Name: Milac (after Milacidae- a slug)
Alias:Little Green
Species: Namekian
Gender: Asexual(Male identity)
Age: Three "and a half"
Appearance:
History:
Milac was hatched several years ago on the peaceful planet of New Namek, one of many spawn of the current Grand- Elder Guru. Living in a peaceful existence, the young Namekian spent his time as one among many. He was taught the healing arts by various older Namekian's of the Dragon Clan as well as the basics of flight which he seemed to excel at for a child his age. Milac was also born with his chi sense ability, a rare gift for one to be blessed with at birth. Aside from this, nothing really stood out about the young Namekian. He was often saddened by the lack of variety in Namekian life and struggled with self identity issues. It was odd for a Namekian to feel this way, and Milac was often criticized for focusing to much of his time on trying to set himself apart from others in a society where conformity was considered the norm. Milac's rebellions were usually small and lighthearted; he would sometimes wander off on his own to enjoy nature when he was supposed to be studying with the other hatch-lings. He also spent a lot of time learning the tongue of earthlings and reading the rare few books and magazines that had been collected for study on the planet.
At his second year of age the young Namekian finally had an opportunity to break free from the constrains of everyday life. The elders needed several volunteers to leave the planet to act as emissaries for New Namek, to maintain peaceful relations with neighboring systems. Excited at the prospect of traveling, Milac quickly volunteered for one of the positions. Although they were hesitant to send such a young Namekian off into the galaxy as what would basically be an ambassador, they eventually agreed to Milac's wishes. Given the fact that the two planets were already more or less peaceful, and Milac's knowledge of the planet- he would be sent to Earth. Although a guardian resided there it would still be in the interest of New Namek to have an additional representative there to work among the more worldly people of that planet and insure relations did not change. Loading up into a small pod, with an ambassadors writ and the capability to make multiple travels back and forth between the planets, Milac was sent to Earth.
Milac made it to Earth, but not in the way that he had expected to. In a freak occurrence a technical error in the ships navigation caused it to slam into a small satellite orbiting earth that sent his ship off course. Unable to stabilize the pod, Milac crash landed into the Frozen North. Crashing into the side of a mountain, the hull of the pod was breached and an avalanche came pouring down to meet the pod. Milac's first memory of earth was being swallowed by a great sheet of white.
Much less sensitive to the cold than a human would be and with oxygen still pouring out from the life support tank of the pod; Milak survived the encounter when he realized that the white stuff that was surrounding him was water. Able to gather substance from the liquid he was able to survive the several days that it took for him to dig and eat himself out of it. He emerged from the pod but his writ was lost and his way home was as well. Now he had no way of identifying himself as an official representative of his people and he was lost in the northern reaches of the world.

Ki Sense
Milac was born with the gift to sense Chi and power levels. He doesn't really see a value in the gift as an offensive tool, but it has helped to keep him away from dangerous creatures on New Namek.
Bukujutsu (Flight)
Milac was a natural when it came to flying. Able to sense his own Ki, learning to levitate was only a matter of figuring out how to manipulate it under himself.
Special
Healing (ala Dende)
Milac can use his energy to regenerate the wounded through a symbiotic passing of his regenerative traits to another through the power of touch. He has moral reasons to object to heal someone of a corrupt heart.
Unique Characteristics: Namekians can regenerate wounds and even lost limbs at the cost of some energy. However, they cannot regenerate brain tissue or from decapitation, and more likely than not a powerful attack will still kill them.
Namekians have increased hearing and perception. They also boast less sensitivity to cold than a human would.

Pieter Wolfbane's Opening for Milac.
The Grand Elder, a Namekian appearing as old as time itself, nodded and explained, "Indeed... This news is dire to hear of. However, remember our ancestors long passed, how they maintained constant peace with the planet Earth. It may be strange, to leave in the hands of our children and grandchildren, but do remember this: They are the keys of the future. Milac, though no younger than three years old, is a gifted boy, very much capable of his duty. Do you remember his reaction when we told him that he was too young? Heart-broken, as we prevented him from doing what he had been training to do with his siblings."
"Didn't the boy read that odd human anatomy book that the-"
"That's in the past," the Grand Elder interrupted, in an embarrassed tone, "But remember this! It is those pure hearts that shine out and affect those around them! I believe we will hear word of our young child not too far in the future."
