The queen chuckles. "It takes pressure to achieve strength. It takes enemies to become stronger." That was all she wrote. Her aura blasts up around her. "If the solar empire gets destroyed, saiya-jin will rise from its ashes like glorious phoenixes. It is up to me to ensure the future of the galaxy!"

The older Saiyan sighed, closing her eyes for a moment, before chuckling. "You know....the whole Saiyan superiority thing is starting to lose it's validity....I mean if the humans trained as we had from childhood to now, they'd be right up here with us....One of them IS on par with you. The one you made into a freak" she stated, grimacing a bit at the mention of Bing's current condition. "Hell even a being that's fully machine took you out of the air when you were in that Golden Oozaru form.....It actually angers me that most of the beings on Earth don't even realize their potential....Relying on machines and weaponry to fight their battles....You saw how much good that did them in the Invasion....Sure we were pushed back but they suffered heavy losses. So what would you do if you had complete control?"
As she spoke, she raised her arm up as energy was fed into her hand. The ki gave off bolts of electricity, striking the ground around her or waving into the air. "Would you just stomp down everyone not Saiyan or are you planning on building them up to our calibur?" she asked, raising a brow. "Either way would end up with an empire of strong warriors. Rule with terror or inspire your new subjects to be better than they were?"

Zucceta laughs. "Point to one time where I've ever explicitly stated saiyans to be biologically superior to other species. You're putting words in my mouth. I'm not a racist, Radasha, but I do respect the saiyan ideology more than others I have met." Even as she says it she feels her words as a half-truth. Zucceta really did not care for saiyans more than any other species, but this was her role. This was her incarnation in this universe. She was a saiyan. She had risen through the ranks to become the head of this species and of this empire. She was forged by the saiyan ideology, and now she was reforging the saiyan ideology into her own version of it. What Zucceta really cared about was warfare. In the SSE's absence, the entire galaxy would go stale. There would be a semblance of peace.
Peace doesn't encourage strength, or passion. Its not the setting for good stories. Zucceta was transformed by her world into what she was. She was a player and she was filling her role.
"If the saiyan empire did take complete control of the galaxy, I would enable the ability to rise up. The Kabochans are considered equal citizens under the SSE due to their service and dedication, for instance. There's no reason for me to limit those opportunities for other races."

Radasha sighed, then winced. "Damn...shouldn't have gone full steam right off the bat...." she muttered. Her current state was starting to put stress on her body. She'd have training to do after this was over. This new form would take some getting used to. As it was now, she was burning off too much energy. "Was it like this for you I wonder?" she question, meaning Zucceta's first Super Saiyan transformation. Of course the other woman hadn't pumped up like Radasha had...but then she hadn't needed to since her opponent was near equal to her.
Hell she hadn't even attacked yet and sweat had already started dotting her brow. Yep....definitely needed to get used to this new state. It really didn't matter though, she didn't expect she'd have to worry about fatigue for long. Zucceta overpowered her by a large margin. All it'd take would be one solid blow and Radasha would probably be unable to stand. Hopefully I can at least hold out for a bit after this exchange she thought, gritting her teeth as she pumped more ki into her attack. The grin reappeared a second later.
"Well either way, whatever your plan is I DID say I wouldn't get involved. I'm not one to play 'hero'. Hell we both did the same work. There's no question where we're going, if such places exist." she said, laughing a bit. "Eh, at least I can say I'm not as bloodthirsty as a lot of Saiyans are at least." she added.
As she spoke she would feel Zucceta's ki building up. Dammit this is just a waste of time. She's going to overpower my attack regardless of how long I charge it, I might as well fire now and save myself some pain she thought, growling slightly. With that thought, she swung her hand over so her palm faced Zucceta, as if she was throwing something, letting out a loud shout. "BOMBER DX!"
A large beam of purple ki fired forth, digging a trench into the ground as it barreled toward the Saiyan Monarch. She prepared to brace herself as soon as whatever Zucceta was planning to counter with broke through her own attack. She didn't expect much and was a bit disappointed she might not achieve her goal of a least scratching the stronger Saiyan. At least she'd continue to try if she could still move after the upcoming clash.

The queen of all saiyans frowns. "I almost died just before the first time I went super saiyan. It was a little strenuous, perhaps, but I wouldn't have noticed outside of the internal bleeding Vennel caused me. You soon get used to it."
Zucceta grins as the super saiyajin releases a signature blast. "Not bad!-" she shouts, before her aura fades. Her skin seems to be surging with the regal colour of the Super forms, as she rushes forwards, blasting physically right through the beam as it surges and breaks against her. Her mouth widens into an animal smile as she closes in rapidly towards the mother of Kaula and Toma. In one chop, Zucceta would deliver almost twenty million units of power level to one vital point on Radasha's neck, intending to knock her out.

Radasha's eyes widened as Zucceta barreled right through her attack. It seems reminiscent of a situation she was in with Rukkora some days before....except the roles were reversed. The Saiyan queen was cutting through her attack like butter...Butter that had been already melted and was pretty much liquid. Radasha had less than a second to react, her hand darting forward as the queen came at her, aiming a fingers pointed jab at her throat. Unfortunately by the time she had thought to do so, Zucceta had already applied a chop to her neck.
The older Saiyan stood stock still for a moment, as if frozen. As if she were a living statue, her eyes having gone blank as her conscious rapidly left her. Then her knees buckled and she was falling onto her back. Radasha's hair went from gold to it's normal, black as she clocked out of the waking world, her muscles returning to their less bulky size. She was going to have one hell of a sore neck when she woke up.

Zucceta's chop connected with a satisfactory thwack, and Radasha's aura instantly collapses. As Radasha begins to sway and buckle to her knees, Zucceta bends over and places her arms around the saiyan mother's waist. With no effort, she hoists the unconscious saiyan over her right shoulder. The queen of all saiyans rises into the air, and glances back at the smouldering purple ash pile. She looks at it until she can't look any longer, before heading back to what she hoped would be a more light-hearted brawl than this side-event.
[finished, taking a KO'd radasha to "taking all comers" so she can go to the medical centre after that. I'll take zeni] |
