Retsu is in a really bad mood! Somebody should give him a hug.

The same demonic presence Noxa had sensed not too long ago seemed to approach the three stooges and the Arcosian.
The flying cell-drone didn't acknowledge him at all. However, Mr. Floofs turned around, casually walking to the man and his musty wares. Pushing his nose up to the book-filled cart and sniffling about, only to turn his head sharply and sneeze away from the merchandise.
There was also the presence of Rafar, who came in just in time to stop the cellphone drone’s attempt at giving Retsu a little energy flick.
Noxa didn’t share Rafar’s emotions, instead, she turned to the Saiyan with a rather warm, welcoming smile. “Oh, Rafar!” She said, “How are you doing, little guy? Don’t forget your Blutz Bands! It’s going to be a full moon tonight! Oh, and don’t worry, I don’t plan on fighting anyone.” Her hands came to rest on her hips as the woman buffed out her chest, proudly declaring her plans, “I, am getting ready for a DATE!”
Her attitude towards the Saiyan was shared by her dog, which upon smelling the arrival of a new individual turned his attention to Rafar. The 5'9" demon dog found himself trotting over to the young warrior, tongue lulling out as he panted. Said canine found himself sitting just a foot or so from Rafar, giving a high-pitch yelp towards the saiyan, before bringing his snout close to him as he began to sniff him out — familiarizing himself with the newcomer. Not long after that yelp came, a voice of roughly the same pitch as the yelp, found itself echoing in Rafar's mind; 'You smell like meat! Did you bring any? Are you going to share?'
Her composure returned to normal as Retsu’s decided to turn and threaten the poor merchant. To her, Noxa was a little less warm. “Oi — have you no shame? Why are you picking on a poor book salesman? Besides, didn’t you hear Rafar just now? No fighting — y’ damn space lizard.”
Noxa shook her head her body turning away from Retsu , instead turned to face Rafar, "See that? To me it looks like you should be telling the horny monster to settle down instead of me — I'm a busy woman, after all. Unlike Retsu I don't plant to spend my entire day harassing book salesmen." There was a prolonged pause, "Did I mention I have a date?"
With that out of the way the woman turned her entire body to the the demon, only for her to finally address the eloquent — albeit palpably desperate — sales pitch just thrown their way.
“You know what. Mr. Demon? You're right - I AM pretty smart!” the woman adorned a shit-eating grinned sharp canines to be set gleaming in the orange afternoon glow. To Noxa, it didn't a all come across as too cocky or smug, despite the fact it was certainly something along those lines.
At least, it seemed ego stroking did the trick on this one… Probably an instant sell considering said ego had just been attacked by the horny bald monster from outer space. “I will take all of your encyclopedias!”
The scarlet-haired vixen moved closer — nearly prancing in a giddy gait that reflected her current elation. Noxa, picking up one of the heavy books, found herself speaking up “I am already getting ideas! I could probably toss one of these really hard a tax collector's next time they come around - that'll show em!”
However, Noxa couldn’t help but think back to one particular little bt of the strange Demon’s sales pitch. Noxa’s head cocked over the droid, though she remained slightly leaning over the cart of goods.
“Hey, CB, whats a strumpet?”
A yellow light began to glow at the top of the robot’s form;lighting on and off in conjuction with every syllable its feminine, roboticized voice uttered. “Confirmed: Sending text: Pocky: “What is up, strumpet?”
Noxa, not understanding the sheer gravity of the misunderstanding caused by the bot’s faulty audio receptors, Noxa went the event as normal.
Noxa, not understanding the sheer gravity of the misunderstanding caused by the bot’s faulty audio receptors, Noxa went the event as normal, resuming her interaction with the Demon.
“I have to say, these are some nice waters — how’d you get a hold of ‘em?”

Have you ever walked on the hypothetical gallows examined your noose for faults and asked for another, well deep inside the demons minds eye this is what played out. "Woah, I don't want any trouble most honourable er- Changeling." his hand's coming up to his chest his bare palms exposed in a placating gesture of peace, the book fell from his open hands and he tossed desperate looks towards Noxa, Rafar, and even the dog. He wasn't scared it was just he had a healthy dose of respect for life and it just happened to look a whole hell lot like fear.
Sweat beaded down his forehead in thick liquid bands, his lank hair plastered to his face and the wiry smile of desperation. "Yes." He nodded towards Noxa, focusing his attention on the Bio-Android trying to find a silver lining to his situation. "Very smart, you make excellent choice. Three hundred Zeni, but since you are most kind but two hundred just for you."
"The tax man would not see it coming" he nodded in reply his head bobbing up and down like one big bobble head, his mouth forming the word's but the sound was cut off like a hatchet to his vocal cords as the phone sent its message, and he gulped audibly. "Strumpet, means close friend. Really close."
'I stole them' that is what he almost said, he pounced onto that train of thought and stuck its breaks on right that minute, he smiled openly the way a man at gun point might disarm them will a smile? "I won them, yeah. High stake game of scissors, paper, rock."

