As Cipher stepped aboard the Pale Rider, the android couldn't help but feel a sense of loneliness aboard the ship. After having traveled with his family and Dr. Latchkin, the place seemed rather quiet, empty. It reminded him of his first trip to Vegeta, and all that had happened right there. Discovering that his superior had gone insane, the frustration of trying to reason with Zucceta. Seeing the ship so empty made him wonder if anything was happening on Earth, while he was out here. Cipher shook his head, shaking the feelings from his mind. If anything bad had happened, the BBA would have contacted him. Besides, he hadn't felt anything like the massive surge of power that had destroyed Namek. That was all the reassurance he needed that everything was fine. Besides, while he had only come to Vegeta to train then, here he was doing something much more important. Stopping a war and ensuring an allied empire pulled itself back together. The BBA had been unable to do anything when the Saiyans had destroyed Arcose, so Cipher was eager to provide help now that they needed it. And honestly, out of the entire BBA, he seemed like the best for a diplomatic mission (since he felt there were better ways to deal with a problem than with brute force).
Having reassured himself, Cipher worked at the controls, powering up the ship's engines. From his knowledge, the closest of the Arcosian Fiefdoms to Yardrat was the planet Beepa. That would be his first stop in his diplomatic mission. Remembering what he had read, the place was known for its proud and skillde mercenaries, causing him to think back to the Saiyans of Vegeta. With any luck, these Beepa-seijins wont be nearly as hard headed and stubborn, though the android was mentally preparing himself for some stubborn leaders.
The ship slowly began to rise from the landing pad, giving Cipher a view of Friezaton. Down in that city, his fiance and child were being kept in a safe place, allowed to enjoy the sights and sounds of an Arcosian society. He trusted Viceroy Sleet to keep them safe. He was a pretty reasonable man, and he seemed to support Cipher's plan. That made one leader on his side. He just had to convince the other four to see reason. Slowly, the ship lifted up into Yardrat's outer atmosphere, the sky giving way to the star speckled blackness of space. Cipher sat back in his seat, watching the screen as the ship then shot off towards its next destination.
