Zerori Arias awoke from her slumber, and stretched before fixing up her armor, donning the purple classic armor she wore once more, even though the tips of her shoulder and hip pads were broken, as she had removed the SSE symbol from her clothing. Her eyes glowed slightly from the light coming into the window, as she prepared herself for whatever the day could possibly bring. Arias was hoping to fight someone, and gain even more power before departing from Vegeta, and she was seeking power, her Saiyan nature hungering for it. She craved the power of the golden sayian god of legend, the Super Saiyanjin. She smiled, opening and closing her palm feeling her new power crackling within her, as she smiled savagely thinking about what she could do once she became a Super Saiyan. Arias proceeded to leave her house, shutting the door behind her after making sure her kitten had plenty of food. Arias took off into the air, sensing someone and immediately getting into a fighting stance. She defensive but offensively stanced at the same time, looking for the exact owner of the power level. After her meet up with the White List Leader, going over relatively well in her eyes, Zerori wanted to get acquainted with the planet she used to love as a child. Near the capital, the culmination of power could be seen on her scouter as she walked the wastelands. It wasn’t her problem yet and if she could help it – it would stay that way.
As she walked, hands situated on her hips as she stared out across the landscape, Zerori would catch a glimpse of a small house in the distance. From her location, upon the edge of a large cliff side, the house would appear to be about a half mile from her which was really not a problem for her. “Abandoned house is fine for me,” She muttered, removing her hands from her hips to lean forward. And in a whirlwind, she was gone.
When she next appeared, kicking of some dust and dirt in the process, she would step back into reality walking towards the front door of the house. Just as she’d come toward the side of the house, the door opened and Zerori paused. Shit, it wasn’t abandoned, She thought with a disappointed expression on her face. When they seemed to immediately fly up and away, the hybrid thought herself lucky and took a few more steps closer to the house. When she looked back up and noticed that the dweller had caught her, she stopped and cursed softly.
Turning to the woman, already in a stance for battle, Zerori grinned. “You got good instincts. Then again I… hardly do anything with this power.” She was getting too comfortable. “So. This your house? Mind if I crash here for the night?”

Arias immediately stared right at Zerori. The Sayianess descended and faced Zerori directly in the eye. Arias was masking the ki of the twins she carried with her own, and her energy swirled within her, like gasoline, waiting for the right spark to ignite. She narrowed her eyes, growling slightly. "I do not even know you. State your business here." She replied venomously, but she seemed slightly defensive, as if hiding something.
Arias remained in a neutral stance, ready to shift her position if need be, to either defensive or offensive. She was currently defensive over herself, and she had a rounded stomach, visible but not too much of a bloat. Her eyes remained slitted as she watched Zerori, waiting for the Sayian's reaction.

Asking for a place to crash for the night might have been a bit too forward to ask a complete and utter stranger, but… Zerori leaned back from the woman as she stared her in the eye. Does she have to get in my face? Zerori mused with annoyance before she snorted indignantly and answered her question. “No reason in particular. Didn’t think this place was actually occupied, so I was gonna crash here. And I politely asked if I could.”
She narrowed her eyes, “So, is that a ‘no’?” The venom in the woman’s voice should have been the entire hint needed.
Amidst the stand off, Zerori would look over the woman with curiosity and noticed that… she wasn’t the most fit saiyan she’d ever met. No, she wasn’t fat but… something about her stomach just ‘popped’ out at her. Lacking the ability to actually sense power in the traditional sense like on Earth, Zerori could only guess that the woman was just slightly gaining weight. Would she bring that up – uh… No. She already seemed pretty miffed and on edge already and as much as the hybrid enjoyed mischief, she was actually trying to behave for once.

Arias, realizing exactly what she had done and the way she behaved, put her hand to her forehead, shaking her head to clear it. "Sorry, I got a bit defensive there. Can I ask what your name may be? It is understandable that you would believe this house abandoned, it is over the graves of my dead parents. I have a good reason to be defensive, but I am sorry for getting aggressive towards you. Please, come in and rest." Arias nodded to the door, the Saiyaness having no aggressive stature towards Zerori at all. "My name is Arias. Although it isn't my full birthname, I like the shortened version." She tells Zerori.