"Yeah, it seems like my training is going well, even though I am no where near your level. These weights are really useful." Getting back to the the situation at hand, Rafar adopted an offended expression as Noxa continued to speak. "Ok a couple of things, one... do you think I'm stupid enough to look at the full moon in the middle of a populated area? For whatever I lack in strength compared to you, I am by no means an idiot. Second, I am extremely close to finalizing my control over that state. Do you think I'll be a threat to society then?" He spat the last statement out with heavy sarcasm, clearly extremely angry. Just as he was about to continue on his tirade, a voice in his mind stopped him in his tracks. Somehow he had missed the gigantic dog walking alongside Noxa, who was apparently a telepathy. Deciding not to question it, Rafar patted the gigantic dog on it's head, "Sorry don't have any.. Did just eat a meal though."
Covering his face with his right hand, Rafar wondered what god had sent this woman to annoy him so. It was like someone had bundled all the little things he HATED into one person. Stupidity, using his words against his friend, being taken in by a sleazy BOOK merchant of all things, the list went on and on. Exercising a great deal of self control, he restrained himself from attacking NOXA.
Realized as I was typing this that NOXA is pretty much the polar opposite of Rafar lol

"Then get away from me, and don't sully my personal space with your disgusting presence!" Snapped Retsu, towards Mammon's plea for peace. The Arcosian Lord narrowed his eyes before looking to Noxa. He listened to her words, an annoyed look on his face before shaking his head. "She is right Rafar. You should get a blutz Band just in case." He looked back To Noxa, glaring at her as she attempted To scold him for his threat towards the salesmen.
He looked to Rafar for a moment. "You aren't stupid like Noxa. Its clear this man is a charlatan... Isn't it? The way he speaks just oozes with insincerity." He said. "Perhaps his merchandise is contraband. Even if we aren't the authorities, we may wish to be on guard in case he decides to try and cause a problem."
Retsu would fall silent as Rafar went on to try and set Noxa straight, a small smile coming across his face. He chuckled to himself when Rafar finished then shook his head. "Rafar, what is your power level without those weights?" He asked. " Have you checked recently?"
He hoped, while everyone was in conversation, no one would note the raising tail, that suddenly whipped towards Noxa's face, attempting to "sucker Punch" the bio Android. Should it miss or hit, Retsu would feint ignorance.

Noxa’s lips were curved into a very slight bow — a gentle, small smile as the woman shuffled through her hair for enough change for the man. Soon, both her hands would be reaching questionably deep within the back of her head, past any point of visibility thanks to the voluminous nature of her scarlet mane.
“Three hundred?” She reiterated, rummaging through her head as she looked for the change. Out came a leather-bound wallet. The woman looked down to find out the amount she wanted for.
She fished in and took out 360, handing it over to the demon. “There you go.” She said, “And a tip fo--”
Noxa was cut short by a loud, crackling SLAP! that came to face. As the sound came to her hair instantly gained volume, much like that of a feline in danger or in a battle; Noxa’s eyes widened, and the two hair mesh-like antenna over her head both sharply turned to Lord Retsu, like narrowed. The woman’s hair snatched the tail before it had a chance to retreat.
Slowly, the woman’s head turned towards the Arcosian with the rest of her body. Despite the beautiful glimmer of the orange afternoon sun, the immediate area around Noxa began to grow darker. Soon a red light began to burn at the edges of that darkness. The woman’s aura appeared, and like clockwork her ki began to climb.
“You know…” Noxa began, “It’s a good thing you Arcosians can survive in space…”
The woman’s body exploded as her muscle bulged — her slim upper body suddenly turning into something akin to that of a roided-out body builder. The sound of a fist tearing through the air at hypersonic speed was terrible — the sonic boom of the fist’s movement enough to shatter a nearby car’s window. The contact — if it should make — with Retsu’s chin, enough to snap a few more in the immediate vicinity. The impact’s intent was to make sure the Arcosian was sent into orbit.
If the pissed off virago had her way, and the impact was made, she turned towards Mr. Floofs, “Lead the demon and put the books in the shop. First floor.” Her head would then turn towards the condensed trail of air that Retsu’s body had made; her aura’s movement turning faster and faster as she shot after him.
As it appeared, you couldn’t poke a feral cat with a stick and not expect it to bite back. Apparently, rules and regulations only applied to those who agreed to be bound by them. Two very important life lessons that Noxa planned to ingrain into the Arcosian today — even if she had to break a few bones to do it.
She may end up breaking some even if he happened to be a fast learning; breaking bones was a rather cathartic experience, after all.
Mr. Floofs, having watched the entire thing happen, found himself slowly shaking his head in disapproval — however, his tail wagged furiously. He was happy to see his Alpha wasn’t one to take a beating and keep her head down. He wouldn’t ever admit that respect it instilled, but it certainly wouldn’t ever leave him.

PL: 4,460 It all happened in a flash to Mammon, one moment his hand was held out to collect the money the next the Arcosian, space initiative was launched right in front of him one fist at a time. His hair flailing around his head like a half mad octopus as the fight waged on before him, he thought in a half dazed stupor 'I better run before the fallout hits me, oh /shit/ I better run'.
He looked down at the dog and he had to admit he didn't have to look down far, that was a big dog. Too big, and he did remember somewhere in the back of his head that dogs didn't talk. "Lead on my canine friend." he didn't judge besides the sooner he delivered the books he could run screaming from the city.
"So uh, dog things. How dose that go?" He was really off his game right now, if he was playing monopoly he'd be filling for bankruptcy and pawning off his last house on Baltic Avenue, so he set about talking about the mindless things 'how 'bout that weather' or 'did you catch the game last night' anything that wasn't why was two elemental forces fighting above my head and will they hit me. "Ah. Good."
"It's a cut throat business in the encyclopedia world." he dragged his payload up the stairs the wheels of the cart crying out their distress all the way, he'd leave the books with the hound nodding his head and bidding his fair well and taking into the sky his cheap suit rumbling in the wind as he flew far, far, far away.

Rafar was about to ask Retsu what he had been doing, when NOXA hit him with a uppercut equaling the force of five supernovas. Shading his eyes, he watched Retsu's body receded farther and farther into the upper atmosphere. "Guess I should go see if he is still...you know....alive. Guess I'll be seeing you around NOXA" With a wave, he ran down the street as his white aura flared around him, lifting him into the air after Retsu's power signature.
