Denim took in the name of the swordsman as she ran with Silk not too far behind her. He was an interesting guy, especially since he seemed to know that they were going to take Silk from her. This bothered her but she knew he could not be connected with them for he had helped take down some of the strange wizards attacking them. It was her first time fighting against magic and as her mind focused on that she seemed to forget where she was running until Carama popped up in front of her. He indicated they headed west and started to head that direction, but all Denim could see was large, looming cliffs ahead. When he spoke of rituals and sending children there to be sacrificed, including her own, she knew something bad though was about to happen. Much to her chagrin the quite spunky Silk seemed to slow up as she ran behind her mother. The Saiyaness was usually energetic but now she was feeling quite tired for some reason and heavily irritated by the fact it seemed her being here clearly changed the future. Silk remembered no time of ever being kidnapped to become some person's experiment. Now though she was in the midst of something entirely new though and bothersome and it caused her to only want to get things done quicker so she could go back to the way things were before and explain her true reasons for being here. The problem was the universe was against her, especially now as she suddenly felt her feet slip. She flew forward hands first and cried, "Augh!" she as hit the stone floor. Denim turned around and cried, "Silk!" She'd come to a halt even though it started to appear that this girl was extremely questionable, more-so-than-ever now on her real mission and who she actually was. Yet Denim still felt compared to help her. She grabbed Silk's hand and lifted her up only to find something quite shocking. Silk, who should have been quite light was extremely heavy feeling way more then she should have been for someone her size. Silk felt this extra weight and winced in pain as she gripped her stomach, "Mom, don't know what's happening here but if that bird's reached its destination it feels like it or something else is ripping out my inside and filling them with something heavy." What she was feeling was the potential beginnings of the ritual for the bird had closed in on its destination and the building it was to take place in. The first step of the ritual was to produce the monster and then seal it into her body, and of course, since it was so large it required forcibly pushing something far bigger then her into tiny seals within her own body. These pangs of anguish were a part of a future coming to pass that she didn't know. Silk groaned in pain and Denim who stopped in her mad dash to rescue her child stated, "What do I do?" She knelt over Silk and gripped her hands hoping to ease the pain this way. As it stood, Silk was not going to be able to continue like this if they started the ritual already. Denim would have to go alone with Carama if she could manage to leave her side but at the moment Denim felt like she didn't want that at all. Carama

“Heavy...” Carama muttered without explanation. It had been something that reminded him of his time in serving the Kashvar. One of his first duties had been as a guard at one of their cloistered prisons in the east, where many of the children that they had experimented on were held. Many of the children, after their ritual had been completed, complained of feeling a heaviness, often crying. He shuddered at the memory, but decided it would be best not to share the detail with the two women.
As Silk seemed to buckle over with pain, Carama stepped back and faced the town. Pulling his sword from its hilt he lifted it into the air, he channeled out his magical energy and several sparks flew into the sky. He looked towards the village, waiting in anticipation. Shortly after, several men could be seen rushing towards the trio wearing cloaks.
“My compatriots will transport her to our fortress outside of the capital, where she will be safe,” Carama reassured Denim. In reality, the fortress was designed by the Kashvar and included holding chambers for those who bore monsters within them. It was the safest place nearby not just for Silk, but for everyone on the planet if she were indeed going to be implanted with a monster. He was hesitant to mention that Silk would be held in containment there, but it was a necessary precaution.
In order to put some distance between himself and the women, he rushed to meet his agent so that he could explain the situation. Without warning he moved forward towards the other cloaked man and made an effort to speak quietly.
“There is a chance the younger woman there may become a carrier,” Carama explained in a whisper to the agent.
“How?” the man asked.
“No time for that, get her to the fortress and confine her as a precaution,” Carama replied quitely. “But be discreet, these are outsiders and it could have an impact on the planet if they become offended. Do your best to make sure she doesn’t know she is being detained… let’s go,”
The man nodded and he and Carama returned to Denim and Silk.
“He will take her to the safe place,” Carama said as the Konatsian man approached, offering Silk a hand. “We must hurry, the sun is setting… although this will be dangerous, are you sure you want to come?”
With that Carama looked to the lilac woman’s hair, unable to recall her name if she had given it. He knew that she must be going through a lot, and he was unaware that she was much more powerful than he. Still, she would be useful to have around… there was something to be said about a mother’s intuition.

