The royal palace of Konats. Cipher remembered the last time he was here, when he had assumed the role of 'The Prophet' and had spoken with the former king. He couldn't help but feel a bit melancholic, the man had been a good ruler, before Plato killed him in the civil war and took control of the planet. Cipher couldn't help but feel the man would have done a much better job running the place than Plato ever did.
The android slowly touched down before the large doors to the palace. The last time he was here, he had come in trough one of the balconies, but he didn't know how this Maximilian and 'Buckethead' would react to that. The android felt it best to simply wait until somebody answered the door. They had been told ahead of time that he was coming, and if they could detect his presence like RED could, they would feel him coming.
As the android waited outside the door, he took a look around, noticing the repairs from damage made by Plato. He wondered if the others were going to join him in this meeting, or if they were going to explore the planet. Neither Aina nor Tekuma had come to this planet before, so Cipher couldn't blame them for taking in the scenery.

[Thread PL: 63,332 | Resillium Core (x6P) Active! Current PL: 379,992! | Limiter Earrings (Medium Weights) Active! Current PL: 189,996!] [ Maximillion has joined the thread! Maximillion's PL: 50,000!] In the dark depths of Konats Laboratory, the flickering lights of machinery were the only source of illumination. The Good Doctor worked tirelessly on his next creation, but he was having trouble making any headway with his project. As yet another test of his new machines combat awareness failed miserably, his irritation grew. What was causing this particular model to fail in the combat department? His mind raced for answers, but before he could find one, the sound of footfalls echoing through the corridor behind him grew louder. Someone was coming, and his scanner told him it was an ally. A short Konatsian Guard entered the room, his eyes trying and failing to adjust to the lack of light. Doctor Breech turned to him, his voice cold as he spoke. "What is it you need, Soldier?" The guard quickly knelt down before speaking. "Doctor, he has arrived." Breeches Scanner went off again. An enormous Artifical Energy was headed to the palace gates. Rebecca had warned him of this one. A soldier from Earth's Blue Banner. He scowled, walking past the soldier and heading up the stairs towards the throne room. As he entered the throne room, his eyes fell upon the False King Maximillion. The puppet sat on his throne comfortably, a pale-skinned Konatsian guard to his left, and a Cycloid to his right. He gave Breech a salute, receiving a simple nod from the doctor in response. Not wanting to keep their guest waiting long, Breech quickly made his way towards the palace gates. He arrived in mere moments, ordering a nearby Konatsian to open the large doors. After a moment of struggling, the door slowly swung open, revealing Breech to the Blue Banner Visitor. As the Doctor laid his eyes upon the Android, his eyes widened slightly. His power was immense! Nothing Breech had ever created could come close to the marvel that was Cipher's strength. The mere thought that he might one day create a machine more powerful than Cipher invigorated the aged scientist. With a smile, he gave a polite bow to the pale-faced Android, speaking in a warm tone as he greeted his guest. "Greetings. I am Doctor Breech Aris; Advisor to King Maximillion, and creator of the metallic Guardians known as the Cycloids. May I ask what your business is here on Konats?"

Cipher waited quietly before the doors, waiting for someone to arrive. It didn't take as long as he thought as the doors began to slowly open, though the android was somewhat surprised as to who waited on the other side. Instead of a Konatsian, like he had been expecting, instead stood what appeared to be an old man. However, thefirst thing he noticed was that he couldn't sense any energy from him at all. An android huh? The android introduced himself as Dr Breech, advisor to the king and creator of things called Cycloids. Cipher gave a small nod of acknowledgement before Breech asked him of his business. "A pleasure to meet you Dr Breech. I am Cipher 24, of the Blue Banner Army of Earth. Sorry to trouble you so, but I was curious about the state of affairs on this planet. You see, recently the former king, Plato, attacked one of our cities, and when I was last here, he had just been crowned. I have a bit of an interest in the welfare of this planet you see, and wanted to make sure that everything was in order." The android took a look around at the area before turning his attention back to Breech, "Though I did hear something about trouble involving rebels?"Dr. Breech

