Across Vegeta, and the wider Saiyan quadrants, any SSE-affiliated scouters and holo-screens would buzz to life with the sound and image of the queen of all saiyans, Zucceta, sat in the commander's chair of her Imperator:
"Greetings, citizens and warriors of the Saiyan Solar Empire! It's been a while."
The queen considered her kayfabe for a moment, before continuing.
"Forgive my silence in past months. I failed in my mission to Earth--I had hoped to use its weapons against it and secure ultimate power for the Solar Empire, but I was bested and defeated. I feel ashamed with my loss. It is for this reason that I have decided to secede."
She paused for a moment, considering her next words and particular phrasing, and then smiled. "To take my place, I welcome Queen Habana, as one who will take the Solar Empire in a direction I never could. As per tradition, she may be challenged for her crown."
"Post-script: Unfortunately, I'm going to need the Imperator. I have a few things left to do. My deepest apologies, Queen Habana--"
The transmission closed, and the saiyan world was momentarily silent, before the bustle of life resumed.