"All right then," Denim noddded in agreement once Carama returned to them after speaking to a fellow Konatsian about something concerning her daughter. "I assume you made arrangements with them for Silk to go with them, or rather Na." Denim pointed at the guards then looked back at Silk.
"Mom!" Silk cried, "That's not my-"
"Sorry dear," Denim apologized clasping her hands together, "but honestly after all that's happened I really can't believe you on your time travel story, especially with all that's happening so be a good girl, relax, and go with the pointy eared guys. Momma's going to make you feel better once she beats up these weird wizards. So nah, I can't call you anything but Na. Due to the fact that I can't think you're my daughter wholly, who they have captured, and yet say somehow you're here? You are in a sense a daughter of mine, but you understand right?"
"I, uh, guess..." Silk stated now finding herself filled with tears in her eyes. She hadn't expected her mother to be so different then the mother she knew. She wiped them away though and bounded over to the Konatsians without question. She definitely felt shaken though by her mother's statement. It was pretty cold, however, the new name Na she figured was okay and she'd live with it for now and keep out of her way. Since she had come Denim had slowly gone from liking her to quickly hating her in a number of ways.
Once Silk was over by them Denim turned back around and and pounded her fists together. "Carama, lead the way. I don't know if I've convinced Silk to stay with them for long so let's get this over with quick and save my real daughter. Um, well, my present daughter not that Na I just sent with your group of friends... I hope you understand too."
Time travel sure was a terrible thing. Confusion abounded within her and certainly within the time traveler Silk. The question of it all though was would it come crashing down if anything happened to baby Silk. Only time would tell as Denim slowly found herself frowning at the idea that her own lineage had gone and potentially broken the time stream. Fortunately, she was pretty sure that couldn't be the case cause if it had been many other things in their surroundings would be collapsing in the blink of an eye. All she could focus on now was saving the one she knew she loved.

As Na walked away with the Konatsian inquisitor, whom had since been joined by several other of Carama’s forces, he let out a small sigh of relief. Hopefully, everything would go according to plan.
“Yes, she will be taken to one of the most secure places on Konats to keep her safe,” Carama said once Na was out of earshot. He glanced over at Na, who had protested her newly assigned name. It had appeared that the mother was not quite buying the woman’s story about being her daughter, and he wasn’t sure if he bought into the idea himself. The two looked similar enough, but then again this Na could just be a clever thief. Still, Carama needed to take precaution and be prepared for the worst.
“Let’s be off then,” Carama replied as he began running towards the mountain side. There were many cracks and crevices where the Kashvar could be hiding, likely within the safety of a cave or cavernous hideout. This endeavor could be very beneficial for the inquisition, bringing down another Kashvar stronghold could be nothing but beneficial for the stability of the planet.
“I wish that we had a wizard in the area, this will be a difficult search without sensory magic,” Carama said. “But we will find your daughter, don’t worry,”

Denim followed behind Carama once he told that Na would be safe in his fellows' hands. She smirked at his confidence in finding her daughter and stated back to him, "I really hope so. I can't figure what I'd do without her." She tried to use her sensing abilities to try and find her as she ran behind him but like he stated she was unable to. The reason was she did not have sensory magic. She only could sense ki and somehow they were shielding her from reading her daughter's relatively apparent ki level. "What do we do now? If we can't find her. How do we proceed?" Carama Sorry for the short post I'm not sure where to from here with this at the moment.

Carama sighed as he continued his search for any sign or clue of where the wizard had gone. For the most part, things seemed pretty hopeless, until out of the corner of his eye he saw a small tuft of black feathers rolling down from the pinnacle of one of the mountains. Carama bent over and picked up the feathers, it had come from a large bird, one the size that the wizard had transformed into.
"Up there," Carama said as he began rushing up the steep incline towards the top of the mountain. As he got further up, he could see a small crevice near the peak, a mouth to a cave. He entered, drawing his blade that lit up with a fiery glow and illuminated the walls of the shallow cave. Inside was a simple natural area of rocks with mosses growing upon them... but in the center was a large circular object made of stone that appeared to be a well.
Carama picked up a rock and dropped it down the well, waiting for the sound of a splash or the pebble hitting the bottom. Several moments passed by, and he heard nothing. His eyes widened, had the pit been bottomless?

Denim continued to follow Carama, however, the further they went into the mountainous terrain of the planet the less likely she felt she was ever going to find her newborn child. The landscape all appeared the same to her and the black vulture-like bird they had been chasing was completely gone from her line of sight. It was only until black feathers started to strangely float down from over head that she felt any confidence. That and the fact that Carama said, "Up there," while running up a steep set of inclines that made her think there was any hope again.
She continued to follow him and stated as he stopped to inspect the entrance of a cave. "You better not be leading me into a trap. I hate traps."
His hands would go for a rock while she stood about staring at the cave and the surrounded walls bathed in strange light. It was something she had never seen on Earth before. She stepped closer to the entrance then witnessed her ally throw the rock into the cave. He was using it to test a strange pit with stones surrounding it that appeared to be a well. She'd step closer to it after the rock fell through and nothing happened. Her body then leaned forward only enough to peer over the edge of the hole and said, "I better not find my daughter at the bottom of that, but is there anything else in this cave? We can't have exhausted our search options. I'll not have weird wizards from-you know 'nother planet hurting her. She's not even spoken her first words yet."
