The torrential downpour Kazar had caused at the Diablo Desert was more than enough to clean out the river of red that poured from his wound. Which was good enough for Noxa; she didn’t need to be squeaky clean for a rendezvous with a SaiyAndroid. Especially one who had taken his time to appreciate the more rugged things in life — such as getting away with murder, and settling old debts.
Noxa had been flying with him as company for a short while. That 'short while' had been long enough to cause the morning sky to have transitioned into a fading orange gleam as dusk neared. This 'Carva' fellow seemed like good enough comrade — and he had been amazingly entertaining in the bar... But silence still festered between them. Talking during a flight wasn't the amazon's thing; between raging winds and the prospect of bugs she simply preferred to keep her mouth shut.
Eventually, however, a city began to pull in from the horizon and grow in their field of view. Despite the Southern Capitol’s sprawling size it looked relatively small; most things did when you were flying several thousand feet above ground. Should today not have had been a crystal clear day Noxa would surely be angrily whipping away at clouds.
Still, the virago began to slow her progression towards the city just a little — the decay in her speed more of a gradual progress as she hoped to give her compadre time to adjust to her weakening pace. Once he had finally done so the woman crossed her arms beneath her exorbitant chest and turned fully to face the SaiyAndroid whom she had just fought alongside of. The woman's legs crossed and she leaned back against the air, sitting as though she were relaxing against a beanbag chair. Her xanthic gaze locked onto that of the Android's own blue eyes and she would finally come to speak her mind:
“We’re thousands of feet in the air; a clear blue sky; no one around. Before we left you mentioned there was something you wanted to talk about, right? What would that be — given the sound of your voice I’d have said it was urgent, but at the same time you had this weird, knowing grin on your face. I can’t shake off the feeling it’s something I need to press you for.”
Despite just how benevolent the weather seemed from the ground, up there in the sky it was a different story. At that altitude there seemed to be a perpetual stream of air that caused Noxa’s hair and robes to be in a perpetual state of billowing — which was rather annoying in its own right. It wouldn’t have bothered her as much if it wasn’t for the fact she would likely need to pay attention to whatever the android was going to say.

Thread PL: 108,918 Resilium Core: 980,262 Inhibitor Gauntlets ACTIVE: 245,066 Overdrive: OFF Ki Setting: OFF Following the battle with Kazar, Carva's energy settled down a bit. Fighting made the man's power seem far less stable than it actually was and the Suoer Carva form could cause damage to his systems when he used it. Before he took off into the air, he'd call out to Noxa loudly. "You go on ahead, Noxa! I shall catch up in a few minutes!
So she had, having let the rain wash her curvaceous form a bit. Carva on the other hand would stand in the center of the large crater his own blast had caused and seemed to issue a silent command to "Logic". Computer, initiate self repair protocol. Transfer five hundred Zenni from my account for those repairs.
The mechanical voice of his on board computer brain would be heard, only by Carva. Logic would confirm the process to be done, and outwardly nothing would happen to the SaiyAndroid. Inwardly, his systems would begin to repair themselves using specification information programmed by Breech himself. (Ooc: Mechanically, it's not something that is used in battle. This is just for flavour.)
His systems under repair, the air around his feet would distort and Carva would blast off using his propulsors. A scab had already begun to form where the bullet from Kazar's turrets had scratched this warrior, but he didn't seem concerned with pain of any kind as he caught up to Noxa easily. Quite surprisingly, his speed hadn't faltered due to wear and tear.
As the two flew over the cities and landscapes, he couldn't help but think about how the Earthlings reminded him of ants at the heights he and the beautiful bio-android were acheiving. He'd then look over at Noxa and a little smirk would appear. She is strong.. quite much so. Quite an attractive quality in a woman. And she knows how to use that power. Like...she's got legs and she knows how to use them.
Excitement grew in Carva as the two flew higher and higher, the world below becoming farther and farther away. His long, spiky black hair would whip in the wind as he stopped in front of her and she "sat" in midair. This one was quite exceptional indeed, and he felt himself thinking about why Breech may have chosen her. After a moment of silence, Carva finally spoke. "We have much to discuss..." a smile crept over the face of the handsome SaiyAndroid. "...but first, allow me to clarify my true identity. Then, we will talk about why I am here."
