I personally dpesn't know, because in a good player's hand, the most hindranced character is still being fun to play with... And I can not really care on PL when a fun story is coming.

New Proposal - Absorber: cap on perm. absorb PL at 5k per 'sorb. 2000z in shop. - High Energy: halves overdrive repair costs, 2000z. - Overdrive: remains as is but at 1000z for every x+1 repaired (kinda decided to implement this on unanimous feedback already).
- Durability: fine as is (looking to remove it from Majins, whose transformations already account for the defensive element).- anti-ki sense: we good

Hmmm. I'd say that seems reasonable, bit of a tap down here and there, but they get a really good SSJ level trans now.

I feel these proposals are so extensive in scope, we need to break the votes into distinct voting items as we did with Rebuild rather than a package. We could have votes on the Multiplier change, votes on the High Energy change, votes on the Overdrive change, as separate entities. If we make them all in one block, it could shoehorn votes into one particular grouping of ideas or another and I'm not sure it'd be representative of all opinions/views. I'm fine with the doubled prices on the modules, but I'd prefer HE's reduction as is. As it stands now, they have to wait until the end to get the real benefit out of it because it declines at an 1000-200n rate, n scaling from 1 with each tiering, so it becomes a gradual increase in benefit until the end. If the consensus is to restrict High Energy -- which I'm not sure is necessary, because there are no High Energy androids that I'm aware of -- we should look at halving the final 200 -> into a 200 -> 100. It'd be a more balanced tweak, and still represent the progression a HE android would undergo with each successive upgrade making his heat efficiency better. Especially if we're going to down the cap reached by Overdrive by downing the base tiers, or center their balance around the expected use of Overdrive. My proposed voting blocks: Android Multipliers A) T1-3x, T2+2x, T3-2x, T5-2x B) T3-2x, T5-2x C) T1-1x, T3-1x, T5-1x D) T1-1x, T2+2x, T3-2x, T5-2x E) Keep Multipliers as is This would five options would represent the views stated about multipliers. Android UCs A) Absorb cap @5k +1k cost, HE=flat 50% repair +1k cost B) Absorb cap @5k, HE=flat 50% repair for OD C) Absorb cap @5k +1k cost, HE +1k cost, remains the same D) Absorb cap @5k, final HE tier +100 zeni cost. E) Android UCs remain the same. Overdrive Change A) Repair +x1 instead of full B) Change Overdrive to 0 cost 1-shot x3. (Zuni seemed to want) C) Overdrive remains the same.
