Tomoyo had originally planned on simply taking a nice stroll from the Tower for once... but he hadn't quite planned on coming this far... " Ech." The child complained as he shook sand from the dusty desert he had wandered a little too far into. " I don't like sand. It's course, and rough, and irritating... and it gets everywhere!" Tomo mumbled to himself before shaking more of the small particles from his boots. Currently the boy had changed from his green and brown gi to a more tougher outfit in the form of his yellow and turquoise gi; this one which had an undershirt. Turning back around to face the way he came. As far as he had wandered into the desert, he could still just barely see behind him the shimmering outline of the dense forest area he had come from... but seriously how had he gotten this far out without noticing!? Sighing to himself, the boy begrudgingly turned around after figuring it'd be best to turn back now and save himself the trouble later. " Its times like this I wish I knew how to fly..." Hazerru

Hazerru had just came back from another brief stay in the vast deserts, honestly getting more and more used to the warm, dry weather. He began seeing some sort of vague enjoyment in being there. The solitude felt nice and calming, a real sense of relaxation came over him every time he stayed the night. Speaking of...That had to be one of the main reasons Hazerru frequently visited so often. Whenever a full moon stood above the desert, the way it would make the barren, empty wasteland look was simply beautiful. Being a city-boy, Hazerru never really had the chance to experience nature the way he did in the recent months. You never seem to really appreciate it until you've been part of it...
He now flew above the Desert, on his way back to West Capitol to stay the coming nights and be a little more social. Hazerru was forced to take a slight detour, though, as flying over the ocean scared him to death for some odd reason. He found himself finally entering Grassland, on his way to fly right above the Fukurou Forest. Suddenly, Hazerru's energy sensing tingled with an unfamiliar, power Ki reading. It came from close...Down on the ground? Hazerru gazed towards the grassy ground and sure enough, a small boy wandered alone...Seemingly either bored out of his mind or completely lost.
Hazerru paused mid-air and narrowed his eyes, not able to quite believe that the powerful energy was coming from that kid. He must have been, like...What? 10? [Something's not quite right...] As suspicious as he was curious and concerned, Hazerru began to float towards the young boy with a fairly concerned expression. ''Uh- Hey there, kid...Are you lost or something? You shouldn't wander around alone, it gets pret-ty dangerous here sometimes...'' He approached the young lad, speaking completely out of his own experiences. Surely, if this kid was as powerful as Hazerru sensed him to be, he must have had SOME encounters with either the violent apes or the murderous robot-alien-whatever else there was.

Tomo's face was just as dejected as before as the small hybrid child stumbled through the desert and back towards the forested area of the land. Every so often Tomoyo would get his foot stuck after having it lodged in the sand for a few seconds, only to pull it out with an overexerted effort that sent sand flying for meters away with a large boom... he really hated sand.
Still, that expression did not linger for long on the boy's face as it lit up with excitement on seeing a new person flying next to him. "Hi! I'm Tomoyo! I'm 11 years old." He introduced, starting to get the hang of meeting new people. It was always nice talking to non-Saiyans, since they were always so fun to speak with and so nice! Tomo himself didn't like displaying his partial bloodline, so as per usual, his fluffy black tail resided nice and comfortably lengthened down his pant leg's sleeve; hidden away from any onlooker's sights and avoiding any awkward conversation. "What's your name?"
"I'm not lost, I live over there~" The boy declared before pointing his finger in the direction he was heading, not forward towards the trees but his arm vastly upwards to indicate to the newcomer the large tower-like structure just barely visible in the distance. Still though, a concerned look fell on Tomoyo's face briefly as he felt his legs starting to get tired already from the walk. "I'm just tired a little though..."

