Hell was as one would expect it to be: bleak. So very, very bleak.
The bodied Empress looked below and, much to her disgust, saw her reflection in it. Why is it blood, why must it always be blood? Whatever happened to the 'Wine Pond', the 'Milk Pond' or the 'Actual Water Pond'? Well, I should at least count my blessings; at least it wasn't a river of flowing blood, or anything resembling the River Styx. Oh, what are these energies my scouter is picking up?
Soon, the sensed figures were all very visible. There were four of them in total, all clearly feminine in appearance. What did set them apart from each normal beings, however, was their aura: it was a very relaxed white. Upon closer inspection, they all wore the same type of armor, it appeared to be made for battle, but it was too light and made from marble, gold and gems (some things you wouldn't want damaged in a battlefield). To add to their angelic appearance, they each had a halo of light above their heads, but they formed some form of helmet/crown/tiara and were very distinguishable with a halo you might find on a citizen of heaven. Wyntre's close inspection had brought her to several conclusions, firstly their species.
The one to the extreme left seemed to be a human with fair skin, brown eyes and lavender hair: a common trait among the Brief family, some of which Wyntre had been acquainted with. Despite this, with a brief (punpunpunpun) analysis of her cranial structure, she came to the conclusion that she was not a part of that family. The inner left figure was easily identified as a Majin by her pink bubblegum-like skin. She was closely reminiscent of a grown-up Zexama with a different 'hair' style. The inner right figure was an obvious saiyan: the hair style, while unique, was easily identifiable as belonging to a high class saiyan. Lastly, at the far right, Wyntre found she was mistaken in assuming all four figures were female. A well-postured butler-like brenchian figure stood as straight as an arrow with matching green hair and skin.
A Saiyan, a Majin, a Human and a Brenchian walked up to an Arcosian in hell. It sounds like the beginning of a bad joke.
"Empress Wyntre of Arcose, I assume?" queried the Majin, her voice muffled as she sucked on a candy cane. "Why, it seems I've become quite popular here. Yes, I am. What would you like?"
"There is someone of great significance who would like to meet you" stated the butler-like angelic brenchian.
Who could this being, supposedly of great significance, be? And what would this being want to do with... With a failure? I need to face it, I do. I failed as an Empress to guide my people to good, I failed as an Empress to protect them. Is it my fault, or is it not? Oh, curses! Zucceta, that knavish warmonger, brings sickness, starvation, conflict and death! Can she see not what she does, or is she blinded by schadenfreude? Was what I had done correct? Should I have held military barbarism above the truth? No! No, what I had done is what I will do again! I am not a failure!
"I assume you're not referring to Prince Beelzebub."
The Saiyaness sneered. "Do we look like demonic henchmen to you?"
"Geez, don't be rude about it."
Wyntre shifted her weight questioningly. "Who is this significant being?"
"I'm sure he'd like to introduce himself before anyone else. Anyway," started the Brench, retrieving a plastic official-looking white card, "This card has the directions to where you will find him. The Otherworld seemingly is not affected by time, so don't feel you need to rush" finished the brenchian with a pleasant look on his face.
"Why did 'he' have four of his servants come down here just to tell me to where to find him?"
And thus, the saiyan stepped forward and sneered. Again. "Because we volunteered, silly. Anyway, it is best we go."
"Ciao!"
((Not happy with how this turned out, but it'd do))
