This set up gives them 4 techniques to start with basically, it just doesn't give them variety making it less of a weakness.
I'd also propose that to make the Ryuuza special fair it should attack for 100% of their power without using any KP but it would be limited to once per thread. That lets it follow in line with the demon special which (while stronger) costs all KP to use. I'm on the fence about letting them stack other moves on top of it as well, it seems like it could lead to some abuse if you were able to use any SU or UT with it. While it could lead to some interesting combinations there's a lot of SU's out there so I'm weary of it.
I think the -33% gains is a bit harsh too, if the special were changed to something like I proposed it'd be safe to take that out.
I like this idea a lot but I feel 1% is too low. I think it should be buffed to 5% of the owner's base power level. If someone were to hold unto it till end game (500k) that'd be a nice free little 25k bonus to them.
This is a huge negative for such a little gain. I think this trait should be taken out altogether
My thought is they should get the beauty perk and a lesser gem of power that'd be sell-able for 2.5% of their base PL
I think their transformation mods should fall in line with one of the presets we have already. Those were created and balanced already. I think they could work interestingly under the Alien C build.

For the transformations, make the last two transformations fall in line with the rest of the Alien B scheme. Make Alpha Dragon just x22 and Omega Dragon x45 regardless of whether a Ryuuza chooses to embrace evil or fight against it. That last bit can be just used for flavor for the character and their development.

Change the Endurance and Power special to what Nicholas suggested: the ability to use 1 offensive technique at full power without a KP cost. However, they can only do it once per thread. It'll make it more balanced and much more simple.

How about instead, you can once per thread add a 100% charge to your attack like the Kaioken?

What type of full charge are we talking about here? Full charges are usually like.. Five turns of charging, from my understanding, as that is the charging cap.

It's using the technique at 100% of the users PL once per thread. IE, using a normal Kamehameha, which is normally at 33%, at 100%. And since it can't be charged, it can't get any stronger than that. Techniques that start off higher than 100% or at 100%, gain no benefit whatsoever from this or a negative as it's set to only 100%. THe idea is just having a one shot, fast high damage technique you can only use once.