[Base PL: 10,100] [Effects: Supression Active: PL Reduced to => 20] [KP: 3/3] [OOC: Honestly, if this doesn't really become popular with other people we might have to get rid of the DE tag and just make it a regular thread. Doesn't really feel like a DE for the time being, eh?]
Huh...Well this was a weird encounter. The overwhelming amount of energy that radiated from this boy for his age did not exactly match up with how he acted... At first, Hazerru suspected it to be a Saiyan child, since Saiyans usually have more powerful energy than his own species. Yet, with all the Saiyans Hazerru has ran into over time, he could say with certainty that this wasn't one. The darker skin tone and not-gravity-defying hair gave it away completely. Did...Did this mean this kid was just like him? A simple human, blessed with extreme power for seemingly no reason? This boy was crazy strong for his age, way stronger than Hazerru was when he was so young. In fact, this kid seemed to be just as powerful as he was a couple of months ago. Hazerru followed the direction the boy pointed towards, glancing over his shoulder. At first, he saw nothing that made him realize...Until the tower came into view. ''...Eh?'' My god...That thing was HUGE. It stretched all the way into the clouds, completely vanishing from sight. The boy's mouth hung open slightly, one question circling through his head. ''...Has that been there the entire time?'' The boy muttered with narrowed eyes. In the multiple months that Hazerru had spent wandering around the western lands, he has honest to god never taken notice of the Tower before. ''I really oughta get my glasses fixed...'' He continued to mumble to no one in particular, thinking out loud...Sort of.
He turned back towards the darker skinned boy with the audible realization that he hadn't introduced himself before. ''Er, right. I'm Hazerru.'' The boy paused for a moment, shifting in his positioning slightly. ''Say...Tomo, right? You've got some amazing power for a kid your age...How'd you get that strong, anyway? I'm just kinda...Curious.'' Hazerru wasn't really sure how to act towards a child, not really being one to do the whole overly-happy-smiley-shtick.

Apologies for intervening here, but I'm going to have to remove the Death Enabled tag from this thread. As it stands, this thread isn't high-stakes enough to become an Open DE. I'll be removing the tag. If you wish to make this a Closed DE instead you may do so, but until things get more intense it cannot be an Open DE.

Tomoyo did let out a little giggle at Hazerru's confusion on seeing the tower; it was understandable that he was surprised as the tall structure Tomo had come to call home was admittedly very large. Still, the fact that he hadn't seen it before was strange in and of itself. How do you miss something that big?
"No, it's always been there." Tomo answered to Hazerru's mumbling, overhearing his subtle tones. "Nice to meetcha, Hazerru!" Enthusiastically answered Tomoyo to the floating human, still perfectly happy talking to this new person. When he had mentioned Tomo's strength though, a peculiar look of confusion overcame the child. "Strength? I'm not strong am I?" He pondered to himself, wondering what the guy was talking about. Compared to a bunch of people on Vegeta, he was a weakling and a failure. Heck, he couldn't even go Great Ape!
Waving his hand in front of his head, Tomo gave a nervous and embarrassed smile before responding to the older human's inquiries. "Hehehe, I'm not that strong. Silly!" Tomoyo bashfully commented before once more shaking his leg to rid some of the sand from it. "I just drink lotsa milk and make sure not to stay up past my bedtime! (Otherwise mom or Teku might get mad...)" He added under his breath, shuddering a bit at the thought of angering either of the two older women in his life. The last thing Tomoyo needed was another 2-day long training session with his mom... but since leaving Vegeta the chances of that had diminished to quite a relieving level.
"Hey Hazerru, could you please carry me back home? My feet hurt." The hybrid child suddenly piped up, hoping this nice stranger would give him a ride and fly him back. Walking certainly wasn't a fun thing to do when there were so many faster options~

