(This will be taking place a few days of the debate having gone down. I'm going to be extending an open invitation towards Vi-Poi, @shinraion, and Presdon Democia, which'll have been expressed at some point in the debate thread.)
It had been several days since the debate that Koldar so callously joined as a moderator. He'd garnished quite a bit of money from the event as well, which he intended to get used to fix up the Frostar properly! What's more, he had managed to get a much better idea on whom would be best to lead this world, and perhaps install a workable relationship between a reborn Arcosian Empire... Probably as a Democratic Federation, rather than a monarchy that caused the planet to turn upside down on its belly. He was still thinking on how exactly they'd develop the governmental system, which had brought him to ask, openly, to three people he felt had the most leveled heads during the debate: General Vi-Poi, Presdon Democia, and Shin Raion. On their own, the three of them seemed disfigured in their own ways, but there was a chemistry Koldar was seeing amongst the three of them that felt... Appropriate.
The captain had made preparations for the four of them to meet up in one of the docking bays in the Western Capital. He needed to have his ship be fixed up properly, but he needed to talk with these three and give them his proposal. What's more, he needed to have soldiers for his army, to take back what the Solar Saiyan Empire was stealing from them! Koldar had taken to his ship's bridge, and with the communications officer, had a recording to send out. They agreed to do it like the old days, black on orange background with black figures of Arcosians and many individuals gathering together, to attack their foes and show the might of the Arcosian Empire... A might that existed more-so about fifty or so years ago. Over these flickering images, Koldar had spoke, confidently alluring, but with a gruffness that reflected experience.
"Do you feel weak? Do you have your possessions and loved ones taken from you? Then the new Arcosian Federation is for you! Join me, Captain Koldar, and the Arcosian Federation to experience the stars like no way you've experienced before! Take back what you've lost! Bring your optimism and we'll make it the new you!"
Koldar brought his hand to his neck and swiped it back and forth, ceasing the signal. His communications officer ceased the recording and turned to him. The captain asked him, "How was that take? Think that worked out better than the last?"
He irked, his face convulting to partial disgust. Koldar had been getting frustrated, but he needed to keep his cool. The captain told him, "Alright... Compile your thoughts into notes for me to look over later. After that, take a load off. It's not every day we're on Planet Earth, after all."
"Aye sir..!"
Koldar made his way out of the bridge through the, currently, open front screen. There were a lot of repairs needing to be taken care of, and the Bridge was no different, which was why he could exit this way. He floated out and down to the concrete floor of the shipping bay, tapping his scouter to check on the time. It was nearing the time that he'd be meeting with the three candidates and he wasn't about to miss the opportunity!
(Alright guys, come on in if you're feeling this thread!)
