Jormungandr nodded and leaned back as she listened. A hero, eh? she mused. well, he does seem like a nice kid...
"Strong enough to depend on, huh?" she could understand that. She wanted to protect Capper, and to do that, she needed to be strong. That was why she'd bought her heavy weights!
"I haven't really grown attached to this planet, myself...." she admitted. "I'm more concerned with Cap's safety." she sighed. "Did you know he's going back to Vegeta soon? I don't think he wants me to follow him.... but I will. I'm going to stow away on his ship, if that's what it takes." she vowed, her voice obtaining a steely quality near the end. "He's weak; he can't protect himself. So I'll protect him." |

"Hmm? I didn't think you cared that much about him." Marcel looked over to Jor a bit surprised, slowly turning into a small smile. It seemed adorable to the hybrid, this woman concerned about Capper as if she were his mother. "I didn't know he was going there however. From what I've heard, that planet is pretty dangerous, but then again he is apart of that planet's organization, so I believe he will be alright." Law claimed before shrugging a bit. "But at the same time I'm not saying you shouldn't...stow away on his ship. It's your decision, and all I have to say is you make sure you be careful there as well." Now that he thought about it, the hybrid was also curious about the planet his mother came from. Perhaps he should take a visit there one day if he ever finds a means of getting there that is. Perhaps that's where his mother went off to.... Jormungandr(Feel like we should wrap up this thread soon. Not sure what else Marcel would want to know xP) |

The demoness blushed faintly as Marcel remarked upon how much she cared about Capper. As vehement she could be about the importance of Capper's safety, she usually tried to keep quiet about it around most people. She felt comfortable around this hybrid, though, which had caused her to slip up, which to her was rather embarrassing.
When Marcel mentioned that, as a member of the saiyan empire, Capper would likely be safe on Vegeta, Jor shook her head. "Capper's told me more than one anecdote about times when he experienced grievous bodily harm on his home planet, only surviving because of his family." She informed him, then frowned thoughtfully. "I'm rather looking forward to meeting his family, actually..." She smiled when the hybrid added that he wasn't saying that her course of action was incorrect, thankful that he wasn't going to try to stop her or anything. "Oh, I'll be careful..." she assured him, but in the privacy of her mind she added But Capper's safety takes precedence

"True. Negi, and Shemha have told me that Vegeta isn't a pleasant planet...." he thought. It also got the hybrid to thinking about how hard he should train before heading to that planet one day to search for his mother. He looked over to the demoness. From what he sensed from her, Jor was way less qualified in surviving that savage planet than Marcel, but of course there was always the possibility that she was stronger than led on. Perhaps she was suppressing her ki this whole time. His head then shifted towards the window closest to him, finally realizing how late it was getting, an eyebrow raised. Were they really talking for so long? "Well, I believe I've gotten enough information about our race." he turned back over to Jor before standing up. "I appreciate all you were able to teach me, Jor." he bowed with a soft smile on his face. "It is getting late, and I believe we should wrap this up." As he made his way to the door, he turned to face her once more with a hand on the doorknob. "Again, thank you for not only teaching me, but also for the little chat we had. I feel a bit more at ease about....who I am. Once again, you, and Capper be safe." he responded before opening the door, walking out, and soon out of the hotel. He did manage to get some answers about his demon half, but they weren't completely the ones he wanted to hear. She did claim that he wasn't going to become evil due to his demon half....but still he worried deep down. Jormungandr(Mkay, this be my exit post o:) |

Jormungandr nodded as Marcel seemed to accept her statement. When he rose, explaining that he had learned enough and was leaving, the demoness nodded again, waving goodbye. "seeya later!" she said cheerfully, then added, "Probably after I get back from Vegeta!"
He thanked her, and she dismissed it with a wave of her hand. "no problem. I enjoyed myself too." she informed him, then yawned as he closed the door behind. She glanced out the window, and realized that it really was quite late. She stretched languidly, and began to stand up, then thought, wait... I rented this room. I've got it for the night. what the hell am I leaving for?
She chuckled, then lay back down, relaxing as she stared at the ceiling. Her last thought before her eyes closed was that it had been a very good day. |
