On the outskirts of the Southern Capitol, an Oozaru sat. Radasha had done this once before, miffed about a certain commercial about blutz waves proof sunglasses....moonglasses?....Whatever. Now....Now it was just boredom. At least she avoided any potential road damage. Where she was sitting was visible from the city but far enough from roads leading in that she wouldn't cause a traffic jam. She was clad in the same outfit she wore last time; a stretchy battle suit and her boots. Hell the people of the Capitol probably were less worried about her since the last time she pulled this stunt. Maybe no one would come out to chastise her this time.
The large primate stared up at the moon and let out a rumbling sigh. She was tempted to make a commotion but that might attract unwanted attention....she'd just see how the night played out for now.
Tekuma was silent, her eyes closed as she sat atop the roof of one of the highest buildings in the South Capitol. The night was still young, but she felt a tremendous power suddenly rise and a rumbling sigh split the air. Opening her eyes, the female looked out to the outskirts and noticed an Oozaru.. sitting there? Out of all things, why is an Oozaru sitting in the middle of nowhere? Computer, run scan on the ape. Scanning.. Scanning.. Unidentified being, database cannot find this being's register. Activating defense protocol A332, stay on guard for future notice. Beginning rescan of the person in question. Person found. Name: Radasha. Age: 40, Gender: Female. Danger Status: None.
With that, she'd lift into the air and fly into the sky, her ki swirling within yet unable to be sensed by normal ki sense. Regardless of the Saiyan ape's danger levels, there was curiosity to meet this being. Her computer's data would hopefully be correct on this, and if so, the soul inhabiting her cyborg body was still the curious teen it had been, even post death she still had a constant want to investigate the world around her. She'd descend on a nearby tree, turning and gazing at the powerful monkey before her. "Greetings.." The feminine android replied, a bright blue star on her metallic arm as the insignia of the Blue Banner Army.
Dusk had once again swept over the East like a blanket. Capper sat in the Aurora, his brand new spaceship. The ship was quite large, and Capper was proud of his creation. Several of his Plexbits scampered around inside, tidying up the ship and assisting Capper as he piloted the vessel. Capper just needed to do... something. He was bored out of his mind right now. Sure, he had that big race coming up super soon, but he had advertised in all the cities, finished his barn, finished tweaking his Plexbits, Blaster Bike, Scouter, and pulley systems in his home, and much, much more. Sighing, Capper let his head droop on the steering wheel of his ship, landing it near the outskirts of the city. He wanted something to happen- anything. Even a band of racist Earthlings chasing him off would be a welcomed change of pace- Capper just needed something to do!
And then, the gods above said, let there be a giant Oozaru sitting around to quench the midget saiyan's boredom.
Capper did a double take as soon as he stepped foot outside of his ship. It... It didn't appear to be going on a rampage. Did this one have control over their Oozaru form? It seemed so- Capper made a mental note to not look up, or else he'd loose control in his Oozaru form like last time, when he got his tail sliced off- thankfully it grew back a few days later. He felt so... wrong without his tail. It was an appendage Capper had some pride in- what was a saiyan without their tail? But would he go and engage this giant beast of nature...? Eh, sure. He had nothing to loose.
Shrugging as he walked up to the docile beast, turning his ship off with his scouter as it beeped in response, lights diminishing, Capper peeked out from behind a tree at the massive ape. Wow- they were called "Great Apes" for a reason. Capper recalled once playing with his mother as an infant while she was in her controlled Oozaru state. The memory brought a quick smile to his face, which was soon replaced with gloom. God, he missed his parents. What were they doing now? In the midst of his thoughts, a loud thud was heard behind Capper- just a tree branch falling down. Still, the saiyan boy let out a loud, high pitched yelp as he fell forward, falling out of his hiding spot. The saiyan boy's eyes were nothing but swirls for a moment before he shook his head, vision inverted since he was lying down. Looking up at the apparently upside down Oozaru, Capper blinked a few times, still lying down in shock- thankfully the full moon was hidden behind come clouds as the saiyan looked up at the Oozaru, failing to notice Tekuma nearby. " Uh... Hello. "
The transformed Saiyan looked down from her moongazing to look at the new arrival. A young woman. She hadn't sensed her approach. Either too small to notice or hidden. Either way, she did, however, notice the blue star. The Oozaru's snout wrinkled a bit, teeth bared as she spoke. "Eh...One of President Bucket-o-Bolts' people..." she muttered. Radasha clearly had no love for Vi-poi. She still couldn't believe the people of Earth chose him as their leader after what he did. They were all fools.