Carva had to let her know who he was if he ever were to gain her trust. Meanwhile, a small bar appeared on Carva's HUD with the word "Repairing" above it. Amazingly enough, the bar was already at 63% and climbing. He started with one simple statement. "I want you to trust me." His features dropping into a serious look. "My name is or was Carva LePumka. I was once a Saiyan warrior, and a damned good on at that. Now, I am more so called Project Hellrazer. You see, when I was born I had a natural power of over five hundred as a child. The Saiyan Generals heralded my potential from birth, and made sure that I was given the best training possible. I was strong. I trained and trained, every single day. I was what the "monkeys" call an "elite"."
He could have told her the part about Arias, and he started to but...why would she wish to hear that? That wasn't the point. He would skip ahead, deciding to keep that sad part of his history to himself though Noxa would be able to see the slightest tinge of sadness in his amber eyes. He pressed on. "About...two...three? Two or three months ago, I died fighting a battle with my rival, the Konatsian PEASANT Plato. Mind you, he didn't defeat me..." He made it a HUGE point to say this. "...no. My creator killed me. Breech Aris would takey remains as a trophy while I trained in the Afterlife, He'll to be specific. But Aris would take my remains and rebuild my organic body, the body you see now, with..." a grin with cross over his face, his flirtatious nature showing itself to Noxa for a moment. "...vast improvements. I was stronger, faster, and smarter among other thing. That's where I got my codename...Hellrazer."
He looked up at the sky for a moment before continuing to speak, his hair whipping in the wind. However, the wind scar didn't seem to bother the warrior. "I am SCAR, Noxa. A representative. And Breech has sent me to retrieve you and make certain that you make it back to Konats with me. Although..." He shrugged. "...perhaps my protection isn't needed, though I am sure company would be appreciated?"

The android’s staring wasn’t exactly amiss, but Noxa had grown — for the most part — accustomed to that kind of attention; it now simply sailed past her shoulder with little attention given. In fact, if she were to be distracted by anything it would have been the beautiful melding of paste colors that painted the twilight sky, the encroaching night allowing a pale blue veil to fall over the nearby city. In fact, that is where the yellow glow of her eyes fell to — the distant city. It began to occur to her that she hadn’t ever passed by it; maybe after this gathering, she would make a point to touch down.
Once he had begun speaking the redhead’s attention would be switched once more. Only now would she come to notice something — the damage on his body had already begun to repair. Interesting; the amazon hadn’t been aware that despite being mechanical in nature his body was able of regeneration. It made her curious as to what degree that could be pushed — was he capable of reaching the same level of self-repair as her own regenerative capabilities?
She would love to find out, but pushing him to that extreme would likely not be easy.
As he spoke of his past the Bio Android found herself paying attention, for once. More often than not Noxa found herself zoning out during the exposition of her foes; she rarely really cared about what they had to say, but something about the way he built this one up was different. It was clear that at some point something regarding her could come up — after all, why else would Carva had made a point to bring her out here?
And then, it happened. Through all of the dialogue as to his death and events leading up to it, she came to find the reason why he was here ‘Breech’. She knew that name; she had met the man. One of the prestigious men behind SCAR — the shadow organization she had been welcomed into by Doctor Katsu. The woman’s eyes narrowed, features scrunching up as proof that Carva had definitely said something that captured her interest.
Breech had been his killer and his savior; that alone brought up questions, but those were things for another time. Primarily there was the most important issue to be discussed: he was to ‘retrieve’ her — take her to the presumed base of operations on this planet, ‘Konats’. Considering she had never heard that name she could only guess it wasn’t going to be a ‘trip next door’; something like that would take time, and time was something she didn’t exactly have; not right now, at least.
“I see.” Her voice came in a solemn tone, “For what it’s worth I’m sorry for the events that transpired; I don’t know much about saiyans, but it sounds to me like you lot aren’t the most welcoming kind. At the very least you had the honor of dying on your feet — of dying in battle. Not many can claim that.”
The woman paused, finding herself lining up her thoughts properly; she didn’t want to overwhelm the SaiyAndroid with the myriad of things that seemed to come up over the course of his speech, but at the same time she wasn't planning to go anywhere without some information first.