It was then that Hazerru remembered how terrible he was with children. Seriously, something about their happy-peppy-innocent behaviour didn't really click with Hazerru's more sarcastic and cynical ways of talking to others. Not a lot of kids understood the concept of sarcasm or irony, after all. It seems this 'Tomoyo' kept flat out denying the fact that he was strong, which meant one of two things: Either he was humble...Which, for a kid his age? Nah, probably not. If its one thing Hazerru knew about kids, it's that they LOVED to boast about whatever they were good at. The other option was that this kid didn't realize just how powerful he was...Probably because he's met super powerful people before? That...Sounded like a way more realistic outcome, considering the ridiculous amount of powerful people walking around on Earth.
Hazerru's eyes widened a slight amount as the boy asked for a ride back home...Huh. Lowering himself, Hazerru's feet hit the ground carefully as he crossed his arms, looking at Tomoyo with a weird, questioning gaze. ''...You can't fly?'' Hazerru asked in the most polite tone he could muster. It must have sounded at least a little bit forced. While, in all honesty, Hazerru really didn't care that much for some random kid, just leaving him here and flying away going ''Kthxbai'' probably wasn't the nicest thing to do.
He shrugged casually, a slight grin forming on his face. ''Eh, why not? Not in a hurry anyway.'' He said in a laid-back manner, extending a hand toward the much shorter kid that he could hold onto whilst they flew. ''So, like, you live at the top of that thing, or?'' Hazerru asked, obviously talking about the giant ass Tower standing in the middle of the forest.
...Hazerru still had trouble believing that he didn't notice it before.
....Seriously, how do you just MISS something THAT big?

...You can't fly?
Tomoyo couldn't help but cast his eyes towards the ground in dismay at the reminder of this fact. It was the truth, despite being trained by his mother, a freaking Saiyan WARRIOR, he still to this day couldn't fly to save his life (and trust him, his mother tested out that threshold to its extremes). "No... I can't fly." The child mumbled in a barely audible voice before discarding the thought. No point in just bringing up old wants and wishes when there was nothing to do about it.
Seeing that Hazerru extended down his arm to let Tomo fly with him, Tomoyo snapped out of his stupor as his innocent smile soon returned to accompany his gleeful tone. "Alrighty then~" Agreed the hybrid before instead using Hazerru's arm as a pull point and pull himself up and onto Hazerru's back. Latching onto the back of the older human, Tomo couldn't help but break out into a grin at even floating barely a meter off the ground. "Let's go!" Any flying was cool flying~
As the two of them soared through the air, approaching Tomo's Tower at a hundred times faster rate than he would have alone on foot, Tomoyo did his best to listen in on Hazerru's attempt at conversing if only to make the ride more enjoyable. "Well... I don't really live at the top. That's where miss god lives!" The hybrid casually answered, not quite understanding or knowing the magnitude of the words he was speaking even. "I live in the middle under her! It's not as big but its still cool."

Confused stumbling and mumbling came from the much older Hazerru as the small Tomo climbed on his back. His eyebrow twitched in a mix of frustration and uncomfortableness. If any other person would even CONSIDER doing this, Hazerru would've surely let a number of offensive slurs and curse words rip. But...He was the adult here, the kid only being 11. Hazerru shivered in discomfort, for a moment considering to just slam his back into the ground and force the brat off. He quickly shaked off those thoughts, though, knowing full well that'd be a complete dick move.
With slight reluctance, Hazerru began floating in the air, speed gradually increasing as they headed toward the Tower this kid supposedly lived in. Honestly, Hazerru wasn't sure to even believe the kid...Who the hell just lives in a gigantic tower? Was this guy important or something? Suddenly, Tomo said something that peaked Hazerru's interest. ''Wait- God!?'' Hazerru sounded surprised. But who could blame him? He gazed over his shoulder, raising an eyebrow with a questioning gaze. ''As in, like...THE god? You're kidding me, right?'' No way in hell that was actually a thing.
...
Right?
Yeah, surely he was joking, or lying...Or just using his imagination. Hazerru sometimes forgot that this was still a kid he was speaking to, maybe someone tricked him or lied to him? That seemed way more believable. Who'd believe an 11 year old anyway when he said dumb, ignorant stuff like that? Sooner than he would've expected, Hazerru and Tomo came closer and closer to what seemed to a gigantic room bulging out of the thin, long tower. Was this the ''home'' Tomoyo was talking about? Seriously, how ridiculous of a house could you design? What was even the point of this thing? Why the hell did that Tower stretch into the damn skies? ''Is...Uh, is this it? Seriously, you've got one weird house...'' Hazerru said to the boy as he floated closer toward the building, then...He realized something. ''Wait- How the hell do you even...Get UP here?'' If this kid couldn't fly...Did that mean...?