Breech nodded somberly. Cipher's explanation had cleared up all confusion the Doctor had had about the Blue Banner's interference here. It was a simple matter to clear up, it seemed. A bit of chit-chat to explain the situations here, and they would leave. Hopefully they wouldn't want to "establish relations" between planets. Having an ultra powerful military checking in would make hiding the truth of the situation just that bit harder.
"I see. Plato, our former King, fought bravely, but he was exiled by a bio-warrior made of bark. I'm not sure what was going on before I arrived, but it seemed the Saiyan Empire was primed to take this planet over. With the king making his forced leave, I felt the need to step in and help this planet survive the Empire's grip. So far I think we are doing well."
The Android Doctor turned, gesturing for Cipher to follow as he made his way through the palace. They would travel down an incredibly large hall, with branches leading to rooms every which way. One could easily get lost in even this first corridor if they weren't watching their step.
"Ah yes, the rebels. Quite an issue they are. They're from a cult that follows some 'White Queen'. They're unhappy with Maximillion's rise to power, and have sunken to blatant terrorism to achieve their goals. Our Cycloids alongside the elite of the Konatsian military have been able to keep them from causing much harm so far. Once we find their base of operations we can drive them off the planet or slay the ones who refuse to move their feet. We cannot tolerate villains on our planet."
Soon enough, the duo would arrive in the throne room. On the throne sat Maximillion, Konats' newest King. Breech knelt down in front of the faux leader, a slight smirk hidden by his bowed head. "Good day, my lord. We have a visitor from planet Earth. He wishes to ensure the safety of our planet." The Android Advisor quickly took to a stand, moving to the side of the throne, standing silently.
Maximillion sat up in his chair, eyes looking over the pale Android. This one was interesting to be sure. "Greetings, young warrior. I am King Maximillion. A pleasure to make your acquaintance. Forgive my curiosity, but I must ask; what is it that has you so interested in Konats' safety? You have your own planet to fret over do you not?"

Cipher nodded as Breech gave his explanation. Yes, he had heard about Walker's sudden appearance on Konats, though the android couldn't think of any reason why he would suddenly appear like that. Did he have some sort of interest in Konats as well? The android remembered Reikiko's interest in learning the magic of the planet, but Walker had long since parted with her after her death, as had Cipher. He would have to ask the bio android about this once he returned to Earth. As Breech spoke about the rebels and the white queen, a saddened look crossed his face. "I had heard about that. A shame. I had heard the religion of the White Queen encouraged peace on Konats, not violance. It saddens me to see followers devolve into such brutality." He didn't exactly approve of Breech's plan to wipe them all out. This change in power had clearly divided Konats, and Cipher wanted to see the planet whole again. Especially since he was the one who brought the 'White Queen' to Konats in the first place. Soon, Cipher was standing before the king, a tall, proud looking Konatsian with red hair. As he introduced himself, he asked about Cipher's business on Konats. Cipher gave the king a formal bow. "Your majesty, I am Cipher 24 of the Blue Baner Army of Earth." He stood back up, looking at the Konatsian before him, "I can assure you that my own planet's safety is assured for the time being. My interest now lies in Konats. Some time ago I lived amongst your people, grew to appreciate your culture. Now hearing that your people divided, I wish to offer my assistance in restoring peace."As he spoke, Cipher couldn't help but feel something strange about this king. Something about the energy he gave off that just didn't seem right. But Cipher couldn't put his finger on why. He would keep quiet about it for now. Dr. Breech

Maximillion's brow furrowed, his hand resting under his chin at Cipher's offer. "I see... I can tell just by looking at you that you have immense power. Someone like you would be quite the invaluable ally." He turned his head to Breech, side-eyeing Cipher for a moment, before fully turning his attention to his Advisor. "Breech? What do you think?"
The Doctor gave Cipher a harsh look, before speaking in a calculative tone. "If I knew more about this Blue Banner, I'd say we'd be in good hands, but my stay on Earth involved them very little. That, alongside the fact that Cipher seems to know more about the rebels than I'd expected from an outsider, it makes me a bit more than wary of his true intent."
The False King nodded, turning back to Cipher. "Well, you heard the man. I invite you to stay in my kingdom as long as you like, but we will be keeping an eye on you. What with the recent attempt at being conquered by the Saiyan Empire, we need to be on our toes. I'm sure you understand my unease at least somewhat."
In the next moment, the doors to the throne room would slam open, and a furious looking Konatsian official stomped in. "King Maximillion!" The man waved a set of papers, pushing past Cipher as he came closer. "You have neglected to look over these documents for the last three days! If we do not get your approval, we will never be allowed to expand the barracks!"
Maximillion blinked blankly, grabbing the papers from the official, and laughing awkwardly. "Well then... Looks like I've got some work ahead of me. Perhaps we'll speak again later, Cipher. You can find the exit on your own, I'm sure."
Figured it was better to end this with a decent post rather than just throwing it up on TTG. I'll take Zeni. Sorry this one was kinda ignored, Ciph. Holiday season kept me pretty busy.
