The Arcosian would panic when he saw the saiyan on their team falling on the ground, he knew it, there was something weird about this match-up and Daika was totally outmatched, how could this have happened though, Daika wasn’t touched that much, maybe the difference of power was so big that it wasn’t even a question of punch taken, but simply one was enough to break his opponent. ‘’ Dammit…we’re already one behind… I’m going to have to win this round or else we’ll be in bad position already… I have to equalize the score…’’ Core would tell himself as he looked at his father going quickly on the arena and taking Daika back to their stand. The Arcosian would look at the saiyan a couple of second, worried a bit as he listened to his heartbeat, just to make sure that he wasn’t death or anything, which surprised himself, he didn’t knew he’d care this much about someone he barely knew.
Core would then turn his head to notice that his saiyan grandfather being overly grumpy about the saiyan’s defeat, it was truth that it may have been really fast but still, Daika had really not that much chance to begin with considering the difference of power level, even at his best, Daika wouldn’t have been able to hurt the weird human in his new form, even if he tried his best to do so. ‘’ We have not to under-estimate humans Grandfather. I know you where, just like me, raised in the idea that they were a nice yet weak race, but really, they are much stronger than you can believe, the strongest person I ever saw was a human and he could stomp on everyone here with small effort… plus Daika had not transformation, otherwise he would have stomped that human with ease…’’ Core would tell his grand-father, hoping that he would help the situation.
When Core heard his name, he smiled widely, now was the time to enter the ring and give everyone a small sight of what he was capable of, and to shot that horrible great-grandfather that he would win their bet at any cost. The young Arcosian child jumped from where he was and into the arena, his fiery aura would slowly start to burn around as he smiled at Evian lightly. ‘’ So uh… can you not do that thing and punch you through just to become stronger? That would be great… I mean… I don’t want to hurt you too bad, but if you do it yourself, it’s not going to help me that much…’’ Core would say, hoping that this kid wasn’t told to win or else he’d get a beating, because he’d feel bad for the rest of the day.
Core heard the fight begin and sighted to him, right now, the fight couldn’t be more unbalanced, Core was clocking at over 2 million of power level and this poor child was about two hundred thousand. As the first punch arrived from Evian, Core would simply catch it like it was nothing and sighed. ‘’ Give me a second, I’m going to make this a little funnier…’’ The Arcosian would say, throwing his opponent back and suppressing his power level before getting ready to fight again. ‘’ Now the real show is starting~’’ He would say, his power level was now low enough so that Evian would be able to hurt him if he was good enough, though it would still leave an advantages for Core should he be in trouble, he wanted to give a good show, but he wasn’t going to allow himself to lose for it. '' Show me what you got Evian Ekiam, if you're good enough, maybe i'll share some ice-cream with you!'' Core would say with a rather friendly voice.

" Watch your language, Core." The hybrid would briefly scold his adoptive son as he muttered for damnation. Despite the fact that they were indeed lacking one member of their respective competing team, Daika wasn't exactly comparable to Walker, Core, nor Celmaru. Between the tree's semi-recent metamorphosis, the young changeling's mastered final form, and the hybrid's classic golden transformation; Daika was lacking in a specific area of power. Regardless of such unfortunate facts, the child arcosian began to become noticeably worried over the recent development in this tournament . The hybrid found himself facing his adoptive child, furrowing his brow over his visible worry, mentally contacting him prior to reassuring him of his near-immediate match.
'We aren't in any situation of major issue, Core. All of them are below you in Ki measures...surely even without your mastered form. We'll be victorious, trust me.'
Meanwhile, a specific Saiyan was coming down from a rage-induced shout-fest. Mato promptly sat himself atop the pony wall, folding his arms and grumbling. Hearing Core inform him of the likely underestimation of the Human species didn't help him. The warrior race seemed nigh-invincible to him, however he was wary of their weaknesses; albeit Daika never appeared to show the majority of them. The hybrid's father didn't respond to his adoptive grandson, continuing to grumble as he received light comfort from his wife. Celia embraced her Saiyan husband lightly, patting him upon the opposite shoulder as his grumbling faded. Beside them, Maru shrugged, dismissing the previous outburst of the Saiyan and shifting his gaze towards the arcosian's opponent.
"Can we start? Please? Come on already!"