"Hello" came the response to her greeting, louder than her 'bucket-o-bolts' comment. It was about at this time that the small Saiyan boy stumbled over to them, Radasha turning her head to gaze down at him. She could sense this one's power....and she couldn't believe it. He was around the strength of the average Earthling. Well if they were in good shape... She was certain it'd be in the double digits if she had her scouter on....or if she could wear it. "Hello.....Are...you suppressing your power?" she asked. She had to be sure. She'd never seen a Saiyan, unless it was a baby, with a power level that low.
Tekuma stepped back slightly, a little offended by Radasha's comment. It made her slightly angry that she called androids buckets of bolts, and the fact she was a cyborg caused her blood to simmer slightly. Now being an android, her miffed ki wasn't senseable and for some reason the Oozaru disliked her. "Hey, I'm just trying to make conversation.. What do you have against androids? I wasn't always like this you know."
The small Saiyan boy would garner the female's attention, eye turning as she briefly scanned Capper before sighing. Of course she had to run into the Saiyan boy that really disliked her, and despite him not being a threat, she was still somewhat annoyed. She'd done nothing to set the teenager off, and part of her came up with a few snappy retorts she had to stuff down to remain semi- professional.
Capper stood up, still a little dizzy from his fall. After his vision came to and stopped swirling around, Capper looked up at the giant Oozaru, but promptly looked down a gain when he caught eye of a beam of moonlight. Nope. One Oozaru was enough. Looking around, Capper caught eye of that red-haired lady again! His face scrunched up a little in displeasure and disgust as he spoke to the red-haired woman, narrowing his eyes. " Oh... You. Are you following me or something?! " Capper spoke, loweing his head and giving her a death glare for a moment, before widening his squinted eyes as he took a second look at her. What was with all those metal bits on her? Capper's scouter detected her power just fine, though. Did she just get some replacement parts, or did she die and get fully mechanized?... Capper would have a lot to poke at if it was the latter. " Also, question. What's up with all those old bolts and whatnot in you?... I could do better. " Capper spoke, whispering the last bit to himself ANDfolding his arms and looking off to the side. He could make even better robot parts with enough time-- at least, that's what Capper thought. Not like he would make some for this hybrid freak, though.
Turning to the Oozaru, Capper flinched a little as the giant ape spoke. It spoke! So this one really did have control-- good for him! In the midst of constantly reminding himself not to look up at the moon, Capper raised a brow at the Oozaru's question. Was he suppressing his power? Well, he could always lie and say that he was, but Tekuma was here to fact-check. Well, his mom always told him that honesty hurt. Taking a deep breath in before speaking, Capper spoke the truth. " Oh, uh, N...No. I don't have anything to suppress. I-I'm no warrior like you two. Odd, I know. Everyone I seem to have met so far has a power level over one thousand! " The technician spoke, scratching the back of his head with a meek smile. He had grown used to everyone being able to snap him like a twig. They might have brawn, but he had brains! Shaking his head as he spoke once more, Capper had to get one more point across. " B-But I'd really rather not be trained or anything!! I-I'm fine with my job as a technician. "
Radasha quirked a brow at the girl. So she was an android too? "I didn't even know you were one...I just assumed you worked for Vi-poi's group. Still can't believe that not only was he put back together after the Realigner Red incident, but made leader of this planet....I am honestly surprised Earth has lasted as long as it has...." she grumbled. She threw up her hands as she continued talking. "That's...That's like if the Arcosians decided to make Zucceta their Queen! Not only is the planet's main military a joke, it's general populace is filled with morons!" she ranted.