To her relief, the woman seemed to calm down and physically shook her head of whatever fatigue plagued her. Tilting her head curiously, Zerori observed her before answering her question, “Zerori. And don’t worry about it; I don’t like the idea of sleeping over the dead so I’ll just rest a bit and be on my way,” Walking inside past the woman, she introduced herself as ‘Arias’, a name which Zerori thought rolled off the tongue pretty good.
Inside was an interesting mix of mess and cleanliness. Some of the woman’s armor was lying about, spandex lain across a bed with some having fallen to the floor. While there wasn’t any food lying around rotting, Zerori did catch a bitter scent of a food from something else entirely.
And lo and behold, there was the perpetrator responsible for the clothing caper. With a grin, Zerori knelt down just as a small kitten made their way towards the two at the front door. Apparently, it was happy that her owner hadn’t left completely and came back. Passing Zerori, it looked to her cautiously before giving her a wide berth and go straight to Arias. Not blaming the untrusting kitty, Zerori stood back up and continued to walk inside. “It’s nice,” She tossed Arias’ way, giving a simple compliment before she spotted a chair and plopped in it with a tired sigh.
Looking back at the saiyaness, Zerori asked nonchalantly, “So… what’s ‘Arias’ short for?”

Arias nodded to Zerori, following her inside and closing the door. At the mess the kitten made, Arias scolded her cat. "Komatsuna, you naughty, naughty kitten! What am I going to do with you?" Arias scooped up the kitten, letting Komatsuna snuggle into her with a soft purr, and Arias shakes her head. "How can I be mad at you now? You know how to soften me up don't you my naughty kitten." Arias pets her cat, chuckling slightly.
Komatsuna was a black and white female kitten, with white paws and a white nose, and a white tail tip and ear tips. "Thank you." Arias replied to Zerori's compliment. She takes a chair near Zerori's, looking at Zerori as she sits on the chair opposite. "Arias is short for Aspararias." She replied, shaking her head slightly. "You are the only one to know my full name besides my birth parents, whom are now dead."

Sitting in the chair, Zerori let a secret smile grace her face as she watched the sweet scene. When the attention was turned back to her, she reduced the smile to a straight face and closed her eyes. No weakness. To her curious question, Arias answered with a much more complex name and she blinked, brow knitted in concentration. “Aspari- Aspariatas? No, that’s-” Shaking her head, Zerori mumbled, “I’m terrible with names so ‘Arias’ is easy enough for me. Don’t worry, I won’t go spillin’ the beans to people.”
As they talked, the kitten would gradually become bolder and step closer to Zerori. She’d occasionally glance down and watch as the kitten paused, staring at her before going back to their conversation. “Not to bore you with random questions, since you also seemed to be on your way somewhere, but… why do you live alone?”
The kitten hissed once it got closer, prompting Zerori to playfully correct herself as Komatsuna retreated to Arias. “Yeah, sorry – why do you live with just a… kitten?” She’d actually never really seen a cat or kitten before but how could one resist such an adorable creature?

Arias seemed rather comfortable around Zerori, as she watched her kitten approach Zerori. Arias looked back at Zerori, making eye contact with the Sayian hybrid. "Asparagus into Aspara-arias." She replied, nodding at Zerori when she heard Zerori was bad with names. "Indeed, I only go by Arias because I feel my parents named me this because I was destined for great things, and I had a power level of 10 and was forced to hide when they got killed. This house is over their graves, I lost them twelve years ago." She sighed quietly.
Komatsuna slowly approached Zerori after hacing ran off, softly sniffing the hybrid's foot. The kitten gently rubbed her body against the hybrid's foot, and looked at Zerori with her sweet, round hazel eyes, ones that matched her owner's. The kitten didn't seem to be able to hold a grudge, and was sweet-natured. The kitten hopped onto the armrest of the chair, and curled up on the edge, near Zerori's hand.
Arias looked at Zerori, her expression blank and silent. "I came back to Vegeta after a brief hiatus from Earth, in which I trained and eventually fell in love with a male albino sayian. Things happened, and" Arias paused, pulling down her neck spandex to reveal a bite mark, a mate mark. One that showed she had been claimed, and as a result was someone's lover. Arias shakes her head, and lets the spandex cover up her neck and the mark once more. "I have a mate, but he is on Earth and I am returning there soon. I was planning to stay for a few weeks, but my mate was an idiot and I caught him drinking through telepathy."