The hyperactive Evian Ekam stood, jumping in place as he clicked his heels together; his shoes scraping one another as he did so. When Core was called into the arena, the young changeling complied, leaping onto the stone surface as his flame-like aura blazed around him. Evian stared in brief awe as he ceased his seemingly incessant jittering, wondering if he should try something cool too. With the evening's soft moonlight around them, Evian made his first move.
"Here I come reptile dude!"
The Human child, despite his naive antics, simply began this match with a predictable first strike; tossing a mere punch towards Core. The child had ignored what the changeling had said, preferring to fight rather than speak, at least for now. There was an odor about the child, that in which was out of place, albeit subtle. That odor, fortunately, wouldn't become noticeable until later. As Evian's introductory strike was caught with little effort, the Human would grin in both surprise and glee.
'This'll actually be a challenge! Sweet!'
Within his gleeful thoughts, the young arcosian had mumbled something that the Human child didn't register immediately. Unfortunately for Evian, he was thrown aside as the hybrid's son suppressed his Ki. The Human flopped along the surface of the arena, kicking against the stone to flip upwards. Landing upon his childish feet swiftly, the young Human swung his arms around, frequently swiveling to the motion of his forearms. At the call to challenge the opposing child warrior, Evian grinned as wide as Core once did previously, a stratagem up his sleeve.
"Okay lizard kid! I'mma show you how cool my family is! Just watch!"
Evian began to exhale, then inhale...in a rather intense manner, his lungs expanding within his chest. The child's rotating arms ceased to move, their respective elbows bending to their owner's will. With a defiant grunt, Evian slammed his fists into his pectoral muscles, specifically atop his lungs. Along the Ekam side of the arena, the brothers spoke among each other, their thoughts being tossed around by their youngest brother's recent action.
"...Moron..."
"The last time that kiddo used that...he nearly broke fifteen walls!"
"Like you could fuckin' count that shitty amount of walls."
"Evian might be on to something though, Nis-man. Do ya think he's got control over this now?"
"Don't be bullshitting me, he's just as much of an ass-for-brains as always."
"Don't be so confident of our brother's failure, boys. The air is a frail, albeit violent thing. Someone as brash as Evian could surely reign it in for himself."
"Some of those walls were in your room, Liam."
"I heard that. Anyway, he knows what will happen if he loses, so we'll see if he's learned his lesson from before. This runt can educate himself, correct?"
Rewop flinched as his brother replied swiftly to his murmured claim, however he didn't make any attempts at a retort. The Ekam brothers fell silent as Liam chuckled to himself, almost expectantly awaiting a chance to give his tiny brother another lesson. Atop the arena, however, violent winds surged and died as soon as they came. The odor that enveloped Evian became more prominent, yet it wasn't that of a foul nature. It was akin to ozone. The Human child's nostrils were widened via his extreme inhaling, however he wasted little time after his Ki began to double in its maximum capacity. Thrusting his arms skyward, facing his right, Evian fell to where he faced, beginning a rapid cartwheel of sorts. Celmaru quirked a brow towards his son's opponent, bearing no knowledge of this.
"What in the hell...?"
"Is that kid pulling a little stunt to gain attention?"
"He already has enough attention, Maru."
"False sense of security then?"
"...Perhaps. Core has already suppressed his Ki, there might be slight overconfidence here."
"...Possibly."
The two Waterfield men shifted their respective weights from one foot to another as they spectated the second match; Core's childish opponent beginning to roll around the arena. Shifting into a more spherical position as he spun around, Evian began to accelerate in his maximum velocity. Eventually, the child had begun to disappear into the atmosphere as a rolling wheel of Human ability as his senses began to dull; becoming near total bliss for the Human to roll around. Zipping around and about the stone arena frantically, Evian would periodically make offensive advances towards his changeling opponent; bouncing against the arena's surface and rebounding towards Core.
"...Still a moron..."
"GO LITTLE BRO!"
"With one down, there will only be four more to go! Evian will surely make swift work of the fourth!"
The Ekam brothers appeared confident in Evian's ability, however it nothing more than a doubling of Ki. Whether or not the Human child would succeed in striking Core, he would simply rebound from any missed shots and shoot back again in a stubborn assault. This child had become the equivalent of a wheel; a Human wheel that wouldn't cease to move easily. The crowd from the Ekam side had begun to cheer wildly, shouting and screaming in awe and excitement from the immediate intensity of this match.