After a moment the Oozaru sighed. She then looked back to the girl. "My gripe with androids is that machines are built for a purpose....not to lead a damn planet. I'm not a fan of relying on machines and the people of Earth putting Vi in their big seat means they're pretty much RELYING on him to make big decisions.....And you said you weren't always like that....makes me think of someone I know who was brought back to life through sticking all kinds of junk into him. In which case you're probably a cyborg, not an android. At least there's a human mind behind your actions then. "
After that, Radasha turned back to the small Saiyan. "I'm...just surprised really. I'd expect you'd be...at least a tiny bit stronger than that....But...whatever 'flies your ship'...." she said, chuckling a bit.

Tekuma's gaze remained on the tall Oozaru, no angered intention and thankfully, her ki was not something that could be sensed. "It's dangerous to assume things. I do agree that quite a fair amount of this population are idiots, but there isn't much we can do. Technically.. yes, I am a cyborg. I'm still getting used to my appearance, I got kicked out of school because of my metallic limbs and my apparently disturbing appearance. And technically, it isn't a human mind.."
"I have some synthetic parts to my brain; and I have short term memory problems. The attacker that killed me took out my right eye and messed up the part of my mind that deals with short-term memories. I was also a half human, half demon hybrid. My parents are dead, because of a freak fire that stemmed from a Konatsian's monster. But enough of this pity party; I don't expect you feel anything but contempt towards me due to my cybernetics. This I do not mind, all I can say is just because you're different, doesn't mean you still can't lead your own destiny."
The female cyborg flinched as Capper began speaking; semi annoyed at the overreactive Saiyan. She didn't want to attack him, and she replied after he was done speaking to the Oozaru. "I am not following you. I died recently; and because I work for the Blue Banner I was revived as a cyborg." She didn't want to say too much more, feeling as if no matter what her words were wasted on the other teenager. "I don't hate you, so why do you hate me?"
Capper listened to Radasha, speaking about her surprise about how longlasting and resilient the Earth had been. Capper put a hand to his chin- that was true. They survived and repelled a full on invasion! Capper rolled his eyes with a sigh when she spoke of how the military was a joke. Well, they did stop the Invasion... Widening his eyes when Radasha called the populace a bunch of morons, Capper's posture opened up as he threw his arms into the air. Oh boy, a chance to gripe about the Earthlings! "Oh, TELL me about it! All of those stupid Earthlings think they are the good guys, but they treat Saiyans like garbage! I can't count the number of times I almost was shot on the spot just because of this stupid tail!" Capper spoke, waving his tail around for emphasis. Looking up at the sky, the saiyan could see some moonlight peetering through the clouds, but it was not enough to make the saiyan transform. Shaking his head, he voiced one of his concerns in the moment. "Oh, an just holler if the moon comes out from behind those clouds. I really don't want to go Oozaru here."
The fifty-foot-tall monkey then turned to Capper, vociing how she expected a saiyan of all things to be stronger than that. Capper plastered a meek smile onto his face, scratching the back of his head as he looked to the ground while speaking. " Eheh, I get that a lot, don't worry. So... uh... what's up with the whole Oozaru thing? I mean, most saiyans I knew only used it for fighting. " Capper didn't see the purpose for using the Oozaru form for apparent leisure- it would attract too much attention! But so far it seemed like only Tekuma and Capper took heed of the mighty monkey beast.
When Tekuma spoke of her death to the little saiyan, Capper's eyes widened as he took a step back? She died? Like, 100% died- no heartbeat, no pulse, no nothing?... That got Capper thinking. What would happen after he died? Would he just be forgotten? Probably. Was there even an afterlife or some godly deity up there somewhere- or would everything just go black. He thought of prying at Tekuma for more information, but decided against it. Still, the saiyan spoke with shock, and a little snark. " Y...You died? Wowza. T-that's rough. H-However! I can't say I'm surprised that a weakling like you died. " Capper spoke, standing up straight and trying to remain professional, despite his initial surprise.