Listening to Arias explain why her parents named her, Zerori felt a very slight tinge of jealousy. Her father only briefly told Zerori that she wasn’t named by him so much as she was named by her mother – further than her mother really… never explained why she was named that way. ‘Zerori’ wasn’t exactly very saiyan but it was all she had.
Getting bold, the kitten surprised Zerori as it lay against the arm chair next to her. Not one to pass up an opportunity, she reached over to scratch the kitten behind his ears.
It was when the direction of the conversation took a turn for the awkward as Arias then revealed a mark… most familiar. She had a mate. And to an albino saiyan, of all males? Leaning into her hand, still caressing the pet, Zerori couldn’t help the knowing smirk as Arias finished. She was no stranger to the fine details of what mating entailed. The difference was that her mate was… to say the least, unsuitable.
Without doing much thinking, Zerori moved her hand to grasp at the collar of her armor and pulled it back. Very vaguely, a mark of similar origins would be present and she followed up with a chuckle, “It was a mistake and one that I’ve hate for a long while. Spur of the moment, you could say but I tell you, kid-” She didn’t really know her age but it was a habit by now. Her stomach was much easily explained as well, “If you ever find that your mate is unsuitable, my advice to you is that… it’s never too late.”
Zerori grinned, not really thinking that this woman actually cared about the male she mated with. “And if you want… for a fee, I can take care of it myself.”
((Sorry for the lateness ><))

Arias had been looking down as she thought of Daika. Her heart twisted as she lamented leaving him alone, or leaving him at all. Arias felt like a complete failure to her family, and most of all to her mate. Pain burned in her heart, but she shoved it away for the time being and made direct eye contact with Zerori, before getting distracted and watching her pet the kitten and reveal a slightly visible mark. She blinked, startled slightly by this.
Arias watched Zerori smirk, and something inside of her dropped, her stomach felt like it sunk to the floor. She shakes her head as she listened to Zerori speak further. "You.. had a mate? Did, you kill him?" Arias blinked, surprised that someone could actually be that.. sick. To kill a mate like that just disgusted her, however she didn't show it in her body language or her eyes. She tried to keep it out of her tone.
"Too late for what? Even if he did not hold my heart within his hands, I still have his twins. Two lives that did nothing to anyone, and have no reason to be harmed." She spoke, her tone a bit confused, yet her tone was honest. She was indeed in love with Daika, and still was developing a mother's bond to the unborn children. Regardless, she knew her mental state was deteriorating, feeling as if death only loomed over her shoulder all the time, making her shudder slightly at the thought. The kitten nudged Zerori's hand, purring loudly as she was stroked. Komatsuna LOVED being scratched behind the ears, and when she was scratched in her favorite spot the kitten simply became incredibly happy.

Clearly, Zerori misinterpreted the situation. Still petting the feline, Zerori’s eyes widened at the question and how it was asked. There wasn’t complete disgust in her voice but if the nervous tinge was any indication – Arias wasn’t expecting Zerori to mention her distaste for the mate she had.
Backpedalling, Zerori shook her head solemnly, “Unfortunately not. However, pardon me for misunderstanding,” She looked down at the cat, “I assumed your sorrow was the result of a saiyan male – a weak one at that.” She really needed to pay better attention to detail and less on her own personal grievances.
As the kitten begged for more attention herself, Zerori started to wonder about the thought process of the woman before her and tilted her head at the distant look in her eyes. When informed that she was carrying twins, the hybrid blinked in absolute surprise. So… she really was with child – and two at that. “I… uh, c-congratulations,” And there she goes – giving unnecessary libations. Pursing her lips, the demoness tried to ignore the pit in her stomach. “So,” She cleared her throat and gave the kitten to the woman before she continued. “-you basically like the guy but you’re uncertain if you’ve got what it takes to… be a mother? I can’t imagine it’s very hard, but…”
She was reminded of Ari, the child she was on a mission to revive; Etoru, the boy she’d left behind to keep him safe from her troublesome quest and… the Arcosian boy on Kanassa. So many children whose lives she’d ruined and here she was – giving motherhood advice.
Getting up from the chair, Zerori shook her head and felt the need to change the subject. “Hey, look, it’s none of my business. I don’t ‘Mom’,myself so don’t pay any mind to what I have to say,” Giving a slight chuckle, Zerori turned to look in the kitchen. “You drink?” Looking back at her, she remembered again the whole babies thing and added in there, “I mean, can I drink? V-vodka. Do you have it?”