'So, Walker...what do you think of the Human Wheel?...I guess?'
The hybrid shifted his gaze briefly towards the tree, reminding himself that Daika lied beside him as he did so. Meanwhile, the grandfather of the hybrid simply stood in place, his elderly eyes blurring multiple images together as this match progressed. Codban sighed, wishing that his brother was here with him; Dudban being one of very few solaces left to him. Huffing momentarily after sighing, the grandfather stood beside Maru, albeit away from the others; away from the aliens and the halfbreed that his own kin created. A large palm suddenly rested atop his back, an awkward, yet warm gaze facing the elder. The elder, however, attempted to force a grin.
"Don't force yourself Father. We all find things that we despise or simply dislike. Just find the way to grin and bear it."
"...Hmmmph."
"Or just grunt, that's fair too....heheheh."
"...Its fortunate that you're my son."
"Why is that, Father?"
"I wouldn't have to yell at ya."
"Hahah, there's my old man."
The two grinned, albeit one more than the other. A more fortunate ending to a brief conversation was what Codban needed, however that's what he needed more of. Regardless, the two would continue spectating, along with the others within their family. Along the Ekam side, Liam thought to himself, thinking of what his little "pathetic" cousin could have in mind to not be in panic.
'There's no way that bastard hybrid could become stronger than me, he's too much of a little shit for that. Is that tree something special? He was near me when I was messing around with my bowtie earlier...and he sorta slipped back into the trees like a cursed, wooden snake. That seaweed woman though...who the hell is she? She's actually pretty fuckin' hot, now that I think about it. She'd be entranced by my charm immediately, I bet....the hot ones are always a bunch of dumbasses. Now, for that shit halfblood bitch...does he have some sort of steroid? Could he be cheating so he could win?...Oh what a wonderful idea I've just created...'
Smirking to himself and his ideas, Liam folded his arms as he stared at his hybrid cousin, preparing a dastardly plan for Celmaru's disqualification; along with Phae's seductive capture.
Total Bliss [x2] activated! Evian's PL is now 402,350!

((Mmm, yeah, gotta be honest. I'm staring at this and just going "I cannot think of anything Walker would really be doing at the moment other than just sitting there, watching. Not even any opinions yet. I don't see a point in doing a post about Walker doing literally nothing, so... Just consider me skippable until I post back in. might need a couple posts to really build up a whole post worth of response.))

The young Core would sigh to himself when his opponent sent out the first strike, not his punch, but him calling him reptile dude. Core breath in and out deeply, this wasn’t the first time he was called like that, but it was certainly one that he didn’t expected, his opponent looked friendly from the distance but right now, Core was pissed off, and for the first time in forever, he was authorized to punch the living hell out of the person that have him this nickname. ‘’ You know, I first though I was going to be nice on you… but you seem so desperately wanting to piss me off, I might just go ballistic…’’ Core would whisper to his opponent before letting him go and initially suppressing his power, really, if his opponent was going to use low blow like this, than the young Arcosian wasn’t going to get shy either.
First, Core looked boringly while looking at the small human transform, there was nothing impressive to it and he was simply staring at him, for a while, Core though about this moment and really though there would be kind of a fun rivalry between the two, maybe even some kind of friendship, but no, this kid chose to call him a lizard not once, but twice, and he was going to pay for it. Core would then unsuppressed his power, not to its maximum capacity, but to a solid millions of power, just to show just how strong he was using not even half of his capacity, he was going to make this human pay for mocking him, and it was probably going to hurt mostly the human’s pride, but anyway, he didn’t had to be this nice anyway, he was probably more like Liam than anything else.
Core stare at this enemies doing the cartwheel, he was going fairly fast, but nothing to impress Core, and when he finally leaped toward Core, the young Arcosian caught his feet and stared at him. ‘’ Now now, keep trying.’’ Core would say before smirking widely. ‘’… and see what happens.’’ Core would then say before throwing his opponent in the air. Evian quickly began to protect himself as Core jumped toward him in the sky, his fist first to send a powerful uppercut to his opponent, catching Evian back in mid-air and punching him on his arms, crossing in an ‘x’ position to protect him. But Core’s goal was going just as planned as him and Evian were gaining altitude the more Core was bringing him up with his punches, step two of his plan was going to work perfectly and then he’d tell his human was he truly think of him.