“Firstly, it’s a pleasure to meet another member of SCAR; until now I had only been face to face with another operative: Doctor Katsu, though he seems to have disappeared over the course of the past few weeks. I attempted to rendezvous with him at his mansion and he was all but gone… However, there is another thing I need to ask; why does Dr. Breech want to see me? And with what urgency? I’ve got business on this planet that I have to attend to. Despite what your first impression are I am a busy woman… Do you have any method by which I can contact him? Doctor Katsu seemed to have a built-in holo-comm in his home, I don’t suppose you’ve got something of the like… Do you?”
Considering that the means of communication that Doctor Katsu had previously used took up an entire living room Noxa doubted that whatever kind of contact this man had with Breech it wasn’t portable. Then again, given the redhead’s track record with technology she could have been gravely mistaken. Still, leaving Earth as of now would have been a great inconvenience; between a blossoming business and plenty of tabs to keep on her acquaintances, Noxa found herself rather glued to this planet for the time being. Because of this, she went on:
“Unless I absolutely have to come I’ll be staying here for a while longer; a few days — a week at most." There was yet another pause, though this one was simply to give him enough time to let that sink in. "One last thing, if you don't mind; why do you work with these men? They killed you, didn't they? I figured something like that would make you resent them, not want to help out in their cause... Unless you felt death was... Liberating."

His eyes were just a darker shade of her's, taking in the powerful female's form. He'd remembered who and what he was as a living being. If this were then the man would be smitten by the bio-android's beauty but Carva would learn something new about himself that day. He could easily shrug such feelings off now whereas before they'd prove his one weakness. She didn't have to like him, she just had to respect him.
The small scar would close up as tiny nanobots, invisible to the naked eye would work. He'd follow her yellow gaze toward the horizon, taking in all the colors as the sun began to dip behind the horizon. For a moment, the android would be awestruck, running his fingers through his long black hair. He then looked back at Noxa, changing the subject for a moment. "The sunset is quite beautiful, is it not? When you're in my line of work you begin to understand that the things you took for granted while you were living are few and far between when you're a cold, dead, machine. Such is the life of a perfect warrior though...you sacrifice. You sacrifice whatever you have for true power. You sacrifice the taste of your mom's cooking, you sacrifice that amazing feeling when you watch the sun rise..." He looked down for a moment, philosophical thoughts running through his mind. "...the sacrifice was worth it."
He listened to the red head tell her reasoning as to why she couldn't go. Shockingly enough, he decided not to try and force her. It wasn't as if he could, but he would however make a declaration. He had no way to contact Breech, but he had the next best thing and that was to offer Noxa a different deal. "If you feel that you cannot leave yet, Miss Noxa, I will not try and force you. However I offer you this. What say you that the two of us form a partnership here on Earth..." He floated over to the woman and grinned slightly, staring into the sunset with her. "...and work in the name of SCAR? Or maybe just...have fun? Or try to train with one another for mutual betterment? I will wait for you, and when you are ready we can return to Konats."
The Virago had his attention now as well, undivided. She'd just asked a question that the Android would get asked alot. His answer would make perfect sense to Carva. Would it have the same effect on Noxa?
"I went to Konats on orders from General Mayze. It was to be me and another Saiyan, a recruit. Instead, it ended up being..." He looked down at the city below for a moment. For a split second, Noxa would notice a bit of sadness in the eyes of Carva, and he'd continue. "...Arias and I. Arias at the time was pregnant with my children. I watched her die before my very eyes...there was nothing I could do as that damned tree stabbed her heart right out of her body..." He growled and his fists began to tremble, Saiyan rage building within his organic soul. "...and where was my back up?! Furthermore, where we're the SSE to welcome me back to the land of the living?! The only good one of them was the red Majin woman...the rest...disloyal traitors!"
He shook his head as an angry sneer formed on his face, but soon he smiled a bit. "But Breech, though he killed me...I also owe him my life. I owe him my very existence, and I view him as a sort of a father figure now." He turned his head to face Noxa. "So...what say you to a partnership, Noxa? We could be Scar''s representation here on Earth, yes?"