Raising his eyebrows at Hazerru's sudden outburst, Tomo was confused to say the least at the elder's reaction to what he assumed to be a relatively unimportant statement. "Yeah, Miss god is pretty nice. She has four arms and is green and really cool!" He offhandedly described the earth's Kami, at least by the description he had heard. When Tomo had first met said guardian, he hadn't really known her position until someone had mentioned it in the town below when talking about "The strange being" on top of the tower like it was some sort of myth. "Huh, why? Was it funny?" Tomoyo questioned Hazerru's statement, still somewhat confused at the response.
But that confusion soon faded away as the sight of Tomo's Tower began coming into full view, including the main area of which including his home! "Yup~ That's where I live!" Declared the hybrid proudly as they approached it. "It's comfy and warm and my sister even brought up furniture for me!"
Wait- How the hell do you even...Get UP here?
Confused once more by the older boy's responded, Tomoyo's eyebrows furrowed as he tried thinking what he meant. "What do you mean? I just climbed up? It's not like I can fly." Jeez, was this guy a dummy or something? How else would he get up the tower if he didn't climb it or fly?
What a dummy.

The human private jet pulled a difficult face at the kid's ridiculous description of his...'God', blinking twice in sheer confusion. ''...Huh.'' Hazerru really didn't know what to even comment or say about it. Even he had his limits regarding unbelievably weird shit. Once Tomoyo asked whether or not he thought it was funny, Hazerru let out a questioning hum in response. He glanced over his shoulder as his body, who was lazily carrying the boy, floated over the railing of the tower. ''Well- Not sure if 'funny' is the right way to explain it...'' Again, Hazerru really wished he could make some stupid snarky comment regarding just how stupid the kid sounded, but that was exactly the problem: He was a kid. Then again, the fact that he was talking to an 11-year old made Hazerru a little more tolerable in regards to ridiculous statements.
Finally noticing that Hazerru was actually inside, his eyes widened slightly due to the realization. His feet lightly tapped onto the floor before he crouched down slightly, allowing Tomoyo to climb off of his shoulders. ''Oh, wow...'' Hazerru let out under his breath. He found himself pleasantly surprised by the home. The decoration wasn't half bad, there was a TON of space, and honestly...It was much better and more than Hazerru had. ''The moment you realize an 11 year old has a better house than you do...You're one lucky kid.'' Hazerru had quite the grumbly tone as he spoke, but quickly shrugged it off with a short snort-laugh.

While the two of them were fast approaching the Tower, Tomo was still pondering Haz's previous words and actions. What was so funny about the statement he said before? "Maybe Haz had a fight with miss god or something?" The hybrid child mused in his mind before shaking the thought from his mind. Eh, it probably wasn't important anyway.
Finally bringing his thought process back to the present though, Tomoyo was surprised to say the least that he was already home. "Woah! You're fast!" The child enthusiastically exclaimed before sliding down Hazerru's arm and landing on the tiled floor of the main room. Stretching his arms above his head and spreading his legs apart, Tomo let out a large yawn before turning back to the elder human. "Thanks again, Hazzy!" Tomoyo grinned, abbreviating the human's name for convenience's sake in passing conversation.
You're one lucky kid.
At Hazerru's comment though, Tomoyo turned around to grant the boy a look of concern and confusion. "Huh? Do you not have a place to live?" The boy questioned while walking over and picking out a water bottle from the icebox he kept in his fridge. Jogging back over to the awaiting human, the hybrid human offered the cold bottle still spotted with frozen dew. "Here!"
Taking a sip from his own bottle, Tomo plopped down on his sofa before addressing his elder again. "If you want, you can stay here if you want? That way you could have a place to stay and we could play together a bunch!"
