The strongest and most arrogant warrior can become one of the weakest among his peers, if life and the universe decrees it.
He was born on New Namek to a welcoming clan that adored him and all of it's other children. He was given the name Tabu and during his formative years, he was the strongest in his clan, a prodigy in martial arts, though somewhat arrogant to those around him. He was the up and coming successor to the Warrior Caste leadership, until the one day where everything changed.
Tabu had been patrolling the region in which his clan resided, searching for any hint of danger. Many of the powerful factions of the galaxy had been eyeing New Namek greedily, and he wasn’t about to let his clan get ambushed. It was just a sign of his overwhelming pride that he had decided to go alone, foolishly believing in his superior power.
One minute he was flying at Mach 5 across the beautiful sea of Ajassas, and the next he was plummeting through the air, victim of a paralyzing blast originating from a nearby hilltop. Tabu’s power, position and especially his arrogance had caught the eye of an isolated Maksou clique, who wanted the boy for their experiments….
Pain, darkness a feeling of dread. This is what greeted Tabu as we groggily came to, strapped to a primitive stone slab, and bound by some not-so primitive electrical restraints. Groaning in pain, he glanced around to see dark figures chanting spells, summoning up his power, siphoning it off to some dark dimension. The process wasn't exactly problem-free and Tabu experienced a pain ten times, no a million times greater than he had ever experienced before, beyond what any Namek had ever experienced for thousands of years. After what seemed like years, the process was finally over, and Tabu was much reduced in every way.
He struggled back to his village, stripped of power and pride, only to find pity where respect had once resided. After a few days of rest, he returned to his education of martial arts, only to find the warriors he had once been utterly superior to, grossly outstripped him in every way. Tabu couldn’t stand their constant apologies when their superior strength battered him and sympathy for his condition, running away on the first ship he could find, not caring where it took him as long as it was away from the village that had once been his home.

This technique uses 0 KP in a KP Battle