Arias watched Zerori solemnly shake her head and tilted her head ever so slightly herself. "It's fine. He is a lot weaker than me, yes. We mated when I was weaker than he. I obtained a huge power boost after, but I know it isn't our Zenkai ability." She watched as the news took Zerori by surprise, and blinked. Regardless, she simply nodded in response to the congratulations, she heard Zerori clear her throat yet again and blinked a few times.
As Zerori picked up the kitten and gave her back to Arias, Arias takes the tiny black and white kitten and gently pets it, the kitten cuddling into her hand for more. There was some sort of thing lurking deep behind her eyes, she knew she was slowly descending into insanity, but all the same didn't want to. "I don't think I have what it takes, no. Regardless, he is really sweet towards me, always carrying me in a certain way when he wants to pick me up. I'm a foot shorter than him, sadly."
When Zerori spoke again, she replied after listening to the hybrid. "It is fine. As for drinks, check the cooler by the fridge which is on the left when you come in against the wall." The Saiyaness replied, before humoring her kitten by dangling string above the kitten, watching the kitten nibble on it and bat it around. She chuckled, watching the kitten, loving the effect the pet had in keeping her calm and happy.

Looking back at Arias as she described where the alcohol was, something Zerori needed at the moment just to calm her nerves, Zerori gave a swift nod and walked towards the direction. Catching sight of a small cooler, she leaned and opened it. Inside was… not vodka. Instead there were some wine coolers, along with a couple bottles of “Vegeta’s Best” lager and Zerori made a sour face. It wasn’t like she would drink it but she knew what she liked and it made for a sad saiyaness when she could drink what she liked. I’ll… I’ll deal. I am, after all, barely invited. Taking a wine cooler, giving a small ‘hm’ at the raspberry flavor, she stood back up and literally popped off the top with the edge of her gloved (and clawed) thumb.
Walking back toward her seat, but opting not to sit in it, Zerori took a long swig before coming back to the conversation. “Alright. He sounds great and all but,” She have a wink, laughing, “-he still sounds less than mate material. However, if that’s what you’re into than don’t mind me. What you need… is some confidence.”
Placing her drink down, Zerori recalled some important lesson she heard from her mother when she was younger. Whether or not it was true, seeing as she revealed herself to later NOT be a saiyan, she learned that saiyan females were genetically built to be able to fight while pregnant. So, imparting that knowledge, “How do you fight?”
Knowing it might lead into an argument on whether Arias was ‘battle fit’, Zerori would immediately follow up with some knowledge, “You might think that you lack the ability to fight while with child but I’m going to tell you… that’s bullshit.” She took a step towards her, a bit more confident with some booze in her system and placed a hand right at her abdomen. “Being built to fight in nearly any situation, our bodies are damn near forged from steal and that includes are reproductive organs. Yeah, if you take a mortal wound there – bye bye, kiddies but if you keep this area safe,” She pulled her hand away, gesturing around her lower abdomen, “-they’ll be fine. It’s about keeping your weaknesses covered and cashing in on your opponents’ overconfidence.”

Arias didn't drink much at all, preferring to keep a level head and know exactly what she was doing. Arias felt like Zerori wasn't exactly a purebred Saiyan, because of the claws upon her hands which she had noticed. Thinking about her own claws, and the genetic mutation behind them, she wondered exactly why she had the claws in the first place. She indeed was grateful for them in combat, but when it got down to it, she really shouldn't have them. But she did, and she wasn't complaining.
"You have your opinions, I have mine. Confidence can get you into a lot of problems.." Arias really didn't like even the smell of alcohol, which caused her stomach to churn slightly. However, she ignored it and continued to watch Zerori's behavior and the effects of the alcohol. "How do I fight..?" Arias had to ponder that question, but got quickly interrupted from her thoughts upon Zerori's continuation of speech.
Arias listened to Zerori, albeit getting quite shaken at this but didn't reveal it to the best of her ability. The place Zerori put her hand was warm and tight, along the side of her growing womb. She listened to Zerori, her doubts about the other woman being a hybrid slowly began melting away. She listened to Zerori and watched the gesture she made, and blinked once, understanding as she nodded her head. "Indeed.. my mate doesn't seem to believe it, he's much more protective then you think."