At this moment, everyone standing in the stadium on the Waterfield side could maybe notice something really odd, someone here was not like the others, and this odd one was in the form of a Metallic-looking Arcosian, looking a lot like Core, but his skin and bio-armor was coated in a metallic grey material and his bio-gem were of a Cobalt blue. The new Arcosian was looking at the fight right next to Celmaru, his elbow keeping him up as his feet wouldn’t touch the ground. ‘’ I don’t know what this guy did… but Red… I mean… Core is really pissed off… do you guys know what could that be?’’ Cobalt would simply casually say as he just got there, he would then turn to Celmaru and smile at him. ‘’ Did he mentioned my existence or do I have to introduce myself? Wait… even if he mentioned me… you wouldn’t know my name… the name is Cobalt Stold’’ The new Arcosian would say in a rather mature and nice voice, sounding a little more mature than Core.
The fight between Evian and Core kept going, and was reaching an important point for Core. When they arrive high enough, the Arcosian suddenly used his after-image to appear on top of his opponent and kicked him down into the arena, catching back up to him every once in a while to kick him again, increasing Evian’s velocity. Against the human’s best effort in slowing down his fall, he would still fall backward on the ground, creating a small impact hole. Core landed next to him slowly. ‘’ You know Evian, I really thought you’d be a cool guy, I wanted to offer those guys a good fight, then offer you an ice-cream when I’d win… but calling me a Lizard like that is really not nice… but you know what, I’m willing to give you a chance… if you say my name, I’m willing to pardon that you called me a lizard twice, and if you stand back up after that, I am also willing to suppress my power back to your level and we can have a nice fight, then ice-cream and become friends, what do you t…’’ Core would say before his gaze was caught by a glowing blue light coming from next to his father that he couldn’t just define what it was.

(I apologize for the delay, was dragged to Konats by Ayumu, and now Celmaru is back on the planet, we can now safely continue in the next thread! We'll be wrapping this up here now, good sirs!)
Fear has never struck Evian more than Core has. Despite his utmost efforts to face the arcosian directly, his attempts immediately failed. Lying there in that minuscule crater, quivering and nigh broken, the Human child had no idea what he did to deserve this so soon. What he did know, however, was that his opponent was too strong; even terrifying for being an approximate age akin to Evian. The child feared only two things: his Father, and Liam's wrath...however Core's own wrath began to creep its way into that list. Regardless, a new face had appeared beside the Waterfield group; a young arcosian by the name of Cobalt Stold. The majority of the family was focused on the surprisingly brief match, yet Celmaru took note of his presence upon his speech. " Well then, Cobalt...you picked a rather odd time to show yourself. Despite that...er, could you be a sibling of Core's? He mentioned brothers multiple times...even pondering over searching for them." " Ah, hello little one! How are you today~?" Meanwhile, Evian was suspecting that a bone had fractured somewhere. The child's active ability prevented him from feeling a single ounce of anything beyond ignorant bliss; yet there was none to be found. The Human knew that he was doomed if he were to continue, for once, Evian knew what this event meant. Frantically cowering underneath Core's thin shadow, one could faintly hear an audible sniffle. " I'm sorry! I-I'm sorry! I d-didn't know a-any better! Please d-don't hurt me any more! I'm sorry C-C-Core!" Those beside the Ekam side of the arena softly gasped upon his demeanor; several droplets of a particular substance beginning to puddle near Evian. Tears enacted from fear had begun to descend onto the arena, those of which barely noticeable without a close inspection. Before Core could dare continue, Evian shrieked two brief sentences. " I give up! I don't want to do this anymore!" That cry of consensual defeat rang into the early evening, and the match was then decided; Core had won. The hybrid had found his gaze upon the arena once more. A bittersweet sensation hung around the hybrid's facial features; almost nauseating him in a sense. Unlike when Daika lost, Celmaru wouldn't assist the loser in removing himself from the area of combat. The seaweed woman arose from her respective section; securing Evian gently before arriving mere feet away from an Ekam elder. The child lightly sobbed in his lingering fear. A graying elder reached over to procure the youngest Ekam, albeit skeptically; not every Human sees a woman simply "created" of seaweed. " You'll be fine, little Evian...but please find the time to analyze the situation a bit more...and attempt to retain information given to you." " AND THAT'S THAT, FOLKS! CORE BEEN DEEMED SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROUND! THE NEXT COLLECTION OF ROUNDS WILL BEGIN IN SIXTEEN HOURS! THE THIRD ROUND OF THE FAMILY TOURNAMENT WILL BE THE HYBRID CELMARU VERSUS EFIRTS EKAM!" With a light tone and a beautiful grin, Phae retreated to her family's respective side. Telepathically contacting the changeling child, the seaweed woman floated beside her husband. Behind the two, Mato flashed a subtle thumbs-up to Core...for any reassurance that would bring. Once the arcosian child returned to his designated side, Celmaru would pat his adoptive son atop his bio-gem. 'I recommend being more gentle next time, little Core~'" It wasn't the most preferred method, however you still won. Congratulations, Core." Glancing at his wristwatch briefly, Maru noticed the time of night. " Oh...its just after seven. I guess we'll meet here at eleven in the morning then!"