Tilting his head when Tekuma asked why he hated her, Capper slumped over and sighed, closing his eyes for a moment. Standing up straight once more, the stubborn Solar Saiyan spoke, eyeing the android. " Well Hyb-... Er, Android. Hate is a strong word- "disapprobation" is a more suitable term for my feelings towards an earthling guardian like yourself. " Capper voiced his feelings for Tekuma. Honestly, he knew better than to make enemies with someone stronger than himself. Still, he had a fond dislike for her and her morals. " I have my reasons, Earthling. You stupid 'defenders of the planet' are the reason I am stuck here to begin with! YOU tore me away from my family and left me to rot on this stinky mudball! AND you wanted to TAKE MY STUFF and inspect my robot's data! I don't want my stuff to be used to help YOU filthy earthlings!" Fear replaced annoyance as the saiyan shuddered, a chill going down his small spine. "T-That would be treason! Do you have any idea what they would do to me if that happened?!" Capper followed every order and rule of the Empire. He would never even think of stepping out of line!
Sighing, Capper looked at the ground, a glum expression on his face for a moment. "I... I want to go home." Shaking off his crippling anxiety and existential crises, Capper spoke in a somewhat angry and irritated tone. He didn't want to appear like some lost child that needed help. It was quite the contrary. " But I don't need your help! I'm heading back to Vegeta very soon, and never coming back. I just came here to advertise a little... event I'm holding. That and this planet bores me out of my mind. " Looking back to Rasasha, Capper bowed his head, speaking in a dignified tone as he introduced himself to the Oozaru... He hadn't given his name to Tekuma yet now that he was thinking about it. " Anywho, miss Oozaru, I am Capper Logan Hofferson- Technician of the Saiyan Solar Empire.... And you are?"
Radasha listened to the girl as she went on about events that transpired in her life. At the part about the freak fire and a monster, Radasha blinked. "Fire...Monster...I might've been there to witness that actually....I didn't really pay much attention to it because there were already people on the scene, I was there for a specific reason, and the monster wasn't strong enough to actually cause me concern...Got punched into space last I saw of it..." she said, looking up at the sky for a moment.
When she looked back down, it was at Capper. He was agreeing with her sentiments, making her chuckle. "Well I haven't had anyone try shooting me on sight yet. Not that it would matter. Surprised I haven't gotten more of a response being out here. Wonder what would happen if I fired a few energy blasts into the air and roared a bit." she mused, gaining a thoughtful look.
When asked why she was in Oozaru form, she shrugged. "Why not. I like transforming once and awhile. Let the beast out of the cage so to speak. Maybe I like feeling big. Maybe I just wanted to give people in the city a topic to talk about other than whatever is going on in their lives. Maybe I'm just here waiting for people like you to wander over. Seems this is a good method at meeting people." she noted, laughing a bit.
When Capper introduced himself, she responded; "Radasha. Former high class soldier of the SSE. Don't exactly have an occupation nowadays." she said, huffing. "Currently spending my days training and finding ways to amuse myself....Like sitting outside a populated area in the form of a giant monkey who could very well just stomp over and trample over the city as far as those people are probably concerned."

Capper spoke of how he was having a bit of trouble being on Earth; calling her a weakling because of her death. It made her almost livid, steam coming out of her ears and making it look like her head was on fire with how red her hair was. He called Earth's defenders stupid, claiming he was stuck here because of them. Her cybernetic fist clenched, organic green eye twitching as she restrained her anger.
The Saiyan bawled about how his life was SO BAD being here on Earth, and it was all the android could do to stop herself from beating the stuffing out of the midget Saiyan. Stay calm.. stay calm.. I must keep a professional head here.. A quiet sigh escaped the female's lips, her gaze on the younger Saiyan. "It is not my fault you are stuck here. It is not our fault you chose to come to this planet to invade even when it was futile. I was merely curious about your robots, I never said I would use them to my advantage."
"I don't take advantage of other people's minds." With that, she'd turn to gaze at the Oozaru and began responding to what she had said in turn. She seemed amused, apparently having transformed to just let her inner monster out. It was something the girl could understand, and what anger she had at Capper began to dissipate. She remained silent as the android listened to the powerful Oozaru, and her white whiplike tail twitched softly.