[Thread Ending/"Exit"] @tokoz and Core Stold, you may post exit posts as/if needed! The next thread will begin with the third round!

The young Arcosian was shocked when he saw his seemingly opponent reaction when he finished their fight, unable to move or to speak to apologize to the young human he had probably injured more than he intended to, and for the first time, Core doubted about himself, he always believed he was a good person, but right now, he just went cruel on someone and gave him a good reason to be scared. As he looked at Evian leaving the Arena, Core looked down, ashamed. [ I have to apologize to Evian… I wanted… I just wanted to… I didn’t want to hurt him… he look so nice…] Core would think as a tear ran down one of his cheek, he didn’t wanted to be a monster, and he was going to prove Evian he wasn’t… he wanted to be his friend, not the one he’d fear for the rest of his life. Core flew up in the air and went toward the place where he saw ice-cream being distributed earlier, maybe this was going to work better with a gift after all. The changeling bought two chocolate ice-creams and then flew slowly to the Ekam’s side of the stadium, he found Evian quickly, he then offered one of his ice-cream to him and left quickly, simply saying. ‘' I-I’m so sorry!’’ quickly before leaving, Core prove to everyone that he was strong, but also that he didn’t controlled himself that much and that he could be a threat, which was a double-edged sword and he knew it, but another surprised lied ahead, a person he would have never expected to show up right here and now. Core went back to his side of the stadium, where Celmaru, Phae and everyone where, looking down in shame, it wasn’t hiss way of doing things. When he got greeted by his adoptive parents, he nodded sadly. ‘’ Y-yeah I know… I didn’t wanted to hurt him… I just… I think I just triggered… when he called me a lizard… but… I wanted to be his friend… I hope he’ll forgive me…’’ Core would say as he embraced his adoptive parents gently with his tiny arms. ‘’ Well well Core… you haven’t changed a bit right… always over-doing things… hello brother…’’ Cobalt would say, getting out of Celmaru’s back and going to embrace Core, the two Arcosian hugging dearly on their reunion. ‘’ B-blue? Is that you?’’ Core said, tears going down his cheeks as the blue and metallic Arcosian nodded. ‘’ Yes Core… but call me Cobalt…’’ The brother said as both of them seemed to happy to be together again. ‘’ But hey Core, don’t let me disturb you, you have a tournament to win, and the rest of your opponents are much less innocent than that one, so you can be mean with them right? I also can’t wait to meet your new family!’’ Cobalt then turned to Phae and Celmaru. ‘’ Thanks for taking care of my brother, I’m glad to meet you both~’’ He would say politely. Both Core and Cobalt turned to Maru when he announced the end of this day of tournament. ‘’ Oh, I guess I arrived a bit late uh…’’ Cobalt would say before Core looked up at Phae and Celmaru. ‘’ H-he can stay with us right? He’ll sleep in my room and everything! We have so many things to share!’’ Core would say as Cobalt bowed to the two adults. ‘’ I’d be really grateful if you allowed me to stay at your place for the night and catch up with my brother.’’ Cobalt would say politely. [ PL as well! ]
